Establishing the science of objectives of law as objectives of Islamic sharia is very necessary in order to get the benefit that law texts have. Understanding the objectives of sharia is very important to improve the law. It leads to open the difficulty of texts.The laws could not achieve the citizens' requires from all aspects because there is no firm understanding regarding this issue at philosophers of laws, who did not follow Jurists of Sharia in this matter. Hence, this article strives to study the objectives of law in the light of objectives of Islamic Sharia. This article consists of two parts: the first one illustrates the concept of objectives of sharia, its sections and degrees. The second one explains the aim of law by following the objectives of Islamic Sharia. The article is concluded with magnificent results.

This research is titled: ((Interpretation of Surat Al-Qadr from the painting: (10-12), by Imam: Abd al-Rahman bin Moayed Zadeh, died: )922 AH) “Investigating the Night of Decree.” In it, the discussion is revolved around the manuscript in general, starting with the author’s personal and scholarly life, and passing through documenting the book’s attribution to the author and the validity of the title, then describing the copies and the researcher’s method in this research. Finally the verified text is studied turns out that the most possible is in the tendons.

Islamic Sharia has established rights for animals that have not yet been provided for by legislation and man-made laws. These rights guarantee the animal’s life, prevent pain, and preserve its species to perform the function for which it was created. Among these rights are the right to life, the right to get food and drink, and the inviolability of preventing that from him. And the prohibition of killing him for no benefit, his right in times of war and peace. Included also is his right to prevent him from beating and torturing him, assigning him beyond his capacity, separating him from his son, and the prohibition of cursing and insulting him, and so on. This is what we will discuss in this research, with a statement of the ruling on the guarantee of the doctor or therapist if he makes a mistake in the treatment or medication

The study deals with a scientific study of the parts of the rational case between what is agreed upon and what differs in, and shows the necessity of submission in the case of the difference between doubt and hesitation and between ratification, and between the verbal ratio and the eternal predicate ratio, through the following:Including: a statement of the applicants' opinion that the parts of the case are three, and they were silent about the percentage between them. The later speakers differed in directing the silence of the forerunners on opinions: Some of them said: Their silence is evident that the applicants did not consider it as a condition not a part. Some of them said: Their silence is not a sign of denial, rather they consider it as a condition, not a part. Some others said the opposite, that is, considering it a a part , not a condition. The author has an analysis of this dilemma, being guided for the statements of the two parties, and a discussion of their opinions in response, guidance, and then reconciliation. This includes clarifying the meaning of ratification between the opinions of theologians and philosophers, then discussing their opinions collectively, then guidance, and then weighting. This includes a statement of the meaning of science between how, addition and emotion, then reconciling opinions and making the dispute verbal.

Victory is the goal that the believers strive for, and the gnostic bags roll up to it, and who does not wish to win, and the greatest victory that the believer wins is the satisfaction of Allah Almighty, and whoever wants to win in the Hereafter must be patient in this world with obedience, and be patient with disobedience, and be patient with The measures of God Almighty. These actions need patience and perseverance; in order for the real victory to be achieved, which is victory in Paradise and its blesses and salvation from Hell. The Almighty Allah said: (So whoever is removed from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has won and the life of this world is nothing but the enjoiment of vanity) . Greatness from Allah, and obedience in itself is a great victory, for Paradise is the abode of the victorious And the wish of the Gnostics. So, the believer who achieves faith and good deeds, and fears Allah as He should be feared, and fears Him and works with His pleasure, is truly called for the winners, and this shows the importance of following Allah's commands, glory be to Him, and following His Prophet, and distancing himself from whims and heresies. Whoever wants for himself victory, salvation, and victory, he must follow the Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, and his honorable companions must be bound, follow their approach and follow their path. So, whoever is upon this has won a great victory. The research was divided into two sections. The first consists of the definitions of the study. The second topic contains the verses of victory mentioned in the Glorious Qur’an and their derivatives. The conclusion mentions the results that we have reached.

This research deals with the topic of the study: (the hadiths that are reasoned by the difference in the two chains of Othman bin Affan and Abi Talha Al-Ansari, may Allah pleased them from the book of Ills of Darqutni - A Critical Study), (An Applied Study of a Model of the Hadiths that are Reasoned in the Ills of Darqutni, the Great Companion Othman bin Affan, may Allah pleased him, as a Model ). The science of the ills of hadith is one of the most difficult sciences of hadith; because of its ambiguity and accuracy. So, in the first section of this research there is a talk about the translation of the great companion Othman bin Affan, where the translation dealt with his personal life, his name, lineage, nickname, and titles, with an indication of the degree of his hadith, and a summary is represented. The second topic came in discourse on an applied study of a reasoned hadith mentioned by Al-Hafiz Al-Daraqutni in his book Al-Ilal, where I came with the words of Al-Daraqutni, with an explanation of the face of difference in the hadith, then I mentioned the aspects of difference with their graduation. A study of the aspects of difference with the statement of the most correct aspect of that and the judgment on the hadith is mentioned. I followed the scientific method in this study, and the commandment in this research: It is the necessity of directing the students of knowledge and delving into the science of causes and finding out what came from the obvious secrets in the narrations of the critics.

The science of fundamentals of jurisprudence is one of the most important legal sciences, and that is why scholars took care of it and wrote many books. Some of the books are from those whom Allah awakened a servant to and brought them into the light, and among them were those who did not see the light. It was from Allah's success that He made it easy for me to obtain an important footnote on one of the most important books. Al-Usool, which is the book (Al-Talweh to Reveal the Facts of Revision) by Al-Taftazani. Two copies of the manuscript in the investigation process, and a study were presented that included the life of the author, and there is a description of the two copies used in the investigation. There is also the text investigated with a comment on the phrases that need a comment. A conclusion that included the most important results is presented.

Inheritance is a divine system that Allah Almighty imposed and explained in His Glorious book in Surat Al-Nisa’, verses (11, 12, 176). Inheritance has provisions like others based on it, such as pillars, conditions, reasons, and impediments, which I will explain in this research. What prompted me to write in this topic is sharing in this virtuous knowledge and following the order of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when he said: (Learn the religious obligations and teach them to people, for it is half of knowledge, it is the first thing that is forgotten, and it is the first thing that is taken from my nation).

The suspicions raised by the orientalists about the hadiths of the descent of the Qur’anic revelation are many, including the suspicion raised by some orientalists that the Qur’anic revelation was taken by the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) from Buhaira, the monk, and from what they used as evidence for that is the story of Buhaira the monk contained in the noble hadith of the Prophet . This research sheds lights on what they inferred from those hadiths, then it refutes their suspicions in the light of what it reached, using textual and mental evidence that refutes their claims, and shows the fragility of their suspicions, and the weakness of their argument.This research is an extracted part of my doctoral dissertation, which is entitled (Hadiths of the Revelation of Orientalists - A Critical Study), in which I dealt with the presentation of suspicions raised by Orientalists about the Qur’anic revelation through their inferences to some of the Prophet’s hadiths. Then I discussed, criticized and refuted these suspicions in an accurate scientific manne with the help of textual and mental evidence. This part came within the second chapter of the dissertation, as it was devoted to studying the suspicions they raised about the Qur’anic revelation by relying on and inferring some of the hadiths of the Prophet. Finally, the researcher concluded through this modest research that the claim of some orientalists that the revelation was taken from Buhaira , the monk is not based on scientific evidence, and that it has no basis in truth, and what they inferred is rejected by the textual and mental evidence that we have cited in this research.

This research deals with the definition of the prophetic medicine in terms that in language it is dexterity and skill in any matter, whether it is in medicine or in other things. For the people of art it is a science, it is a science from which the conditions of the human body are known in terms of what is exposed to it of health and corruption,. Then We came to the prophetic medicine, which we are dealing with in this research, which is the sum of what is related to medicine, including describing disease, medicine, hospitalization and food, whether it is the verses of the Qur’an or the hadiths of the Prophet. Prophetic medicine includes recipes that the Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, commanded to take from a certain type of food and drink, or that he approved or forbade, and what companions he used to treat people. However, the matter did not depend on ordering some medications or forbidding others by the Messenger, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him. Rather, some legislations are related to matters of medication and medical ethics in practicing the profession and guaranteeing the practitioner in the perspective of Islamic law did not stop. So, prophetic medicine is saying, doing, and approving its implications related to medicine. Scholars have collected hadiths about therapeutic medicine and classified them in their books, such as the two imams Bukhari and Muslim and others, and there are many old books that are currently classified and printed. It does not mean that our scholars have investigated and published all the medical books and manuscripts, but rather our national libraries are still full of those books dealing with prophetic medicine.

This issue is of utmost importance in the belief in Allah and the Islamic faith so, I chose his book. This is my research on the nature of philosophy. It mentioned the opinions and perceptions of philosophers. After I followed many sources of philosophical books, I found that despite the ingenuity of philosophy and the superiority of some civilizations over the other and the emergence of intellectual men among them, including the Greek philosophers, they were disappointing in their theoretical interpretations. In the forefront, there is the description of Allah Almighty, as they failed to reveal the knowledge of Allah and the unseen. The Almighty says (They ask you about the spirit. Say, the spirit is from the command of my Lord, and you have been given only a little knowledge). Surah Al-Isra: Verse (58). Still and forever, no one will be able to reveal the essence of the soul, no matter how much the scholars and philosophers reach their peak. That is why I was excited to write this research paper, seeking the help of Allah, to explain the true nature of philosophy, the extent of its usefulness, and the responses of the opinions of Muslim scholars, including Imam Al-Ghazali, who wrote his book Incoherence of the Philosophers. In which, he explained the delusions of non-Muslim philosophers and some of the erring ones.

The scientific miracles in the Glorious Qur’an, and the cosmic verses in it prove the truth of Mohammad's prophethood, (Allah's peace and blessings be upon him). There is no doubt that the use of scientific information and knowledge in interpreting the verses of the Glorious Qur’an will make the meanings of the verses, especially the cosmic verses of the Qur’an, more clear, as they increase the believer’s faith, and invite the polytheists need to be guided to the true religion. The scientific miracle in the Qur’an and Sunnah has become today the appropriate means of calling to Allah for the people of our time and the era of scientific and technical progress. Therefore, I decided that the title of my research should be: (The scientific miracle in the prohibition of pork and its role in calling to Allah and establishing faith) “An objective study.” One of the greatest things that prompted me to this title is that I found non-Muslims only pay attention to established scientific facts, so I wanted to show these facts, so that Allah may guide whomever He wills of His servants since Allah if you chooses you to guide a man is better than anything in the world . My approach in writing this research is to extrapolate and characterize the verses of scientific miracles in the prohibition of pork, and to link them with what modern science discovered.

The science of jurisprudence is one of the most honorable of sciences, rather it is its goal and end, and the sciences in its various branches are servants of it, and they are all interconnected and integrated, forming a compact building that is directed towards one goal, which is to organize the actions of people in the various facilities of their lives, and to link them with their Creator and their idol, which is the goal for which he was created. The whole life of a Muslim is based on knowledge of jurisprudence, knowledge of it, knowledge of its details and walking on the lines it draws.I divided the research into two parts: the first section contains two topics, the first topic is his personal biography, and the second topic is talking about the manuscript.As for the second section, it is the verified text, "From the beginning of the manuscript to its saying, and prayer is light and salvation."
