At that time which was with oppression and despotism that has been done by the rulers through the times, the Sudanese poets have revoked the Arab nations to uprise and create revolution against oppression, tyranny and retake their lost freedom by sacrificing and they have introduced some models in order to terminate such despotism. The most prominent models are: the method of the prophets of the God (Peace be upon them) and Emam Khomeini’s revolution therefore they have asked them to learn and follow the lessons from Iranian Islamic revolution to put it into consideration in order to terminate oppression and tyranny.

This research refuses the opinion that Arabic scholars have not knowing the historical method. In the other hand it proved that the relation must be described as it was in lack of care and attention in the Arabic change. This paper sets the linguistic changing factors, determines its aspects, and explains its features, in depending on the mentioned examples which was discussed and studied in this research. The research concludes that the grammatical alterations did not change the system of the Arabic language, but it stayed in the scope of stylistic variations which most of it were proved in the past and present .

The present research attempts to discuss the grammarians\' opinions in answering the following question: is it permissible for the measuring of the plural of plural, or is it sufficient for what is stated about it from the Arab? The research consists of three sections: in the first one, the researcher deals with the opinion of Al-khaleelibn Ahmad Al-Faraheedi and his student Sibaweh.
