Research summary that ::
1- Imam Al-Juwaini is one of the imams of the Sunnis and the community. Ash'ari's doctrine Shafi’i school of thought studied many students in his time and was famous for his request for knowledge and the abundance of his works in most of the legal sciences, especially the science of speech.

For this reason, scientists have established rules and regulations that are in fact derived from:
The nature of the Arabic language as their use in the meanings as decided by the imams of the language according to the tracing and extrapolation of the Arabic methods,

One of these rules is the rule of Aleqteda indication at the Hanafi: is the indication of untold speech that the truth of the speech, its honesty or the validity of the legitimacy depends on it. The wording of the text does not indicate the untold ,But rather twofold the validity of speech in accordance with the act, or legitimately appreciated, and called this Aleqteda indication , as appropriate, because it means calling and demand.

The fundamentalist Hanafi and Shafi'i fundamentalists make the omitted from the type of Muqtada ,while the late fundamentalists are separated between them .This necessitated a difference in the general estimated or not, if we return to the sources of fundamentalism we´ll find that some of them said by Muqtada and the others are denied it.
In Fact the rule of Aleqteda Indication is based on the Hanafi on what indicates the word “Muqtada” as a language, and it is the request. Hence the (text) of the fundamentalists may need to complete it with the meanings and words, so that they called Aleqteda or the requirement of the text. This is what I tried hard to show and decipher. And solve its dilemmas in my modest research.

Prayer is the link of the human to his Lord, is the only obligatory imposed by Allah on the Prophet peace be upon him without intermediary, and the Sunnah which is non-obligatory prayers performed by the Muslim to be closer to Allah, and one of the best prayers to make the Muslim closer to Allah is the night prayer as it came in many verses and Ahadith (The prophet speeches).
In this paper, Imam al-Maqrizi discusses Hadeeth (The speech ) of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about the night and day prayers not obligatory and how they performed. Is it performed dual or quadruple ? He mentioned the hadith narratives and its evidences in that, and went on to say that the Sunnah prayed dual at night and day, and the reason for the writing of this research was the discussion with the jurist Hanafi, whose name was not mentioned, but described it as not familiar with the branches of sect as mentioned at the beginning of the research.

This research deals with an aspect of the hadith sciences, especially peaceful coexistence, through which within Islam the rights of the individual to live comfortably in Islamic society, which is based on justice and equality among its members, whether the individual is Muslim or non-Muslim. Coexistence with the other does not mean absolutely dissolving it and the loss of Muslim identity, but rather means mutual respect and knowledge of each individual's wealth of rights and duties and that its goal is to know the Prophet’s guidance in treating Muslims and others in all areas of life. And highlighting the advantages of the teachings of the Prophet (Peace be Upon Him) over other religions.

The science of doctrine is divided among the scholars of theology into three sections of the divinities section, which deals with the existence of Allah, its oneness and attributes. The section of prophecies, it deals with the general prophecy of all prophets and their rulings and the prophecy of the Messenger (Peace be Upon Him).The third section is audiology and includes paradise, fire, attitude, path, balance, and arithmetic , Presentation and all unseen judgments mentioned in it are proven by the Qur’an and Sunnah, and Paradise is one of these dogmatic audios that a true Muslim is required to believe in and in their fixed descriptions in the Holy Quran and Sunnah.

This research deals with the term “The Sciences of the Qur’an at the Companions era,”. The manuscript presents the definition of the origins of the Qur’an’s science in the era of the Companions, may Allah be pleased with them. The researcher shows that, these branches of sciences start with first verses The advent of the science of the Qur’an was related to the beginning of the revelation of the Holy Qur’an upon the Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him. The companions knew these types of sciences by default without calling them “sciences of the Qur’an”. In addition to the definition, the manuscript also deals with a group of sciences known to the Companions, including: Meccan and Medinan science, the interpretation science, the science deals with the first and the last verses that were revealed, and the science of the reasons for descent. The researcher investigates, discusses and analyses texts mentioned about the companions regarding to these sciences.

This is a research on adolescence between Islamic studies and contemporary studies, through which I wanted to make a comparison between the two studies in order to find out the comprehensiveness of our true religion and take into account all stages of the human being and not neglect any of it. Research method: the inductive approach. The results that I stood upon, which include:
1_ Adolescence is a stage of life in which a person approaches puberty as he moves from childhood to adulthood.
2_ That adolescence usually extends from the age of twelve to the age of twenty-one approximately.
3- Adolescence is one of the most dangerous stages if the parents do not deal with the teenager properly.
4- Preparation and pre-awareness for the child before entering adolescence is very important.

The origins of jurisprudence from the most honorable of science are a measure, the most prominent of which is a male, and the greatest in terms of rhetoric is injustice, as the hard-working people emerged in it as reasoning and luminance, and they lit up in ways that the judgments of accidents and calamities were enlightened by light, so we had to go into the midst of this science, especially as our teachers instructed us to write so that this knowledge of Great importance in devising legal rulings, and I hesitated a lot in writing on this topic, because I did not know little of this knowledge, but with the encouragement of my distinguished teachers, and after my reliance on Allah, I decided to write in it to learn and know how hard-working mujtahid and scholars were and how their deductions were For judgments, my research was it is entitled: The Fundamental Takhreej of Matan Al-Kadduri (Purity as a Model).

This research deals with an important issue in the foundations of our religion, belief and our sanctities. This religion was exposed, from the time of the Companions - may Allah be pleased with them - and after the death of the Prophet - peace be upon him - to a variety of attempts to undermine it and to question and challenge the most important pillars (Sunnah) depending on allegorical texts. Nowadays, though they are considered Muslims in their belief, we have some of those who challenge Al-Bukhari and Muslim’s books. This research some of these allegorical texts that Ahmed Abda Maher used claiming that the two books ( Al-Bukhari and Muslim) include some prophetic hadiths that contradict with the Glorious Qur’an. These claims were critically and scientifically discussed and refuted.

Conflicts swept the earth and Iraq had a big share of there effects. Some of these effects that were visible had many solutions and took a great deal of care ,but a lot of effects were not visible and they are hardly getting any care not even a little and so came the research in the field of "the invisible effects of conflicts on msajed", because of the subjects great importance. We tried to investigate the most important of these effects and we explained the practiced islamic law, and if there was a disput we tried to solve the issue according to the purposes of the islamic law in a way not opposing the islamic law constants.

The issue of moderation is one of the important matters surrounding a, person, whether in or outside his home or at the work, with people or with the student, So, you find people and those who are righteous working and dealing with every thing in moderation, excluding excess and injustice and without injustice or weakness, but it may be in the art of dealing with Cases is despised and imitating the messenger of Allah, Allah blessing and peace upon the prophet Mohammed.
