This research aims to explore the poetic rhetoric in the Quran that is manifested in the discipline known as Ilm AlTatheel (Quranic Appending), that studies the appending of a verse with the mention of some of the 99 names and attributes of Allah. The research opens with a study of what is known as Ilm Munasabat (co-relation discipline), a discipline that focuses on the correlation between one chapter of the Quran and what comes before or after it, or the correlation between one verse of the Quran and what comes before or after it, or the correlation between the beginning of the verse itself and its ending. The research will also explain the stylistic approach of the Quranic Appending by defining it, relating it to the correlation discipline. This research will also provide an applicative study on chapter eight from the Quran known as the chapter of Al-Anfal (The Spoils) by selecting verses that are appended with some of the names and attributes of Allah and showing the correlation between those verses and the hidden semantic meanings of appending them with some of the names and attributes of Allah. The research then is followed by the conclusion, results and recommendations.

This research aims to explain the verbal similarity in the Noble Qur’an according to Imam Ibn Jazzi al-Kalbi al-Gharnati (d.741 AH) in his interpretation of facilitating the science of revelation in Surat Ibrahim، in which we dealt with the issue of deleting and confirming letters، repetition، introduction and delay as Qur’an evidence directed by the exegete al-Imam was collected Ibn Jazzi، and comparing it with the sayings of the commentators، and the method of the study was the descriptive and analytical method، in which we try to identify the characteristics of the way these verses display the verbal similarity.

This research aims to reveal and explain Surat 'Taha' which contains two important purposes: amuse the messenger of Allah (Allah's peace be upon him)when the unbelievers said that Almighty had revealed the holy Quran to grieve Muhammad and to focus on the basics of the religion; Prophethood, Theism, Rebirth and Resurrection. Musa's story (peace be upon him) dominates the nature of Surat' Taha' and his clear Nine Miracles that had descended to him to challenge Pharaoh and his magicians, explain the torture of the magicians who believed in Musa's prophethood (peace be upon him) and describe the snake accurately. All of that was a training to Musa (peace be upon him) to give him the prophethood and its tasks. This Holy Surah confirms that the Holy Quran is the good news for the believers and a warning for those who are stubborns. This research gathered the sayings of the Scholars and their explanations to this Surah throughout the narrations which presented by them. The research also gave a judgment on their narrations and the supporting evidence of these narrations which showed the occasion and the reason for the descending of the verses if there was a special reason for descending or a special occasion.

The summery of this paper is talks about the similarities between the stories of Joseph and Moses, peace be upon them. So, there are close and similar faces and conditions between both stories, thus, there are points of convergence and consistency which is surprising, in the stage of boyhood there are similarities between the two stories related to their upbringing in Egypt, as both of them grew up in a palace, Joseph grew up in the treasured palace of Egypt and Moses in the palace of Pharaoh, and among the similarities in the boyhood stage also is their loss and separation from their parents through casting, Joseph was thrown into the pit by his brothers, and Musa was thrown into the pit by his mother, and there is a similarity to fear and sadness over Their loss with Yusuf's father and Musa's mother and among the similarities is also the matter of searching for them, and then meeting them, and among the similarities between their stories in adulthood within the palace in which both grew up is the mention of their adulthood.

Sheikh Ahmed Muhammad Shakir (may Allah have mercy on him) was one of the most prominent scholars of his time in the field of (the sunnah of the prophet) he has achieved many hadith books، term books، etc. He added to some of his investigations explanations and comments that were of interest to his contemporaries and those who came after him among the scholars and students of science، and since his explanations and comments were of such important. I wrote a research about ruling on increasing confidence (Increase in Metn) in his book (Al-Ba’ith Al-Hathith)، and I compared in this research between what the Sheikh chose - may God have mercy on him - and what the imams of this art went to from those who preceded him

Imam Yahya bin Mueen (d233 AH), was one of the pillars on which the science of wound and modification was based، as his words in men have weight and consideration in the imams of this art, as he was considered one of the most important critics who spoke in other narrators, and as a result of his proficiency in this art, it has abounded His disciples wrote about his sayings about men each according to what he heard and understood from him، so they sometimes had several sayings for them, and the questions of each student carried his name, and he said: (History, Al-Douri’s narration, or History with the story of Tahan Al-Daqqaq, or Ibn Al-Junaid’s questions ... And others), and Imam Yahya bin Mu’in, like other imams of the wound and the amendment, had special words expressing his opinion on the wound of the narrators or their amendment, Among those words (Sheikh) that Imam Yahya bin Mu’in said in many narrators, I studied in this research the conditions of seven of the narrators whom Ibn Mu’in said to the Sheikh’s word, and came out with a summary of each narrator, is it trust or otherwise, in addition to a meaningful statement Sheikh word that was said is it to amend? Or a wound? Or, something else?

The followers of the Prophet Muhammad from the best of the centuries، and they took knowledge from them، so they memorized the Prophet’s Sunnah and perfected it، then they reached it to those who followed the followers of the followers. Jalila Umrah bint Abdul Rahman Al-Ansariya because she was raised in the house of prophethood with Lady Aisha (may God be pleased with her)، and understood her hands and learned about her، and Umrah bint Abdul Rahman was the scholar of Medina and her jurist at her time. The number of her narrations in the book of certificates reached (3) hadiths. Therefore، we liked to show the status of this venerable subordinate (may God be pleased with her) and the knowledge and knowledge it has in transmitting the hadith of the Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace).

This paper studies one of the verses that circulates frequently in the books of Principals of Jurisprudence as inference and fundament. It aims to uncover the fundamental principles that are inferred, to show the ways of inference and what responds to them, following the inductive descriptive analytical approach. The study comprises of an introduction, a preface about the interpretation of the verse, and an objective that deals with the fundamentals of Jurisprudence inferences with the verse in twenty sub-chapters, and a conclusion. The research was concluded by explaining the difference in the meanings of the verse on the fundamental principles, and the distinction between what is directed by inference from it and what is subject to research and consideration. The researcher recommends urging more attention to the texts of the revelation by deriving and using it as an inference and evidence on fundamental principles, and studying the separate texts of the Qur’ān and the noble hadiths that contain extensive fundamentalist connotations

This modest research includes a jurisprudential and legal study of the terms and provisions of the will in Sharia and law، with a focus on the condition of poverty in the obligatory will and clearing whether this condition is necessary in this will or not? The study consisted of an introduction، and two studies، a conclusion، findings، and recommendations. we came to the conclusion that the condition of poverty in the obligatory will is unnecessary condition legally. For that it is correct for the legatee to be rich، average or poor. No one said a condition of poverty except the Yemeni law، therefore we have recommended to revoke it، and to amend the text of Article (257) of the personal statuses in accordance with the provisions of Islamic jurisprudence and comparative Arab legislation. This is because stipulating such a condition in the case of the sons of the deceased son whose fathers are die in the life of their inheritors (grandfather or grandmother) leads to tampering by giving some of those entitled to the obligatory will without others .This is what the Sharia and the will also refuse it

This research has dealt with the choices of Hanbali scholars, to whom the presidency of the school of thought in the Levant ended in his time ,and he is the scholar Zain Al-Din Al-Munja ibn Othman Al-Tanukhi, in his interesting book on Explanation of Al-Muqni,on issues related to the commissioner, an her rights in tems of her friendship in the situations to which she is exposed from the death of her husband before consummation ,and before calling him the dowry ,as well as in the event of divorce occurring on her before and after consummation, and all this aims to guarantee the rights of the wife and to explain what she deserves in those cases

This research presents a statement of the weightings of Imam Al-Bayhaqi in his book Khilafiyat in the chapter on the Eclipse Prayers of the Sun and the Moon and their Eclipse, studied by a comparative jurisprudence study, so you have a study of jurisprudential issues in which Imam Al-Shafi’i and Imam Abi Hanifa differed in the chapter on the Eclipse Prayer and Eclipse and studied a comparative doctrinal study on five doctrines. Research title: Study and investigation of the book of purity to separating the wells from the book (The Care in Abstraction of Issues of Guidance) by Shams al-Din Ibn al-Aqrab al-Hanafi (774 AH), in Hanafi jurisprudence, the research included issues of purity and its types such as the book of purity and the obligatory duties of ablution, its negatives, washing, and the water that is permissible with it Ablution with it, the jurisprudence related to wells, and the research came on a study section and it contains one study and it is divided into three demands, and an investigative section, and it contains one study and includes five demands.

This research aims to clarify the preferences of Imam Al-Bayhaqi- May God Almighty have mercy on him- In his book Khilafat In the chapter on what is valid for marriage I studied it A comparative jurisprudence study As I studied the jurisprudential issues In which Imam Abu Hanifa disagreed with Imam Shafi'i May God Almighty have mercy on them In the chapter on what is valid for marriage، I studied the issues of seven schools of thought، namely: the Hanafi، the Maliki، the Shafi’i، the Hanbali، the Dhahriya، the Zaydi and the Imamate، and then clarify what Imam Al-Bayhaqi suggested The topic of this research is considered one of the important topics related to the jurisprudential rulings that the taxpayer needs in this life، and among these jurisprudential rulings is marriage، because life does not settle and does not perfection except with a righteous wife.

This study deals with the study of the preferences of Imam Al-Bayhaqi in his book Al-Khilafiyat Fi Bab Aledah (The Disagreements in the Waiting Period Section). The study has been completed in a form of comparative jurisprudential study. The study dealt with some important issues related to the woman’s waiting period in the light of jurisprudence of Islamic Shareaá regulations whereby some of these regulations are based on them which is necessary for woman to be committed on them according to orders of our Almighty Allah. I explained the meaning of the recitation part in which the dispute occurred between the Islamic schools of thought, as well as explaining the waiting period of woman where her Haidh frequency was unequal in terms of the period of time. I mentioned their evidences for knowing the preferred and accepted among them and mentioned the accepted point of view with reference to whether it was the preferred one is in agreement with Imam Al-Bayhaqi or disagreed with it. In both cases, I mentioned the reason of my preference for this point of view. I ask the Almighty Allah to grant success for what I preferred.

Spirit and soul are two terms that are vague in connotation, and they have attracted the attention of scholars and researchers towards it. And they spent their eagerness to reveal their secrets, and whether they had the same meaning, Rather, the soul mixed with the soul in many texts, and used one of them in place of the other, and this became commonplace for those who did not fully understand their concept. However, they did not arrive at a unified conclusion, and definitive answers to that, and as it is known, the soul is one of the unseen matters, which is very vague, so it was the focus of scholars, including Imam Nu'man Al-Alusi (died 1317 AH) - may God have mercy on him -. Therefore, the research started from the following questions: What is a soul? What is the soul? And their truth? And the precedence in their creation? And in its stable after the annihilation of the bodies?

This study examines an important aspect of the Islamic political system, that is, the effect of the devotional dimension in ensuring rights and performing duties. With the aim of demonstrating the effect of the devotional dimension on preserving people's rights and liberties, the study sought to answer the following questions: What is the devotional dimension in Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh)? What is the effect of the devotional dimension in controlling the governing political authority? What is the role of the devotional dimension towards encouraging individuals to defend their rights? The study has concluded that the dominance of the devotional dimension over Islamic Legislation is a mean and guarantee for the preservation of people’s rights and liberties, and that it is an essential supporter of other guarantees.

The research aims to study Al-Rusafi religious views on the Holy Quran through his book "The Muhammadian Personality", because of the allegations and major contradictions of the Islamic religion, the research was divided in to an introduction, three sections and the conclusions. The first section: His claim that the Holy Quran is from Muhammad's thought. The second section: His irony and scorn of the prophets' stories that mentioned in the Holy Quran. The third section: His opinions about miraculous nature of the Holy Quran. Then there are the conclusions and the references.

The subject of my thesis is about the issues in Al-fiqh which is considered to be one of the most important matters that affect the individual in particular and the society in general; It is related to general societal security،n this thesis I addressed the study issues from the controversies book between the Imams al-Shafi'i and Abu Hanifa of the author Al- Bayhaqi, may Allah have merey upon all of them, Specialized in swearing, what must be done by the deliberate murder, and magic, And its number is three issues. Through that, we will try to study each issue separately, indicating the sayings of the scholars in it, their evidence and the points of significance in it, then weighting according to what we chose from the method of presenting the issue, giving Imam al-Bayhaqi the preponderance of special importance by mentioning him in the first school of thought, and who agreed with them from the rest of the schools, then we mention the rest in order. As for the order of the thesis: the introduction, then the presentation of the issues, then the conclusion, then the sources. This I have made the most effort to come out of this research in a coordinated order without a boring lengthening or negligent shortening, while adhering to the rules of writing and the laws of demand
