The research problem is that the effectiveness of discus throwing is an activity that consists of a group of technical stages that require mastery in order to obtain the best achievement, and it is a basic goal that every teacher aspires to. This problem is through preparing an educational bag in a self-competitive method to teach skill performance and achievement for the effectiveness of discus throwing for students, hoping that this research will put an effort in the hands of workers in the educational process in order to benefit from it in teaching the performance of this activity, and the objectives of the research were to prepare an educational bag to teach artistic performance and achievement For the effectiveness of discus throwing for female students, and to identify the effect of the educational bag by means of self-competition in learning skill performance and achievement of discus throwing for female students, the researchers used the experimental approach with two equal groups (control and experimental) to suit the nature of this study and its objectives, on the students of the first stage in the College of Education for Girls, Department of Physical Education. And sports sciences at the University of Kufa for the academic year 2018-2019, whose number is (41) (Student, the researchers concluded that the method used by the teacher has a positive effect on teaching the technical stages and the achievement of discus throwing for students, and that the educational bag by the method of self-competition has a positive effect on teaching the technical stages and the achievement of discus throwing to the students, and the researchers recommended the need to emphasize the use of the educational bag in the manner of self-competition. The importance of the research is evidenced by the scientific and research information we provide on how to achieve the achievements of basketball players in the level of muscle strength and offensive skill and the role of differential and cross-training training in the development of basketball players and thus we have contributed to the advancement of the game of basketball and raising the level of our young players.
And through the researchers' modest experience in the science of sports training and basketball, and through contacting some coaches, they noticed the lack of experimentation with differential and cross-training training and to know its importance in reducing the weakness in the level of strength and fluctuation in the skill performance of basketball players. This is a research problem.
The research objectives were:
1-Identify the impact of two different and cross-training styles on developing the types of strength and offensive skill performance in basketball for young people.
2-Identifying the results of the differences between the pre and post tests and the two experimental groups in developing the types of strength and offensive skill performance in basketball for the young man.
3-Identifying the results of the differences in the post tests between the two experimental groups in developing the types of strength and offensive skill performance in basketball for the young man.

This study aimed to identify the effect of using a role-playing strategy on improving the level of motivation and learning some volleyball skills among first-year high school pupils, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the experimental approach to design the two equal groups of pre- and post-measurement for the academic season 2019/2020, at Didosh Mourad High School. 2-knowledge of the values of good citizenship contained in the new physical and sports education curriculum.
3-revealing the values of citizenship available to students in the physical education and sports lesson based on the approach with competencies.
The study after fieldwork concluded that:
1-the new physical education and sports curricula contain low ratios of citizenship values.
