Research Summary
Praise be to God who created man and taught him eloquence, and prayers and peace be upon the one to whom the Noble Qur’an was revealed in a clear Arabic tongue, a miracle and a guidance for all creation.
As for after: It is obligatory for the worshiper to dwell in prayer, to be humble in it, and not to be extravagant in movement, which invalidates it and makes it as if he is not praying. It was my choice for this research, which I called (rulings of movement during prayer according to the four schools of thought). After this introduction, the research plan required that it be divided into two sections and a conclusion, according to the following order: As for the first topic, I explained in it: the definition of movement, and it has two requirements: In the second topic, I dealt with the jurisprudential rulings on movement during prayer, and it contains three demands: Then the conclusion, in which I mentioned the results I reached in this modest research.

الحمد لله الذي خلق الإنسان، وعلمه البيان، والصلاة والسلام على من نزل عليه القرآن الكريم بلسان عربي مبين، معجزة وهداية للخلق أجمعين.أما بعد:فالواجب على المصلي أنْ يسكن في الصلاة، وأنْ يكون متواضعا فيها، وألا يسرف في الحركة، مما يبطلها ويجعلها كأنه لا يصلي، وإذا كثرت الحركات، فهنا تبطل الصلاة عند جميع أهل العلم، لذلك يجب الحذرولقد كان اختياري لهذا البحث الذي أسميته (أحكام الحركة أثناء الصلاة عند المذاهب الأربعة). وقد اقتضت خطة البحث تقسيمه بعد هذه المقدمة إلى مبحثين وخاتمة، وحسب الترتيب الآتي:
أما المبحث الأول بينت فيه: تعريف الحركة، وفيه مطلبان: وتناولت في المبحث الثاني: الأحكام الفقهية للحركة أثناء الصلاة، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب: ثم الخاتمة ذكرت فيها ما توصلت إليه من نتائج في هذا البحث المتواضع.

Abstract

This research studies one of the forms of grammatical analogy that the grammarians relied on, which is the analogy and its absence in the words of the Arabs, an applied study in the section of verbs, and the analogy is the like and equal to the thing, that is, what has a like as we say: So-and-so is your counterpar,mean: like you, and the non-parallel is In the grammarians’ terminology: the absence of a grammatical equivalent of a grammatical issue in the eloquent use of the Arabs, and the meaning of inference with it: the negation, for the absence of proof evidence. Suggestion. The analogy corrects the grammatical ruling and its absence negates it, and the grammarians have more invoked to analogies, and their statements indicating their acceptance of what has an equivalent and their rejection of what has no equal, and their sayings that indicate that they say: Pregnancy on what has an equal is more important than carrying on what is not. Its equivalent, and their saying: What is unparalleled in Arabic, and for which there is no witness of grammatical reasons, is corrupt, and their saying: Pregnancy on what has an equal, even if it is less and is out of analogy, is better than a statement without peer, and their saying: If the saying leads to what has no equal. He had to be rejected and to go to him And after researching and extrapolating in the books of grammar, the assets, such as the book by Sibawayh, Al-Muqtadib for Al-Mubarrad, and the principles by Ibn Al-Siraj, and others.. and the books of explanations, such as Sharh Ibn Aqil, and Sharh Al-Tashil and others.. I extracted issues related to what has no parallel in the construction of the verb, and issues related to the grammatical structures of the verb, It presented the most important opinions that the grammarians mentioned in these issues, in terms of their support, refutation and objection to them, and their argument for not being matched and what the research tended to do after presenting those opinions.

يدور هذا البحث حول صورة من صور القياس النحوي التي اعتمد عليها النحاة، وهي النظير وعدم وروده في كلام العرب، دراسة تطبيقية في باب الأفعال، والنظير هو المِثْل والمساوي للشيء، أي ما له مثل كما نقول: فلان نظيرك، أي مثلك، أما عدم النظير فهو في اصطلاح النحاة: عدم ورود نظير سماعي لمسألة نحوية في استعمال فصيح عن العرب ومعنى الاستدلال به: النفي لعدم وجود دليل الأثبات. ويعد من أدلة النحو المتفرقة التي لا تحصر كما أشار إلى ذلك السيوطي في كتابه الاقتراح، فالنظير يصحح الحكم النحوي وعدمه ينفيه، وقد أكثر النحويون من الاحتكام إليه، وتعددت أقوالهم الدالة على قبولهم ما له نظير وردهم ما ليس له نظير، ومن أقوالهم الدالة على ذلك قولهم: الحَمْل على ما له نظير أولى من الحمل على ما لا نظيرَ له، وقولهم: ما لا نظير له في العربية، ولا يشهد له شاهد من العلل النحوية يكون فاسدًا، وغيرها وبعد البحث والاستقراء في كتب النحو الأصول، كالكتاب لسيبويه، والمقتضب للمبرد، والأصول لابن السراج، وغيرها.. وكتب الشروحات، كشرح ابن عقيل، وشرح التسهيل وغيرهما، استخلصت مسائل تخصّ ما ليس له نظير في بناء الفعل، ومسائل تخصّ التراكيب النحوية للفعل، وعرضت أهم الآراء التي ذكرها النحاة في تلك المسائل، من حيث تأييدهم أو ردّهم واعتراضهم لها، وبيان حجّتهم بعدم النظير وما مال إليه البحث بعد عرض تلك الآراء

Abstract

ABSTRACT:
This study explores how Jassim Al-Sahih creates imagery in his poetry collection, “The Topography of Delirium”. The researcher is interested in the importance, diversity, uniqueness, and novelty of the poetic images in Al-Sahih’s work and how they impact his poetry. To achieve this, the researcher used a descriptive analytical approach to deconstruct the various parts and formations of the poetic image, and understand its limits and variations. The research also seeks to link the images to Al-Sahih’s attitude and reference culture, which shapes his poetry through mediation. Al-Sahih’s collection was formed through different and varied means, demonstrating his ability and skill in artistic formation and making him a focus of attention for critics and scholars. The study found that Al-Sahih used the exchange of senses and imagination to draw scenes and paintings, particularly through metaphors, and that religious and heritage intertextuality played a significant role in forming symbolic images that expressed the poet’s suffering and enriched his poetic experience. Overall, the study suggests that Al-Sahih’s distinctive poetic peculiarity and his ability to form images contribute to his rank as a creative poet.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن وسائل تشكيل الصورة في شعر جاسم الصحيح في ديوانه "تضاريس الهذيان"، انطلاقًا من أهمية الصور الواردة في ديوانه وتنوعها وفرادتها وجدّتها وتميزها؛ مما أغرى الباحثة في الكشف عنها ومعرفة وسائل تشكيلها، فضلًا عن أثرها الواضح في شعره في الساحة الأدبية والشعرية، واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحقيق هدف البحث في المدونة المختارة؛ لأن هذا المنهج أنسب في بيان الصورة الشعرية، وتفكيك أجزائها وتشكلاتها المختلفة، ومعرفة حدودها وتنوعاتها للوصول إلى الحكم عليها، مع مقاربة موضوعاتها وربطها بموقف الشاعر وثقافته المرجعية التي تشكل منها شعره بوساطة صوره، ليخرج البحث إلى أن الصورة الشعرية في ديوان "تضاريس الهذيان" تشكلت من وسائل مختلفة ومتنوعة، وكشفت عن قدرة الشاعر ومهارته في التشكيل الفني لشعره، وتمييزه بخصوصية شعرية جعلته محط أنظار النقاد والدارسين، كما أسهم الذهن في تشكيل الصورة في شعر جاسم الصحيح والوصول بخطابه نحو الشعرية بوساطة رسم المشاهد واللوحات عن طريق تبادل الحواس، فضلًا عن أثر الخيال بوسائله المختلفة في تشكيل صور الشاعر التي طغت صوره على معظم شعره، لاسيما الصور الاستعارية، كما حظي التناص الديني والتراثي بالنصيب الأوفر في تشكيل الصورة الرمزية في ديوان الشاعر، والتعبير عن معاناة الشاعر بصور رمزية أثرت تجربته الشعرية، وارتقت بخطابه الشعري إلى مصاف الشعرية والإبداع.

Agricultueal activity is one of the main pillars and the first starting point towards achieving a progressive increase in the rates of the national economy. In addition to its important position when initiating any plan aimed at developing the economic activity of any country in the world. As most of the countries of the world today are very interested in agricultural activity because of its essential role in the comprehensive development process and an essential link in the national economy and an active factor in the movement of social change. In addition, it is a major contributor to increasing national income, whether in developed or developing countries alike. During this research paper, We will address several axes, the most important of which are the natural and human potentials of the Euphrates sub-district, as well as studying the reality of agricultural activity and then developing strategies for agricultural development with some recommendations and proposals that would develop agricultural activity in the Euphrates sub-district. The research concluded that there is no clear strategy for agricultural development in the future, despite the existence of the elements of agricultural activity, especially in light of the modesty or lack of financial allocations, the deterioration of the security and political situation, and the tendency of most farmers to leave agricultural lands and join government jobs, Because of the deterioration of agricultural soils as a result of depletion and irrational use of experience, and the states failure to support the famer in obtaining agricultural fertilizers, pesticides, improved seeds, and medical treatments for livestock.

يعد النشاط الزراعي أحد الركائز الأساسية ونقطة الانطلاق الأولى نحو تحقيق زيادة متصاعدة في معدلات الاقتصاد القومي, فضلاً عن مكانته المهمة عند الشروع في وضع أي خطة تهدف إلى تطوير النشاط الاقتصادي لأي بلد في العالم، إذ إن أغلب بلدان العالم اليوم تهتم كثيراً بالنشاط الزراعي لما له من دور أساسي في عملية التنمية الشاملة وحلقة أساسية من حلقات الاقتصاد الوطني وعاملاً فاعلاً حركة التغير ألاجتماعي، فضلاً عن أنه يعد مساهماً كبيراً في زيادة الدخل القومي سواء في الدول المتقدمة أو النامية على حدٍ سواء. سنتطرق خلال هذه الورقة البحثية على محاور عدة أهمها الامكانيات الطبيعية والبشرية للناحية الفرات، فضلا عن دراسة واقع النشاط الزراعي ومن ثم وضع استراتيجيات للتنمية الزراعية مع بعض التوصيات والمقترحات التي من شأنها تطوير النشاط الزراعي في ناحية الفرات. وقد توصل البحث الى عدم وجود استراتيجية واضحة للتنمية الزراعية في المستقبل على الرغم من وجود مقومات النشاط الزراعي وخاصةً في ظل تواضع أو انعدام التخصيصات المالية، وتردي الوضع الامني والسياسي وتوجه اغلب الفلاحين الى ترك الاراضي الزراعية والالتحاق بالوظائف الحكومية؛ بسبب تردي الترب الزراعية نتيجة الاستنزاف والاستخدام اللاعقلاني للتربة، وعدم مساهمة الدولة في دعم الفلاح للحصول على المخصبات الزراعية والمبيدات الحشرية والبذور المحسنة والعلاجات الطبية للثروة الحيوانية.

بسم الله ؛ والحمد لله ؛ والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وبعد فقد وسمت هذا البحث بـــ " أحكام الكفالة الإلكترونية دراسة فقهية مقارنة معاصرة " وحررت مقدمته متضمنة لأهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره ؛ وأنه يستهدف الجهات المختصة كالقضاء والتحقيق والأمن والتجارة والعقود والتلفيات ؛ كما يستفيد القضاة والمحامون والمحققون ورجال الأمن ؛ وقطاع الأعمال الخاص والعام ، وقد وضحتُ خطة البحث والتي كانت في تمهيدٍ ؛ تضمن ثلاثة مطالب ؛ والمطلب الأول تعريف مفردات العنوان باعتبار مفرداته وباعتباره مركباً ؛ وحررت التعريف حتى أصل لما يكون فقهاً صحيحاً يتفق مع الكفالة الإلكترونية وهي مطلق الالتزام ؛ ثم بيت الفرق بين الكفالة الإلكترونية والكفالة التقليدية ، ثم بعد ذلك حررتُ أربعة مباحث ؛ تضمن المبحث الأول مطلبان ؛ الأول : في أركان الكفالة وبيان شروطها ؛ وفي الأركان دعمتها بالأمثلة التطبيقية ؛ وفي الشروط بينتُ أن يكون الكفيل الإلكتروني أهلا للتبرع ؛ ومكلفاً ببلوغه وعقله ؛ ويُمكن للصبي الكفالة الإلكترونية كمثل كفالتهم المالية في الألعاب الإلكترونية ، وأن الكفالة الإلكترونية المالية لا تتجاوز ثلث مال الكفيل ؛ ولا يتوقف على قبول المكفول له ؛ ولا رضا المكفول عنه ؛ أو حياته أو مماته ؛ وحرصتُ أن لا أسترسل بما هو مدون مسبقاً في الدراسات السابقة ؛ لأن موضع البحث في شرعية الكفالة الإلكترونية أو عدم شرعيتها ؛ مع ما احتوته من متطلبات أخرى كمثل الأركان وبيان الشروط ؛ والمطلب الثاني من المبحث الأول : حررتُ فيه صور الكفالة الإلكترونية ؛ سواء من حيث وصفها أم من حيث محلها وتناولتها في مسألتين ، وفي المبحث الثاني حررت محل النزاع في حكم الكفالة الإلكترونية ؛ وأنه باتفاق الفقهاء أن الكفيل ضامن ؛ وأن الكفالة ترد على النفس والمال ؛ ولا مانع أن يكون في واقعنا المعاصر كفالة إلكترونية كذلك في النفس والمال ؛ وأنها على المال جائزة باتفاق الفقهاء بشروط ثلاثة اختصرها : أن يُعلم لمن هو ؟ وكم هو ؟ وعلى من هو ؟ وحررت موضع الخلاف؛ وقولان في المسألة ؛ وعرضتُ أدلة كل فريق ؛ مع المناقشة والإجابة والترجيح وثمرة الخلاف ؛ ثم في المبحث وضحتُ أثر الكفالة الإلكترونية في واقعنا التقني المعاصر ؛ مع متطلبات منصة أبشر الحكومية المعتمدة مع الهوية الرقمية للمواطنين والمقيمين ؛ وفي المبحث الرابع حررتُ عوارض الكفالة الإلكترونية كمثل الموت وبسطت الحديث فيه ؛ ثم المرض والوفاء من غير الكفيل والإبراء إجمالاً ؛ عقبها خاتمة تضمنت نتائج وتوصيات ؛ والله الموفق .

This is due to its strong connection with society, so there is no separation between the political discourse and the society in which it was issued. This field of linguistic study is one of the fields of the pragmatic approach, whose discourse analysis is concerned with the sayer, the text, the recipient, and the sentences that achieve textual consistency. The truth is that political discourse in our days is loaded with mechanisms to convince the public and its goal is to accept and support an opinion, project, or doctrine, because the demand for democratic and legal values in modern societies is increasing. حرصت الدراسات اللغوية الحديثة على تحقيق الإسهام المباشر في خدمة المجتمع، وقد تجلى ذلك جلاء متميزا في دراسات تحليل الخطاب السياسي؛ وذلك لارتباطه الشديد بالمجتمع، فليس هناك انفكاك بين الخطاب السياسي والمجتمع الذي صدر فيه. وهذا الميدان من الدراسة اللغوية هو من ميادين المنهج التداولي الذي يهتم في تحليله للخطاب بالقائل والنص والمتلقي وبالجمل التي تحقق الاتساق النصي. والحق أن الخطاب السياسي في أيامنا يأتي محملا بآليات إقناع الجمهور وهدفه قبول رأي أو مشروع أو مذهب وتأييده، لأن الطلب على القيم الديمقراطية والقانونية في المجتمعات الحديثة في تزايد. ومن هنا كانت قرارات البرلمان العراقي تُعنى بتذييل قراراتها بذكر الأسباب الموجبة لتبرير استصداره وسنحاول دراسة بعضها في ضوء تحليل الخطاب السياسي ببحث أكاديمي ممنهَج بآليات وتقنيات إجرائية تجعل نتائجه علمية تخدم المجتمع عامة والطبقات المقهورة خاصة التي لا تستطيع مواجهة قرارات السلطة إذا وُجهت ضدَّها، ولاسيما إذا لُونَتْ بأساليب مراوغة لتخفي الأهداف الحقيقية كامنة دفينة

يسعى البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن مستوى التفكير الحدسي والانتباه المتواصل لدى طلبة الجامعة ، وفي ضوء ما تقدم حدد الباحث أهداف البحث بالآتي : التعرف على :
1- مستوى التفكير الحدسي لدى طلبة الجامعة
2- الفروق في مستوى التفكير الحدسي بحسب (الجنس ، والتخصص ، والصف ) لدى طلبة الجامعة .
3- مستوى الانتباه المتواصل لدى طلبة الجامعة .
4- الفروق في مستوى الانتباه المتواصل بحسب ( الجنس ، والتخصص ، والصف ) لدى طلبة الجامعة .
5- قوة اتجاه العلاقة بين التفكير الحدسي والانتباه المتواصل لدى طلبة الجامعة وقد تحددت عينة البحث الحالي بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة لطلبة الجامعة (300) طالب وطالبة ، وتحقق الصدق المنطقي والصدق الظاهري ، للمقاييس .اما الصدق البنائي ، فقد استعمل للمقياسين ، وأما الثبات فقد تم استخراجه بطريقتين : طريقة إعادة الاختبار ، ومعامل معادلة ألفا كرونباخ للاتساق الداخلي ، وأظهرت نتائج البحث الحالي الى مايأتي :
1-بعد حساب المتوسط الحسابي لدرجات عينة البحث والأختبار التائي لعينة واحدة على اختبار التفكير الحدسي أشارت الى أنه لاتوجد دلالة احصائية للتفكير الحدسي لدى عينة البحث الحالي أي فقدان التعامل بالتفكير الحدسي.
2- أشارت النتائج الى أنه لاتوجد فروق دالة لمتغير الجنس ، وأشارت أنه للتخصص العلمي دور بالنسبة للتفكير الحدسي مقارنة بالكليات الأنسانية ، كما وأشارت نتائج التحليل الأحصائي أنه يوجد فرق غير دال بين المرحلة الأولى والرابعة ، إذ أشارت الى أن تراكم الخبرة على مر الزمن له دور في وجود التفكير الحدسي وادراك آلياته .
3- أشارت العمليات الأحصائية وبدلالة الى تحديد مستويين للأنتباه المتواصل لدى عينة البحث .
4- أشارت نتائج التحليل الأحصائي الى أن الانتباه المتواصل بأتجاه الصيرورة نحو النشاط الأنساني ، والمستوى الثاني هو التوجه نحو الصيرورة .
5-أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ايجابية تفاعلية بين التفكير الحدسي والانتباه المتواصل(علاقة طردية ) لدى طلبة الجامعة .

Abstract:
The aim of this research is to identify what marketing deception is in its four dimensions (product, pricing, promotion, distribution) and to identify its impact on psychological capital in its dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, flexibility), and thus to provide recommendations to the researched companies about the seriousness of using deception. Marketing and the long-term negative mental image of customers. The main problem of the research also stems from the extent of the impact of marketing deception in its dimensions, as the researcher directed to the need to address the study of marketing deception to clarify the extent of its seriousness and the fact that it also did not obtain sufficient importance in previous studies in addition to the need to protect customers. New information about the relationship between it and psychological capital, in addition to educating customers and increasing their awareness about these two variables. The analytical descriptive approach was relied on by working on the statistical analysis program (SPSS) by collecting data from companies selling electronic devices and working on analyzing them, as the research community consisted of companies selling electronic devices in Kirkuk, and a sample was selected by offering a questionnaire directly and choosing them in a way Randomly, 30 respondents from the sample, who represent the community as a whole, were answered. The most prominent conclusions also came that the sample members agree as a whole on the presence of marketing deception in these companies at an average rate, and the results indicate that there is a relationship between marketing deception and psychological capital in the companies under study, in addition to the existence of an effect of marketing deception on psychological capital as it affects significantly Uneven in the psychological factor of customers in companies selling electronic devices.

هدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على ما هو الخداع التسويقي بأبعاده الاربعة (المنتج ، التسعير ، الترويج، التوزيع) والتعرف على اثره في رأس المال النفسي بأبعاده (الكفاءة الذاتية ، الامل ، التفاؤل ، المرونة) ، بالتالي تقديم توصيات الى الشركات المبحوثة عن مدى خطورة استخدام الخداع التسويقي وما يكونه من صوره ذهنيه سلبية بعيدة المدى عند الزبائن. كما تنبع المشكلة الاساسية للبحث بمدى تأثير الخداع التسويقي بأبعاده اذ توجهت الباحثة الى ضرورة التطرق الى دراسة الخداع التسويقي لتوضيح مدى خطورته ولكونه ايضا لم ينل الاهمية الكافية في الدراسات السابقة اضافة الى ضرورة حماية الزبائن كما هدف هذا البحث الى اثارة الاهتمام حول موضوع الخداع التسويقي واضافة معلومات جديدة عن العلاقة بينه وبين رأس المال النفسي ، اضافه الى توعية الزبائن وزيادة ادراكهم حول هذين المتغيرين. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال العمل على برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS) من خلال جمع البيانات من شركات بيع الاجهزة الالكترونية والعمل على تحليلها، اذ تكون مجتمع البحث من شركات بيع الاجهزة الالكترونية في كركوك واختيرت عينة من خلال طرح استبانة بشكل مباشر واختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية وتمت استجابة 30 فرد من العينة والذي يمثل المجتمع ككل. كما جاءت ابرز الاستنتاجات ان افراد العينة متفقين ككل على توفر الخداع التسويقي في هذه الشركات بنسبة متوسطة ، كما تشير النتائج الى وجود علاقة بين بين الخداع التسويقي ورأس المال النفسي في الشركات موضوع البحث، اضافة الى وجود اثر للخداع التسويقي على رأس المال النفسي اذ يؤثر بشكل متفاوت في العامل النفسي لدى العملاء في شركات بيع الاجهزة الالكترونية

Summary:
In the end, in this research that was tagged with proper nouns in the Bible, we studied and analyzed a group of prominent names mentioned in the Bible, which we identified with the number of names of the ancestors mentioned, exclusively in the book of Genesis. And we compared these names from a morphological and semantic point of view and showed through the linguistic study the origins of those names and the similarities and differences between them, both in terms of the morphological composition and in terms of the semantic composition and their meaning. We also studied and compared the historical biography of the characters of those names mentioned in the study, in addition to studying the patterns and changes in proper nouns in the Bible, such as (Abraham - Abram), (Sarah, Sheri), (Yaakov, Israel), and the reason behind this change in name, An overview of the morphological change and the semantic development of this change.

في ختام هذه الدراسة الموسومة اسماء الاعلام في العهد القديم والتي درسنا وحللنا فيها مجموعة من الاسماء المشهورة الوارد ذكرها في العهد القديم، والتي حددناها بعدد من اسماء الرب إضافة إلى مجموعة من اسماء الآباء الواردة في سفر التكوين حصرا، ثم قمنا بمقارنة هذه الاسماء من الناحيتين الصرفية والدلالية، كما بينا من خلال هذه الدراسة اصول تلك الاسماء واوجه الشبه والاختلاف فيما بينها سواء من الناحية الصرفية ام من الناحية الدلالية بالإضافة إلى تناولنا للسيرة التاريخية لهذه الشخصيات موضوع البحث، فضلا عن دراسة اهم التغيرات التي طرات على صيغة تلك الاسماء مثل (ابرام -ابراهام) (سارة - ساراي) (يعقوب - اسرائيل) مع ذكر اسباب تلك التغيرات من الناحيتين الصرفية والدلالية

מחקר הזה מנסה לחשוף את הערכים האסתטיים בשיריו של אחד המשוררים שזכה להצלחה או הצטיינות הרבה למרות שהעברית אינה לשון המקור שלו, אלא הייתה גרמנית, ושלא דיבר את הלשון העברית. אלא ב-1936 כשהשתקע בירושלים, אלא שהוא הסופר היהודי, יהודה עמיחי. הוא ללא ספק אחד המשוררים העבריים בני זמננו שהיה להם תפקיד בספרות העברית בשפע יצירותיו שכללו רעיונות ושיטות שהעשירו את הספרות העברית בתצורות מטפוריות, דימויות ומטאפוריות שהשפיעו הכי הרבה על קידום שפתו השירית. אפשר לומר, שהסיבה לבחירתנו במשורר יהודה עמיחי היא ששירתו מכילה ערכים אסתטיים ואמנותיים, דרך המבנים הלשוניים ומשמעותם שהעניקו לטקסט יופי מוסרי והקשרי. ואפשר לומר שהערך האסתטי - בכתיבת שירתו דווקא - משתנה משיר אחד למשנהו; ומדימוי אחד למשנהו, ומבית אחד למשנהו לפעמים; המשמעות היא שהערכים האסתטיים בשירת עמיחי מגוונים והטרוגניים על ידי שילובם של מונחים מודרניים וביטויים פיוטיים רבים שרוב המשוררים נמנעו מהם, וכך ייחס עמיחי חשיבות מיוחדת לשון העברית. על ידי התבוננות בהדוגמאות השיריים בהם עסקו במחקר זה, רוב נושאי שיריו נסובים ברובם לעבר ירושלים, דבר המובן מאליו משום שהמשורר עמיחי שואב השראה ממרבית ביטוייו השיריים בשיריו אלו מירושלים. עמיחי הוא אמן השירה העברית, הנושא בתוכו חומר יצירה רב, דיבורו מתון, מהורהר ומאוזן, קל וברור, בו מציינים הקפדה על הטון והקצב לאחדות העניין. עמיחי הוא לא רק משורר, אלא גם מספר סיפורים, סופר ומחזאי. נושאיו וסגנונו של יהודה עמיחי בסיפוריו קרובים לנושאיו בשירה, שפתו הפואטית של עמיחי היא שפה עשירה עם ביטויים לשוניים חדשים, והוא נוטה בשירתו למטאפורה פואטית קצרה. בהתאם לכך, אני שופך אור על הביוגרפיה שלו, ומנסה לשפוך אור גם על הערכים האסתטיים והאמנותיים בשיריו בנושאי המחקר ועל התופעות הלשוניות החשובות ביותר שאפיינו את סגנונו הלשוני. שירים אלו מייצגים נקודת אור בתולדות הספרות העברית החדשה. במחקר זה הסתמכתי על מקורות רבים בערבית ובאנגלית בשל חוסר המקורות העבריים העוסקים בנושא זה. לא הצלחתי להשיג מקורות עבריים המתמקדים בערכים אסתטיים, אך מעט מחקרים עוסקים בביוגרפיה של המשורר עמיחי, אך הסתמכתי בניתוח שירים רבים על מאמצ שלי.

الملخص:
يحاول هذا البحث الكشف عن القيم الجمالية في قصائد احد الشعراء الذين حققوا النجاح او التميز الكبير على الرغم من الحقيقة القائلة، بأن العبرية ليست لغته الاصليه، وانما كانت لغته الالمانية، وانه لم يتحدث اللغة العبرية الا في عام 1936 حين استقر في القدس الا وهو الكاتب اليهودي "يهودا عميحاي". فهو من دون شك من الشعراء العبريين المعاصرين الذين كان لهم دور في الادب العبري باعماله الغزيرة التي كانت تضم افكار واساليب اغنت الادب العبري بالتشكيل الاستعاري والتشبيهي والكنائي التي كان لها الاثر الاكبر في رقي لغته الشعرية.ويمكن القول ان سبب اختيارنا للشاعر يهودا عميحاي لاحتواء شعره على قيم جمالية فنية وذلك من خلال التراكيب اللغوية ودلالتها التي اسبغت النص العبري بالجمال المعنوي والسياقي، كذلك شعره عبارة عن لوحات فنية أعتمد فيها على قوة مخيلته وسعتها فضلا عن لغته الشعرية الغنية بالمفردات والعبارات المعاصرة. ونستطيع ان نقول أن القيمة الجمالية- في كتابة شعره تحديداً- تختلف درجتها من قصيدة إلى أخرى؛ ومن صورة إلى أخرى، ومن مقطع شعري إلى آخر أحياناً؛ وهذا يعني أن القيم الجمالية في شعر عميحاي متنوعة، ومتغايرة بإدخاله العديد من المصطلحات العصرية والتعابير الشعرية التي كان اغلب الشعراء يتحاشونها وبهذا يكون عميحاي قد اعطى اهمية خاصة للغة العبرية. ومن خلال الاطلاع على النماذج الشعرية التي تم تناولها في هذا البحث فان معظم مواضيع قصائده تدور على الاغلب نحو القدس وهو امر بديهي لكون الشاعر عميحاي يستوحي اغلب تعابيره الشعرية في هذه القصائد من القدس . ان عميحاي هو فنان الشعر العبري الذي يحمل في داخله مادة ابداعية كبيرة، خطابه معتدل ومدروس وموزون، سهل وواضح، يلاحظ فيه الحرص على النغمة والايقاع على وحدة المادة. عميحاي ليس مجرد شاعر، بل هو قاص وروائي وكاتب مسرحي ايضاً. ان موضوعات يهودا عميحاي واسلوبه في قصصه قريبة من موضوعاته في الشعر، وان لغته الشعرية لغة غنية بتعابير لغوية جديدة ويميل في اشعاره الى المجاز الشعري القصير وبناءً على ذلك فقد سلطتُ الضوء على سيرته الذاتية، كما أُحاول ان أُسلط الضوء على القيم الجمالية والفنية في قصائده في موضوع البحث وعلى اهم الظواهر اللغوية التي ميزت اسلوبه اللغوي. وهذه القصائد تمثل نقطة مضيئة في تاريخ الادب العبري الحديث. اعتمدت في هذه الدراسة على العديد من المصادر العربية والانكليزية بسبب نقص المصادر العبرية التي تهتم في هذا الموضوع. لم أتمكن من الحصول على المصادر العبرية التي تركز على القيم الجمالية ، الا بعض من الدراسات تهتم بالسيرة الذاتية للشاعر عميحاي ، لكنني اعتمدت في تحليل العديد من القصائد على جهدي الذاتي

For the purpose of following the development in the era of knowledge and scientific progress, it is necessary to focus on the ways of the success of the educational process, and among the most important elements that must be taken care of in the educational process are teaching methods, as they are the tool that helps the learner to understand and assimilate the scientific material. Therefore, the success of the educational process is linked to choosing the appropriate method for the presented material and for the level of the learner. However, teaching methods have developed in accordance with the requirements of contemporary life. And this research aims to identify the teaching methods used by the faculty member in communicating the scientific material and their role in motivating students to learn, and the methods do not overlap among them, and to know whether the differences between teaching methods have an ethical significance or not, using the means of quantitative analysis with its descriptive and analytical aspects. As well as, the research focused on reviewing the four most used methods, where only two methods were chosen by the research sample. Hence, the research reached a set of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which are:
- There are significant differences between the different teaching methods used by faculty members.
- The need for university administrations to take their role in clarifying teaching methods and the differences between them in order to remove the ambiguity that exists among some teachers, and to include the educational bag and curriculum vocabulary as the teaching methods most appropriate to those vocabularies.

تاتي اهمية طرائق التدريس من خلال مساهمتها في اعداد طلبة قادرين على تحديد حاجاتهم واهتمامهم فضلاً عن قدرتهم في توظيف المعارف والمهارات التي يتعلمونها في خدمة المجتمع ، وطرائق التدريس لا تعني اعداد طلبه تتعلم دون تطبيق او العيش في فراغ بل انها تحاول تنمية العقل وجمع المعلومات والاستفاده منها واصبحت بعض طرائق التدريس تعتمد على التكنولوجيا واستمرت في التقدم حتى وقتنا الحاضر واخذت تتجه اتجاهاً جديداً بمعنى انها اصبحت في خدمة المجتمع ولأهميتها اجرينا استعراضاً لأهم طرائق التدريس المتبعة من قبل التدريسيين وتم استخدام استمارة استبيان خاصه بذلك وتحليل بيانات الاستمارة بأتجاهين ، الاتجاه الوصفي من خلال ايجاد النسب المئوية ومناقشتها والاتجاه التحليلي من خلال تطبيق اساليب كمية متقدمه لمعرفة مدى معنوية الفروق بين طررائق التدريس وخلص البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات اهمها:
- هناك فروق ذات دلالة معنوية بين طرائق التدريس المختلفة المستخدمة من قبل اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية.
- ضرورة قيام إدارات الجامعة بدورها في إيضاح طرق التدريس والاختلافات بينها لإزالة الغموض الموجود لدى بعض المعلمين ، وإدراج الحقيبة التعليمية ومفردات المناهج كأكثر طرق التدريس ملاءمة لتلك المفردات

Abstract

ABSTRACT
Many public and private institutions and universities all over the world went on complete closure’ for an unknown end. Among the most important sectors, which faced trouble was education. This study includes a comparison of students’ scores in the final test at the time of the Corona pandemic before the Corona pandemic and after the Corona pandemic, by taking the students’ scores in the final exams in the mentioned years, By using three different study systems such as on-campus study, online study and blending study, which consist of four different topics such as (Time Management, Management Information Systems, Staff Performance Management, Marketing, and Customer Service), taken from 116 students at the Kurdistan Technical Institute in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, to find out the extent of the impact of abnormal and natural conditions in the field of study and its impact on students grades in the presence of the Corona pandemic. After analyzing and studying the grades obtained by students under the study systems used that we mentioned previously, it was found that the grades obtained by students in the electronic system were higher than the two systems on campus and blended.
