Objective: The study was designed to research the relationship between PCOS and hyperinsulinemia, BMI, lipid profile, and age groups.

Method: The study sample was divided into two groups: the first group included 200 women with polycystic ovaries, and the second group was the control group (25 women).

Results: The result showed an increase in insulin, T.G., VLDL, LDL, cholesterol, and body mass index of patients compared with the healthy group and an increase in the number of infections in the age group (20–29).

Conclusion: There is adverse affect for PCOS on the studied physiological parameters.

Many papers about the approximation of analytic functions on a compact unit disk using Szasz- Durrmeyer operator was introduced. These papers are restricted to analytic functions. Here we generalize szasz operator Using the definition to get a best results for function in quasi normed spaces, like, upper bound theorem and voronovskaja type result.

The good of this paper was to study the applications of the projective space PG(3,q) over a Galois field of order 7 in the projective [n,k,d] _q code such that the parameters length of code n , the dimension of code k , and the minimum distance d with the error- correcting e according to an incidence matrix have been calculated.
Also, this research provides examples and theorems of links between the combinatorial structures and coding theory. The method of the research depends on the constructing of the point and lines and planes in PG(3,q).

Date palm pollen (DPP) is used in traditional medicine and as a dietary supplement. The present study was carried out to investigate the effect of date palm pollen suspension against the toxic effects of carbon tetrachloride (CCL4) on some aspects of reproductive performance in adult male rats. Twenty adult male rats were randomly divided into four equal groups (5 rats/group) and were treated for 63 days as follows: the first group was considered a control group, the second group received date palm pollen suspension orally (0.15 gm/kg B.W) once a day, the third group were treated intraperitoneal (IP) with 0.5 gm/kg B.W. of CCL4 mixing with an equal volume of olive oil twice a week, the fourth group was received date palm pollen suspension (0.15 /kg B.W) once a day orally and treated IP with 0.5 gm/kg B.W. of CCL4 mixing with an equal volume of olive oil twice a week. The result showed that daily oral administration of DPP caused a significant p<0.05 increase in serum testosterone concentration improved semen analysis and an elevated number of sertoli cells, leydig cells and diameter of seminiferous tubules. While the group treated with CCL4 showed a decrease significantly p<0.05 in testosterone, semen analysis and histological measurements. While, the result showed that treatment animals treated with oral administration of DPP in group T3 restore change in testosterone hormones concentration and reproductive parameters which induce by CCL4 to towards normalization. It is therefore concluded that oral administration of DPP promotes reproductive parameters and prevents CCL4 induced reproductive toxicity.

In this paper, we present a new formulation for some applications of the dynamic mathematical programming problems using time scale. These applications include linear and quadratic objective function. Also, this formulation is an extension for the existing one. In addition, the continuous models and quantum models are obtained by choosing T = R and T = qN0 receptively. Moreover, the primal and the dual of the dynamic mathematical programming models on time scales are constructed for the linear and quadratic production model. This concepts of the duality theory will help the decision maker to choose either the primal model or the dual model for finding the optimal solution in particular for isolated time scales set. Furthermore, using this formulation the optimal solution can be obtained easily using some well-known discrete optimization methods such us simplex method and interior point method.

In this paper, we applied the theory of Fuzzy Sets to classify the nutritional status of children under five years of age using fuzzy logic and two fuzzy classification methods (Mamdani and Sugeno). We relied on linguistic variables (weight and height) to categorize children into more accurately defined categories of nutritional status. The goal is to minimize the chances of misdiagnosis and provide precise treatment for each category, thus contributing to the creation of a more resilient society with high levels of health. In this study, we employed a sample of 16,487 Iraqi children under the age of five years, divided into 12 age categories.

The results, after calculating the classification accuracy criterion, showed that among the two methods compared to the classical classification, the Sugeno method proved to be the best, with an accuracy level of around 60% for various age categories for both males and females.

In this paper, we formulate as a game, the dynamic interaction between a pair of transmitter and receiver (or ground stations) through a multi-hop relaying Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs) in a hostile environment. We assume that the ground stations can concentrate their transmissions to the relaying UAVs. The UAVs relay their data to their ground stations destinations. Furthermore, we assume limited UAVs capabilities, i.e., without the ability of controlling the power level. This limited UAV capability leads to UAVs transmission to interfere with each other. The jammer is assumed to be a smart jammer that targets the downlink transmission from the UAVs to the ground stations. The ground stations strategically allocate the UAVs’ power level such that it is optimal to countermeasure the jamming attack and to limit the interference between the UAVs at the same time. We formulate the problem as a Zero-Sum game and the corresponding optimization problem as a linear program. We solve the game and find the Nash equilibrium (NE) through the use of Fictitious Play (FP) algorithm. Our results show that under linear jammer cost function, the jammer can severely disturb the UAV-ground stations transmission even with using low power levels.

A field experiment was conducted in one of the agricultural research fields in Basra Governorate on clay soil, for the purpose of studying the effect of soil depth and adding soil Conditioners that included bitumen emulsion (1%) and organic matter (3%) on the aggregate stability of the soil and by using drip and surface irrigation methods. The results showed that there were significant differences due to the effect of varying soil depth, as it was observed that the mean weight diameter (MWD) values of soil ​​decreased with increasing depth, and the addition of soil conditioners led to a significant increase in the mean weight diameter values. The results also showed that the use of drip irrigation maintained soil structure as a result of a significant increase in the values ​​of the mean weight diameter compared to surface irrigation.

The present study aimed Isolation, characterization of EPS from Pseudomonas savastanoi isolated from olive tree (olea europea) from different sites of Mosul city, and selected the isolation to produce EPS, Seven isolates of P. savastanoi Pss1 , Pss2, Pss3 , Pss4 , Pss5 , Pss6, Pss7were selected as the best isolates producing EPS based on the appearance of colonies and their growth with a viscous mucous. The results of the secondary screening showed that the best isolate was P. savastanoi (Pss3), gave best yield of EPS, produced on liquid King B Medium reached 3 g/l after three days of incubati on. The EPS composition Extracted from bacteria was characterized by using TLC and HPLC technique, the results showed that the main units that make up the product such as glucose, fructose and mannose, The results of the study revealed that the inhibitory that EPS towards the growth of some pathological microorganisms and the Antioxidant Activity by effect of EPS on DPPH scavenging ability.

Stachybotrys chartarum has been shown to be more common than other fungi, and C. herbarum has been found to be more noticeable than other fungi isolated from indoor buildings. According to HPLC data, the retention duration or primary peak in verrucarol the record occurred at 5.6 minutes while a filter extract of S. chartarum from (4.5-6.5) minutes which identifies with toxin verrucarol produced located in the same area. PCR which proves to be useful for identification of Stachybotrys spp. MgO nanoparticles in this study proved efficiency in the inhibition fungus of 100% and the concentration of toxin reduction.

Nanoelectronics devices, which are crucial for numerous applications, are created by modifying the electronic properties of manufactured graphene. Graphene nanoflake (GNF) with tunable electronic characteristics is studied through chemical doping. We used the density function theory (DFT) method to examine the GNF with and without different dopants of MgO dimers because we thought that we might create electronic features in a GNF by changing its geometrical arrangement of MgO dimers. The three forms of MgO dimers are made from ortho, meta, and para position dimers of Mg and O atoms. The bandgap values of the GNF structure have been found to be significantly impacted by the presence of MgO dimers. Our results indicate that the presence of MgO dimers as well as their geometric arrangement in the GNF, will greatly affect its electronic properties.

The experiment was conducted in the poultry farm affiliated to Al-Amer Poultry Company in Al-Mahawil District of Babil Governorate, to study the effect of replacing black soldier fly larvae (BSF) powder in the place of protein concentrate in the diet on the productive characteristics of laying hens. 60 laying hens of 55 weeks of age of brown Lohmann strain were used for the period from 29/9/2020 to 18/1/2021, raised in cages and randomly distributed to five treatments and four replicates for each treatment (3 hens/ replicates). The replacement ratio according to the treatments was T1: control and contained 100% commercial protein concentrate without adding BSF larval powder, T2: BSF larval meal was partially replaced by 25% in the place of protein concentrate, T3: BSF larval meal was partially replaced by 50% in the place of protein concentrate, T4: Partially replace 75% BSF larval powder in protein concentrate, T5: completely replace 100% BSF larvae powder. The results showed during the total period of the experiment (56-71) weeks that there were no significant differences between the experiment treatments in the characteristic of egg production percentage (HD%), egg weight, egg mass, feed intake and feed conversion ratio.

In this paper, we introduce a new three-parameter of continuous distributions based on interval [0,1], the Truncated exponentiated Lomax (TEL) distribution, is presented and studied. Some Probabilistic properties are examined, The cumulative distribution function, the rth moment, the median, the characteristic function, the hazard rate function and the reliability function are obtained for the distribution under consideration. So maximum likelihood estimation is discussed. It is common knowledge that an object breaks down when the stress it experiences surpasses its matching strength. Strength can be defined as "resistance to failure" in this sense. A strong design always has a strength greater than the anticipated stress. Stress/strength is a definition of the safety factor in terms of stress and strength.. So, Here, the stress-strength model for the Truncated Exponentiated Lomax (TEL) distribution will be generated using various parameters. The Shannon entropy will be obtained.

The research aimed to assess the level of skills of agricultural extension workers in the field of disseminating agricultural technologies in Iraq and determine the relative importance of each field of agricultural technology dissemination. To achieve the research objectives, data was collected through a questionnaire administered via personal interviews with a random sample of workers in counseling centers. The sample consisted of 250 respondents, representing 35% of the total study population of 710 respondents. Frequencies, percentages, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Step-Wise multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the research data. The results indicated a low level of skills among agricultural extension workers in the field of disseminating agricultural technologies. The highest category of respondents fell within the low category, accounting for 55.6%. The field of agricultural systems ranked first in terms of relative importance (53.36%), while the field of evaluation ranked last with a relative importance of 42.28%. The study recommends that the Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture enhance the capabilities and skills of agricultural extension workers in the field of disseminating agricultural technologies through increasing training courses and keeping the workers informed about the latest developments in agricultural technology dissemination.

In this work, density functional theory (DFT) has been used to calculate the electronic properties of Circumcoronene (CC) and CC-doped by zinc oxide (ZnO). The doping produced five new structures regarding to ZnO position and number in CC structure. Result shows the electronic properties such as density of state (DOS), total energy , Fermi level energy , , , and energy gap . The interesting result in this study was the affected by the ZnO position in the CC structures, in another word it can controlled by the position and number of doping atom (ZnO). It's equal to 3.091 eV for pure CC structure and equal to 1.791 eV for one CC-ZnO, while its equal to 2.642 eV for CC-ZnO in another position, this difference gradient in values represent an interesting result in addition to Circumcoronene properties which made it a promising material for many electronic applications such as nanoelectronics device, biosensors, and nanomedicine.

Objective: The current study aimed to determine the relationship between thyroid disorders, lipid levels, liver function, age group, and blood type in women.

Method: The study sample was divided into two groups. The first group was a control group (healthy people) and the second group was patients with thyroid disorders (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism).

Result: The results of this study showed a significant increase in lipid concentrations and a significant decrease in AST and ALT in women with thyroid disorders compared to the control group. The highest incidence occurred in people aged 25 to 54 years and with blood type A+.

Conclusion: There are negative effects of thyroid disorders on physiological parameters.

The bean seed fly, Delia platura (Meigen) (Diptera: Anthomyiidae), have been collected and described for the first time on cucumber from Thi-Qar province. The male and female of the fly was identified by the accurate taxonomical key based on the morphological diagnostic characteristic such as the ratio of length to width of larvae and pupae and Adult, the length and types of hairs on the legs, were photoed and identified in current study.
