The letter in Arabic is divided into two parts: worker and non-worker. The worker is defined that it influenced what it entered on it by raising, a monument, a jar, or a part, The non-worker other than the first type, that is, the letters that have no analysis effect an the word that enters it other than the working letters that leave an analysis impact on what they enter, and this effect must be influenced, This effect created by the influencer is called the factor.
The weighting of the work or negligence is due to the difference in grammarians, whether this is between the grammarians of the two visual schools AL-Basriya or the kufiyya, or between the employees of one of the same schools, or who have adopted a moderate approach between them.
This study dealts with one of the non-working letters in the sentence which is (what) and this study has applied the Quranic text because of its sanctity in our lives and importance in the Arabic language

Intercession is one of the most important audio books that came out of great Islam. Belief in it is one of the duties of the Muslim beliefs. It is fixed by the evidence of the Qur'an and the Sunnah, and it has its reasons conditions and types. In this research, we have sought to explain its provisions and types and the reasons for its collection in an esoteric and esoteric study to clarify its meaning and its attachments. our success could be attributed to Allah and our failure could be attributed to ourselves. Every one of the sons of Adam needs the other in it, whether it is selling, buying, gifting, loaning, speculating, or other financial transactions, However these transactions are marred by the imbalance and suspicion as a result of friction with financial systems, whether capitalist or socialist, they are trading in ways, some of them legitimate, others illegal, or mixed.
Islam has proven its ability to manage areas of life, including the economic aspect represented in the jurisprudence of transactions, which is one of the most important fields of Islamic economics.

This research was entitled Hadiths narrated by Al-Mundhir bin Malik, Abu Nadara Al-Abdi in Maximus Sunan of Al-Shafai - Collection, Study and graduation - to show the biography of Al-Mundhir bin Malik, Abu Nadara Al-Abdi and include his personal and scholarly life, the biography of the author of Maximus Sunan by Al-Shafai, may God have mercy on him. He explains his journey in seeking knowledge, his scientific implications what he composed during his scientific career, and a number of his sheikhs and students. The hadiths narrated by al-Mundhir bin Malik are mentioned in the traditions of al-Shafai, which are four hadiths. Translation I sstate the hadith, as a document and text and then I graduate it. Then I state the translation of the narrators, and judging the support of the hadith the translating of the narrators if the hadith is correct, good or weak, and showing strange words in the body of the hadith. The research was concluded with a set of results and recommendations.

In the research which is entitle ,Custom and its effect on some doctrinal issues) I talked about custom as one of the guides of the Sharia according to the agreement of the four schools of thought and took some practical models that affect people's daily life, but are repeated daily for more than once for tens or hundreds of times or more by the total of people and their dealings For example (food) , drink in the sale, and the sale of misuse) is not free for an hour or a minute but people deal with it, and divided it into two topics. The first topic in which I spoke about custom language and convention, and building judgments on it, its health, evidence and conditions of work in it .
The second topic dealt with some of the applied issues which are the expense of treating the wife, food and drink in selling, sale of abuse, certificate of immorality with injustice or its weakness, marriage of authorization and dowry of the parable, then the conclusion, sources and references.

The eclipse and the lunar eclipse signify the greatness of God Almighty in the events of this universe, So God sent His messengers to warn people and fulfill their religion and meet their inevitable day. He sent with them clear verses to be evidence of His existence, glory and majesty, and His authority, and to scare them with His torment. We send messengers except as evangelizers and evangelists, so whoever believes and is righteous, there is no fear for them, nor do they grieve . These sun verses and the moon, the Almighty said: omn verses the night and day and the sun and the moon will not bow down to the sun nor the moon, and worship to God who created them, if ye him Tabdon . This will be throughout the research (eclipse prayer and eclipse), The importance of these two verses in human life and their the righteous deeds. Encouraqed me to to write this research about them and about the issues mentioned in hadiths in hadith books.

If we look at this research we will notice that the characteristics of a human being by which he treats others,are commendable and reprehensible. For what is commendable on the whole: that you should be with others on yourself and do justice to them and do not do justice to yours. And what is reprehensible against it, and good manners of all kinds is divided into two parts:
The first section: Instinct.
The second section: acquired.
That is why it is clear to us through this research that creation is a splendor in the type of a human being, who are among the characteristics of the prophets, and the cycle of virtues at which they are different.

Since science is honored by its subjects, the science of the Qur'anic readings is the most honorable of these sciences; for their direct attachment to the Book of Allah
One of the most important sciences, embraced in the science of readings is the science of guiding the readings. This science shows the faces of the Qur'anic readings in a word, and its agreement with the rules of language and grammar. It is a beautiful science, which deals with several sciences. Sometimes it draggles.
To the science of interpretation, and deals with the stranger, and pamper and cite it with Quranic verse, and in the poems of the Arabs. Sometimes it shows the parsing face, So I called my research (guiding the origins of readings in the interpretation of AL Baidhawy[(Died 685 AH)]in Surat Al-Beqara).
The research included an introduction and two researches. I have defined the guidance of the readings linguistically and idiomatically, the benefit of the diversity of readings, then direct the readings in a section to prod the single, and guide reading in the section of diphtheria, and directed it in the section endowment on the decree of the line .

This study talks about the gifts and donations that were distributed by Caliph Othman bin Affan, may God be pleased with him, as he was one of the owners of money and was always donating them to Muslims as individuals in particular and to the state in general The funds that Caliph Othman used to distribute varied between cash and in-kind money. He also sometimes distributed lands, and these donations, especially during the days of his caliphate, contributed to the first half of them in improving the economic conditions of Muslims, especially his relatives, who gave them a lot of money as a matter of kinship, as well as given to the rest of the Muslims in order to bring them closer and earn them alongside the caliphate However, at the same time, these donations were another weapon, When they aroused the resentment of many people against Othman, under the pretext that he was disposing of Muslim money for his relatives. This accusation proved invalid as he used to donate his own money to his relatives .This did not prevent him from giving money to the rest of the Muslims, so he was fair and keen on people money and more generous in the distribution of his own money. As a result of the abundance of money, new and tyrannical customs appeared on the Islamic community, so he fought them and stood against them.

We all know that civil disobedience is one of the peaceful protest methods that people resort to to confront the ruling authority in their country on grounds of injustice, lack of justice and widespread corruption, with which the citizen seeks to lift the injustice against him.
Civil disobedience is a general act, meaning overt popular behavior, and it is considered a weapon of the oppressed to resist tyranny, by declaring rebellion against some laws, such as striking at work and schools, and avoiding the use of violence, which is thus different from criminal disobedience.
The first is a collective message represented by raising slogans, holding inquiring programmes and media presence, in order to achieve the desired goals.

The Book of Allah is characterized by the fact that it addresses the mind and the soul together, It explains scientific facts and reinforcing them with the main goal of proving the oneness of Allah to those who susbect this.
The scholars are different in the definition of the sea each according to its approach and purpose. In the current research we collected definitions and verses that include the word sea and its derivatives, and we were exposed to the interpretation of selected verses with varying meanings according to the Qur'anic context, as we addressed the scientific miracles of certain verses containing the word, proving scientific facts discovered on the water of the sea later, indicates the oneness of the Creator and the greatest of his making.

Allah, the Blessed and Exalted be He, has prescribed a solid religion to His Worshippers and guided them on a straight path. This required that this religion has some of the characteristics and features that make it valid for every time and place for all nations of the earth. With Muslims and non-Muslims.
There are also many recent researches and studies in this regard, and my share in it was (caring for the aspect of forgiveness in the jurisprudence of jihad), because this topic is of agreat importance in our days, because of what our country and most Islamic countries are experiencing in terms of the internal infighting crisis, and the lack of forgiveness, among the people. This is one of the images of the greatness of Islam in its realism and universality, God Almighty has decreed that all the people of the earth do not believe in all of them, and with the survival of unbelief on earth and with the necessity of communicating the call to all people, the Islamic community is isolated from other societies. The Islamic legislation regulated the relationship of a Muslim with other individuals and societies, and set full controls of it within the Islamic community and outside it.
