The current research aims to (build a training program based on effective teaching skills for mathematics teachers and its impact on the acquisition of mathematical concepts for their students). To achieve the objectives of the research, the two null hypotheses were formulated as follows:
1) There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the students of the control group (the students of the teachers who did not undergo the training program) and the average scores of the students of the experimental group (the students of the mathematics teachers who underwent the training program) in the test of acquisition of mathematical concepts.
2)There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the students of the experimental group (students of mathematics teachers who underwent the training program) in the mathematics concepts acquisition test due to the gender variable.
In light of this, a sample of mathematics teachers, numbering (30) male and female mathematics teachers in the General Directorate of Education in the third Karkh Governorate of Baghdad, and their students, numbering (3,450) male and female students, was selected to represent the (experimental sample), and a sample of mathematics teachers, numbering (30). A male and female teacher and their students, numbering (3730) male and female students, to represent the (control sample). Also, the training program and the research tool were built, represented by testing the students’ acquisition of mathematical concepts, as it consisted of (52) items, whose validity, reliability, and psychometric properties were confirmed, and after the results were quantified and treated statistically. The following became clear:
1)There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the students of the control group (the students of the teachers who did not undergo the training program) and the average scores of the students of the experimental group (the students of the mathematics teachers who underwent the training program) in the test of acquisition of mathematical concepts, in favor of the experimental group.
2) There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of male and female students in the experimental group (students of mathematics teachers who underwent the training program) in the test of acquiring mathematical concepts, in favor of females.
In light of the results, the researcher recommended the following:
1) The necessity of including effective teaching skills in educational programs for mathematics teachers.
2) Emphasis on the use of effective teaching skills in education in colleges of education and basic education.
3)Include a teacher’s guide to effective teaching skills for teaching mathematics.

The current research aims to identify the effect of using a strategy based on Karl Popper’s principle of refutation on the acquisition of Arabic grammar and the development of critical thinking among fifth grade applied students. To achieve the research goal, the researcher adopted the experimental design with partial control, known as the two-group design with two pre- and post-tests.
After the researcher identified his research population, he chose his sample of (64) students, including (32) students in the experimental group and (32) students in the control group. Before commencing the experiment, the researcher rewarded the students of the two groups with a number of variables that were likely to have an impact. Undesirable on the results of the research, and then studied the two research groups throughout the duration of the experiment, which lasted a full semester.
For the purpose of achieving the research objectives, the researcher prepared two tools, the first: a test to measure students’ achievement in Arabic grammar, the validity of which was confirmed, and the second: a critical thinking test, the validity of which was also confirmed. After that, both tools were applied to the research sample, and after analyzing the data obtained from them statistically using appropriate statistical methods, the researcher concluded that the students of the experimental group, whose students studied grammar using the strategy based on Karl Popper’s principle of refutation, excelled over the students of the control group, whose students studied the same subject. According to the usual method in the achievement post-test and in the critical thinking post-test. Based on the results of the research, the researcher recommended the necessity of adopting a strategy based on the principle of refutation in teaching grammar, and then proposed a set of proposals.

The research aimed to identify research is to find the effect of self-regulated learning strategies on achievement and formal thinking among female middle school students in mathematics. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the quasi-experimental method appropriate to the nature of the research. The research sample consisted of (63) female students from the fourth year of middle school in high school ( Umm Amara for Girls) affiliated with the third Baghdad / Al-Karkh Directorate for the academic year (2022-2023). The sample was chosen intentionally. Section (A) was chosen by (32) to represent the experimental group and Section (B) (31) female students to represent the control group after the two groups were rewarded on the variables (chronological age, previous knowledge, intelligence), I also prepared an achievement test consisting of (24) items and a formal thinking test consisting of (20) items. Their validity and reliability were confirmed, after applying the two tests to the two research groups and using appropriate statistical treatments. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who studied according to self-regulated learning strategies and the average scores of the control group who studied according to the usual method of the achievement test and the formal thinking test, in favor of the experimental group؛ A number of recommendations and proposals were presented for the purpose of conducting subsequent research and studies.

The study is a call for keeping the environment healthy by stopping polluting it and by taking care of the mothers by keeping them in their houses to raise their children and take care of their families. Only in this way survival of the society and the planet is achieved.
