The problem is the lack of use of modern techniques in testing and measurement for the test speed motor of the arm, and that these tests have become outdated and does not give exact results of the measurement depends on the hours the timing of hand and what is happening from the difference in time for the start and end of the test especially if the difference in such tests is very small so it was necessary to overcome this problem through the creation of standardized tests in the mechanism depends on modern devices.

The issue of defense in basketball is one of the most significant challenges faced by modern basketball coaches. Many coaches believe that winning a game is achieved through vigilant defense. Therefore, many coaches have come to realize that the key to victory lies in organized and effective defense, which is achieved by teams that dedicate significant time and effort to defense during training sessions. Hence, the importance of this research lies in studying the level of evaluation of basketball players\' defensive skills by establishing standards, levels, and methodologies for these skills. This will help Iraqi coaches in general, and those in the southern region in particular, to develop this type of defense through tests that determine the players\' defensive skill capabilities, considering it as the key to winning games.\"

The importance of the research is highlighted by its focus on the approach run and finding the best methods to assist in the learning process in order to guide the learner towards the desired motor performance in accordance with biomechanical factors, while minimizing effort, saving time, and teaching the skill to improve performance and achieve the required results. The aim of the study was to identify the impact of the increase and decrease in the approach run range from the landing area on some biomechanical variables in the long jump event. Additionally, the study aimed to identify the best groups in certain biomechanical variables related to the long jump.

The researchers used the experimental method with three groups on 30 first-year students, who were randomly selected (by lottery). The researchers chose first-year students because the event is taught at this stage. The first experimental group from Division (A) practiced the approach run with an elevated range of 30 cm above the landing area. The second experimental group from Division (B) practiced the approach run with a lower range of 30 cm below the landing area. The control group from Division (C) practiced the approach run with a level equal to the landing area.

To determine the variables that could affect the progress of the main experiment, the groups were homogenized and balanced. After analyzing the data obtained from the pre-test and post-test, the following conclusions were drawn:

- The increase and decrease in the approach run range from the landing area had a positive effect on some biomechanical variables in the long jump.
- The first experimental group showed better results in the variables (distance of the last step and approach speed).
- The second experimental group showed better results in the variables (center of mass height at the maximum bend moment, takeoff angle, flight angle, and flight time).

Therefore, the researchers recommend using modern methods and tools in teaching, based on biomechanical variables, to learn the stages of the long jump event.

Hypertension is dangerous and could lead to many complex cases .Scientists and researchers have tried to find ways to control hypertension complexities like thrombosis. Though there are many studies in this field, the researcher believes that they do not rank up to the training approach which relies on economizing the training load in away that fits the nature of the disease and the patient's capability.

The open ion of the study that using two kinds of rest between repetition exercise depending on the Reat heart (140) and (160) to developing short endurance speed and lactic acid concentration in blood and performance (800m) running . using two group each of them (7) players using one kind of that rest with achieving same program in An intensity and volume of training . the period of the program about (10) weeks including (30) unit had using (3) days every week .
The result appeared that the group which used reat heart (160) better than the group used (140) in all tests of the study .
