Strategic view in the future of the relation between the countries of the Arab Gulf and Iran - special study in the relation within the develop of Iranian nuclear program .
This study deals with the relation between the countries of the Arab Gulf and Iran during the history , and it's development after the last development in the nuclear program of Iran chapters :

The first chapter : The nature and the challenge of the relation .
This chapter deals with the nature of the relation and it's development during the history , and it's important steps , beside it's challenge .
The second chapter : The attitude of the countries of the Arab Gulf toward the nuclear program of Iran .
This chapter include the threat of that program on the security of the countries of the Arab Gulf .
The third chapter : The future view to the relation between the countries of the Arab Gulf and Iran .
This chapter deals with the future of the relation between the countries of the Arab Gulf and Iran .
Finally the study reached to important conclusions, these conclusions are :
There are many common and important elements that connect between the countries of the Arab Gulf and Iran like : the religion , the Gulf , oil , economic , history and security .
Therefore each one of them can participate to develop the relation between them , and they have the ability to avoid any threat to this relation, specially that there are many factors can participate in the develop of that relation , in spite of the develop of the nuclear program of Iran

There are large numbers of the blocks factories expanded in Misan province (south of Iraq) which used fule the black oil for this manufacture. This material contains after its burn the chemical elements and salts as well as some of the heavy elements which could be sources to pollution of Agricultural soils in these areas. One of these reasons of pollutions contributed in raising the bulk density of the soils and decreased their porosity also increased the soil reaction and salinity.
The conclusion of this study that the more percentage most of cautions and anions and heavy element and salts location which far about (400 m) about the block factories, and the less percentage of these element were in the seventh location which far about (1400 m) from these factories.

The void of judicial notifications is one of the most important topics in Iraqi civil procedures law where it is related to judicial notifications which the court depends on when it starts its procedures. If notifications are done correctly and according to law, the court will go on in its procedures and solve the problem. And if notifications are incorrect, the judicial procedure will be entirely void and even the sentence which is issued in this concern will be cancelled.
Moreover, the importance of judicial notifications stems from the fact that it is subject to the judges opinions, where the Iraqi legislator has given them a wide authority to evaluate the validity of such notifications.

Owing to its geopolitical significance for Arab Gulf states, the strait of Hormuz still represents an international concern . Marine security is so important in this strait as long as there is international demand for Gulf oil an one hand, and since the goods and weapons that come from international markets to Arab Gulf states pass through this strait ,on the other . This concern is shown through the intensive military and political existence of major states in the area and it is possible to close the strait of Hormuz easily in case of direct struggle among these states , in addition to the direct continuous threatens of Iran to close it.

Irregular plural forms deemed to be significant features in Badre Shakir Al- Sayyab`s Poetry. He used them in his poetry to achieve linguistic and style tasks , then they came as window that shows his feelings and emotions .

Also the poet used some voices of abundances that had coherent power and influence upon the souls, in addition to what they carried of expressive power which raises a resonance applicable to speech and image , also in addition to the extended voices that they carried and provide musical charge and coherent signs such voices ( ``Fia`al`` , ``Fu`ool``).

This study shows level of maritime commercial activity in the Iraqi ports Um Qasr, Khour Alzuber, and Abu Fluss port. First of all, it is tackles the role of every port, as facilities it for reception ships movement through duration 2004-2006.
Next, it’s shows kinds of maritime fleet which it enter the Iraqi ports at the mention duration like as cargo ships and Boat. the commercial activity in Um Qasr port showed the necessary role, because this port has many characteristics, like as suitable docks, and located it near the marine way close up the Arab gulf. Therefore, it received various cargo especially rice, wheat and other materials, hence it’s represented the crucial port at the current period.
Third, Khour –Alzubber port was in the second level due to the cargo import and export, whereas Abu fluss port has the third level because the capacity designs which it effected on commercial activity levels in each port. Finally, the research ending in some conclusion, and recommendation to develop Iraqi ports, and enhancing maritime commercial activity

During the eighteenth century, the Arabian Gulf region had witnessed a great European competition and, due to its strategic location on the way to India, sultanate of Oman had felt such competition between England and France to have its ally and to be preferred, and due to the increase of such competition between England and France, Muscat thought that it is preferable to be idle in its relation with the two competitive powers at that time. In spite of that, the first roller of Albu-Said family, Ahmed bin Said (1741-1783) knew the benefit of the French friendship, the relation between Muscat and France had not developed to the level of diplomatic one but only a trade relation because England was competing them. However Muscat relations with France took a developed phase with Sultan bin Ahmed while he was rolling Muscat. He got benefit from the English - French competition to build a good relation with France in 1796, in addition to the predominant trade relations. Such action had its influence on England, which forced the Sultan to sign an agreement on 1800, rejecting some of the facilities which had been given to France before, and the English occupation of Morrishious Island (the main French Colony in the Indian Ocean), ended the French dreams in extending their power and finished a phase of a hesitated Omani-French relations
