this study has a trying to extract the tie-breaker rules between conflicting interests and their application by what the leader ibn dakik aleid said in his popular book ihkam al ahkam by ibn dakik aleid alshafie, and his book in addition to being a great explanation for many of the most correct provisions of legitimacy talks, a fundamentalist jurisprudence encyclopedia full of important rules, controls and benefits, which contributes significantly to support and control the power of jurisprudence and the path of the discretionary process among its educational programs, and we're going to follow in this study the inductive approach and the analytical approach where we will work on extrapolate all of what the leader ibn dakik said in his explanation, , and then analyzed and take advantage of them of it in a formulation a set of affecting rules in a tie-breaker process between conflicting interests

This research deals with the study of five hadiths within the fourth hundred of Al-Jami Al-Saghir by Al-Hafiz Jalal Al-Din Al-Suyuti that Al-Ghamari judged to be invalid in his books named Al-Mughir within the hadiths 301- 400, which are five hadiths, and we did follow the analytical and critical approach in light of the rulings of scholars and the rules of hadith industry, and it was concluded that Al-Suyuti did not violate his rulings in it, Because it has not been proven in the study that these five hadiths are fabricated.
And it turns out that one of the reasons for judging by invalidness on these hadiths are limiting the ruling to the isnad, and disregard to the testified hadiths that Al-Suyuti cites for the hadith in his Jami’ Al-Sagheer.
We recommend paying attention to Al-Suyuti's methodology in his Jami’ Al-Sagheer, especially what Al-Mutbouli and Hijazi Al-Waedh mentioned about his approach.

This study, aims to highlight the homophone in selected short Suras of the Holy Qur'an in light of Ibn Attia Alandalusi Almaharbi (died in 542.A.H) of his appreciated book that is entitled as "The precise editorial of the interpretation of the Holy Qur'an". The repetition in surah Alsharh,At-Takathur and Alkafirun. It also addresses three cases of the homophones as collected from the Qur'an with evidences that Imam Ibn Attia had addressed. It also compares those directed issues with the interpretations of others. The researcher follows the descriptive analysis and through this, tries to stop at what have these holy verses shown of homophones

It is God’s bounty that He made the night and the day one of the cosmic signs indicating His power, the Almighty, and His uniqueness in creation, and that He is the creator whose power is manifested to all of His creation in His cosmic signs. (Indeed, there are signs in that for people who reflect), and from what God Almighty bestowed upon His servants is that He made these verses signs related to many of the jurisprudential rulings, including (the ruling on restraining the fasting person)The night and the day are clear to everyone who has sight and insight, and he specified the time at which the fasting person grasps the whiteness of the day, so he said (and eat and drink until the white thread becomes clear to you from the black thread of dawn).Despite this specification of the time of the fasting person’s abstinence, the jurists - may God have mercy on them - differed in the meaning of what is meant by (the blackness of the night and the whiteness of the day during it).And I began to read an analysis of this verse and the related hadiths of the Prophet, relying on the interpretation of the imams of the approved schools of jurisprudence, in order to find out the correct legal meaning of what is meant by (the darkness of the night and the whiteness of the day).

This article is a study of selected issues from the jurisprudence of Imam al-Shafi’i in the rulings of purity: the ruling on circumambulation and the menstruating prayer, the ruling on intercourse with a menstruating woman before purification, the ruling on intercourse with a woman who is menstruating, at the time of divorce and the meaning of alqar'a, and an explanation of the extent to which they conform to the principles of deduction adopted by him, all of which were in accordance with the principles of his doctrine.

This article is a study in which we dealt with examples of hadiths narrated by al-Hafiz Abbas al-Duri on the authority of his sheikh Imam Yahya bin Ma’in where al-Hafiz Ibn Ma’in is considered one of the greatest hadith critics who spoke about the rest of the narrators and who relied on his saying in al-jarh and al-tadeel. The narrators were modified and wounded coupled with Imam Ahmad Ali bin Al-Madini and others and it must be noted that the hadiths that were mentioned in the book were sometimes ambiguous sometimes he mentions a part of the hadith and sometimes he mentions a word from him and sometimes he attributes it to one of the men of the chain and often it is The hadith is mentioned in the book for a reason or a difference between the narrators or error and delusion and the number of hadiths for the study reached ten four of which reached the degree of authenticity two of them reached the degree of good and three of them were weak.

This research studies the personality of Imam Ismail bin Abi Khalid (died in 146 AH). It deals with his scientific status, and some of his sayings in interpretation. The researcher investigates his sayings in the interpretation of two Surahs: surah Sad and Al-Qiyamah. His interpretation of these two surahs are studied to find out whether his interpretation agrees (similar) or disagrees (different) to the interpretation of other interpreters.

This study sheds the light of one of Prophet's Mohamed most influential Hadith’s, “Be tender toward the poor and sit with them”. It applies an An objective and practical investigation on Prophet Mohamed’s treatment with those who were less fortunate and tries to deduce many of its important implications of it. The study also investigates how accurate is the Hadith and understands some of the jurisprudence issues related to it.
One of the study’s aspects is to understand Prophet Mohamed approach’s in treating the poor and how he tried to highlight the culture of compassion in society. Another aim of the study is to find solutions to poverty and perform a case study on Sharjah Society.
The study results includes that the Hadith is accurate as all the attribution to it are trustful men. It was also found that establishing charity societies that supports the poor is one of the best options in the Arab countries.

Also his asceticism and that he is one of the people of piety and virtue, with a lot of mention of God, and he was fasting as he fasted for forty years without his family knowing about it, he was taught by the senior followers and their followers, and many of the followers of the followers were taught to him by the owners of the six books (Bukhari commenting, and Muslim Abu Dawood, al-Tirmidhi, al-Nasa’i, and Ibn Majah) and I dealt with in this research his narrations on Hajj, which amounted to three narrations, and I cited the body of the hadith and then mentioned its extract according to the authenticity from its original sources, Then I studied the chain of transmission except for the men of Sahih Muslim; Because the nation agreed on receiving his hadiths with acceptance, then ruling on the chain of transmission of hadith after looking at the sayings of the scholars of al-Jarh and al-Ta’deel in the narrators, then after that I mention what is in the hadiths of strange words with the help of books of strange hadith and language dictionaries, then I mention the spectrum of the chain of transmission if any, then I proceed after This is by explaining the hadith in some detail from the books of explanations, then mentioning the most important benefits of the hadith, then mentioning the hadith jurisprudence, if any, abbreviated, using the books of jurisprudence

This research is a study of the Taabi’een narrators whom Ibn Hazm called (failed) in his local book، where we introduced them and explained their condition، to find out the agreement of Ibn Hazm with the imams of the wound and the amendment in his ruling on these narrators or his disagreement with them، and whether he followed the approach of moderation in his ruling on The narrators، or strictness، and was he influenced in his ruling on them by the doctrinal and jurisprudential aspects.
