In this paper, a fuzzy scheduling problem with triangular fuzzy numbers for processing times and due dates is provided. Each of the n operations is to be performed on a single machine without interruption and then becomes ready for processing at time zero. We generalized some ideas by giving a definition and a theorem to find a relation between the fuzzy lower bound and the fuzzy optimal solution for a problem with number of efficient solutions that minimizes total fuzzy completion time and maximum fuzzy tardiness. Also the results show how to choose the best defuzzification method in fuzzy scheduling

In this paper, a hybrid method of quantile regression and multivariate wavelet is proposed to deal with the problem of data contamination or the presence of outliers, which uses the median instead of the mean on which the linear regression model and the estimation method for ordinary least squares depend. The paper included a comparison between the proposed (for several wavelets and different threshold) and classical method based on mean absolute error, to get the best fit quantile regression model for the data. The application part dealt with two types of data representing simulation, real data, and analysis using a program designed for this purpose in the MATLAB language, as well as the statistical program SPSS-26 and EasyFit-5.5. The study concluded that the proposed method is more efficient than the classical method in estimating the parameters of a quantile regression model depending on the coefficient of determination and on the mean absolute error and mean squared error criteria.

The purpose of this study is to compare the results of hierarchical clustering methods and factor analysis in a survey on PUBG play. To achieve this goal, a statistical sample including n = 261 individuals living in Iraqi Kurdistan was selected. These people have completed a researcher- made questionnaire about PUBG game through Google Form and the 35 variables of the questions . The aim of this study is to classify the variables by both method of factor analysis and hierarchical clustering in order to determine the association in their results . The results of comparing the two methods with a Chi-square- Test =115.986 and a df=25 confirmed the significant agreement of the results (P<0.05) as well as there is a statistically significant association between the results of centroid linkage hierarchical clustering and factor analysis. Also, the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve) with an overlap of 0.804 confirmed the similarity of the results.

In this paper, we suggested to use the Bayes approach in calculating the Bayes weights to treat the heterogeneity problem when estimating the gamma regression model parameters depending on the weighted least squares method and iterative weighted least squares method. A comparison with the classical method through an experimental side to simulate the generated data from a gamma distribution is presented. The data is analyzed through a MATLAB code designed for this purpose, in addition to the statistical program SPSS-25 and EasyFit-5.5. The aims of this study are: solving of heteroscedasticity problem random error variance for gamma regression model by a proposed method which depends on Bayes weighted and estimation of the best fit gamma regression model by using Bayes weighted, as well as a comparison between the results from the classical and proposed methods through some statistical criteria, the results provided the preference of the proposed method on the classical method.

: Different types of violence against women in the Palestinian society were analyzed in order to develop a framework to recognize various forms of violent incidents against women in the Palestinian society, and to find a good statistical model able to describe this phenomenon; and to specify the most risk factors having the highest impact on the level of prevalence of this phenomenon. The research data based on a survey on domestic violence in the Palestinian society conducted by the Palestinian Centered Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) in 2019.
The Multinomial logistic Regression was used as it proved that it is a useful analysis method and all objectives of this research was achieved by it.
The main findings of this research were that husband is the main source of violence against women, the most important risk factors were; conflict in marriage, place of residence, type of housing, the economic situations of the family, husband ignoring wife, and difficulties and lack of stability in husband's work.
This confirms that there are many factors related closely to this problem. Therefore, an integrated program that superintend of the family must be adopted to reduce this problem.

In this paper, we consider a fuzzy linear fractional programming (FLFP) problem under the condition that the objective function is represented by triangular and trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, while the values of the right-hand side and left-hand side constraints are represented by real numbers. And defined a new ranking function for convert fuzzy linear fractional programming problem into crisp linear fractional programming problem. This proposed approach is based on a crisp linear programming and has a simple structure. Comparing the proposed method to the exiting methods for solving FLFP problems we see it is simple to apply and acceptable. Finally, numerical illustrations are used to demonstrate the suggested methods.
