In this research, we tried to shed light on important topic whose philosophical and religious aspects were linked to some philosophical personalities such as Abu Bakr al-Razi and what was known about him from different positions regarding some sensitive topics on which faith is based or not. In this research, we dealt with the most important suspicions created about Abu Bakr Al-Razi's position on prophecy, the three monotheistic religions, and the sacred books. I followed the inductive method, trying to stand by it at the most important main points that we referred to, preceded by a detailed definition in which I tried to define this character, which many researchers have long neglected to mention, and lost most of its intellectual and philosophical output. The research was divided into an introduction, a preface, four demands, and a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important results that I reached through this research.

The research deals with a Fiqhi issue of prayer within Al-Asbegabi’s choices in his explanation of Mukhtasar Al-Tahawi. The dispute in the Muhammadan nation is in the issues of the branches. And the branches are within the scope of the Qur’anic texts and the Prophet’s traces. If there is no motive for desire, then there is no sin in it, as decided by the scholars. The controversy must take place in practice; Because God created human beings with varying mental and intellectual abilities, and the hadith they received from the Prophet. The topic of our research is “Al-Asbejabi’s Choices in his Explanation of Al-Tahawi’s Mukhtasar, The Book of Worship, a Comparative Fiaqhi Study, the issue of the Takbeer Al-Ihram Formula as a Model.” The difference between the schools of jurisprudence occurred in this issue due to the need of the servant to know the provisions of this part of the details of prayer. So, we want to study it. The research plan required that it be in two sections: the first topic: a summary of the life of Imam Al-Asbejabi, and the second topic: the formula of the opening takbeer, then the conclusion and the most important sources.

This research included the statement of the explanatory guidance of the Qur'anic readings in the interpretation of Yahya bin Salam, may God rest his soul، and was limited to the interpretation of Surat al-Kahf from this interpretation to clarify the approach of Yahya bin Salam, may God rest his soul, in dealing with the explanatory directives of the Qur'anic readings. The study was divided into two demands; The study dealt with the collection of texts that have a disagreement between readers, and mentioned those who read them in the metn and the statement of the guidance of Yahya bin Salam, may God rest his soul, for the interpretive meaning according to the difference between the readers and clarify his words, and then recount the statements of the explainers who agree with him and those who disagree with him in the directive. The curriculum of the study is the descriptive analytical approach; the study included mentioning the statements of the interpreters and then showing the extent to which Yahya bin Salam agreed or violated them

This research aims to elicit Quranic purposes from the field interpretation of Sheikh Abdul Rahman Hasaan Habanka Al-Maidani by studying Surat Al-Fatihah, Al-Masad, Al-Takwir and Al-A'la as a model. The knowledge of the purposes of the surahs leads to the realization of some of the notable purpose of the revelation of the Quran، the consideration of its phrases, words and purposes, the statement of what Allah the almighty wants in it, and what its surahs and verses are guided to in a way that achieves understanding and action, and also a statement that the number of the purposes of the surah does not depend on the number of its verses, there are several verses in common. In one objective, and there is one verse in which there is more than one objective, so the Qur'anic objectives are inseparable from interpretation, since the Quran is the main source for defining the overall objectives, and from it deduced many ruling and partial ills, and it enables the interpreter to derive the rulings and wisdom of the Qur'an

This research deals with an explanation of the meaning of difference and the types of difference and a brief translation of the two venerable companions Abdullah bin Masoud and Abdullah bin Abbas, may God be pleased with them, and then the definition of the first part and the study method was based on mentioning the narration that was received From them, studying the chain of transmission of this narration and ruling on it, and then weighing them, if possible, or combining their sayings, and clarifying the type of difference contained in the narrations. This research aims to study and investigate a section of the Book of Briefing on the Oddities of the Noble Qur’an, its Sects and Its Truths، for the scholar Al-Barshah Obaid Allah Al-Samarkandi, who died in the year (701AH). It has a lot of linguistic aspect. In the first topic, I was known by the author and his book Al-Ijaz, as well as by the investigated section of it (Amma part). In the second topic, I mentioned the verified text, taking into account the method of scholars specialized in this field

This research includes a collection and study of the hadiths that Al-Aqili denied their proof in his book Al-Da’afa Al-Kabeer، and Muslim brought them out in his Sahih, by extracting them and studying their chains of transmission and explaining the face of Al-Aqili’s denial of them, and those who agreed with them by Al-Aqili and those who disagreed with him in them, and the sayings of scholars in them, and the weighting of the saying in them between Al-Aqili and the Imam Muslim, so the research came from an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, I mentioned the importance of the research, the reason for choosing it, the research objectives, the methodology followed in it, and its plan, and the first topic: a brief translation of Al-Aqili, and a brief summary of his book Al-Da`afa Al-Kabir, and the second topic: hadiths were mentioned in it. God has forbidden usury as a mercy to our economies and to preserve the interests of everyone in our societies and to protect us and them from the causes of corruption and economic backwardness. One of the greatest rulings forbidding usury in Islam is that it is an unjust way of investing and investing money, because usury is profited from rights that prove debts in debt. Islam’s position is decisive regarding usury, but is based on a deep economic vision and a piercing strategic view. Islam sees that the movement of money in the economy is like the movement of blood in the body. On the strength, health, and efficiency of the body in performing its functions, and the exact opposite is true. If the blood is imprisoned, hardened, or stumbled in its movement, this will lead to disability, fatigue, disease, and lethargy, disrupting its functions and collapsing its capabilities, and this may lead the body to death, so this is exactly the money in the economy

The research talks about the role of educational institutions in achieving intellectual security. Noting that intellectual security prevails in societies where moderation is achieved. Working to establish the moderation of Islam and the moderation of its principles in society is of high importance to achieving intellectual security, and keeping away from moderation is a major cause of intellectual deviation, which leads to insecurity. Achieving moderation cannot be done by a specific institution, but the efforts of all societal institutions must be combined to work towards achieving this. The most important of these institutions are: educational institutions; From schools, universities, literary clubs, and others. The majority of society members attach the utmost importance to schools and universities in their educational role in achieving intellectual security for members of society and protecting them from deviation. Most people rely on the guidance of teachers and professors for their children, and educate them against slipping into the abyss of intellectual deviation

This research is concerning with the study of Samanam religion that mentioned in ancient and contemporary sources. It is aimed to identify and trace Samanam in ancient and contemporary sources and collect related data and information to study and compare it to the recent Buddhism. The researcher used the historical, inductive and comparative approach. The most important findings, the researcher found that the origin of Samanam is traced back to the Sanskrit word which means, the monk who dedicates himself to meditation, and that Samanam is the Buddhist religion, not shamanism. In addition, ancient sources described Samanam almost the same as Buddhism and among of these is describing "bodhisattvas" or "Buddha" himself as the head of Buddhism and that Samanam and Buddhism believe in reincarnation but not in God. The ancient sources mentioned the places of Samana and the name of its founder and part of beliefs that these sources presented about Samana are: "eternity of the world", "the rewarding" and "idols worshipping".

Affliction in interpretation is a negative phenomenon, as it is carrying the meaning in the verse to something other than what is intended, such as hardship, fabrication, and so on, and if the apparent meaning suggests what is intended, the implication in interpretation has left several negative effects that have resulted in disputes between the interpreters. Some of the People of the Book in Islam, the spread of the Israelites and their incorporation into the interpretation, and the misconception of the context of the meaning of the verse, was one of the most important reasons that caused its authors to be obligated. Knowledge, has negative effects that were reflected on the interpretation, and produced costs far from what the context might bear in understanding the verse. The scholars (may God have mercy on them) did not neglect the costs mentioned by some in their books, rather they were keen to stand on them in all their types, and direct them to the meaning intended from the context of the verse
