The event of the discus throwing is from the ancient events that have
entered the Olympics , The evolution of the level of performance
and achievement in this event in recent years significantly was
developed . Several factors have helped in this development,including the use of means and methods of learning and training, and
through scientific and technical development in the field of methods
of teaching physical education, the teacher began to look for
technical means with audio visual effects for optimal results in
learning which offers the right model and segmentation movement
stages to facilitate the process of learning and improving for the
better.
The researcher noted that there was a lack of technical performance
effectively throw the first stage students in the School of Physical
Education University Ckramaan which created an incentive to
study how to develop or improve the technical performance better
through the development of one curriculum that contains a stable
frequencies and the use of one method of teaching is the traditional
way ( the order ) .
Objective of this research is to :
1 – Make a proposal educational course to teach the event of discus
throwing for the first stage students in physical Education –
Ckramaan University .
2 – To know the effect of the proposal educational course to teach
the event of discus throwing on the first stage students in physical
Education – Ckramaan University .
Been using the experimental method to solve the problem of the
research, and selected sample search as deliberate and by lottery
style, it was divided into two groups experimental and control group
and by (12) student (6) students for each group as well as identifying
methods, tools and devices for use in research, as well as identifying
the test and underwent a test for an exploratory experience to make apre-test to determine the level of the sample, and then the application
of the proposed curriculum, then a post-test in the same conditions
conducted by the pretest.
In light of the results obtained the following conclusions were drawn
1 - The results proved that have been reached by using the
curriculum proposed that there is a clear development of the
experimental group in the achievement test discus compared with the
control group between the results of pre and post tests . 2 - the
experimental and control groups characterized by significant
differences between the results of both post tests in favor of the
experimental group in the achievement test used in discus that used
in this research

Express school sports one of the most important episodes of the
curriculum of study and so why it carries a genuine interest in the
revitalization of the vital functions of the pupil through impart physical
fitness and motor skills that help to fulfill his duties life without speed
feeling tired, plus they outlet for excitement and fun and an outlet for
discharging energies student mobility.
Featuring alternative tools cheap price and ease of use and meet the
needs of students, pupils and exciting joy to have and contribute
significantly upgrading their abilities physical and kinetic Tksabhm a lot
of motor skills essential Kalrkd, throwing, jumping, attachment,
partridge, musk and others, and thus make it easier for students to gain
experience in learning any skill As long as the kinetics locomotor pattern
exists and has acquired, as it helps the teacher to note the differences
between students.
The third stage of primary pupils and age (9 years) have the
capabilities of a great willingness to learn motor, but this is the
responsibility of the physical education teacher is responsible for
developing and enhancing their ability physical and kinetic and equip
them with basic motor skills. However, the lack of hardware and tools
directly affect the application of the prescribed curriculum vocabulary for
study leading to a decline in physical activity for students, and then the
teacher Alyy the inability to meet the needs of pupils and the
implementation of their desires

In the 1st chapter ,there is a touching on the relation between the
high situation -embracement and the learning styles employment,
and its importance and demands ,as well as ,the learning styles
which used in order to learn the hand stand skill then the Forward
tuck roll on the floor exercise mat in artistic gymnastic.
Research aim
1- Experts the effect of the (entrance )for female gymnasts got
high situation-embarrassment to gain hand stand then forward tuck
roll , skills, on the floor exercise mat in artistic gymnastic.
2- Recognize the development percents on the consequence test
for the two groups (got high situation-embarrassment), to gain hand
stand then Forward tuck roll , skills, on the floor exercise mat in
artistic gymnastic .
Regarding the research hypotheses were as the following:
1- There are a statistical meaning differences between the prior
and consequence tests for the two groups adjuster and trail (got
high situation-embarrassment), to gain the hand stand skill then the
forward tuck roll on the floor exercise mat in artistic gymnastic.
2- There are differences in the development percentage in the
consequent test for the two groups ,trial and adjuster (got high
situation-embarrassment), to gain the hand stand skill then the
forward tuck roll on the floor exercise mat in artistic gymnastic.
Regarding the 2nd chapter, Involves the theoretical and comparable
studies which associated with the research subject.4
Regarding the 3rd chapter ,The sample of research included from 2nd
stage female student in the Faculty of Physical Education, and after
separation of the embarrassment gauge on them ,as well as
,extraction whom got high situation-embarrassment ,the result was
(22)student for the trial group and (17) students for the adjuster
group, whom executed the priority and the consequence test for the
hand stand then the Forward tuck roll .
The main test was executed from 3/7/2012 to 15/3/2012, and applied
by the tracking the sample procedure. Also the research was used the
arithmetical average, the standard deviation, T-test for the
uncommitted samples, and the development percentage.
Regarding the importance conclusion which the researcher
reached on:
Considering the entrance style, the best styles to gain the hand stand
skill then the forward tuck roll in the artistic gymnastic, that it’s the
style which reduce the single differences, because its divide the skill
in to three learning levels.

style, because of its influence on the skills, especially the difficult
one, on the floor exercise mat by the gradation from the easy to
difficult
