Abstract
Goal recognize the reality of sports activities and some social skills and
self-confidence , as well as finding the relationship between each of the
sports activities and some social skills sports activities and self-confidence
of students the University of Babylon , and assumed researchers that there is
a significant correlation statistically significant differences between sports
activities and some social skills and relationship significant correlation
statistically significant differences between sports activities and selfconfidence among students of the University of Babylon , and touchedresearchers to theoretical studies on the subject of search , including sports
activities and social skills and self-confidence , and used the researchers
descriptive approach style survey and relationships connectivity , and
identifies the research community by students of some colleges in the
University of Babylon of the Year the school (2012-2013) and totaling 150
students , and researchers used the tools of scientific research , including
measures of sports activities and some social skills and self-confidence ) and
the stomach of earlier investigators , has conducted researchers experiences
reconnaissance of these measurements on samples reconnaissance outside
the sample search key and then find a scientific basis for the standards of the
three , and after a statement suitability were distributed to sample the major
search of ( 100 students) , and then the researchers to collect the forms and
sort data and processed by statistical means appropriate and discuss the
scientific method and relying on sources relevant scientific , and in the light
of these results reached researchers to the conclusions of the most important
validity scales sports activities and some social skills and self-confidence of
students the University of Babylon ( sample ) , as well as enjoy the students
some of the faculties of the University of Babylon of the individual and the
sample combined by a good measure of sporting activities and some social
skills and self-confidence the fact that the arithmetic mean for them is
greater than central premise of the scale , as well as the emergence of a
significant correlation between sports activities and some social skills and
the appearance is a significant correlation between sports activities and selfconfidence among the members of the research sample , and in light of that
provided researchers several recommendations , including an emphasis on
conducting periodic tests for measures of three research and is a constant
among students University of Babylon , as well as an emphasis on workinginterest in the field of college sports activities Riadihlasima role of the
university student , as well as emphasis on the strengthening of some of the
social skills of university students by means of psychological preparation of
the establishment of tournaments and sporting events ongoing between the
faculties of the university students

Abstract
هدف التعرف على واقع الأنشطة الرياضية وبعض المهارات الاجتماعية والثقة بالنفس، فضلا عن إيجاد العلاقة بين كل من الأنشطة الرياضية وبعض المهارات الاجتماعية الأنشطة الرياضية والثقة بالنفس لدى طالبات جامعة بابل،وافترضت الباحثتان بان هنالك علاقة ارتباط معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأنشطة الرياضية وبعض المهارات الاجتماعية وعلاقة ارتباط معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأنشطة الرياضية والثقة بالنفس لدى طالبات جامعه بابل، وتطرقت الباحثتان إلى الدراسات النظرية تتعلق بموضوع البحث منها الأنشطة الرياضية والمهارات الاجتماعية والثقة بالنفس،واستعملت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح والعلاقات الارتباطية، وتحدد مجتمع البحث بطالبات بعض الكليات في جامعة بابل للعام الدراسي(2012-2013) والبالغ عددهم(150) طالبة، واستعانت الباحثتان بأدوات البحث العلمي ومنها مقاييس الأنشطة الرياضية وبعض المهارات الاجتماعية والثقة بالنفس) والمعدة من باحثين سابقين، وقد أجرت الباحثتان تجارب استطلاعية لهذه المقاييس على عينات استطلاعية من خارج عينة البحث الرئيسة ومن ثم إيجاد الأسس العلمية للمقاييس الثلاث،وبعد بيان صلاحيتها تم توزيعها على عينة البحث الرئيسة البالغ عددها(100) طالبة، ومن ثم قامت الباحثتان بجمع الاستمارات وفرز بياناتها ومعالجتها بالوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة ومناقشتها بالأسلوب العلمي وبالاعتماد على المصادر العلمية ذات العلاقة،وفي ضوء هذه النتائج توصلت الباحثتان إلى الاستنتاجات أهمها صلاحية مقاييس الأنشطة الرياضية وبعض المهارات الاجتماعية والثقة بالنفس لدى طالبات جامعة بابل (عينة البحث)، كذلك تمتع طالبات بعض كليات جامعة بابل كل على حدة والعينة مجتمعة بمقدار جيد في مقياس الأنشطة الرياضية وبعض المهارات الاجتماعية والثقة بالنفس كون الوسط الحسابي لهن اكبر من الوسط الفرضي للمقياس، فضلا عن ظهور علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين الأنشطة الرياضية وبعض المهارات الاجتماعية وظهور علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين الأنشطة الرياضية والثقة بالنفس لدى أفراد عينة البحث،وفي ضوء ذلك قدمت الباحثتان توصيات عدة منها التأكيد على إجراء اختبارات دورية لمقاييس البحث الثلاثة ويشكل مستمر لدى طالبات جامعة بابل، كذلك التأكيد على اهتمام العاملين في مجال الرياضة الجامعية بدور الأنشطة الرياضيةلاسيما للطالبة الجامعية، فضلا عن التأكيد على تدعيم بعض المهارات الاجتماعية للطالبة الجامعية من خلال وسائل التهيئة النفسية المتمثلة بإقامة البطولات واللقاءات الرياضية المستمرة بين طالبات كليات الجامعة.
