The problem of School overcrowding has become an unavoidable reality in most of Iraq's schools. This problem is becoming worse every year. It varies from one school to the next, andit increases in the popular neighborhoods, which are mainly populated. If absorption is the basis of the educational process, overcrowding is the most important factor facing This absorption and the achievement of the distinguished student, his family andthe ministry, so we will try to highlight in this study on this problem because it is one of the main reasons that harm the educational process and the damage to the general public, whetherstudent or teacher, Head to identify the most important reasons leading to the occurrence of school overcrowding and the negative effects of it, the study also revealed that overpopulation leads to school overcrowding, and also revealed the relationship between the school overcrowding and the leakage of pupils from the school. The first part included the general framework of the study, namely, the definition of the problem, the importance and purpose of the study and the definition of the concepts of scientific terms. The second axis included the factors affecting the overcrowding of the school, while the field side included the scientific procedures of the study methodology, The sample (type and size) was randomized and randomized at the same time. It was conducted on (50) subjects. The present study is a focus on the importance of linguistic democracy in English Language Teaching (ELT). The paper discusses the need for utilizing democracy in the educational practices in language teaching. The study is a qualitative case study. Data were collected using interviews, classrooms observations and fieldnotes. The present study examines the conceptions of three participants, university lecturers who were chosen from three faculties, on the role of democracy in language teaching. Additionally, the paper presents the impact of the lecturers' conceptions on their practices in classrooms. In accordance with the obtained data, it was observed that there is a limited knowledge on understanding the role of democracy in language teaching. This was clearly manifested in the classroom practices

The present study aims at investigating the inclusive function of the indefinite, definite and zero article in English and Arabic. These articles are used in the two languages for generic reference but each language has certain conditions for thisinclusive use. The researchers shed light on the syntactic and pragmatic aspects of the articles in each language because the syntactic structure of the sentence in Arabic determines the inclusive function. As for the pragmatic level, the interpretation of the reader and the context in which the articles are used determines their inclusive reference. The researchers select Five texts from the Holy Bible and Five texts from the Glorious Quran that are regarded as the standard languages. The selected texts are analyzed qualitatively in order to examine the similarities and differences of the inclusive use of articles in English and Arabic. The research also included an explanation of 3D printing and 3D sculpture programs.The study population consisted of the students of the third stage of themorning and evening studies in the Department of Art Education in the College of Education.The sample of the study is the morning study students, which number (22) students.
