This research aims to know the emotional intelligence in achieving the golden status, and also aimed to reveal the extent of the presence of statistically significant differences in the answers of the employees of the Union Food Company Ltd., to determine the extent of the differing opinions of the respondents about the level of application of emotional intelligence and the golden status in the Union Company.
The research community consisted of individuals working in the Union Foodstuff Company Limited, who numbered (565) workers and workers, and the research sample was chosen by the stratified random method, with a rate of (85) individuals, and the research relied on the descriptive analytical method, and data was collected It consisted of two parts, the first part of which represented emotional intelligence, while the second part contained the dimensions of golden status, and (SPSS) was used in data analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences. Descriptive statistics to describe the research data, as well as the inferential statistical method to measure the objectives of the research and test hypotheses. In light of these results, it is most important The management of Al-Etihad Company pays more attention to process re-engineering operations, in order to improve the quality of the services it provides. Supporting qualified employees to conduct research and studies to serve the public interest and the company.

Fever is one of the most common diseases among children, and for the purpose of stopping at the most important causes leading to this disease, it was necessary to study a set of independent variables that have a direct impact on the approved study variable. We searched this and we studied twelve independent variables that affect the dependent variable, which is fever for children at the age (0-59 months), and we conducted the process of statistical graphic analysis using the factor analysis method, where it works to reduce these independent variables and obtain basic factors that have an impact directly to the phenomenon under study and therefore we used the ready-made statistical program (spss) for the purpose of analysis and , The idea of this research is to use modern statistical methods in the practical and practical side and to use ready-made analytical programs and explain them in detail, regardless of the explanation of the theoretical matters and equations that we relied on in an old period of time, if you will. That the community is suitable for research and study after the value of the test (kmo = 0.539) appeared to us, which is a good percentage,as the value of this test if it exceeds (0.5) the community is considered suitable for the study, and then we moved to the analysis stage, and four basic factors appeared to us that carry varying values, the first factor It holds a variance value of (70.18%) of the value of the total variance, the second (17.566%), the third (14.451%) and the fourth (12.423%), respectively , As for the other coefficients, they do not have a significant effect because their latent roots have a value less than the correct one, and therefore they are neglected, as shown in Table No. (4) and explained in the theoretical side of this research.

This study sought to know the extent of the importance of green human resources in order to reach the golden summit in the Coca-Cola Company in Babylon, in addition to knowing whether there are statistically significant differences in the answers of the study sample.
The study population consisted of individuals working in the Coca-Cola Company for Soft Drinks, Babylon branch, who numbered (150) male and female workers. Collecting field data through a questionnaire that was built and developed to measure the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses. It consisted of two parts, the first part of which was (Green Human Resources Management), while the second part included (Golden Summit), and (SPSS) was used in Data analysis by means of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program descriptive statistical methods to describe the study data, as well as the inferential statistical method to measure the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses.
The green humanity and the golden summit were in the green employment dimension, where it achieved the highest rank in the strength of the impact, as the interpretation coefficient reached (0.332), while the green training and development came In the second place, the coefficient of interpretation was (0.031), while the evaluation of green performance came in the third place, it reached the coefficient of interpretation (0.001), and the practices of green human resources management are one of the means and methods that the company can employ to support the company’s development process. The researchers seek to present a set of proposals that are considered solutions to the problems that the studied company suffers from, and the most important of these recommendations: The researchers recommend the Coca-Cola Company in Babylon to pay great attention to the application of green human resource management practices for environmental sustainability and preservation of the environment. The Coca-Cola Company in Babylon is also building a system that improves and implements green employment.

The Iraqi economy suffers from many crise s due to the lack of development plans for the economic sectors, especially when the current reality, which tends to be completely dependent on oil imports, is established. The subject of holistic marketing is one of the most recent topics in the field of marketing management, but it is less covered in the literature specialized in administrative sciences, so most organizations need to adopt this concept as it achieves a competitive advantage as well as expresses its interest in its social and moral responsibilities towards its customers, As production organizations compete for the front and struggle in it for survival, growth and continuity. The banking industry in developing countries, including Iraq, is entering into a wide chaotic spiral, and it needs to formulate and develop a systematic business model, which enables it to keep pace with the complexities and chaos of the environment, Therefore, the current study came and was divided into four parts. The first part dealt with the methodology of the study by clarifying each of (the study problem, the importance and objectives of the study, the formulation of the hypothesis and the research scheme, as well as the methods used in collecting information and data. The second part touched on the theoretical framework of the study through A review of the concept of holistic marketing and its importance and dimensions. The concept of sustainable value for the customer and the role that holistic marketing plays in achieving that value. The third part was the presentation and data analysis of the study variables, and statistical and mathematical methods were used, and finally the fourth part explained the conclusions and recommendations reached by the researcher..

The research aims to measure the performance of the College of Administration and Economics / Al-Mustansiriya University in accordance with the standards of quality assurance and academic accreditation within the dimensions of the sustainable balanced score card to diagnose its areas of weakness and to improve educational, administrative and financial performance to achieve sustainable college performance. The most important conclusions are that quality assurance and academic accreditation standards can be employed as measurement indicators in addition to other quantitative indicators and weights in comparison between the data of two study years. As for the most important recommendations, they were centered around the need to apply quality assurance and academic accreditation standards within the four basic dimensions of the card to identify and diagnose deviations and to indicate the proposed ways to address Those deviations with capabilities and resources available to the college .

The aim of the current research is to test the role of the relationship between each of the employee voices system and organizational justice as explanatory variables and their impact on enhancing organizational excellence as a responsive variable, through a survey of the opinions of the teaching staff at the Technical Institute of Babylon, one of the formations of the AL-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University. As (119) questionnaire forms were distributed to the total teaching staff of holding scientific titles in the scientific departments, the number of the retrieved and valid forms for analysis reached (84) forms, the analysis of which was relied on a number of standards to describe and diagnose the sub-dimensions of the main variables and to verify the validity and reliability of the questionnaire And testing the main hypotheses of the research using the statistical analysis program (SPSS v.24). A number of conclusions were reached, the most important of which is the existence of a direct and significant effect of the explanatory independent variables (the employee voice system, organizational justice) on the dependent variable / respondent (organizational excellence) and that the proportion of the interpretation of the independent model variables, each jointly, for the changes occurring in the dependent variable was greater than Interpretation for each variable individually.

The research aims to identify the impact of electronic management on the performance of human resources in the College of the Future University.
In order to achieve the goal of the research, data were collected by a questionnaire method from all directors and heads of departments working in the University College of the Future, numbering (30).
The results of the research indicated that the college applies electronic management at a high level, and that the performance paragraphs of human resources are also high.
The research also indicated that there is an impact of electronic management with its dimensions (efficiency, flexibility, creativity, cost) on the performance of human resources.
The study recommended that such studies be repeated in other colleges and that the comparison be made.

The research aims to shed light on commercial banks and their importance as a financial institution that aims to achieve profit through various investments and the impact of banking governance on them in achieving huge profits by promoting foreign investments. This necessitated the adoption of internal control systems on higher education institutions as an inevitable option in order to pursue this goal. In the face of the challenges posed by these variables, higher education in its various branches is required to contribute to the formation and preparation of scientific competencies that play a prominent role in meeting the needs of the labor market within the framework of total quality management and its positive repercussions on the internal control systems. To highlight the importance of total quality in higher education institutions and the extent of their impact on internal control and integration together to improve outputs that are the most important element of labor market inputs, while addressing the prospects of the Middle Euphrates Technical University / Technical Institute - Diwaniya C with a set of conclusions and recommendations.
