This research aims to clarify the jurisprudential issues related to the interpretation of the goal of the wishes، for Al-Kurani through Surat Al-Mujadila، and to clarify the relationship between Islamic jurisprudence and the main and secondary sources from which it is derived، such as the Holy Qur’an and the Prophetic Sunnah، and to identify the difference in jurisprudence issues، leading to the fruit of the dispute، and thus it becomes clear to us The issue in all its aspects. This research included an introduction in which the objectives of the research and the reason for choosing the topic with the research plan were clarified. It has two sections. The first and included two demands: The first requirement: a statement of the concept of jurisprudence، linguistically and idiomatically. Jurisprudence in Surat Al-Mujadila and there are two demands: The first Is the word “touching” real or intended for intercourse، the second: Does the offering of the wife at night interrupt the fast in the expiation for fasting in the zihaar، and we reached through it the knowledge of the ruling on the two issues. A woman is not permitted until after the penance. If the penance is by fasting، then he must complete the two consecutive months before intercourse، whether the intercourse is day or night، because the meaning of touch here in the context of the speech is intercourse، not touching with the hand، and God Almighty knows best.

This research is an investigation study of a part of a manuscript entitled: ((The manifestation of the hidden facts from the clear sea))،by Imam Khair al-Din al-Ramli al-Hanafi (T. Abu Hanifa،may God Almighty have mercy on him،because of his distinguished position among the later jurists of the sect،and for what he deposited - may God have mercy on him - in it of the precious issues he collected from the most important books approved in the sect،reviewing the sayings of the owners of the sect and its men whose sayings are taken and relied upon،pointing to what actually happened from them. In his era or in the ages prior to it،and this study that we present today follows in the footsteps of the previous ones who drew from the books of the predecessors and studied their manuscripts that reached us،hoping that God Almighty will write to us success and payment in presenting them in a satisfactory and acceptable manner.

This research about an imam from among the imams of hadith, and he is one of those who has a long history in criticism, ills, jarh and modification, and he has not a few words about the deaths of men, and he is an imam from the people of Iraq Basra, and he was one of the most people of Basra. , pious, virtuous, polite, jurisprudent, and mastered in memorization, he is the imam: Abu Awn Abdullah bin Awn bin Artban, Mawla Mazina, born in the year 66 AH and died in the year 151 AH, and he was nicknamed Abu Aoun, and he was called Burdah.
He has his own words about the wound, such as: left him, weak, liar, accused of delaying, does not memorize, and others. The second part is what she recites from the prophet’s words. This paper started with an introduction followed by two chapters. Now then: This research includes an overview of Ibn Al-Labbad's life with three issues related to Al-Hajj Book, in which Ibn Al-Labbad has criticized El-Shafei's point of view. The aim of the research is to determine the most likely between the views of these two Imams, Malik and El-Shafei, along with taking the blame off of Al Imam El-Shafei, because Ibn Al-Labbad believes in the Maliki School and tried to make his doctrine the most likely one, and intends to mislead Al Imam El-Shafei, claiming that the view of Al Imam Malik in this debate is the right one, (again) because, according to his argument, Ibn Al-Labbad sees that El-Shafei has presented (certain) issues contradicting them in some of his other views, or he (El-Shafei) has contradicted the Book (Holy Qur'an) of Almighty God and the Sunna of Prophet Muhammad, God's blessings be upon him. In this research, I have studied issues related to the Al-Hajj Book, in which Ibn Al-Labbad criticized Imam El-Shafei and revealed who is the preponderant.

This is a summary of our research, and we pray to God Almighty for success .
Our article included two topics, the first of which was devoted to an aspect of the biography of Imam al-Shafi’i as well as the principles and terminology of his doctrine, as it was built on principles based on the Book and the Sunnah, then consensus on what is not a book or Sunnah, then some of the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and we do not know of him contradicting them . The second topic covered four issues from the Book of Prayer, where we explained through the speech of the Mufti with the Shafi'is, then disagreement with the Shafi'is in the jurisprudential issue, then who agrees with them and who disagrees with them The other schools of thought The preference will then be given based on the strongest and most correct evidence, with an explanation of whether or not the preference is approved for the mufti's statement .

Many researchers dealt with the sayings of the followers، but Imam Abu Imran al-Jawni did not touch anyone to study his explanatory sayings، and through my study of his life and sayings، it was that Imam al-Jawni died in Basra and the most correct in the year 128 AH، and he is considered one of the trustworthy followers and met five companions، and explained some verses of the Qur’an some of them were verses of encouragement did not exceed three verses، one of them: he interpreted them in the sense of the vocabulary of the language، the second: he interpreted them in the Hebrew and Syriac languages، and the third he interpreted them by the method of transmission from the Israelites، and many commentators were quoted from him after him. It also emerged in the hadith.
It was proven to me that al-Jawni relied in his interpretation of Arabic، Hebrew، Syriac and Israeli news.

1-That Imam Ayyub was the master of the youth of the people of Basra، in which he was born in the year (68 AH) and lived there until he died in the year (131 AH).
2-He lived between the era of the plagues of Basra in the year (69 AH)، and the plague of the flood (131 AH).
3- His jurisprudential opinions and narrations on some provisions of purity.
4- To highlight the great role of this imam in jurisprudence and the correct Sunnah، and his fight against the people of innovations and desir.

The research “Necessary Objective of Sharia in Quranic stories” aims to highlight the relationship of Qur’anic stories with the purposes of the Sharia, and draw the attention of those interested in the purposes of Sharia to an important resource for the means of memorizing the purposes, which is the stories of the Qur’an. And to show the quest of Sharia to advance the members of society in all areas of life, and to make them happy in this world and the hereafter, through a practical approach followed in its likes that depends on the inductive, descriptive, and analytical approach, through which the researcher concludes that the lessons and exhortations learned from the Qur’anic stories aim to bring The interests of the people and the prevention of corruption from them, and these are the objectives of the necessary Sharia, the necessity and the improvement, as it includes the means of the purpose of preserving the religion, and this is clear and abundant in it. The purpose of preserving the soul is by maximizing its sanctity, as in the story of the two sons of Adam, and the purpose of preserving the mind in the teaching of God to Joseph, the expression of the dream, and it also includes the means for the purpose of preserving offspring and money.

The research aims to explain and highlight the efforts of the female companions in the interpretation of the Companions and the followers who did not study and did not take care of the researchers، and to know the reason for the lack of interpretation of these personalities and to try to justify that، and to know the interpretative opinions of these personalities and whether they are from the well-known opinions or from the abnormal opinions. Knowing the status of these opinions among the opinions of the commentators and commentators، and collecting these opinions in one place to make it easier for researchers to view them.

This research is a comparative jurisprudential study in the jurisdiction of judicial execution. It aims to clarify the jurisdiction of execution by defining it, and clarifying the most prominent issues related to it, by following the texts of the Book and the Sunnah and the sayings of scholars and specialists in jurisprudence and judiciary. In it, the descriptive, analytical and inductive approach was adopted. The study concluded that the mandate of execution is the right of the guardian, who does not transgress it to others, and he may delegate and delegate whoever he wants to this mandate, but he must take great care of the matter of the judicial execution mandate with good selection of whom he delegates to this sensitive mandate, as it is the last and most important stage in the expiration of the case And it's over.

This research tries to discuss the hadiths that were judged by the situation of both sheikhs Al-Ghumari and Al-Albani, contrary to that Imam Al-Suyuti, who stipulated to himself that he does not mention in his book (The Small Mosque) a hadith that is unique to his narrator as a liar.
In this research, I mentioned examples of hadiths judged by Al-Albani and Al-Ghumari with an explanation of the reason for their difference in judging the hadith, and discussed the evidence and showed the most correct ones.
It has appeared to me that the approach of Al-Suyuti had a great impact in judging the hadith, where he was reporting the hadith and be judging on another way to talk with its meaning, or considering its evidence, It also appeared to me that the hadiths that Al-Albani and Al-Ghumari judged to be fabricated are not agreed upon by the critics.
