summary: aims to indicate the guidance of the verbal similarity in the Quran at the imam Ibn Jazi al-Kalbi Al-Gharani (D. 741H) in his explanation of the facilitation of the science of download in Surat Al-Asra, in which the researcher addressed two questions of the subject of repetition, as the Qur'anic evidences addressed by Imam Ibn Jazi were collected, and compared those guidelines with the words of the interpreters, and the researcher followed the method of descriptive research analytical, in which she tries to see what has been achieved by the way of displaying these verses similar to the verbal verses

This research is a study in which the researcher follows the sayings of the followers Abu Bakr bin Abdullah bin Qais Al-Ash’ari in the interpretation، from the books of interpretation in the tradition such as Al-Tabari and others. In sayings، and whether his opinion agrees with the rest of the commentators or not. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: This study is concerned with the effects of the followers whose name did not appear in the books of interpretation represented by collecting his sayings that he mentioned in the interpretation of the Qur’an, and that his words are like the exegetical narrations narrated with a continuous chain of transmission from the Companions, as it is considered from the Department of Interpretation with the adage, And that he did not contradict the views of the commentators of the Companions and the followers, so most of his sayings were in agreement with those who preceded him from the commentators.

This study, entitled "Repeated Terms in Surat Al-Fath and their Relationship to their Purposes - An Objective Semantic Study" - came because a deep understanding of the Holy Qur’an requires understanding the semantic function of each term in the Holy Qur’an, and this supports the close connection between systems and purposes. The study aims to: 1. Highlight the meaning of repetition in the Qur’an and its objectives. 2. Explain the importance of knowing the purpose of the Surah. 3. Explain the relationship of repetition of a Qur’anic term with the purpose of the Surah. 4. Highlight the significance of the repeated terms in Surat Al-Fath based upon their purposes. The researcher applied the inductive approach by following the repeated terms in Surat Al-Fath, as well as the analytical approach by analyzing these terms, and highlighting their significance to the purpose of the surah. Accordingly, the research plan was divided into an introduction, preface, three chapters, a conclusion, and indexes. The Introduction: Includes the importance of the topic, its objectives, its approach, previous studies, and its plan. The Preface: Has two areas; first, the definition of repetition in the Holy Qur’an and its purposes and second, the definition of the purpose of all Surah and its importance. The First Chapter: Within Surat Al-Fath.. The Second Chapter: Purposes of Surat Al-Fath. The Third Chapter: The repeated terms in Surat Al-Fath and their relationship to their purposes,

it is clear for the conversant as well as researchers and scholars, that women have the merit in spreading the Sunnah and the teachings of this religion, starting with the mothers of the believers and then the rest of the companions and the followers and after them, and even the followers had an important role in this field, such as Hafsa bint Sirin and Amra bint Abdul Rahman, Hafsa bint Abdul Rahman, and many others, so I chose the venerable followership: Hafsa bint Abdul Rahman and her narrations in the six books, an analytical study, as the title of my research. The sciences of hadith are of many types, including the science of wound and modification, and this science is not conducted by only trustworthy people who are knowledgeable in all the sciences of hadith, except that there are some narrators who have been challenged by scholars who have issued a judgment on men with wound and modification, and among those is Abu Bakr al-Haddad, so he wrote about this narrator. And an explanation of his ruling on the narrators to warn the reader of this narrator’s violation of the conditions of the hadith scholars by those who take the lead in ruling over men

The research is concerned with clarifying the most prominent jurisprudential rules that are relied upon in many rulings in the sections of prosecution and guardianship, and presenting them in a way that can serve judges, muftis and others in this section, so they control their rulings and fatwas according to them. The research included rules: Prosecution is divided in swearing, not swearing. In each state, someone who fulfills its interests is presented. It is necessary to assume the best, then the best. The survival of the prosecution requires the continuity of the capacity of the representative. Each person acting on behalf of others must act in the interest, as I explained the meaning of each rule and its implications, evidence, and applications.

Among the statements related from the Companions regarding their transmission of the Sunnah of the Prophet –peace and blessing upon him- is their saying: (we used to do) or (they used to do), and a Companion either ascribes such statement to the era of the Prophet or not, if he ascribes it to the era of the Prophet it takes the ruling of Al-Marfū‘(the prophetic injunction) according to the opinion of the majority of the scholars; and if did not do so, some scholars will still give it the ruling of Al-Marfū‘ also and some will give it the ruling of Al-Mawqūf, while scholars regard this Mawqūf to be a transmission of the consensus of the Companions. This statement has several applications in the Books of Sunnah, and upon close consideration, it became apparent that the most common is the scholars giving authority to whatever was transmitted with such statement, and whenever they opine in contrary, it will be due to a preponderant opposition

Since saving money is one of the purposes of the Sharia, and one of the five necessities, we find that Sharia has paid great attention to preserving it by enacting administrations and controls, which the jurists dealt with in their research, and their sayings have varied. Therefore, in this research I dealt with the jurisprudential issues that Imam Al-Bayhaqi suggested in his book Al-Khilafiyat, and related to the book Al-Ghasb, a comparative jurisprudential study. It began with a brief translation of Imam Al-Bayhaqi, then shed light on the jurisprudential issues by presenting the sayings of the jurists therein, with mentioning and discussing their evidence, and then explaining the most correct opinion

This is a research handles some topics of this subject, such as the nature of hair and the rulings related to it, and the ruling on dealing with hair for the benefit of cancer patients, such as shaving it to support cancer patients, and selling it to the parties that work for them. Selling it is not permissible according to the most correct opinion, and the jurists agreed on the prohibition of connecting hair to human hair. It is also not permissible to donate hair for cancer patients in order to make a wig out of it, due to the general evidence for the prohibition of connecting hair. Furthermore, It is not permissible for a cancer patient to benefit from the hair of a non-Mahram woman, not because it is forbidden to look at it, but because it is forbidden to use and benefit from it.

This research is concerned with studying one of the jurisprudential disciplines an applied study as it was mentioned by one of the jurists, namely Taj al-Din Ibn al-Subki al-Shafi’i in his book Al-Ashbah Wa al-Naza'ir. The literature in this art, as it is the first book edited in the branches of jurisprudence to be composed under this name. This study aimed to introduce Imam al-Subki, to clarify what is meant by the jurisprudential officer, and to introduce the book Al-Shabashair and the reason for its authorship. The study concluded that the division between spouses in marriage is either a band or an annulment band. The difference between a group that is a divorce and a group that is an annulment of the eight faces. The Shafi’i believes that the band is a dissolution in matters, including: khula, curse, lack of maintenance, insolvency in the dowry, incompetence, because of faults, emancipation, the father of Islam, apostasy, captivity, and the combination of more than four women, and because of the separation of the two judgments.

This research, tagged (Achieving the Origins of Sufism according to Imam Al-Nawawi) is a sequel to the research entitled (Identifying the Origins of Sufism according to Imam Al-Nawawi), which was published in the Journal of Arts and Literature in the Emirates. The first research was in the statement of the principles by explaining them and clarifying what is meant by them in detail from the Qur’an and Sunnah and the sayings of the predecessors and the sheikhs of Sufism, and this research (the realization of the origins of Sufism according to Imam Al-Nawawi) It is in explaining what achieves each of these principles, as if the foundations are knowledge of the path of the people of Sufism, and the realization of these principles is to work in this path and walk in it with its principles that are the light of the path of the traveler to God Almighty, and Imam Al-Nawawi did not mention these principles and their realization until after he found verification The people of Sufism in their path to God Almighty with it, and Imam al-Nawawi is known to every student of knowledge, not to mention the great scholars, and he rendered a great service to the religion of Islam and Muslims, and his knowledge continues to benefit him. And a light for the nation.
