Abstract

الحمد لله الذي أنزل القرآن على عبده ليكون للعالمين نذيرًا، وجعله قيمًا لا عوج فيه مستقيمًا، ودعا إلى أتباعه، والسير على منهاجه.
علوم القران من أجل العلوم قدرًا، وأعلاها شرفًا وذكرا، وأعظمها أجرا، وأسناها منقبة، يملأ العيون نورًا، والقلوب سرورًا، والصدور انشراحًا، ويفيد الأمور اتساعًا وانفتاحًا، لا يفنى بكثرة الإنفاق كنزه، ولا يبلى على طول الزمان عزهُ، به تتعلق مصالح العباد في معاشهم ومعادهم؛ لذا كان أولى بالالتفات إليه، وأجدر بالاعتماد عليه؛ وكيف لا؟ وهو يتعلق بكتاب الله العظيم
فقد حضي كتاب الله الخالد باهتمام العلماء ، ما بين تفسيره وعلومه وفقهه ، فكان للماتريدي اثر واضح في الاهتمام بكتاب الله من خلال تفسيره ( تأويلات أهل السنة) الذي ذاع صيته بين كتب التفسير المعتمدة ،فقد ذكر في تفسيره كثير من المباحث التي تتعلق في كتاب الله ، وأشار كثيرا الى ما يتعلق بمباحث علوم القران فحاولت ان اجمعها لأبين جهد الماتريدي في هذا العلم
مشكلة البحث: التعريف في جهود الماتريدي وطريقة عرضه لمباحث علوم القران بين ثنايا تفسير(تأويلات أهل السنة)
سبب اختيار البحث: درست شخصية الماتريدي وآراءه في جامعات شتى وباحثين ما بين دراسة العقيدة والتفسير ، أما جهوده في علوم القران وحسب علم الباحث لم أجد من تناول هذا الموضوع لذلك وقع اختيار له. بالإضافة إلى قلة الدراسات التي تناولت مناهج المفسرين في مباحث علوم القران أهمية البحث كون هذا الموضوع يستحق الدراسة والتوضيح.
أهداف البحث: محاولة الوصول إلى نتائج علمية من خلال دراسة مباحث علوم القران وعرضها بطريقة أهل التفسير والمبثوثة بين سطور المفسر ، و طرق عرضها بطريقة مستقلة عن تفسيره ، واقتضت الحاجة لتقسيم البحث إلى فصلين والفصل الأول تناولت فيها حياة الماتريدي أما الفصل الثاني فكان لجهوده في علوم القران ويحتوي عدت مباحث . وأتممت بحثي بخاتمة ذكرت بها نتائج البحث وقائمة المصادر.

Abstract

The importance of the subject lies into the matters dealt with in the current study . The subject of the current study ((al-Maskoot ) by the Imam ( al-Sarkhasi ) includes two things ,i.e. its core meaning is concerned with the accurate rules which is (al-Maskoot) for having the fundamentalists and jurisprudents kept silent and not giving any definition about it despite their intensive indications .
Imam ( Sarkhasi) is a fundamentalist and he has not given a definition about this term , but he has refereed to its concept and its content in his volumes (al-Maskoot) and ( The concept of Statement) and other conceptshe has referred to . applications of this concept in various issues.
The term ( al-Maskoot) has not been given a definition just like other terms and it has been recently known as a matter having not opposed by the legislation and its judgment is indicated with the rule of originality.

تأتي اهمية موضوع البحث من اهمية المسائل التي تناولها واحيانا من اهمية العالم الفقيـــــه والاصولي الذي تناولها في الوقت نفسه . فموضــوع البحث (المسكـــــوت عنــــه عنــد الإمام السرخسي) (رحمه الله) جمع بين الامرين وان موضوعه يتعلق بمسالة اصولية دقيقة وهــــي (المسكوت عنه) لسكوت الاصوليين والفقهاء عن تعريفه وبيان حده ورسمه على الرغم مـــن اكثارهم من الاستدلال بهذا المصطلح . فالإمام السرخسي (رحمه الله) من أصولي الاحناف لم يتطرق الى حد وتعريف خاص للمسكوت عنه , بل اشار الى مظانه ومفهومه في مؤلفاته مــرة ( مفهوم دلالة النص) و( مفهوم البيان) ومفاهيم أخرى, وقد ذكر تطبيقات في مسائل فقهيـــة متنوعة لهذا المفهــــوم. فمصطلــــح (المسكوت عنه) لم يحظ بتعريــف له اسوة بغيــره مـــن المصطلحات الاصولية وعرف من قبل آخرين بانه:( الامر الذي لم يتعرض له الشرع بحكم صريح وكان حكمه مدلولا عليه بحكم الاصل).

Abstract

This study is set to be focused on semantics as one of the pillars of linguistics, yet. It is an attempt to uncover the connotations expressed in actions of the hepocrapts against the prophet, Mohammed… ((may allah be pray upon him)). That are mentioned in the holy Quran . the present tense of verbs is chosen as a typical verb ,due to the indications of the tense on reocurrance and renewal aspects, so as to study those verbs to confirm by which how far did the hepocrapts go in their way in terms of hypocrisy over their actions .This research is based on an introduction along with two questions .First: to define semantics, verb and hypocrisy each in terms of language and terminology .The Second to draw analysis on the holy verses under study. Then a conclusion is drawn in terms of the significant results listed in the verses table line and included in the verbs relevant to the subject of the research .This research is taken from a master thesis made on the indications characterized in the actions of the hepocrapts in the holy Quran.

يسعى هذا البحث إلى دراسةٍ تتصل بالجانب الدلالي الذي يعد ركيزة من ركائز علم اللغة في محاولة للكشف عن الدلالات التي تنضوي تحتها أفعال المنافقين تجاه الرسول محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم التي وردت في القرآن الكريم. وجاء اختيار الفعل المضارع كنموذج لدراسة تلك الأفعال لما يمتلكه هذا الفعل من دلالة على الحدوث والتجدد ليتأكد بذلك عراقة المنافقين في النفاق من خلال ما قاموا به من أفعال. وجاء ترتيب البحث على مقدمة ومطلبين, تضمن الأول منهما التعريف بكل من الدلالة والفعل والنفاق لغةً واصطلاحاً, والقسم الثاني تحليل الآيات قيد الدرس, وخلص البحث إلى خاتمة بأهم النتائج المذيلة بجدول الآيات المتضمنة بأفعال ذات الصلة بموضوع البحث.

Abstract

After the Basmalah and Dedication, the Word of Gratitude and Appreciation, and the Index of Contents, I Started with the Introduction and Showed in it that the Family and the School are the two most Important Educational Institutions in Society, and then I Spoke About the Research Plan in Which I Divided the Research into five Chapters: In the first Chapter, what is the Effect of the Family on Educational Achievement of Islamic high School Students. As for the Research Objectives, it is to Identify the Role of the Family in the Educational Process in Order to Raise the Level of Educational Attainment.
As for the Second Chapter, which is the Theoretical Framework, I Divided it into two Topics, the first Being the Family, the Second in which I talked about the importance of the family and its impact, and the third in which I Explained the functions of the family.
The second topic is academic achievement
As for the third chapter, I divided it into two topics, the first showed the Factors affecting educational attainment, the second showed the role of parents in academic achievement, and after that I wrote the conclusion, and the fourth chapter mentioned the research community and sample, and the conclusion included presenting the results and their interpretation, recommendations and proposals, then I mentioned the sources and references, then I attached an appendix to one number, Which is the form of the questionnaire, and in conclusion I came out with some recommendations that I explained at the end of the research.

بعد البسملة والإهداء، وكلمة الشكر والتقدير، وفهرس المحتويات، ابتدأت بالمقدمة وبينت فيها بأن الأسرة والمدرسة هما أهم مؤسستين تربويتين في المجتمع، ثم بعدها تكلمت عن خطة البحث والتي قسمت فيها البحث إلى خمسة فصول: ففي الفصل الأول ما هو أثر الأسرة على التحصيل العلمي لدى طلبة الثانويات الإسلامية، أما أهداف البحث فهي التعرف على دور الأسرة في العملية التربوية من أجل رفع مستوى التحصيل العلمي.
وأما في الفصل الثاني وهو الإطار النظري فقسمته إلى مبحثين فالأول الأسرة ، والثاني تحدثت فيه عن أهمية الأسرة وأثرها، والثالث بينت فيه وضائف الأسرة.
والمبحث الثاني التحصيل الدراسي
واما الفصل الثالث فقسمته إلى مبحثين، الأول بينت العوامل المؤثرة في التحصيل العلمي، والثاني دور الآباء في التحصيل الدراسي، وبعدها كتبت الخاتمة, واما الفصل الرابع فذكرت فيه مجتمع وعينة البحث، وأما الخاتمة تضمنت عرض النتائج وتفسيرها والتوصيات والمقترحات، ثم ذكرت المصادر والمراجع، ثم أرفقت ملحقاً برقم واحد وهو نموذج الاستبانة، وفي الختام خرجت ببعض التوصيات بينتها في نهاية البحث.

Abstract

Religious myths are an essential part of the formation of human thought and civilization,Thus, a group of ancient religions and beliefs arose, which were rituals, legends, magic and sorcery, and an attempt to control hidden forces and draw closer to them using certain rites, such as offering sacrifices and offerings. Then, human religions such as, religion appeared in Mesopotamia civilization, Hammurabi canons, Greek and Zoroastrian divine philosophies in Persia, Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism in the Far East, Hinduism in India, Ammonia and Akhenatene in the Pharaohs and others, until the revelation of monotheistic religions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam .
The books of the Torah contained a lot of important historical information of ancient civilizations. The Hebrews of that civilization took a lot in the field of myths, stories, and acquaintances and included them in their Torah through translation. The impact of the Jews on the etiquette of the Mesopotamian civilization was reflected in the development of their basic religious beliefs through what They quoted and translated from that civilization. This was clearly beyond doubt, through what came in the biblical texts that carried many books and religious poems among its Asfar of the Torah.

تُشكّل الأساطير الدينية جزءًا أساسيًا في تكوين فكر الإنسان وحضارته، وهكذا، نشأت مجموعة الديانات والمعتقدات القديمة، فكانت الطقوس والأساطير والسحر والشعوذة، ومحاولة السيطرة على القوى الخفيّة والتقرب إليها باستخدام طقوس معينة؛ كتقديم الأضاحي والقرابين. ثمّ ظهرت تباعًا الديانات البشرية كالديانة في حضارة بلاد الرافدين، وشرائع حمورابي، والفلسفات الإلهية اليونانية والزرادشتية في بلاد فارس، والكونفوشيوسية، والبوذية والطاوية في الشرق الأقصى، والهندوسية في الهند، والأمونية والأخناتونية عند الفراعنة وغيرها، حتى نزلت الأديان السماوية الموحدة اليهودية، والمسيحية، والإسلامية.
واحتوت أسفار التوراة على الكثير من المعلومات التاريخية المهمة للحضارات القديمة ، فقد اخذ العبرانيون من تلك الحضارة الكثير في مجال الأساطير والقصص والمعارف وضمنوها في توراتهم عن طريق الترجمة ، فقد كان تأثر اليهود بآداب حضارة وادي الرافدين ، قد انعكس على تطور معتقداتهم الدينية الأساسية من خلال ما اقتبسوه وترجموه من تلك الحضارة ، وكان ذلك واضحاً بشكل لا يقبل الشك وذلك من خلال ما جاء في النصوص التوراتية التي حملت بين أسفارها العديد من القصص والأشعار الدينية هي بالأساس كانت موجودة في النصوص المسمارية للعراق القديم وانتقلت عن طريق الترجمة الى أسفار التوراة .

تكتسب هذه الدراسة أهميتها في الكشف عن لطائف الكنايات القرآنية والتي تحاول سبر بعضٍ من الأسرار البلاغية في الكناية القرآنية، ومن خلال فرائد الألفاظ التي كنَّى بها القرآن الكريم، التي أُطلقَ عليها: (جمال الكناية في الفرائد القرآنية) وتكمن جدَّة الدراسة في جمعها بين مصطلحي ( الفرائد) والذي عدَّه البلاغيون من الفصاحة، وبين (الكناية) التي هي إحدى موضوعات علم البيان، منطلقةً من هذه الألفاظ الفريدة في تلمس جمال الكناية القرآنية، ومن خلال الدراسة التطبيقية لبعضٍ من الآيات التي حوت الفاظ الكناية لا يمكن أن يسد غيرها مسدها لندرتها، فهي كالفريدة من حب العقد في جمالها، ولطفها، ورونقها، وتُبْحث من خلال سلك النَظم، وعَلاقة اللفظة بما يجاورها، بل حتى من خلال سياق مجموعة الآيات التي وردت الآية ضمنها، وأحياناً يتعدى الى مقتضى المقام للسورة، لتوصل القارئ في النهاية الى المعنى البلاغي في الكناية وهذا هو معنى المعنى.

Abstract

Praise be to Allah Almighty ,the Lord of the world, and peace and blessings be upon the faithful Prophet who is sent as a mercy to the world, our Prophet Muhammad, his family and all his companions.
This research which is entitled (ALMARWIYAT ALTAFSIRIA ALWARIDA FI SURAT AL'ARAF FI ALJAMIE ALSAHIH "SUNAN ALTRMIDHY" D. (279AH) JAM’AN WA DIRASA) to show the most important prophetic traditions mentioned by Imam Tirmidhi in his interpretation of Sura Al A’raf, through which one can understand the interpretation of the verses correctly. Four traditions have been mentioned in this research which were mentioned only by imam Al-Tirmidhi in the interpretation of some verses from Surat A-A’raf, where a tradition about the interpretation of the story of Moses (PBUH) is mentioned , when he asked Allah Almighty to let him see Him without a veil. This research has dealt also with several hadiths through which Allah Almighty testifies that He is their creator, , their sustainer, and that all human beings are descendants of Adam, peace be upon him.
The research is concluded with a set of results and recommendations.

فقد جاء هذا البحث بعنوان (المرويات التفسيرية الواردة في سورة الاعراف في الجامع الصحيح "سنن الترمذي" ت (279ه) جمعا ودراسة) ليبين أهم الأحاديث التي ذكرها الإمام الترمذي رحمه الله في تفسيره لسورة الأعراف ، والتي يمكن من خلالها فهم تفسير الآيات فهماً صحيحاً ، وقد ذكرت في هذا البحث أربعة من الأحاديث التي ذكرها الإمام الترمذي رحمه الله في تفسيره لبعض الآيات من سورة الأعراف فقد ذكرت حديث بيان تفسير قصة موسى عليه السلام حين طلب من الله جل علاه أن يراه بلا حجاب ، وكذلك درست في هذا البحث عدة أحاديث يتبين من خلالها اشهاد الله على خلقه بأنه خالقهم ، ورازقهم ، وأن جميع البشر من ذرية آدم عليه السلام , وختمت البحث بمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات.

هناك آيات في القرآن الكريم تتحدث عن ظاهرة التلوث تلميحا لا تصريحا، نعم فإن الآيات لم تذكر التلوث صراحة، بل استعملت مصطلح الفساد الذي هو أعم من التلوث، وقد وردت تلك الآيات الكريمة ذاكرة أسباب تلك الظاهرة السيئة والخطيرة على مستقبل البشرية، فضلا عن ذلك فقد بين طرق الوقاية منها، ومن المعلوم أن الوقاية خير من العلاج.. بعد ذلك يسعى البحث في معالجة الظاهرة بإيجاد الحلول الجذرية المناسبة، أو الحيلولة دون انتشارها، بغية الحد من خطرها على المجتمعات العالمية في وجه المعمورة.

Abstract

Al-Bukhari gives several words to the narrators in his book Al-Tarikh Al-Awsat, including the word: (he contradicts in his hadith), that is, in his hadith he contradicts hafez, and the contradiction among the narrators is no more than two issues. Either the narrator is weak or trustworthy, and if he is weak and contradicts trustworthy or Hafiz, then his hadith is objectionable, and if he is trustworthy and disagreed with the trustworthy, or who is more trustworthy than him, then his hadith is odd. Al-Bukhari has given this word to
seven narrators. The current study shows that all of them are poor and they have contradicted the more trustworthy hafiz.

Abstract

أطلق البخاري الفاظا عدة على الرواة في كتابه التاريخ الأوسط، منها لفظة: (يخالَف في حديثه)، أي يخالف في حديثه الحفاظ، والمخالفة عند الرواة لا تعدوا أكثر من أمرين؛ إما أن يكون الراوي ضعيفا أو ثقة، فإن كان ضعيفا وخالف الثقات أو الحفاظ فحديثه منكر، وإن كان ثقة وخالف الثقات أو من هو أوثق منه فحديثه شاذ، وقد أطلق البخاري هذه اللفظة على سبعة رواة، تبين من الدراسة أن كلهم ضعفاء خالفوا الحفاظ ومن هم أوثق منهم.
