Research approaches of a language are interrelated with each based on the requirements and aspects of a linguistic research. Scholars of
language and linguists are familiar with several linguistic research
approaches; Such as historical, descriptive and comparative approaches …etc. Those approaches interrelate with each other while researching and investigating a topic. Hence, it is necessary for a researcher to be, relatively, familiar with these approaches, so he can employ them to unveil secrets of a language and thus achieving the research’s goal.

This research aims to: Develop the skills of understanding the Quranic text among students of the College of the Great Imam University, by preparing a program based on syntactic guidance.To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher undertook the following procedures:
• A theoretical study of what came with previous research, studies and literature related to the current research topic.
• Preparing a list of the skills of understanding the Qur’anic text necessary for students of the Department of Call and Rhetoric.
• Preparing a test for the skills of understanding the Qur’an’s for students of the Department of Call and Rhetoric.
• Preparing the program based on syntactic guidance to develop the skills of understanding the Quranic text among students of the Department of Call and Rhetoric.
• Selecting the sample of the research number (40) from the Department of Propaganda and Publications, and distributing it into two groups: experimental (20) and control (20).
• The application of the test of comprehension skills of the Qur’anic text to the experimental and control groups as a pretest.
• The application of the syntactic-based program to the experimental group students, while the control group is taught by using the traditional program test.
• Conducting statistical treatment of the degrees of pre and post application, and a number of results were reached. The most important of which are: The effectiveness of the program based on syntactic guidance in developing the skills of understanding the Quranic text among students in the Department of Call and Rhetoric.

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet and his good family and companions.

They begin to work, read, and detail, which is the outline of the Noble Qur’an, and its principle and detailed for its year, and I have taken care of this ummah by the Chosen One’s hadith - - careful attention to memorization, writing, explanation and deduction, thanks to those whom God Almighty has appointed for this matter, so he rewarded them with Islam and its people.
It is known that the two Sahihs are greatest books of Islamic legislation, after the Holy Qur’an, and the specialists have intended them to narrate, explain and explain their chain of narrators and their contents, including Sheikh Yusuf Zadeh in his commentary Najah al-Qari’s explanation of Sahih al-Bukhari, and the last of our claim is that praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the master Messengers and his good and pure family and companions, and those who followed them with kindness until the Day of Judgment.

Caliph Omar bin Abdul Aziz acceded a noble position in our Islamic history, which is only attained by the best leaders, conquerors, and magnificent imams of knowledge and geniuses of writers and poets. Your wonder increases when you know that he occupied this position with two years and a few months spent as a caliph for the Muslims, while other caliphs and leaders spent tens of years without recording any history, because their years of ruling were empty in the history of their nation, so people did not see any change in their lives, nor did they rise in their state . People did not feel a change in their lives, nor a rise in their state, nor an improvement in their livelihood, nor a sense of security pervading their country. Omar bin Abdul Aziz was one of those who entered history with his great works and fair administration of the state, until renewing hope in the souls that it is possible to return the ruling of the rightly caliphs as a tangible reality, not as stories that are told, no aspirations required, or imagination imagined, but as a fact that people can witness and enjoy their goodness

The issue of human organ transplantation is one of the contemporary topics that has become in our days one of the possible applications, and it went out of what used to be called hypothetical issues that the jurists assumed and tried to find their Provisions.
Another aspect of the importance of this issue is the need of people in certain cases to transplant these organs, so is it permissible to take an organ from a place in the human body and implant it elsewhere? Or is it permissible to transplant it into another body? Or did he take it from a clean animal or an impure animal and plant it in a person? What is the Provisions on taking this organ from a dead person?
then I state some of the obtained results follows:
1-It is permissible to transfer organs from one place to another when there is a need.
2 - It is permissible to transfer the organs of what may be eaten to the human body when there is a need.
3 - It is permissible to use unclean organs from animals, on conditions, that they are needed and there is no substitute for them
4-The permissibility of using human organs on conditions: First: there is a need for them. Second: there are no pure organs,. Third: The absence of of unclean animals to take their place and that they are obtained legally.

One of the well-known figures in our Islamic world is Sheikh Muhammad Rasheed Ridha, who was educated on the goodness of morals, as he is persistent in reading the Noble Qur’an and dhikr, and he was courageous in telling the truth about rulers and scholars. He has combiled an interpretation for the Holy Quran. He has followed one unified , style while interpreting the whole Quran. Many of modern scientists have written about this interpretation, how he has interpreted the Quran by the Quran, the Quran by the sunnah, and the Quran by the sayings of linguists which supports his own style in adopting the Holly Quran.

Allah Almighty wanted the creatures to learn and contemplate issues of creation and the universe, so He sent prophets with laws and rulings. Therefore seeking knowledge was a basic goal of heavenly laws. After investigating the noble prophetic hadith I found what it had come in the form of the command to learn certain types of sciences, for the purpose of wisdom or a specific reason the Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace) wanted to alert Muslims and encourage them to acqwire these sciences.
I counted a number of noble hadiths that came in the form of the imperative, and asked Muslims to learn specific types of sciences, and my goal was to explain the prophetic wisdom in this matter by learning these specific sciences and not other sciences, and what impact later on, these sciences have on the Islamic community .

n the course of their books, fundamentalists talked about the connotation of the context and its obvious impact on building the fundamentalist base. Many recent studies have researched the types of this Connotation and its influence on the understanding of texts. Some studies have neglected, according to the researcher, the views of fundamentalists and their jurisprudence in guiding contextual significance, and how they directed this connotation commensurate with the purposes of the Sharia, which called the researcher to indicate the views of fundamentalists and their words in the semantics of the context of the texts of legitimacy, and then build these rules which were developed by scientists and directed guidance to achieve the legitimate purpose behind these provisions. Thuse the research was divided into four chapters:
The first chapter: the definition of connotation language and idiomatic.
The second chapter: the concept of context in the language and the term scientists.
The third chapter: Contextual connotation in the fundamentalists.
The fourth chapter: contextual connotation and the purposes of Sharia.

This paper is marked with (The Almighty’s saying: Take pardon and enjoin custom and view the polytheists - a fundamentalist study-) in which I dealt with the reason behind the revelation of the verse, with an explanation of the abrogator and the abrogated, the vocabulary of the verse, the general expressions contained in the verse, the meaning of the command contained in it, and the synonyms, With the statement of the speech addressed to the Prophet, the authoritative custom, the diligence of the Prophet, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and may God bless our master Muhammad and his family and companions as a whole.

This study aimed at two axes: The first: to remind our Islamic society of how the educator was The first, which is our master Muhammad, raises the youth to the asceticism of the world in his conversation with Ibn Omar (Be in this world …) which includes gathering of goodness, and the collection of speeches, since the believer should not take from this world a home and should not be attached and assured with it . Rather be like a traveler who carries equipment to the afterlife. The second axis is the study of hadith, an analytical study, which is the study of both support and strneture, and following the original methods of the analytical Hadith.

Praise be to God in good and bad time. We praise God Almighty for showing us good and evil, to be keen on good and its causes, and to avoid evil and its paths, and may God bless him and grant him peace on the one who is sent as a mercy to the worlds and to his family and companions as a whole.
The issue of corruption today is one of the most important problems facing the world and impeding its progress. It is a serious scourge that threatens the entity of any society in which it is located, so we tried in this simple research to find out the reality of corruption and its existence, recalling the Holy Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah, and identifying the causes and solutions that can Contribute to reducing it, bearing in mind that our talk about corruption here is in general; especially, to study any part of corruption will take a lot of time.

Having concluded this modest research, I concluded that: The system of marriage under the law of Islam is a system that preserves both women and men. The system of marriage in Islam has given both husband and wife their rights without attacking each other on their rights. The issue of polygamy is a necessity necessitated by the law of Islam. The organization of Islam for polygamy is a pride of Islam. Polygamy exists before the law of Islam, but Islam regulated that legislation. Islam has adopted a system of polygamy but did not leave it without regulation but make conditions and controls for this system. The system of polygamy is a solution to problems that may occur by the family, which may lead to the collapse of the family and the solution is only polygamy such as wife disease or sterility. Islam has solved the problems of marriage through the legislation of polygamy while Western systems remained confused in solving those problems, such as increasing the number of women over the number of men as it usually occurs after the wars.

Islamic jurisprudence deals with people's problems and relieves the pain of living. The inquirer about knowledge when researching matters of jurisprudence must delve into the issues that have occurred. I state in the research entitled (Jurisprudential Rulings Related to Stone) about the definition of reservation, the ruling on the emancipation of the bankrupt after reservation , and the settlement of deferred debts by death, and about preventing the debtor from traveling until his rightful owner is documented. Then the conclusion in which I mentioned the most important results that I reached at and may God bless our master Muhammad and his family and companions as a whole.

It is revealed through my research by the theme (Adultery and its effect in spreading the sanctity), that the Islamic forbade adultery and considered it one of the major crimes and imposed the most severe penalties. If the adulterer is not married, the punishment is one hundred lashes ,but if he is married, male or female, his punishment is stoning to death.
If the crime of adultery is committed with an incest, the majority of Muslim jurists unanimously agree that his punishment is stoning until death.
However, lawfully the crime of adultery is not considered a crime unless the adultery committed by a man or a woman on the marital bed
