competition between companies which operating in a similar sectors was the disappearance of some companies Because of their inability to compete and the Conglomerate of other companies which led to the formation of giant companies that the countries can not bear their projects, and to meet its interests the giant companies started to move outside their countries, and this lead to the rise of the multinational companies, which consists of a company at the top represent the holding company followed by other companies affiliated to it administratively and financially even if it was independent. For the importance of this subject we divided the study into two chapters.The First chapter- the administrative relation between the holding company and its subsidiary companies.The Second chapter- the financial relation between the holding company and its subsidiary companies.

The justice is a relative matter concerning human beings because the universal justice is in God’s ability, therefore the justice is not a human characteristic because the human beings are vulnerable to mistakes, but the human had orders from God to achieve justice, and here the role of the judiciary comes to recognition of rights, and achieve justice between the peoples especially in the framework of criminal judiciary. The features of the right to justice are cleared in many international and regional conventions.Based on the above and through a historical perspective on the progress of the International criminal jurisdiction, we have reached to indicators that reflect the international standards which divided into: -International standards - and judicial standards

It is well known that the legal regulation of personal status has a very serious importance because of its relation with the Variables concerning Human as Individual in a family. When the Personal Status Law of 1959 was passed, the Islamic jurisprudence appeared in the form of a written legal rules and it sole source is the legitimate provisions associated with the family, and then the article 41 of the Iraqi constitution in 2005 represented a serious development in the personal status rule for the Iraqis, and this lead us to study the thread studying the pros and cons and comparing that with the situation of the legal regulation of personal status before the constitution of 2005, especially in the framework of personal status law.
