Abstract

The poet Miqdar bin almukhtar Al-matamiri (died 593 AH ) is one of the poets who were interested in poetics ( poetry) and contributed in the development of this kind. We know little about his life , he was one of the laurtuse . Historians mentioned little about him and his poetry . I found some works referred by the poets of his time and in the dictionaries of literature though many of his poems are not available. We could not find any anthology belongs to him or any collections in which his poetry was written . This was the incentive to step forward to gather the fragments of these texts and poems to be studied scientifically. His works were collected from the references . They were enough to be published to rebirth his works and his collections that were lost as many of the Muslims works were lost previously. About (241) lines of poetry were collected , that deserve to be studied and make recension to explore his capacities in poetry and rhetoric potentials. The article was divided into two sections and a conclusion preceded by an introduction in which the biography of the poet was mentioned. The first section was devoted to the most important themes . The second included the lines of his poetry. The article was conducted with the most important result .

Abstract

الحمد لله ربّ العالمين ، والصّلاة والسّلام على سيّد المرسلين ، سيّدنا محمّدٍ وعلى آلِهِ وصحبِهِ الطيّبين الطّاهرين أجمعين ، إلى يوم الدِّين ، وبعدُ :
فإنّ الشّاعر مقدار بن المختار المطاميريّ ، المتوفى سنة (593هـ)، واحد من الشّعراء الذين عُنُوا بالفن الشّعريّ وأسهموا في تطور النّظم فيه ، ولا نعرِف إلاّ النزر اليسير عن تفاصيل حياته ، وأنَّه كان واحداً من شعراء البلاط العباسي آنذاك، ولم يذكر المؤرخون إلاّ النزر اليسير عنه وعن موهبته الشعرية ، ومنها : ما وردّ من لمحاتٍ يسيرةٍ عن بعضٍ من معاصريهِ ، وقفنا عليها في المصادر والمعاجم التي وصلتنا ، على ندرتها ؛ بيدَ أنّ الكثير من قصائدهِ وأبياتِهِ لم تصل إلينا ، ولم أقف له على أيّ ذكرٍ لأيّة نسخةٍ مخطوطة من ديوانِه محققةً تحقيقاً علميّاً أو مطبوعةً طباعةً حديثة - وهذا ما شجّعني على المضيّ في طريق جمع شتات ما وقفنا عليه من تلك النصوص ، وما تبقّى من قصائِدِ شعرِهِ وأخبارهِ ، وتحقيقهِا تحقيقاً علميّاً أكاديميّاً محكَّماً - ؛ إذ قًمتُ بجمع شعر الشّاعر من المصادر والمضان التي وقفتُ عليها ، وحصل لي مقدار صالح للنشر؛ لغرض إحياء نتاج شاعر ضاعَ ديوانه ؛ مثلما ضاع كثير من مواد الحضارة الإسلاميّة ، وقد وقفتُ على(241) بيتاً من أبيات المطاميريّ ؛ استحقّتْ - من وجهة نظري – الوقوف عليها وجمعها وفق منهج الجمع والتّحقيق ، ودراستها وتبيان أساليبها المخصوصة التي ترتبط في موضوعه والكشف عن قوّتها الإبلاغية ومقدرتها الإيصالية إلى المتلقّي، وقد تطلّبَ البحث تقسيمه على مطلبين وخاتمة ، يسبقهما تمهيد خُصِّصَ للحديث عن بطاقة الشاعر ، وعقدت المطلب الأول لدراسة شعره وأهم أغراضهِ ، وشغلَ المطلب الثاني جمع أبياته وتحقيقها، وختم البحث بأهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها .

Abstract

Good and ugliness are among the terms of the linguistic evaluation that the ancients used to judge the various linguistic uses. There is no doubt that the ancients did not use the terms haphazardly، but rather relied on the words of the Arabs.
Ibn al-Khabaz is a linguist who adopted the two terms in his book ” Tojeeh Allamae “. To evaluate the linguistic uses، but he was not successful in all the linguistic rulings which he described as good or ugly. Because we find that some of the rulings that were called good or ugliness were incorrect، as it was proven that what contradicts them in poetry and prose.

Abstract

الحسن والقبح من مصطلحات التقويم اللغويّ التي استخدمها القدماء للحكم على الاستعمالات اللّغويّة المختلفة ، ولا شكّ في أنّ القدماء لم يطلقوا المصطلحين جزافا وإنّما اعتمدوا في ذلك على كلام العرب .
وابن الخباز قد تبنى المصطلحين في كتابه توجيه اللمع ؛ لتقويم الاستعمالات اللّغويّة غير أنّه لم يكن موفقا في جميع الأحكام اللغوية التي وصفها بالحسن أو القبح ؛ لأنّنا نجد بعض الأحكام التي اطلق عليها بالحسن أو القبح كانت غير صحيحة لثبوت ما يخالفها في الشعر والنثر .

The modern educational values system in Children's stories in Iraq

Throughout history technology has proven to be not only a means of progress but also a dangerous weapon of destruction. Instead of saving people's lives, technology can lead its users to be depressed and to have many mental diseases. The study argues that the mental diseases of post postmodern people is caused by info technology and acceleration of new life that affects human minds and leads people to be depressed, schizophrenic, bored and so on. The main aim of this research is to argue that these mental diseases are not a psychological state, but a defensive mechanism that the mind uses to get rid of the pressures of the new life.This paper attempts to explain the relevance of such figurations in Chuck Palahniuk's novel Fight Club by drawing on the observations and views made by the Italian communist thinker and philosopher Franco Berardi. According to his semio-capitalism concept, which is the consuming of the human mind for the sake of capitalism, the information technologies of 21th century have separated us from our social, physical or sensual body. Fight Club exposes the darkness at the core of our new world of info technology concentrating on a depressed man just sick with his life and wants to change it.

أثبتت التكنولوجيا عبر التاريخ أنها ليست وسيلة للتقدم فحسب ، بل هي أيضًا سلاح تدميري خطير. ف بدلاً من إن تنقذ حياة الناس ، يمكن أن تؤدي التكنولوجيا إلى إصابة مستخدميها بالاكتئاب والإصابة بالعديد من الأمراض العقلية. تناقش هذه الدراسة بأن الأمراض العقلية لأشخاص ما بعد الحداثة سببها تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتسارع الحياة الجديدة التي تؤثر على عقول البشر وتؤدي إلى الاكتئاب والفصام والملل وما إلى ذلك. الهدف الرئيسي من هذا البحث هو القول بأن هذه الأمراض العقلية ليست حالة نفسية ، ولكنها آلية دفاعية يستخدمها العقل للتخلص من ضغوط الحياة الجديدة ، و تهدف هذه الورقة الى شرح مثل هذه المسالة في رواية نادي القتال ل تشاك بالانيوك بالاعتماد على الملاحظات والآراء التي أبداها المفكر والفيلسوف الشيوعي الإيطالي فرانكو بيراردي. وفقًا لمفهومه سيمورأسمالية ، وهو استهلاك العقل البشري من أجل الرأسمالية ، فقد فصلتنا تقنيات المعلومات في القرن الحادي والعشرين عن عالمنا الاجتماعي أو المادي أو الحسي. تكشف رواية نادي القتال عن الظلام الكامن في عالمنا الجديد لتكنولوجيا المعلومات مع التركيز على رجل مكتئب مريض بحياته للتو ويريد تغييرها.

Abstract

The dilemma of environmental pollution is linked to the misuse and depletion of environmental resources in an irregular manner, causing them to lose their balance and increase their risks, which in turn affects the entire ecosystem in all its forms (air, water, soil). Even the unawareness or negligence in dealing with environmental resources by individuals or certain entities leads to significant pollution in the environment, impacting society and health.
Environmental pollutants in Iraq are increasing due to political, security, and economic conditions, accompanied by the destruction of infrastructure as a result of wars and their aftermath, such as targeting power generation stations, economic facilities, industrial plants, railways, oil sources, sewage treatment and disposal systems, residential complexes, water filtration unit failures, and the limited role of waste transportation and disposal. All these factors and more have exacerbated the dilemma of environmental pollution. The issues of environmental degradation and pollution are more closely related to urban areas than other regions, perhaps due to considering urban areas as huge consumers of environmental resources (food, water, energy, etc.) due to their increasing population engaged in industrial, literary, artistic, political, commercial, administrative, and public service fields, leading to significant waste generation.
Based on this basis, the objectives of this research are to shed light on understanding the motives and causes of environmental pollution, focusing on the dimensions of environmental pollution (air, water, soil) in order to assess the extent of damage. Additionally, it aims to identify the social and health costs resulting from environmental pollution and explore the best means and methods to mitigate the harm caused by environmental pollution.

رتبط معضلة التلوث البيئي بسوء استخدام واستنزاف الموارد البيئية وبطريقة غير منتظمة بحيث تفقد توازنها وتزداد مخاطرها التي تنعكس على النظام البيئي بكل أشكاله (الهواء، والماء، والتربة) بل حتى التعامل مع الموارد البيئية بعدم وعي او تهاون من قبل الافراد او بعض الجهات يؤدي إلى تلوث كبير في البيئة، مما يؤثر على الانسان اجتماعيا وصحيا.
وتزداد الملوثات البيئية في العراق تبعا للظروف السياسية والأمنية والاقتصادية وما يرافقها من تدمير للبنى التحتية نتيجة الحروب واثارها من قبيل استهداف محطات توليد الطاقة الكهربائية، والمنشأة الاقتصادية، والمعامل الصناعية،
وسكك الحديد، والمصادر النفطية، وأنظمة معالجة وتصريف مياه المجاري، والمجمعات السكنية وتعطل وحدات تصفية المياه، وضعف دور اليات البلديات في نقل وطمر النفايات، كل هذه العوامل وغيرها زادت من معضلة التلوث البيئي، وترتبط قضايا تدهور البيئة وتلوثها بالمناطق الحضرية أكثر من ارتباطها بالمناطق الأخرى، وقد يعود ذلك إلى اعتبار المناطق الحضرية مناطق استهلاك ضخمة للموارد البيئية (مواد غذائية، ماء، طاقة...) فبحكم الزيادة السكانية العاملة في المجالات الصناعية والأدبية والفنية والسياسية والتجارية والإدارية والخدمات العامة، تلقي بضلالها من خلال المخلفات وبكميات هائلة.
وعلى هذا الأساس تأتي اهداف هذا البحث لتسلط الضوء على معرفة دوافع وأسباب التلوث البيئي، والتركيز على ابعاد التلوث البيئي (هواء- ماء- تربة) من اجل تقدير حجم الضرر، فضلا عن بيان التكلفة الاجتماعية والصحية الناجمة عن التلوث البيئي، ومعرفة أفضل السبل والوسائل لمواجهة ضرر التلوث البيئي.

Abstract

The significance of words is not based on sensory input but in terms of what that input means when it is perceived. This is the basis of social relationships, and it is the basis that reflects the social knowledge. Politeness is realised through the choice of suitable language expressions according to the situational and social context. Honorific forms are the typical linguistic expressions for exhibiting politeness since their use presumes pragmatic agreement with the situation. Honorifics are a politeness method in a specific language which may be particular words, or sentence structures. The current study aims to find out how the newspapers announced the death of Queen Elizabeth and how they honored her by using different types of honorific expressions. Ten newspapers (five from The United Kingdom and five from The United States of America) have been chosen to be analysed based on Levinson’s (1983) model. According to the findings, most newspapers use referent honorifics and authorised recipient kinds to indicate the nature of the speaker's regard for the person being referred to.
