Attention should be paid to the teaching process and the use of the latest models and methods to keep pace with development through teaching based on scientific foundations, and the importance of the study is to focus on knowing the extent of the impact of educational design and its contribution to learning basic tennis skills via using the Ruffini model, which focuses on identifying the characteristics of learners and their needs, goals and obstacles that should be identified. In addition to evaluation and feedback, the research problem lies in the use of a new model in physical education, which is one of the products of constructivist education and its cognitive theories according to an educational design to achieve the goals of education and provide learners with experiences and knowledge of tennis. We used the experimental method with the two equal control and experimental groups, and we applied the curriculum with the Ruffini model and treated the results and it was found that the differences were in favour of the two groups and the experimental outperformed the control

   the study aimed to find out the real level of performance effectiveness during the match for the skill of serving the most used in the Iraqi league with its two types power jump serve and Float jump serve) then the comparison between them through direct analysis during the matches. Which are supposed to represent the highest skill level in terms of performance, to  try to solve this problem by tracking the effectiveness of the performance of the type of transmission used, therefore the researchers used the descriptive method  to track the effectiveness of performance and comparison on a sample made up of the Iraqi elite teams in volleyball, by tracking the performance of each A player during the execution of the transmission, which uses and the effectiveness of the performance of each type, as well as a set of special data that shows information on the number of successful and failed transmissions.    Swimming is one of the individual competitions that emerges through the exercise of the physical strength of the athlete. On the adaptation that is achieved through the field application of training programs. The progress in digital levels is due to the high level of functionality in the various organs of the body as a result of the regulated training load, which is the main means of raising the efficiency and adaptation of vital organs, which enables the swimmer to respond to performance requirements at a high level, and from During the review, the researcher noticed a drop in the endurance of speed during the actual performance in the competition, so the researcher decided to prepare a codified training program during his performance of the repetitions required of him in the special training and then develop the achievement of swimming 100 meters freestyle,

   and the research objective is to prepare exercises in a manner of distribution and concentration of intensity in the development of endurance of speed and some Physiological indicators and the completion of 100 meters free swimming, and the researcher used the experimental method by The pre and post test for the experimental and control groups, and the research community was determined for the team of Sulaymaniyah Governorate, for the training season (2021), which numbered (10) swimmers. In the method of distribution and concentration of intensity on the experimental group for a period of eight weeks, with three training units per week, and they used the SPSS statistical package to process the data and obtain the results, from which the researcher reached the most important conclusions that the exercises in the method of distribution and concentration of intensity had a positive impact on the development of endurance of speed and some physiological indicators and the achievement of 100 meters Free swimming.    

The research aims to: Preparing aerobic exercises for obese individuals، Recognizing the effect of exercise on the research variables under study for obese women.

The research concludes with the following results: The training program using aerobic exercise led to an improvement in the vital capacity of women who suffer from obesity, in addition to an improvement in the Queens test for women who suffer from obesity, and an improvement in the Pwc170 test for women who suffer from obesity, as well as an improvement in the maximum oxygen consumption for obese women.
The importance of the research is that acquiring aerobic fitness for people, especially those who suffer from obesity, does not only allow them to increase calorie consumption and promote fat mobilization and investment, but also allows its impact on the development of elements of kinetic and physical fitness as well. It can be said that the organized aerobic activity has a positive effect in raising the physical and functional capabilities by working on the adaptation of the heart and lungs by increasing the supply of oxygen to the body and by increasing the heart's ability to use oxygen more efficiently.

   The importance of the research lies in predicting the level of skill performance of wheelchair basketball players in Al-Amarah and Nasiriyah Club (on wheelchairs). Where the research aimed to identify the level of performance of scoring from stability and explosive power of the two arms in the research sample, as well as finding criteria (degrees and levels) for the tests used and knowing the correlation between scoring from stability and the explosive power of the arms and thus extracting an equation to predict the level of performance in terms of the explosive power of the arms.
