This study deals with the poetic levels in the expressions of imams al – baqhir and al – sadiqh as an attempt to study the poet secrets of their speech and this involves a preface thrugh weich we might be acquainted with their characteristics lives eras and heritages as well as the concept of poetics to know that it is the literary speech laws and that the important element of adding a literary feature to the language is the depicton which enable the poet or the writer to attract the receivers attention .
The study found that the two Imams had invested many rhythmic forms types of the rhetoric performance and different structural styles to create and innovate poetic levels that attract their receiver to sy mpathy with them and what motivates us to study the religious heritage which we inherit from the Imams.

The Quranic verse are similar and different according to the textual Contexts and the conditions of the miracle Quranic style .There aremany non –restricted verses in the holy Quran and they contain manyreplacements , the researcher chose some of the coordinationconjunctions to be an example for the research and an image of the
coordination conjunctions that is represented by using the coordinationconjunction in the verse such as '' waw = and '' which had been replaced by another one which is '' fe = then '' in the non restricted verse . The research found out the charasteristics , reasons and results of thisreplacement , relating the Quranic purpose to which the investment ofthe context had referred.This replacement came in five images :- such asthe replacement of '' fe '' and '' waw '' , the replacement of '' waw '' and ''thuma '' and the replacement of ''fe ''and ''thumah '' .All these images are
devoted to a special contextual and significance as a result of this conjunction which is the smallest part of the structure , but it had the ability to control and change the meaning of the structure to an extent that it pushed away the meaning of identification .

The research has tackled the most important critical opinions about the poetry of Turfa Bin Al-Abd and after discussing them, we were able to reach the final results. This study was also successful in revealing the most prominent artistic features of the poet. The results that were reached were as follows:
The importance and status that he gained among the poets of his time was not for nothing but for his unique poeticism which was revived by the circumstances that he lived which fed his imagination and aroused his emotions specially because he was an orphan the main reason for being so compassionate. Adding to that the conflicts which the poet lived during his life that were between his people and their opponents.
The poet showed his ability through using the terms that were the nearest to the heart by giving his own opinions in which he used the sense verbs a lot taken from the real life.
His poetry belongs to the late pre-Islamic era were this type of poetry reached a stable refine state reflected in his structures, poetic imagination and simile which was admired by all critics.
The poetry of Turfa drew the attention of the modern critics as well as the ancient ones and both had the same opinion of his works. The research reached that the poet has a prominent genius personality which is regarded as a phenomena in the Arab poetry.
The poetic purposes that the poet used were affected by the type of life and social circumstances that the Arabs lived and he felt as a stranger although he loved his people and was proud of them and wrote about them many poems of pride.
He has a profound look to every simple item making it a critical matter as death and life. He was considered as the poet of the Arab area with all its mountains, plains, horses, camels and all it traditions during peace and war.
He deserves to be called as a world poet were the pain was his greatest motive for writing.
Finally, we hope that we were successful in our research and revealing the works presented by the poet which was unique and special. That was the reason why many critics of the modern and the ancient times were eager to study his poetry.

The modernists followed the steps of the ancient ones in theory and application.
2- The rhetoric of the arrangement is related to the simulation theory concerning its aesthetic aspect based on the fact that the simulation in its simplest images necessitate that the creative work should be more like life and that it is a simple relation depicting reality as it is. In other words, not every arrangement is a creative work if it does not simulates the essence that arouses meditation in life.
3- The new vision of arrangement helped deciding the analytical rules and uncovering the profound inspirational meanings that has never been revealed before because of the interrelation of the terms and the absence of the methods followed in revealing the meaning of this rhetorical phenomena.

This thesis is about a thing that may happen in a certain time or a certain status, and is doubtful to keep on after that. It is about the judicial adjudication regarding things that are not correlated with it, or having something stating its constancy.
This thesis is divided into two parts:
The first deals with what regards the juridical adjudication, like establishment of the nonentities.
The second deals with taking the same judicial adjudication which is of two kinds: to prove the judicial adjudication for a known subject.
The second kind is about a known a subject which doesn't arouse any suspicion.
The following steps were followed for achievement:
1- choosing the thesis: it is a short one, from one hand, and was written by a great a great man like Al-Bahbahani on the other. So, it is important to prove that this thesis is for Al-Waheed Al-Bahbahani .
2- We are not yet sure whether the thesis has been investigated.
3- Searching for the different copies of the thesis: at the beginning we have got a copy from the library of Al-Fiqh College, then we found a copy in Kashif elGhitaa library, which the same as the one belonging to the library of Al-Fiqh College, then we found two different copies of the thesis in Ameer elMu'mineen library.
4- Copying the thesis from manuscripts, reading the ambiguous words, and making comparisons among the copies, fixing the punctuation marks as known nowadays.
5- Making conformity of the copies, to show and clarify the differences so as to fix the most correct and specified copy, then putting the differences in apostils.
6- Confirming that the thesis was written by Al-Waheed Al-Bahbahani . This will be included in the introductions which we have written in this study.
7- Write a biography of Al-Waheed Al-Bahbahani, and show his role in developing the Isolian Imamian School, it will be shown in the introductions.
8-Confirming the differences among the copies in apostles using the following symbols:
a) The copy of Al-Fiqh College, and the copy of Kashif elGhitaa library.
b) The copy of Ameer elMu'mineen the first library.
c) The copy of Ameer elMu'mineen the second library.
We have made the copy of b) as the original one and made some necessary amendments according to a) and c) because b) was the reliable when we have made revisions.
We included the study a number of introductions which show the reader the value of the study and its writer.

This study aims at shedding light on the concept of Addahr in the pre-Islamic poetry and in the poetry of the first Era of Islam. The study is divided into an introduction and two sections. The introduction tackles some definitions of Addahr and the difference between this concept and times as it is shown in the poetry of these two eras. The first section deals with the point of view of the Arabic poet in the pre-Islamic period which is depicted through his idea about existence and nihilism. The second section deals with Addahr from the same perspective where the idea of existence and nihilism is still dominating. Then, the conclusion which sums up the results which the study reaches.
