The aim of this study is to shed light on the form of border disputes between Somalia and
Kina and the role of colonialism in fueling these differences. What are the factors that helped ignite
conflicts between them, including the role of the Somali tribes in the northern region as part of the
Somali people and the colonial powers, was the first reason to plant a seed These conflicts and
disputes that afflict more than half of the world's population, and consequently, were the result of
these conflicts and ongoing and long wars and wars due to the difficulty of defining the borders
between Somalia and Kenya. The Somali Progressive Territory, Northern Borders, also called for
patriots in Somalia for their independence and territorial integrit .

The research dealt with the numbers of the unemployed population in the province of Najaf and

descriptive (analytical) method supported by statistical methods if the data is tabulated in tables and convert

The current research aims to try to highlight the importance of the skill of social interaction
between the student and the professor to reach educational goals. And see if there is a relationship
between social intelligence and professor proficiency in teaching. The research was based on the
descriptive and social survey methods in both theoretical and field aspects. The type of random
stratified sample, consisting of (297) respondents from the total number of students of the Faculty
of Arts and the Faculty of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Muthanna. The most
important conclusions reached by the research:
1-There is a close link between social intelligence and the efficiency of teaching.
2- the profession of teaching professions that need another type of intelligence other than mental
intelligence, such as social intelligence. The need for the university professor to carry social
intelligence characterized by the ability to interact with students.
3-The ability of the university professor in the delivery of information in an easy and smooth way
does not depend on obtaining the highest degree or scientific rank, but depends on the efficiency
and skill in performance.
4-The need for the university professor to have social intelligence in all disciplines, whether
scientific or human.
The researcher made a number of recommendations, the most important of which are:
1- Holding special courses to develop the efficiency of performance and special development of
social intelligence at the university teaching. .
2-to give the subject of social intelligence an appropriate degree of importance in the programs of
preparation and training of teaching. And develop programs aimed at the development of social
intelligence of the teaching.

3-Training the teaching on modern teaching methods and use them in teaching, and clarify the
negatives of non-interactive methods with students that prevent and hinder student interaction with

taking responsibility towards its children through the development of social intelligence to them,
and through the other institution

human side (Philanthropy) in the reality of the Iraqi society’s movement and in light of the
current state of this society, and the relationship of this human side with two basic directions of
human existence represented by (Possession - Being), as well as other justifications included in the
current study, where it was represented The objectives of this study are to identify the correlation
between Philanthropy according to the theoretical framework of (Bekkers, Wiepking, 2007), and
(Possession - Being) according to the theoretical framework of (E.Fomm, 1989), and through the
following:
1. Measuring the benevolence of the shareholders in the institutions of social solidarity.
2. The significance of the statistical differences in charity for the shareholders in the institutions of
social solidarity is defined according to two variables (gender and marital status).
3. Measuring (Possession - Being) among the shareholders in the institutions of social solidarity
4. The significance of the statistical differences in (Possession - Being) among the shareholders in
the institutions of social solidarity is defined according to two variables (gender and marital status).
5. Know the correlation between charity and (Possession - Being) among the shareholders in the
institutions of social solidarity.
6. Know the extent of the contribution (Possession - Being) to the
emergence of charity among the shareholders in the institutions of social solidarity.
Where the current study population included the shareholders in the institutions of social solidarity
in the city of Diwaniyah, male and female, according to the marital status (single - married) for the
period from 8-11-2019 until 1-2-2020.
To achieve the goals of the current study, the researcher has done the following:
1. Building a measure of Philanthropy according to the theoretical framework of (Bekkers,
Wiepking, 2007), which was corrupted in its final form of 44 paragraphs with five alternatives to
answer according to Likert's method after a set of procedures to be characterized by the

psychometric properties required in psychological measures of validity and reliability , and its
paragraphs were distributed in eight areas They are: (awareness of need), (solicitation or pleading),
(psychological benefits), (reputation), (values), (altruism), (efficiency or effectiveness of giving),
(costs and benefits).
2. Building a scale of (ownership - being) according to the theoretical framework of (E. Fromm,
1989), which was corrupted in its final form of 32 paragraphs after completing its terms of the
characteristics required by psychological standards of validity and reliability, and the paragraphs
of the scale were formulated as hypothetical positions for each There are two alternatives to the
answer, one of which represents the method or approach of ownership, while the other option
represents the direction of being.
The two measures were applied to the research sample of 300.
individuals participating in social solidarity institutions in Al-Diwaniyah city.
After analyzing the responses of the study sample after using the SPSS program, the results were as
follows:
1. The shareholders in the institutions of social solidarity are philanthropy.
2. There are statistically significant differences in the philanthropy of the shareholders in the
institutions of social solidarity according to the two sex variables (males - females), and in favor of
females.
3. The shareholders in the institutions of social solidarity go in their lives according to the style of
Being.
4. There are statistically significant differences in (ownership - being) among the shareholders in
the institutions of social solidarity according to the two sex variables (male - female), and for the
benefit of females
5. There is a statistically positive correlation between philanthropy and (Possession - Being) among
the shareholders in the institutions of social solidarity.
6. (Possession - Being) predicts the emergence of philanthropy among the shareholders in the
institutions of social solidarity

Health activity is one of the activities that affect human life and its existence. Health is a
prerequisite for enabling a person to enjoy a fruitful life socially and economically, and enjoying
the highest level of health is a human right (1), and according to what the reality requires, a study
has begun of health status indicators to reveal the disability problem In this service, it represents
one of the measures of social development and standard of living, as it focused on studying the
indicators of health field and evaluating them according to the specified criteria and indicators. The
research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that the planning of health
services in the study area faces many obstacles, including the great lack of health indicators and
their concentration in areas of large population centers, especially urban centers and depriving small
cities and rural areas of these services. Which requires planning for health services according to a
scientific method that takes into consideration the balanced geographical distribution of health
services in the study area .

governorates, in addition to making plaster, which is one of the important construction industries in
the region.

After the legislative elections in April-May 1936, France had witnessed the victory of

This research sheds light on the most important obstacles that faced the first government of
Lyon Blum and the role played by the right press in fighting this government in addition to the
role of French fascist organizations and the accumulated economic problems from previous
governments that in turn generated social problems that were reflected on the political side,
which led to the cracking of the coalition supporting the government Which caused her to fall on
June 22/1937.

The current research aims to evaluate the quality of social studies book for the first
intermediate grade. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the descriptive
approach, and the questionnaire as a research tool consisted of (7) fields that included (99) criteria,
and its validity and consistency were confirmed, and the research community reached (2270)
individuals, and the sample (331) teachers and schools, for the subject of social studies, was chosen
with a picture Random representing the governorates of Iraq for the academic year (2020-2019), and
after applying the questionnaire to the research sample, the results showed that the social book
achieved most of the quality standards, the criteria for the research fields were respectively, (the
field of quality of artistic output first, then the quality of images, figures and tables secondly, and the
quality Thirdly, the scope of educational goals, and the quality of evaluation methods fourth, The
quality of the field of scientific content is fifth, the quality of the introduction is sixth, and the
quality of activities is seventh), and there was a weakness in the standards of the quality of the
introduction and the quality of the activities, and the researcher recommended the adoption of
quality standards for the textbook adopted by the current research.

The research aims to evaluate the quality of teaching skills for social teachers at the
preparatory stage from their point of view, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire for quality
standards for teaching skills, consisting of (72) paragraphs, distributed on four aspects, and the
research sample consisted of (200) teachers and schools, from the affiliated middle schools The
General Directorate of Qadisiyah Education, and after applying the research tool and statistically
treating it, the results showed that the prevailing teaching patterns are traditional patterns centered
on direct teaching, in addition to there are a number of reasons related to the type of strategies,
employment of techniques, overcrowding of students, and few societal opportunities. Because there
are few available options that can be distinguished by those with expertise

The aim of the study is to identify the passion for the Internet and its relationship to addiction to
electronic games (bobsai model) among adolescents in secondary schools. The number of sample
(200) students was chosen in a simple random way with equal distribution. For the purpose of
measuring this goal was built a measure of passion for the Internet, and the scale of addiction to
electronic games (Albubaji model), The researchers extracted the research tools for the conditions
of analysis of vertebrae, honesty and consistency. The main results of the study indicate that
adolescents in secondary schools are passionate about the Internet, and the advent of electronic
games (Albubaji model), and that there is a link between the passion for the Internet and the
electronic games (Albobaji model).

This research aims at the study of intertextuality and the know-how style in the “Captain

dramatic scene abled her to travel and rove through spaces of conception to form a style
that draws its expressive specificity from the beauty of the language and mastery of events
narration with all cultural significance obtained from connotative intertextuality to reveal
the relationship between the writer and traditions in a distance that narration roves its
space.
