However this article strives to clarify the concept of conflict suggesting that there'redifferent visions and or perspectivesthose related to the political, military, economic and cultural aspects, which reflects on the trend of politics within the scope of state in which the state either to reduce the level of confidence in their relations instead of conflict or to adoptthe Armamentchoice together with showing relations of force with other countries that involves in the conflict. This article also seeks to clarify the causes of conflict, levels of conflict andits types.

The inconsistence between security requirements and moral considerations appears clearly after the end of Cold War, due to the conflicts (internal ethnic conflicts) which has happened from one side, and the necessity of international community to found acceptable ways to prevent outbreak like this conflicts in the future from another side. Wherefore, we are trying in this article clarifying this dilemma “the inconsistence”, and searching for the suitable mechanism to resolve it.

It also aims to identify the content of the trend towards globalization among society members.
