   The study aimed to build a scale of systemic thinking in tennis, and it represented the research community of third-year students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Basra for the academic year (2021-2022), and the construction sample amounted to (180) students, while the application sample was (48) female students with a percentage of (66.26%), As for the tool to be built, it was represented by a scale of systemic thinking in tennis for students of the third stage. The scientific conditions of validity were found by means of content validity and stability using the half-segmentation method.

   The results indicated that the degree of systemic thinking in tennis is mostly at an average level. Increasing students' knowledge about the game of tennis, and the researchers recommended the need to increase care and attention by the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and the teaching masters in tennis, and the need to rely on the systemic thinking scale, because of its impact on linking the theoretical material with the practical one.

    Rehabilitation plays an active role in the treatment of sports injuries and in addition it also reduces the chances of injury. The problem of the research is that the connective muscles consist of five muscles connected from the thigh bone to the pelvic bones near the pubic bone, and they all work to join the leg to the other leg and that the weakest place in these muscles is near the place where they connect to the pelvic bone This place is rich in nerves but lacks good blood nourishment. Because some football players, especially players who do not do exercises to strengthen the connective thigh muscles and increase their flexibility and range of motion, where the injury occurs and the pain is severe with a partial loss of joint strength.

   This study aimed to identify sports violence from the point of view of the students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at the University of Tikrit in Iraq, and to identify statistical differences in sports violence according to the study variables (gender, GPA, year The study, the place of residence) and the study sample consisted of (592) students from the College of Sports Sciences who were chosen randomly, and the researchers used the descriptive approach in the study, also used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and used the statistical package program (spss to analyse the results, and the results showed - The level of was average. The existence of statistical differences in the level of sports violence due to the gender variable, in favor of males with a higher percentage, and the existence of differences in the level of sports violence for the variable of place of residence and in favor of a city with a slight difference, in addition to the existence of differences in the year Scholarships and in favor of the third year, and the existence of differences in relation to the GPA and in favor of their estimate is very good. The researcher recommended: Holding conferences, seminars and workshops against sports violence at the University of Tikrit.

   The importance of the research was to know the level of dietary habits of middle school teachers, and the research aimed to measure the dietary habits of school teachers in the city of Soran and to know the type of relationship between dietary habits and each of the physiological variables under study and by gender, and the original research sample was chosen by the intentional (intended) method. Of the preparatory schools for the academic year (2016-2017) in the city of Soran, and their number was (100) teachers and schools representing a percentage of (25%) of the total research community, which numbered (393) teachers. Results: The levels of dietary habits of the research sample were not at the required level but acceptable, and the level of dietary habits for females was greater than for males, and there was a weak inverse relationship between the levels of dietary habits and each of (the number of heartbeats, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and the number of breathing times, forced vital capacity, and body mass index.

     Attention to originality, study times, as well as previous studies, but a few of these studies focused on the concept of emotional suppression. Therefore, a study of the emotional suppression of schools for the emotional suppression of schools for a specific purpose of the current research to identifying the relationship between the emotional suppression of coaches and the psychological resilience of layers from the point of view of football players in the clubs of the northern region in Iraq.The researchers used the descriptive approach in a correlational style for its suitability to the nature of the current research, and the research sample included the players of the northern region football clubs in Iraq for the season 2021 AD - 2022 AD, and the researchers used the statistical package (SPSS) to reach the results of the research. There is an inverse correlation between emotional repression and psychological resilience, whereby the higher the emotional repression of the coaches, the less the psychological resilience of the players and vice versa. Through these results, the researchers recommend the following: The work of a counseling and preventive program on how to reduce emotional repression among coaches by activating the role of the sports psychologist in this aspect, especially in Iraqi sports clubs.

There is a dearth of evidence regarding the use of sports injury prevention programs, especially among junior footballers. The (FIFA the 11) Injury Prevention Program was developed by the FIFA Medical Research Center (F-MARC) to help reduce the risk of injury in football players aged (14) and over. The aim of this study is to identify the effect of using (FIFA the 11) program exercises to reduce sports injuries and improve some of the physical and skill abilities of football players aged (14) years. The study sample consisted of (37) players who were divided into two groups, experimental (18) players and control (19) players, from soccer team in (Amo Baba) Football School, Age 14.1 (1.3) years; Length 1.34 (.09) cm; BMI 34.8 (3.6) kg. The experimental group applied the training program for a period of (12) weeks, and for (5) days per week, while the control group applied the normal training. Both groups (experimental EXP) and (control CON) performed the tests: the SARGEN JUMP test; PRONE HOLD test; STANDING LONG JUMP test; AGILITY test; (20m) RUNNING SPEED test. The most important results of the research indicated that the training program affected all study variables with statistical significance at the level (P < 0.05), as the incidence rates of injury per 1000 hours (training and playing) are (1.52%) in the experimental group and (5.34%) in the group. The control group, which is equivalent to about (3.82%) of the injuries less in the experimental group. The incidence of injuries (light and medium) in the experimental group was (4), while it was (15) in the control group. The value of the vertical jump test was (7.2%EXP) and (-1.09% CON), respectively, with a significant level of (0.008). The value of prone hold test was (58.7% EXP) and (11.4% CON) and the explosive strength test for the legs was (4.59% EXP) and (0.7% CON), respectively with a level of significance (0.004), as well as the agility test (-5.1% EXP), and (0.8% CON) respectively with a significant level of significance (0.006), and the (20m) test the maximum speed (-4.6% EXP), and (2.1% CON) respectively with a significant level of significance (0.002). The most important, effects of exercises on ligaments, tendons, and maximum speed. Therefore, we recommend inclusion of such programs in the training of young football players. 

Psychological preparation or psychological preparation is a major part of the sports training process, like other types of preparation, such as public and private preparation, as it works on the optimal investment of the players’ physical, skill and tactical abilities.   The aim of the research is to prepare skill exercises to develop psychological toughness and the skill of shooting from the level of the head, and to identify the effect of these exercises in developing psychological toughness and the skill of shooting from the level of the head. The researcher used the experimental method to prove his hypothesis by designing one group with a pre- and post-test with a research sample consisting of (14) players from the young players in Diyala Sports Club.

  This study aimed at identifying mood patterns among the female footballers in Palestine, in addition to determining the differences between mood patterns according to the variables of experience in playing and playing position. In order to achieve the study objectives, the study was applied to a sample that consisted of (57) female footballers, The researchers used the descriptive approach. The study applied the checklist of athlete's mood patterns which consisted of (30) items. The results showed that the level of mood patterns among the female footballers was medium, where the percentage of the responses was The results also revealed that the dimension of personal flexibility was in the first place with a relative weight, followed by the dimension of stimulation processes and the dimension of ceasing processes, The results revealed that there are no statistically significant in the distinctive mood patterns among the female footballers in Palestine attributed to the variable of experience in playing concerning the dimension of the intensity of stimulation processes, and there are no differences attributed to the variable of playing position. The researchers recommend the necessity of exposing the female footballers to various situations with psychological stressors in order to improve their adaptation ability in the various situations.

The current research aims to know the reality of sports activities in the Syrian Arab Republic, and the potential obstacles to sports activities, among a sample of (237) coaches and teachers of sports activities in schools and centers designated for sports, both governmental and private, in a number of governorates of the Syrian Arab Republic. Analytical descriptive through the use of two scales: the reality of sports activities, and obstacles to activating sports activities, and the following results were reached: The sports activities were not activated in the centers where the study was conducted, in addition to the presence of a set of obstacles that limit the activation of sports activities and were according to the following order: (1.    The aim of the present study was to enhance our understanding of COVID-19 quarantine’s effect on lifestyle of Sultan Qaboos University students. 192 male and 186 female students completed an online multi-section questionnaire between 15th April and 1st May 2020 five weeks after the beginning the “stay at home” period. Almost 34% of the students gained between 2kg – 4kg weight during this period. We found that more than half of the students slept less than the recommend 7 hours of sleep. Also, 75% of the students spent most of their daily time in front of screen (e.g., mobile phone & computers). Approximately 70% of students exercised at home 3-4 times at light or moderate intensity per week with an increase of physical activity levels for most of them. In contrast 29.2% of student engage in sedentary behaviours at home. The major effect of COVID-19 stay-at-home period on SQU students’ daily lifestyle had behaviours warrant the attention of SQU administrations and health practitioners to prevent or mitigate the potential adverse physical and psychological consequences.

   The study aimed at evaluating the practices of teaching wellness in the health and physical education from the viewpoints of health and physical education teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to construct a proposed conception for teaching wellness in health and physical education curricula for the intermediate and secondary stages. The study implemented the descriptive method and the researcher constructed a questionnaire consisted of 46 items of practices for teaching wellness to intermediate and secondary stages students. The questionnaire was applied to a representative sample of health and physical education teachers and supervisors (n.404) in the Medina educational region in the period from July to August 2022. The sample was considered representative of the study population at a level of significance (0.5) according to the Kirgzy Morgan equation. The most important results of the study were that the actual teaching practices of wellness from the viewpoints of health and physical education teachers were low, and the expected teaching practices for wellness from the viewpoints of health and physical education teachers were high. Arranging the wellness practices from the viewpoints of health and physical education teachers according to rank was as follow: physical, economic, personal, cultural, intellectual, environmental, spiritual, and emotional wellness. The study recommended teaching wellness in the health and physical education curricula for the intermediate and secondary stages through application in the field of study.

   The study aims to support education based on the modern assessment strategy in the physical education curriculum, the use of e-learning techniques and digital transformation techniques, the researcher's use of the study's descriptive survey method, due to its relevance to the nature of the study.    The aim of the research is to build a measure of the effectiveness of knowledge management in the number of sports educational institutions in Erbil province. The descriptive approach and the survey method were used for its relevance and the nature of the current research, and the research community included (195) male and female students representing the Department and Institute of Physical Education in Shaqlawa District, Erbil Governorate, and the non-governmental Bayakht Institute, and for research necessity. The researcher chose two samples from the research community, the first for construction, with (80) students, and the second for application, with (40) male and female students. The objectives of the research require building a measure of the effectiveness of knowledge management in sports educational institutions, according to scientific procedures. The data were treated statistically by means of the SPSS system, which included the mean, standard deviation, percentage, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha. The researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: The validity of the knowledge management effectiveness scale in sports educational institutions, which was built by the researcher. And the occurrence of most of the items of dimensions (acquisition and generation of knowledge, storage of knowledge, distribution of knowledge, application of knowledge) that formed the scale at a (high) level, an indication of the importance of knowledge, which has become one of the driving forces for the success of the administration, which enjoys a high density of knowledge, and to deal with it in a manner Regular, and considering knowledge as a basic source to achieve administrative excellence for the institution among its peers.

  Massage in general and reflexology, in particular, are among the important methods used in the field of training and recovery, and it is considered a safe method and suitable for all ages and for both sexes. It is also economical, and its procedures are easy to conduct. The problem of research tackles joggers’ need for physical preparation commensurate with the type of activity and finding quick ways to restore recovery. In order to solve this problem, the researcher considered a comparison between reflexology massage and neurological facilities in returning functional indicators to their normal state in a faster time and in a scientific manner.

   This paper aimed to compare between reflexology massage and neurological facilities on a number of functional indicators, which have an important effect in restoring healing, and their effect in displacing lactic acid, and which of the healing methods is better than the other in restoring recovery, reflexology, or neurological facilitation exercises.

The researcher used the experimental method in a tightly controlled manner for the experimental groups with two tests, before and after, on a sample chosen by the intentional method, consisting of (19) runners who are representing the runners' applicants.
  The (pre) tests (after exercise) were conducted on functional indicators, recovery speed (lactic acid), and then (post) tests (after massage) were also conducted.
   After statistically processing, displaying, and discussing the data, the researcher concluded that reflexology is better than neurological facilitation and an important means in speeding recovery for the runner to return to his/ her normal or closer to the normal level, and to get rid of lactic acid that causes fatigue, so the researcher recommends including trainers in training courses for massage in general, the use of massage in all stages of training, and the use of special devices to restore runner healing.

The objective of the current research is to build a measure of administrative leadership for sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate from the point of view of members of the administrative bodies. The administrative bodies of the sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate, as they were (162) administrators, after excluding the stability sample and the exploratory experiment, the research sample amounted to (70%) of the total research community, and the final scale reached (39) items. The researchers concluded that sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate have administrative leadership.
The two researchers recommended:Adopting the scale prepared in knowing the administrative leadership of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate,  Conducting a correlational study between the degree of the member of the administrative body in the scale prepared in this research and the arrangement of sports clubs according to the championships in which these clubs participate.

The research aims to: Identify the impact of mobile learning with a QR Code on the level of performance of some basic skills in handball. The researcher used the experimental method, one experimental and the other controlling, and the research sample was chosen. In the intentional way of middle school students, the remaining students were excluded for repetition and irregular students in the study, and the researcher chose the number (30) students, and they were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other controlling, each of (15) students, and the results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements in favor of the dimensional measurement for the experimental group that used mobile learning in the basic skills in handball in question.

The study aimed to identify the analysis of healthy behavior and its relationship to some chronic diseases (heart diseases, high blood pressure, stomach and intestine diseases, chronic respiratory diseases, diabetes, chronic back pain, knee pain). For the research sample (population of the city of Soran).

   The descriptive approach was used in the survey method due to its relevance to the research objectives. The research sample included the residents of the city of Soran (males and females), which numbered (188) individuals, (113) males and (75) females, and the tests were based on the health behavior scale and knowledge of the incidence of one of the chronic diseases (heart diseases, high blood pressure, diseases stomach and intestines, chronic respiratory diseases, diabetes, chronic back pain).

   The researcher used the statistical analysis of the results by the descriptive and inferential statistics method. The statistics included a Pearson correlation coefficient test for the relationship between healthy behavior and chronic diseases. It was calculated by means of.
The results showed the presence of levels in the degree of (health behavior) between the research sample and its relationship to some chronic diseases, the presence of different levels in the degree of health behavior among the research sample according to (type of job or work), where the degrees of the health behavior scale were weak and less than the hypothetical average of the scale for each From (university graduate, teacher, school teacher, engineer, earner), and higher levels than the hypothetical mean of the scale appeared for each of (university student, university teacher, employee). And it appeared that there were low levels in the degrees of health behavior according to the type (sex) of the research sample. It also appeared that there were low levels of health behavior scores according to the type (age group) of the research sample. There was also a relationship, but weak, between the scores of the health behavior scale according to the sample's exposure to some chronic diseases of the research sample.
