The current research tackled a biography of one of the strugglers whom Allah Al mighty by them save Islam since the first century when he was a young in the glorified Kerbala battle till our present time. That was Anes Bin Al Herth Bin Nebeah Al Kahili. It is well known that knowing this chaste group has great advantage; therefore, those who supported Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h.) in Al Taf fatality are the people by whom Allah cherished and gave the victory to Islam. Besides, knowing them, their biographies, and their history is a reaction to some suspicions that are raised by the doubtful and anti-pathetical people.
In spite of the shortage of references that mentioned this great figure, the researcher tried to come out with a useful research that deals with the various aspects relating to anyone. So, after the introduction, the research ermentioned his birth, his features, his talents, and finally about his martyrdom taking into account the consideration and analysis to what was mentioned in the available texts.

Seyed Mohammed Kadhum Al Quzewini was an outstanding figure and one of the well-known Kerbala prominent scholars. He was born and brought up on its earth, who learned from its knowledge stream. It can be said that seyed Al Quzewini had good classifications concerning Islam scholars' biographies and prominent scientific efforts in the enhanced historical research. He had his own clear method in his writing. The most important issues that can be noticed in his writings are his mentioning of the purpose behind his publishing the book and documenting the prophet(p.b.u.t) progeny's virtues in the Suni books. His writing style was explicit without complexity or weakness. He had prominent hints in the historical criticism that witnessed his ability and enhance historical knowledge.

Allah sent his prophets to guide people to what achieve their happiness in life and heaven. This cannot be carried out without knowing and unifying Allah, Almighty. Allah defined himself to his worshippers in the heaven books what concern his spiritual and subjective attributes. The human mind followed many paths to know his creator. That was due to the man nature for considering and searching the metaphysics and due to the chaste Imams' stimulating to think, in addition to the Quranic texts which perceive to consider Allah's ayas without minds autocracy. Mind followed many paths to know his creator Allah to create a science that tackles this purpose, it is the theology science. Muslims alongside historical centuries used to write many publications in order to prove and show people Islamic domains and return doubts of abolishers. Among those publications was the book' Jami' Al Afkar we Naqid Al Anthar'. It was the only theology heritage book of sheikh Mohammed Mehdi Al Neraqi for its perfection and great simplification. It was a unique one. He wrote it in 1193 H., at the end of the twelve Hijri century. His learning in Isfehan, Kashan and the scholar hawzas in the holy Kerbala and Najaf had the great influence in crystallizing and riping his thoughts. He had been learned by the most prominent scholars at that time as Al Waheed Al behbehani, sheikh Al Behrani, and sheikh Mehdi Al Fitouni.

Al-Ha'iri hauza including its famous scholars and production is considered one of the most important scientific turning in the history and Shia. This Hauza still gets benefit from this great production، Kerbala Hauza and its famous scholars are in need for a lot of researches and studies to be defined and described. The saying that the renewal in Al Ha'iri hauza and its famous scholars is more than other is not adventurer or contrary to reality due to the short duration when that hauza on the top of its yield. The related introduction theory which was established by the great investigator sheikh Mohammed Hussein Al Asfehani Al ha'iri(1255 H.) is one of the main change point in the duty introduction for whatever came after Sahib Al Fusoul was forced to see what this science had established. These few words came to describe and state it, and to clarify its roots and results. I hope it will be useful to its reader. Allah is indeed the leader to success.

Our religious master Abu Al Fedhul Al Abbas Ibn Imear ul Mu’menean(p.b.u.t.) represented a typical and a sample of the highest level of sacrifice, commandos, and the absolute surrender to the master of martyrs' Abi Abdullah Al Hussein(p.b.u.h.). In Ashoura'a day, his sacrifices shocked the noble men's feelings، motivated the martyrs' poetic talent' and ignite their emotions during the various centuries. A sample of this is the poem which is between the reader's hands. It is known by the small Azeri written by the glorified sheikh Mohammed Redha Al Azeri(born: 1240 H.). His verse was characterized by the vocabulary splendor and meaning eloquence. This poem consists of seventy-nine lines which dislayed kerbala battle' Abi Al Fedhul Al Abbas›(p.b.u.h.) heroisms' and the influence that Abu Al Fedhul Al Abbas left in the spirit of the master of martyrs(p.b.u.h.). The inquisitor worked hard to investigate this poem depending on two copies from Imam Hekeam's general library in holy Najaf.

Mullah Mohammed Teqi Bin Hussein Ali Al Herewi Al Ha'iri (1217 – 1299 H.) is one of the thirteen century scholars. He is the best student to sheikh Mohammed Teqi Al Razi, the author of ' Hidayet Al Mustershidean (born:1248 H.) and the best student to Mohammed Baqir Al Shefti (born:1260 H.)in Isfehan, and many other famous scholars in Nejaf and Kerbala such as Mohammed Hassan Al Najafi (born:1266 H.), the author of 'Sahib Al Jewahir', Sherif ul Ulema'a Al Mazinderani (born:1246 H.), and seyed Ali Neqi Bin Hassan Ibn seyed Mohammed Al Mujahid Al Tebateba'i (born:1299 H.).
After learning from various schools and acquiring from the superiors at that time, he started teaching. He wrote many books and letters ( articles) in different subjects that show his wide knowledge and philology.
A letter in the meaning of Alif and Lam ( definite article the) made him work very hard to carry out its demand. He started with preliminaries relate to Alif and Lam ( definite article the), as the indefinite noun, the plural noun, and the difference between the last and the plural, and the plural gender. Then he mentioned what had been already said about Alif and Lam (the). He transferred sayings of many literary men and Ousuli, criticizd their opinions, and chose what achieve his aims. Perhaps, he was the first who gave details and allot to this topic a separate letter where he stated everything relates to Alif and Lam (the).
The researcher verified it depending on two copies by adopting the familiar approach in handwritten investigation through opposition, text control, punctuation marks, editing texts saying.

Imam Hussein’s (p.b.u.h.) supporters have a big role in shaping events of grieved Taf battle; so, the current study attempted to show these stands in the procession of Imam Hussein Bin Ali(p.b.u.h.) for some men.
Some of them stood firmly and others retreated. Thus, the stabled and the escaped both were registered in this modest book through which I tried to send a message that history does not compassionate the ones who torture his brother, religion, and country. On the contrary, history will proudly register those who sacrifice for the sake of their country, religion and principle honor to raise the right despite their paying values of their stands. However, their scale will be a school attracts people from all directions to inspire their human, honor, dignity, and esteem sense. Therefore, no life with a remarkable stand, and we have no respect and pride when we compliment oppression at the expense of the right. Thus, anyone supported Imam Hussein Bin Ali in his procession is respectably, divinely, and mercifully mentioned, while those who let him down or tried to stand against him and his supporters till our days, will be cursed till the resurrection day.
