Abstract
The event of the discus throwing is from the ancient events that have
entered the Olympics , The evolution of the level of performance
and achievement in this event in recent years significantly was
developed . Several factors have helped in this development,including the use of means and methods of learning and training, and
through scientific and technical development in the field of methods
of teaching physical education, the teacher began to look for
technical means with audio visual effects for optimal results in
learning which offers the right model and segmentation movement
stages to facilitate the process of learning and improving for the
better.
The researcher noted that there was a lack of technical performance
effectively throw the first stage students in the School of Physical
Education University Ckramaan which created an incentive to
study how to develop or improve the technical performance better
through the development of one curriculum that contains a stable
frequencies and the use of one method of teaching is the traditional
way ( the order ) .
Objective of this research is to :
1 – Make a proposal educational course to teach the event of discus
throwing for the first stage students in physical Education –
Ckramaan University .
2 – To know the effect of the proposal educational course to teach
the event of discus throwing on the first stage students in physical
Education – Ckramaan University .
Been using the experimental method to solve the problem of the
research, and selected sample search as deliberate and by lottery
style, it was divided into two groups experimental and control group
and by (12) student (6) students for each group as well as identifying
methods, tools and devices for use in research, as well as identifying
the test and underwent a test for an exploratory experience to make apre-test to determine the level of the sample, and then the application
of the proposed curriculum, then a post-test in the same conditions
conducted by the pretest.
In light of the results obtained the following conclusions were drawn
1 - The results proved that have been reached by using the
curriculum proposed that there is a clear development of the
experimental group in the achievement test discus compared with the
control group between the results of pre and post tests . 2 - the
experimental and control groups characterized by significant
differences between the results of both post tests in favor of the
experimental group in the achievement test used in discus that used
in this research

تعد فعالية رمي القرص من الفعاليات القديمة التي دخلت إلى الألعاب الأولمبية, وقد تطورَ مستوى الأداء والإنجاز في هذه الفعالية خلال السنوات الأخيرة بشكل ملحوظ وقد ساعدت عوامل عديدة في هذا التطور منها استخدام وسائل وطرائق التعلم والتدريب ومن خلال التطور العلمي والتقني في مجال طرائق تدريس التربية الرياضية بدأ المدرس يبحث عن الوسائل التقنية ذات المؤثرات السمعية البصرية للوصول لأفضل النتائج في التعلم والتي تقدم الأنموذج الصحيح وتجزئة الحركة إلى مراحل لتسهيل عملية التعلم والارتقاء نحو الأفضل .
لاحظ الباحث أن هناك ضعفاً في الأداء الفني بفعالية رمي القرص لدى طلاب المرحلة الأولى في سكول التربية الرياضية جامعة كرميان مما ولد دافعاً للدراسة في كيفية تعلم أو تحسين الأداء الفني بشكل أفضل من خلال وضع منهج تعليمي واحد يحتوي على تكرارات ثابتة واستخدام طريقة واحدة في التدريس هي الطريقة التقليدية (الأمري).
