Transgression is a complex construction which varies in definitions, meanings and techniques. It is a social and cultural expression, usually related to violation and deviation, presented nearly in all genres of ancient and present literature. Although the study of transgression is now vast and emerging, literature of transgression remains a blind spot and only a little concern is given to its dimensions of identity formation and resistance. Moreover, Martin Amis, as a postmodern English writer, is widely recognized as transgressive in his writings. His works are widely labeled with ‘sexuality’ and ‘pornography’ in past researches. The study is significant in the sense that it introduces a new perspective of reading social transgression in Amis' selected novels in an attempt to extend the definition and function of transgression in these novels. The contribution of this study lies in examining the non-traditional aspects of transgression which are essential in resisting common discourses and reconstituting subjectivity. Moreover, the study provides valuable insight into how transgressive characters of the selected novels constitute themselves as resistant subjects out of the deeply- established norms of society. Such trial may bridge the gap of the resistant dimension of transgression to provide a new perspective to transgressive literature in general and the selected novels in particular.

God Almighty affirmed in His Noble Book that man is a generous creature to God, for He created Adam with his own hands, breathed into him from his soul, and made him a caliph on earth, in honor of man. All other creatures, rather, creatures were subjected to his sake, and the universe was created for the sake of this creature, who found with him hundreds of creatures, so honor and preference for him over others was one of the types of creatures. And this research was based on four demands, the first regarding the goal of human creation through the Qur’anic verses, the second on how to reproduce and procreate Adam’s children, the third on how the human language differs even though it is from one father and one mother, and the fourth requirement is on how the color of the child differs The human being is of one origin. The aim of this research is to provide a clear concept of the ambiguous issues mentioned.

The serious direction of financial policy is towards reducing government spending and moving towards public investment expenditures so that the Iraqi economy reaches the stage of diversifying production.

Purpose: The research aims to identify the role of ethical leadership in promoting organizational sustainability, as the research focused on a sample of faculty members at the University of Kufa. Proceeding from the problem that the researched higher education institution is not sufficiently oriented to enhance sustainability, due to the nature of the challenges and pressures that the higher education institution faces, which are sometimes characterized by difficult (internal and external) conditions, the research problem has been formulated as follows: “The emergence and strengthening of organizational sustainability is affected by Directly at the level of ethical leadership in the research institution.". Design/Methodology: For the purpose of completing the requirements of the current research and in order to represent the target research community, the random sampling method was adopted, as (270) questionnaire forms were distributed directly to a sample of the teaching staff of the University of Kufa, and (240) valid forms were retrieved for statistical analysis at an average of Response (89%), and the collected data were analyzed using a set of statistical tests available in the two statistical programs SPSS V.26 and Smart PLS v.3.3.2. Practical results: The research findings showed that there is a direct impact relationship of ethical leadership on organizational sustainability in the institution under study. The Importance of The Research: the scarcity of previous studies (Arabic and foreign) that included the research variables (ethical leadership, and organizational sustainability) together in higher education institutions. Higher education in Iraq in general because this sector is of great importance to society, the environment and the economy, and the University of Kufa in particular.

In light of the research objectives, the researcher formulated the following two null hypotheses: 1) There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who will study science according to the strategy of the future science fair, and the average scores of the control group students who will study the same subject according to the usual method of collecting science subject The researcher chose Al-Masoudi Intermediate School for Girls, affiliated to the Directorate of Education of Babylon / Al-Musayyib District, Alexandria district, randomly, and by random drawing method, Division (A) was chosen to represent the experimental group that will be taught science according to the strategy of the future science fair, with a total of (45) students, while Division (B) was represented The control group, which will be taught science according to the usual method, has (44) students, and the researcher made a parity between the students of the two research groups in the following variables: (chronological age calculated in months, academic achievement of fathers, academic achievement of mothers, science grades for the first semester of the year Academic (2020-2021), intelligence test (Danleys), lateral thinking skills test.) The researcher determined the subject that will be taught during the duration of the experiment, which is the last four units of the Science Book / Part Two, 2nd floor, for the year (2021 AD) for the first intermediate grade, and formulated the behavioral goals of the topics to be studied were (174) behavioral goals in Bloom's five levels (remembering, Comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis), and prepared daily teaching plans for teaching the two research groups, which amounted to (48) plans by (24) plans for each group, as the researcher presented two of them to experts and arbitrators, and their validity was confirmed.
The researcher prepared two tools for research, the first represented by an achievement test in the subject of science, which consisted of (40) test items, and the researcher made sure of its sincerity, stability, the level of difficulty of its paragraphs, the strength to distinguish its paragraphs, and the effectiveness of wrong alternatives, while the second tool was represented by testing lateral thinking skills and it may be from ( 31) Paragraphs, and its apparent validity, stability, level of difficulty of its paragraphs, and the strength of its paragraphs were verified. The researcher applied the two research tools to the two research groups after the end of the experiment period, as it started in the second course on Sunday (17/4/2021AD) actual teaching and ended on Sunday (21/6/2021AD), and the researcher herself studied the two research groups. The researcher used the following statistical methods: (T-test for two independent samples, chi-square, Pearson correlation coefficient, difficulty coefficient equation, paragraph discrimination power equation, efficacy equation of wrong alternatives, Spearman-Brown coefficient equation, Eta square equation, and effect size equation), and after analyzing Statistically, the researcher concluded that the students of the experimental group who studied science according to the science fair strategy outperformed the students of the control group who studied the same subject according to the usual method in the achievement test and lateral thinking skills test. In light of that result, the researcher recommended some recommendations, suggestions and conclusions that were mentioned in Chapter Four.
