This research aimed to test the impact of strategic awareness as an independent variable in its dimensions represented by (reformulation, systemic thinking, meditation, and orientation toward learning).in strategic response processes as a dependent variable in Al-Sadr Hospital. The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach in analyzing the data, and relied on a comprehensive survey method for members of the research population. The researchers used the questionnaire as a tool to collect primary data from the research population. The researchers used appropriate statistical programs for this purpose to obtain the appropriate results, which are (AMOS V 24 & SPSS V 26) to analyze the primary data. The statistical analysis showed a number of results findings indicate there is a significant effect of the strategic awareness in strategic response processes, At the dimensional level, the two dimensions (reformulation and meditation) had a significant effect in the strategic response processes, while the rest of the dimensions (systemic thinking and orientation towards learning) had a non-significant effect in the strategic response processes, these findings encourage enhanced response and health sustainability.

In this work. the CORSIKA code will be used to simulate a part of an Extensive Air Showers (EAS) that describes the lateral distribution function (LDF) with the Yakutsk array. The EAS development has been estimated for several particles like helium, proton, and Gamma-ray (He, P, and γ). The simulation was performed using the high-energy QGSJetII-04 model with the Yakutsk array. primary particles with energies ≥1014 eV and zenith angles with less than 60˚ degrees are considered during the shape development of EAS in the Earth's atmosphere. Mean particle densities increase from Yakutsk at 600 m from the shower axis therefore, this distance from the shower axis was used during the simulation. Depending on the Polynomial Fit (PF) function a parameterization of the density of the shower as a function of the primary mass was reconstructed based on this simulation for primary protons, gamma rays, and helium nuclei at several zenith angles. Protons and helium nuclei make up the majority of the mass composition of cosmic rays up to energies of around 10EeV, with a tiny fraction of heavy nuclei, according to the QGSJetII-04 model for a variety of primary nuclei, including a gamma ray. The comparison of the calculated LDF shows a perfect agreement with the experimental data on the Yakutsk and CORSIKA simulation at energies ≥1014 eV. Comparison of the calculated data and the experimental data includes the assumption that air showers with a very low muon concentration, are thought to be created by primary gamma rays.

The thyroid gland is an endocrine gland that produces two hormones controllinghe body metabolism process several disorders can arise when this thyroid produces excessive hormone (hyperthyroidism) which is considered one of the most important thyroid disorders and is associated with various biochemical imbalances such as a reduction in vitamin D which is considered a health problem, this study refers to a significant role for D vitamin in decreasing the frequency of this diseases and demonstrated the association between low vitamin D levels and thyroid diseases, by observed the correlation between hypothyroid patients and vitamin D insufficiency along with its binding protein (DBP) in patients compared to healthy individuals. A recent study indicated a relationship between circulating levels of D vitamin and elevated levels and a decrease in the levels of free thyroxine FT4 and free triiodothyronine FT3 additionally, this study suggests that D vitamin deficiency could linked to erythropoiesis, and this deficiency undoubtedly increase the risk of anaemia, The current study aim to evaluated the concentration of serum vitamin D 25(OH) patient diagnosed with hypothyroidism and associate these levels with thyroid hormone tes (TF3, TF4 and TSH) as well as to examine the correlation between reduce of vitamin D and blood cell count in these patients.

The object of the present paper is to prove distortion theorems of functions in the classes ,coefficient estimates , extreme points, closure theorems, and inclusion properties. Also, we obtain radii of convexity, starlikeness and close-to-convexity for functions belonging to those classes. By specializing the parameters involved, the corresponding results for several interesting subclasses of analytic functions can easily be deduced.

In Iraq and other Arab countries, salvia officinalis, or sage, is widely available and it is used to make a well-liked herbal tea that women with reproductive disorders can sip on a daily basis. The goal of this study include examine the probability usage of this herb in female hormonal disturbance as estrogen replacement choice via determination of the primary characteristics of ovarian and uterine tissues in adult female mice administered sage extract through histological and physiological analysis. The experiment included 36 mature female mice divided into three main groups (12 female mice in each group) were given equal amount of distilled water to control group while single and double dose of saga tea (0.057 g/ kg B.W. and 0.114 g/ kg B.W. respectively to group 2 and 3) for duration of 28 days. Following a course of treatment, six female mice were chosen from each group anesthetized and have blood samples taken for a test on reproductive hormones. ovarian and uterine sections were prepared for histological examination according to the routine microscopically technique at 5µm thickness then stained in H&E stain and examined to detect the number and diameter of ovarian follicles also detect the variation in uterine layers thickness via ocular micrometer. Due to the reproductive hormone assays, groups with sage extract treatment showed an increased in serum levels of progesterone, FSH, LH, and E2. However, histological analysis of ovarian and uterine sections showed a significant increase (P>0.05) in the diameter of the ovary as well as in the thickness of the endometrium and myometrium. In addition, numbers and diameters of ovarian follicles (primary, secondary, Graff follicles, and the corpus luteum also indicated a significant increase (P>0.05(compared with control group. neither group’s 2 nor 3 treated sage extract showed dose-dependency.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease that primarily affects the joints. Inflammation of the synovium, cartilage, and bone erosion are the most prominent symptoms of RA. The stages of development of this disease are very complex, as synovial cells rupture and form inflammation of the synovium, followed by deterioration of cartilage and bone. Cytokines are proteins that play a crucial role in the onset and progression of disease. This study was conducted at Medical City Hospital in Baghdad. It included 50 blood samples from patients with rheumatoid arthritis (25 males and 25 females), in addition to 30 healthy people (15 males and 15 females) a control group, aged between 10 and 60 years. The levels of Interleukin-2 ( IL-2) and Interleukin-6 (IL-6) were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and Hemoglobin Test ( Hb ) , White blood cells (WBC) , Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR ) , Urea, , sugar test , Lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH) and Creatinine were measured for all infected and healthy people. The results showed a significant increase (P<0.05) in all measurements of IL-2, IL-6, Hb,WBC, ESR, urea, , sugar, LDH and Creatinine .

The present study was carried out at the laboratories of Al-Hussain Teaching Hospital , it aimed to evaluate the levels of interleukin- 2 by ELISA technique ,and some hematological parameters such as total white blood cells counts ,packed cell volume value ,and haemoglobin concentration ) in some patients with Bronchitis in Thi-Qar province . The subjects of the present study consisted of patients group with Bronchitis ( 70 ) and their aged between (17-60 ) years, and (70) persons as healthy group .When we analyzed the results it showed correlation between the occurrence of Bronchitis and high levels of IL-2 .In addition the count of wbc in blood of patients was high significant increase (p≤ 0.05) in total count of WBCs between healthy and patients group .While the results lack significant differences ( P ≤0.05) in the rates of the values of the hemoglobin and packed cell volume in all patients Bronchitis , compared with the healthy group.

This study aimed to investigate the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of antimicrobial agents containing three different chemical materials: thiocyanomethyl thiobenzothiazole, potassium dimethyldithiocarbamate, and benzyloxymethanol. Each of these active ingredients was tested separately at different concentrations against reference bacteria, including Staphylococcus sp., Peribacillus sp., Bacillus sp., Corynebacterium sp., and Pseudomonas sp., those were previously obtained from leather industry. In addition, to assess the susceptibility of these isolates to eight different antibiotics: Cefotaxime, Amikacin, Spectinomycin, Tetracycline, Rifampicin, Cephalothin, Ampicillin, and Neomicin. The Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion susceptibility test method was employed on Mueller Hinton Agar. The concentrations ranged from 2500 µg/ml to 0.001 µg/ml for thiocyanomethyl thiobenzothiazole, 5000 µg/ml to 0.002 µg/ml for potassium dimethyldithiocarbamate, and 10000 µg/ml to 0.0047 µg/ml for benzyloxymethanol as the active ingredient. The results found that the growth of all tested isolates was inhibited after exposure to the concentrations of antimicrobial agents containing thiocyanomethyl thiobenzothiazole as an active ingredients started from 2500 µg/ml to 39.06 µg/ml, 5000 µg/ml to 156.25 µg/ml containing potassium dimethyldithiocarbamate, and 1000 µg/ml to 312 µg/ml containing benzyloxymethanol.

Manually managed leave (paper-based) policies are intricate, records of staff leaves are not adequately maintained, which causes important data and information to be lost. Also it requires time and effort from administrator to find out who has leave, how long it lasts, and what time it expires. Complicated eligibility and entitlement criteria frequently prevent supervisors from promptly responding to leave requests and decision making. We have developed an application program using the C# programming language, as it has easy and safer interfaces with the SQL server database, which is characterized by receiving millions of data and processing it accurately and quickly. The database was designed and programmed by SQL Server 2014. This paper proposed a Leave managements system to facilitate the work of the colleges, where the system characterized by efficiency, flexibility, speed, and accuracy to manage and organize various types of Leaves Also that increase data security, reliability, accessibility and confidentiality, to make it easier for the administrator to make decisions and manage the assignment (Teaching Staff, Permanent Employees, Contract Employees) smoothly and without confusion in work. The system represents a promising step toward (E-College).

Nonparametric confidence bound estimation is a statistical technique used to estimate the probability density function, which works to smooth each point in the data of the variable to be studied. Nonparametric confidence intervals define an interval containing the core function based on the sample data, which is defined by an upper and lower bound. In this research, a comparison was made between the nonparametric kernel functions in the case of estimation with nonparametric confidence intervals using the plug-in approach method. It was noted that all the functions gave good results through the graph in the case of using real data, and the best functions were the Epanechnikov and the Tricube functions for estimating the kernel function with nonparametric confidence intervals, where the confidence intervals were narrow in the graph.

Modifying the electronic characteristics of produced graphene allows for the creation of nanoelectronics devices, which are essential for a wide variety of applications. Through the process of chemical doping, graphene nanoflake (GNF) with electronic properties that can be tuned may be successfully produced. We utilised the density function theory (DFT) approach to investigate the GNF with and without various dopants of TiO dimers. This was done because we believed that we might potentially produce electronic characteristics in a GNF by altering the geometrical arrangement of the TiO dimers. In order to create the three different types of TiO dimers, ortho, meta, and para position dimers of titanium and oxygen atoms are used. It has been found that the presence of TiO dimers has a considerable influence on the bandgap values achieved by the GNF structure. According to the findings that we obtained, the electronic characteristics of the GNF are affected by both the arrangement of the TiO dimers that are included inside the GNF and the total amount of GNF dimers that are present.

Nanomaterials are important for the formation of silver nano particles (AgNPs), silver and pectin (Ag @Pc) complex was synthesized by two methods, namely laser ablation (PLA)and electrochemical cell. A set of tests have been conducted for this overlay such as: X-ray diffraction (X-ray) Analysis, Fourier Transform-Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)Analysis, Ultra-Violet visible (UV-Viz) Analysis, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Analysis, Atomic Force Microscope(AFM)Analysis, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)Analysis. X-ray examinations showed that the material has a polycrystalline nanostructure, with an average size of 20 nm, the highest peak intensity was at the angle of θ=38 ֩, A spherical shape for particles was a Face Center Cubic ( F.C.C) type with a dominant plane (111). However, there is little difference between the two methods with a level of crystallization. As for the FTIR examination, it was found that the ideal absorption at the beams wave numbers 1588 cm-1 and 3340 cm-1, which is identical to the elongation frequency for Assignments (-COO, -OH) as a stretching vibration, respectively for both methods. As for the UV-Vis examination, the absorption peak was at the wavelength of 437 nm. Further, for the TEM examination, the XRD examination was strengthened having the same Nano structured shapes as a spherical shape. As for the SEM images of Ag@Pc films revealed nanometer-sized objects AgNPs are globular and evenly distributed throughout the inspected region. A less regular shape of AgNPs may indicate nanoparticle agglomerates more. As for AFM the image of the AgNPs@pectin film is slightly blurred, suggesting the effect of viscosity for the biological part, the material was examined Antibacterial activity for four types of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, namely (Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella tophi, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli (E-coli)) with inhibition zone which were approximability 23, 21, 18 and 19 mm, respectively with plasmolysis of the cell wall and separation of the cytoplasm. However, the nano products synthesized by laser method was less efficient than in the electrochemical method due to its concentration and less impurities. More, the medical part, application of the nano products on one type of cancers, which is skin cancer. The concentration of the substance ranged from 70-160 μg / mole. Silver and pectin showed toxicity to cancer cells, so it inhibited them depending on the concentration and period of application. The time in this case was from 0 to 120 min, at which the effect of silver and silver @ pectin was suppression of related protein. Skin cancer, it took the same concentration, but it was noted that concentration and time were also taken into account, but it was noted that silver with pectin stopped the migration of cancer cells by 50%, while silver 60%, Silver by 30 %. As for skin cancer, for the same concentration of 70 – 160 μg/ mole for same period, it was observed that it reduces the protein concentration. Western blot method was used to find out the protein concentration.

Anemia is highly prevalent in chronic kidney disease patients; however, its identification and management have been reported to be suboptimal. Therefore, the goals of our study were to evaluate the changes in a few hematological parameters between chronic kidney disease patients and controls, as well as to investigate the prevalence, severity and correlation of iron deficiency anemia in the 3-5 stages of chronic kidney disease patient. This case-control study was conducted on 120 sample of serum as a control and chronic kidney disease Patients, (male and female) with age ranged between (20-79) years. The severe anemia mostly was present in stage 5 was76.3%. The mean hemoglobin and iron level for the patient was 8.49±1.48 g/d L and 39.73±10.17 respectively. The anemia severity was also significantly different among stages of renal failure. Moreover, Regression analyses revealed that the mean hemoglobin and ferritin level were independent determinants of kidney failure stages.
