The current research aims to identify the level of both academic stumbling and mental wandering among a sample of university students for the academic year (2023-2024) and in light of some variables (gender, specialization). The researcher has built a tool to measure academic stumbling, and has adopted a tool to measure mental wandering, and after extracting validity and reliability of the variables. The researcher applied the two scales to a random stratified sample of (300) male and female students. For the purpose of processing the data statistically, the researcher used the Pearson correlation coefficient, the t-test for one sample, the t-test for two independent samples, and a one-way analysis of variance. The results show a level of academic failure among the students. The university and the level of mental wandering, there are no statistically significant differences in the level of stuttering and mental wandering according to the variable of gender and specialization, as well as the existence of an inverse correlation between academic stumbling and mental wandering, and the research came out with many recommendations and proposals.

The focus of the research is to establish and enhance structured religious discourse within the framework of Islamic Sharia, and its anticipated positive impact on reinforcing social peace, intellectual cohesion, and the accommodation of others. The pulpit is selected as a model due to its apparent significance and clear influence on the mentality, aspirations, intellectual, scientific, cultural, social, and humanitarian inclinations of the masses.

Humanization is one of the methods employed by poets to embody their feelings and bring their ideas closer to the recipients of their poetry. Humanization has a clear role in formulating the poet’s intention, and in alerting the recipient’s intention, which may be consistent in one way or another with the expressions and vocabulary that the poet came with. Ma’rouf al-Rusafi employed humanization in topics Differently, he worked to humanize nature and the homeland, and addressed the feelings of the recipient of his poetry through what he proposed, employing rhetorical methods of diagnosis and embodiment in order to formulate expressive images.

There is no doubt that poetry is a collection that celebrates life and continuity throughout the ages, and as long as there is life, there are poets who plow the unknown, and sow in the invisible worlds and visions that can open at any time, to extract the dream and imagination from the subconscious in concert with the senses of the language present with it and absent, in order to write the final poem , is a summary of the worlds veiled from the human soul, eager to enter the world of truth, existence and appearance, so our readings differ according to the energies of each poet, his visions, and his attitudes towards existence and things. He does not stray too far from these data in his images, structures, and technologies that interact with images, senses, functions, and elements that produce their aesthetics within a wide space system and intuition that moves in its rituals and textures to add to his artistic images depth, radiance and rhythm.

The most famous theory about Ancient Arabic writing symbols says that they were derived of the ancient Nabataean symbols. But the Arabic symbols for consonants are Twenty eight as the Nabataean symbols were only twenty two. This research deals with the cause of repeating the same symbol for two or more Arabic sounds in the ancient Arabic scripts like Jeem and Kha' or Seen and Sheen or Ain and Ghain ..etc. The research also address the lack of symbols for vowels in the ancient Arabic scripts.

This research includes important and rich information about the Prophet’s (PBUH) dealing with the spoils of the brigades and the conquests that took place during his reign, so he followed a wise policy in distributing these spoils, as well as jurisprudential rulings regarding the spoils on which the Rightly Guided Caliphs relied on after the death of the Prophet, as well as the case in Islamic ages.
The distribution of these spoils was under the policy followed by the Messenger of God، peace and blessings be upon him، which was stipulated in the Holy Qur’an regarding the khums of the booty. When the Muslims got these spoils, they were divided among them according to their entitlement to those share.
The research also includes an analysis of important information when the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, allocated spoils to a specific group of companions, may God be pleased with them, and not others. The spoils of Hunayn were an example of this, so that some of those who had recently entered Islam could get along with them.

Water problem between Iraq and Syria has constantly drawn attention because of failure of negotiations between them. This problem overlaps with food problem security resulting from the aggravation of the global financial crisis because of the rise in the prices of basic foodstuffs, due to the lack of rainfall and the resulting decline in the level of agricultural and livestock production in Arab region, including Tigris and Euphrates countries.

Literature circles provide a distinct chance to integrate successful teaching methods with a better learning environment. Conventional techniques of teaching literature create passive learners in the learning process. Thus, this study explores the potential of literature circles on students’ performance and attitudes in the literature classroom. A quasi-experimental study design was employed at Al-Dulab secondary school in Iraq, and thirty-four students took part in this research. Data was collected from both the pre-and post-tests as well as the questionnaire. The pre-test and post-test results were analyzed according to a descriptive evaluation using a paired sample t-test. The survey questionnaire data was analyzed for descriptive statistics using SPSS version 26. The results show a statistically significant rise in the students\' pre and post-test scores and a positive attitude towards integrating literature circles in studying the short story. This suggests that literature circles improved students\' test scores and attitudes and should be used in literature classes. The study recommends conducting additional research to examine teachers\' perspectives on literature circles following their substantial integration into teaching literary texts.

It is hard nowadays to find any original artistic work without being influenced by other genres. This study aims to discuss some types of intertextuality in The Words movie (2012). These types are based on Robert S. Miola\'s Seven Types of Intertextuality (2004) which are adopted as a methodology in this study to find out how the intertextual texts have affected the storyline, characterization, narration, and dialogue of this movie. Intertextuality allows the movie to interweave with other genres, whether in style, language, technique, or image. The results show that the main source to build the plot of the movie is the accidental inclusion of the lost manuscript, which will be the reason behind the success of the main character, is intertextual with the real accident of Earnest Hemingway\'s lost briefcase in Paris that has many of his unpublished works. Intertextuality in this movie enhances its credibility by reformulating the accident of losing the briefcase in a new scenario to make it the core of pain and success for many people. This is not the only clue for Hemingway, the Old Man in The Words recalls The Old Man and The Sea, and The Sun Also Rises to help the main character record his passions on paper and let him be a writer once for good.

Without meaning, everything is confusing and pointless, lacking benefit or purpose. Whether spoken, written, or read, a receiver can comprehend and accept an expression when it carries a meaning. Meaning is the axis in all languages and forms of communication. For communication to succeed, the concept must be communicated well. However, it is well-known that the Glorious Quran is in Arabic. It has a rich history and contains numerous terminologies that might make it challenging to decode and comprehend some of the phrases therein. For this reason, the current study, at the heart of semantics, tries to examine the diverse forms of the term libas that is highly embodied in the Glorious Quran. The analysis discusses the different meanings of the term, presents all its forms, and links among the Ayahs that use it. The Quranic word libas appears in many surahs. It has several different meanings. Therefore, this research aims to analyse the fundamental notions behind it. It also tries to expand the study of Islamic studies from a global viewpoint. The researcher’s technique for this investigation is descriptive analysis, categorized as qualitative study.

The female characters in the Elizabethan and Jacobean drama have been examined deeply in several previous studies to show the status of women in society through the drama of these two eras. This study attempts to examine the fateful and tragic decisions made by the female characters of Shakespeare’s Hamlet (1603) and Macbeth (1606); Gertrude, Ophelia, and Lady Macbeth, Webster’s The Duchess of Malfi(1613); the Duchess of Malfi, and The White Devil(1612); Vittoria. The estimation of the consequences of these decisions effect on the character herself and on other characters around her, whether these decisions have been made up voluntarily, or imposed upon them even when there are other options, or they are unavoidable decisions. It can be said that some of them have been voluntarily decided despite the knowledge of the dire consequences, and others, the majority, despite the existence of options, are deterministic and socio-religious, linked to the real society in which those characters live and nobody interfered in their decision-making.
