Despite the benefits of irrigated agriculture in increasing the rate of production but in the case of failure to manage the irrigation process correctly, it causes catastrophic problems, the most important of which is high soil salinity and rising groundwater levels. Based on the above, the efficiency of irrigation projects in Diyala Governorate was studied. To view the reality of the performance of irrigation and drainage networks and identify the most important problems and obstacles in order to develop solutions to address them currently and in the future.
The study showed a water surplus in some irrigation projects estimated at (112559800) m3 / year. After comparing it with the total water revenues in the study area of (4603468100) m3 / year. Some channels operate efficiently and are able to irrigate cultivated areas. This surplus can be exploited in the process of agricultural expansion and agricultural development. And others with a water deficit estimated at (187909052) m3 / year. As a result of water leaks through the leakage of water in the soil (leaching) as some of them are not padded (muddy) as well as evaporation and method and method of irrigation approved.

The study of the scientific life of Muslim scholars who wrote in the field of public history is an important issue in scientific research. It gives the researcher or reader the ability to understand the style that the historian or figure used in their writing.
One of the most prominent of these scholars Ibn Aibik Dawadari (d. 736 AH / 1335 AD). He wrote in his book kanz aldarr wajamie algharr from the beginning of creation until his time. He preserved for us the most important events that occurred in the Mamluk era, and was probably involved in many of them. So this study comes to shed light on the biography, science and product of this historian.

The study aims at the effect of the counseling program by the method of self-consciousness in the development of self-transcendence for secondary school female students.
In order to achieve the objectives of this study the researcher puts the following zero hypothesis:
1. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average score of the students of the experimental group in pre- and post- application of the self-transcendence scale.
2. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average score of the students of control group in the pre- and post- application of self-transcendence scale.
3. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average score of the students of the experimental group and the average score of students of control group in pre- and post- application of the self-transcendence scale.
The researcher chooses randomly a sample made up of 400 students who were chosen randomly from the secondary schools of Baquba city-center affiliated to the General Directorate of Diyala Education for the academic year 2018-2019. The researcher constructed a self-transcendence scale which the psychometric characteristic was affirmed. The application sample was made of 100 female students randomly chosen from Al-Adnaniyah School for Girls by the use of quarters the researcher chosen the quarter with lowest scores in self-transcendence scale. Accordingly, the program application sample amounted to 28 students distributed randomly into two groups (experimental and control) as 4 per group/
The researcher chose SPSS to process data obtained from the experiment, and came up to the following findings:
1. There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average score of the students of the experimental group in pre- and post- application of the self-transcendence scale for the pre-application.
2. . There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average score of the students of the experimental group in pre- and post- application of the self-transcendence scale for the post-application.
3. There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average score of the students of the experimental group and the average score of students of control group in post- application of the self-transcendence scale for the experimental group in the post-application.
In the light of the results the research comes up with a number of recommendations and suggestions.

he current study aimed to know the effect of using a training program based on active learning strategies in teaching psychological and educational statistics in modifying the Attitude towards studying statistics and developing academic self-motivation among a sample of female students of educational diploma at the University of Jeddah
. The sample consisted of (35) students in fours year college education in Jedda University The Program have been applied in the first term of the year 2013/2014,it has lasted for sex weeks , Pre-Post Test Nonequivalent Control Group Design were used . The main result There were significant differences at level 0.01 for the Post-Measure in Attitude Toward Studying Statistics; There were significant differences at level 0.01 for the Post-Measure in academic motivation academic motivation and There were positive significant correlation between the Attitude Toward Studying Statistics and Achievement.

Women's right to health is recognized in international conventions and national legislation, as well as, their right of reproductive health, because women have a greater interest in having the ability to have children at the end they are exposed to the problems and the risk of pregnancy of women and they should enjoy this right. It varies according to different societies and cultures. This research aims at shedding light on the reality of reproductive health that enabled us to study the low health characteristics of urban women. These characteristics were unsatisfactory and needs to improve its health status by raising the efficiency of health services, educating women, and activating health media.

The recent study aims at:
1- Investigating managing impulsivity level among the university students.
2- Identifying the statistical differences of the managing impulsivity due to the two variables ; sex(male, female) major (human, scientific ).
3- Investigating the social conformity level among the university students.
4- Identifying the statistical differences of the social Conformity due to the two variables ; sex(male, female) major (human, scientific ).

The sample of the study consists of (400) fe(males) students form the two majors divided into (200)university students for each group , the sample was selected according to the random class approach.
It has been noticed that the researcher has built her own scale (managing impulsivity)to achieve the objectives she appointed. It encompassed of (24)situations and the psychometric properties of the scale have been verified through bringing about apparent validity and construct validity. Also, the reliability of the scale has been achieved through Cronbach's Alpha and retest method that the reliability coefficient gets(0.82) in the retesting method whereas in Cronbach's alpha ,the reliability coefficient was (0.88).

In the Abbasid era, Baghdad witnessed an urban expansion due to progress and prosperity, which included all the life facilities, including urban construction, the construction of cities and palaces, the opening of rivers and canals, the establishment of water basins, ponds, parks, picnics and other works. All this made it a prominent center of expansion and organization did not reach the cities that were built before or after.
In this study, we discussed three aspects: the first is the art of building Baghdad palaces and its descriptions of decoration and expansion. The second aspect reviewed decoration, adornment, and decorating the palaces and the use of inscriptions and the writing of Arabic and the walls of palaces decorated with stucco prominent and carved with drawings of human, animal, and watercolors. The third aspect included building materials and the use of marble and masonry in all Abbasid buildings. The study ended with the most important results.

This research aims to identify the following:

- Intellectual flexibility in Ministry of Education Employees.
- Comparison of Intellectual Flexibility according to sex variable (male/female).
After implementing the measurement of intellectual flexibility of research sample of (300 male and female employees) and were chosen among the male and female employees at Iraqi Ministry of Education/ Risafa Al-Ula General Directorate of Education and Karkh Al-Ula General Directorate of Education. The researcher used the following statistical means (T-test of one independent sample, T-test of two independent samples, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and Alpha-Cronbach Equitation).

Education during the Lebanese civil war in 1975, especially public and government education, witnessed a general collapse at all levels. Following the war, Lebanon suffered from a new crisis due to the Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 1982. The public schools suffered from looting and theft which was estimated about one billion Lebanese liars. Symptoms of openness and hope appeared again in the Republic of Lebanon in spite of the events of wars and their backwardness and ignorance. The student community rose from their stumble by establishing Al- Hariri Foundation, which had a lot of support, and encouragement by Lebanese universities in the course of Lebanese civil war.

This study provided a biography of a remarkable figure, Prof. Dr. Tahseen Hameed Majeed, who began his scientific career very hard since his preparatory studies. He was keen on the first scientific centers. Therefore, it was a scientific torch lit up around. Our historian has solid and serious contributions to his beloved specialty, the Abbasid era. Dr. Tahseen is considered one of the first professors specialized in this field.

This research aims to identify “The Effect of Cognitive Counseling in Reducing the Feeling of Despair among Intermediate School Students” by testing the following hypotheses:

1. There are no statistically significant differences in reducing the feeling of despair at the level of (0.05) for the control group in the test (pre - post).

2. There are no statistically significant differences in reducing the feeling of despair at the level of (0.05) for the experimental group in the test (pre - post).

3. There are no statistically significant differences in reducing the feeling of despair at the level (0.05) for the two groups (control - experimental) in the post-test.

The study community is made up of Intermediate school students / Baqubah District, and the research sample consisted of (20 students). To achieve the objectives of research two tools were used:

1. The measurement for feeling despair prepared by the researcher.
2. The counseling program; the scale achieved two types of honesty:

a) Virtual honesty by showing them to specialist experts.

b) The construction validity in the light of the calculating discriminatory force.
Also, stability was calculated, where correlation coefficient for the measurement of feeling despair reached (0.76) in the method of re-testing, and the total items of the measurement of feeling despair were (20 items). A program was built according to the calculation of the weighted average and percentage, the needs, topics, activities, and strategies of the program were identified and the program is formed of (8) counseling sessions. It was presented to a group of experts in Education and Psychology to extract the validity of the program.
The research reached the following conclusions:

- There are no statistically significant differences in reducing the feeling of despair among Intermediate school students in the (pre - post) test for the control group.

- There are no statistically significant differences in reducing the feeling of despair among Intermediate school students in the (pre - post) test for the experimental group.

- There are statistically significant differences in reducing the feeling of despair among Intermediate school students between the control group and experimental group in the post-test and in favor of the experimental group.
The researcher also suggested some recommendations and suggestions.

The current research aims to identify the ( the effect of the strategy of numbered heads in the collection of Arabic grammer in sixth grade students ) . To a chieve this , the researcher formulated the micto hypothesis that states :-
There was no statistically significant difference (0,05) between the average score of the student of the experimental group who study the Arabic Grammer According to the students of the control group who study the same subject according to the normal method . The research simple consisted of (57) student from the sixth grade student who were selscted from the Tawba primary Mixed school in Diyala Governorate in Baquba . The random sample was divided in to group , one of which was experimental . It included (28) student one student and one female officer , which included (29) student and his student . In order to achieve the objective of the research , the researcher prepared an objective test of the type of test of multive (30) paragraph and for purpose of validity to ascertain the validity and presentation to the selection of arbitrators in the language and methods of teaching . Was applied to a survey sample to measure the level of easy and difficulty and farce of discrimination , and then applied to the original sample . After that test was corrected and analyzed statistically using the (T-test) for to independent samples , (K2) and Pearson correlation coefficient . The results showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in the post-achievement test , which results in a statistically significant difference at the level of (0,05) for the experimental group studied according to the numbered heads strategy . The researcher concluded a number of conclusions and recommendations and suggested a number of proposals .

The family is the foundation of building a society and the basic pillar based on stability and giving, and contract of marriage does not achieve its great goals and noble purposes, except by the commitment of each side to the consequences of the wise law, and get the rights granted to him, starting from all of this satisfaction and conviction sourced from his trust Whoever has the law of Allah, and he is prescribed only what is in it, the right, the good and the greed, in his reward. For these considerations, Islam has put family his first care, indicating the great share of the family's rulings and teachings from the wise male verses and the scented prophecy.

On the other hand, since the divine law of God is characterized by the immortality that gives it the authority for all time and place, and qualifies it to be able to face accidents and address problems that arise all the time. Islamic scholars have faced the issues of the contemporary family and dealt with analysis and the statement of the separation judgment and the successful medicine of every new one in being compatible with the origins of sharia and the transcendence of its teachings and the nobleness of its purposes.

In this research, which is nothing more than a simple effort in which the researcher presented a side of the family system related to the introduction of marriage contract that Islam is seeking to observe and we are in the process of establishing a marital relationship, so that the feet are the product of sound thinking, wise, and thoughtful decision, away from improvisation and superficiality and unbridled whimsy. As confirmed by the Iraqi law, most of what is stated in Islamic divine law regulations is in relation to the introduction of marriage and its belongings in personal circumstances

Thus, this research was divided into an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The introduction included the importance of research and the reason for choosing the topic, and the speech in the first chapter was about the definition of the engagement, its meaning, what it is, its legitimacy, its benefits, and the wisdom of its legislation.

In the second chapter concluded the engagement rules, its types, conditions, who is permitted to engage, and what it entails and the ruling on the engagement. In the third chapter it discussed the elements of engaged woman, her vision, her time, conditions, the nature of the suitor's relationship with the fiancée, and the prohibition of being alone with her, and the prohibition of engagement and his effect.

As for the conclusion, it included the most important findings that have been found about the engagement and its belongings.

Social values are fundamental concepts of the individual and society because they form the basis of social cohesion, deepening the principles of sacrifice, cooperation, love of others and helping to create a conscious generation with the ability and potential to maximize the potential of building in public life.
The current research aims to:
1- The social values of the students of the accelerated education school.
2 - The impact of an orientation program on the method of rational, emotional and behavioral treatment in the development of social values among students of the school of accelerated education.
A- No significant differences of statistical functions between marks average of the experimental group at 0.05 level in pretest and posttest.
B- No significant differences of statistical functions between marks average of the control group at 0.05 level in pretest and posttest.
C- No significant differences of statistical functions at 0.05 level in test between marks average of experimental group and control group.
D- No significant differences of statistical functions among the marks average of the two groups: experimental group, and control group at 0.05 level in posttest.

The sample of experimental design consisted of (20) pupils from the second level from Aldyar for accelerated Learning. So they were randomly distributed into two equal groups each one contains (10) pupils.
As for search tools, tools were developed to reach the search results:
1. Building the social values scale.
2. building a program of rational, therapeutic, behavioral, emotional, behavioral.
The results were analyzed and processed statistically using the following statistical methods: one T-test, Croscal et al., Mann Tenni, and Leuksen test.
In light of the results of the current research, the researchers reached a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals:


Firstly. Conclusions:
1- Accelerated school pupils suffer from a decline in social values.
2 - The program of rational treatment of emotional and behavioral was influential and the latest through the techniques used in the therapeutic program has a clear impact on the scale of social values in the control group, which did not receive any type of treatment methods.

Second. Recommendations:
In the light of the research results, the researchers recommend the following:
1 - Utilizing the social values measure to know the social values of the students of accelerated education for their development.
2 - To benefit from the guidance program that was developed in the development of social values to improve their psychological and social performance.

Third. Proposals:
To complement the research results, the two researchers suggest:
1. Conducting a study of the effectiveness of using other programs and methods in the development of social values in students of primary accelerated education such as rational emotional therapy.
2. Conduct a study of the impact of the extension program in the development of other variables such as concern about the future or concern of the exam.

The researcher recommends several recommendations, including:
1. Attention to the calendar and its various stages in the university students to raise the level of their collection in the subjects in general and history in particular.
2. Adopting the modern evaluation strategy for the students of the third stage - Faculty of Education for Human Sciences - University of Diyala, to raise the level of study and improve the trend of transforming the material and definition of their levels and scientific achievement to treat errors so as not to increase and worsen severity.

This study aims at investigating the effect of using guided discovery with instructional aids on developing writing skill for intermediate schools.To achieve the aim of the present study, the following hypothesis has been used: There are no statistically significant differences at ( < 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group who is taught writing skill according to guided discovery with instructional aids and the control group who is taught according to the traditional way in the post test. The present study is limited to the second intermediate female students in Al- Amal secondary school for girls in Baqubah city for the academic year 2018/2019. The sample of this study consists of 40 students as the experimental group and 38 as the control group. Then, it is insured that the two groups are equal through a statistical manipulation of a number of variables such as age, writing skill in the previous year, and writing skill (spelling and punctuation) on the pretest. Pre and post-tests are designed, and the validity of the tests and the lesson plans has been achieved by exposing them to jury members. The reliability of the test have been achieved by using Kuder Richardson-20 formula (0.83). Statistical analysis of data achieved through the test which standard deviation indicates that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two groups in favour of the experimental group in the post test. The researcher concludes that using guided discovery approach with instructional aids is proven to be more fruitful and effective in promoting the students' able and attention to writing easily and to give the students more opportunities than those in the textbook

Many writers have adapted such kinds of flaws in their writings depending on the post-apocalyptic genre which is the narration of stories that start after the end of the world on earth to discuss its effects on the human’s ways of living. Those writers further depend on human’s innate instinct to survive in order to explore the possibilities of surviving in a world alien to the one they used to live in.

The present study sheds light on the crucial role of social media generally and personal learning networks specifically in applying the aspects of teacher development specially in experiencing reflective practice among teachers. The study aims at ensuring full understanding of the term reflective practice by the target teachers, identifying teachers’ attitudes toward using personal learning networks in applying reflective practice and then comparing their attitudes based on gender and age variables. The study also tries to clarify the main social media applications that teachers tend to use. Sixty teachers were chosen arbitrarily from different secondary schools in Baghdad to represent the study sample. A constructed questionnaire was used by the researchers after ensuring its face validity. After dealing with the results statistically, they show that the teachers have positive attitudes towards using personal learning networks in reflective practice. They also clarify that the use of group discussion via Viber, Facebook and Whatsapp applications are the most preferable among Iraqi teachers

At the beginning of the questionnaire, teachers are asked to respond to all questions concerning. The first section contains the demographic questions .
Demographic questions are designed to elicit information from respondents concerning their personal characteristics and social background. The second sections of the instrument contains (31) items, which are measured using a five-point Likert-type scale anchored 1= Strongly Disagree, 2= Disagree, 3= Neutral, 4= Agree 5= Strongly Agree.
The questionnaire is exposed to a jury of experts for the purpose of ascertaining its validity .Two methods are applied to calculate the questionnaire reliability coefficient.

This paper aims at shedding light on issues that translators should consider before deciding on the fees to quote for translating a business film. The paper adopts Mailhac’s (1996, 2000) point of view on the subject. Real examples of these issues are used to help in the calculation and to illustrate the practical audiovisual translation (AVT) modes in translating business films. Fives business fims were selected for tracing the actual existence of Mailhac’s issues and therefore suggesting quotes. The paper’s finding advocates that these issues should be clarified to help translators calculate their fees. The more AVT modes, interlinked issues and discrepancies involved in the translation of a business film, the higher the charge will be. The hypothesis of the current study states that Faulkners in his short story " That Evening Sun Go Down " follows the normal narrative structure presented by Labove 1972. This study aims at analyzing the structure of Faulkner's short story "That Evening Sun Go Down" . This story was published in 1931 . The analysis captures the writer's intentions of fabricating the story through Labov's narrative elements i.e. to comprehend the meaning which the writer wants to convey through its narrative components.
The study reveals that applying a structural analysis is considered as a convincing way in understanding literary works and makes narration more comprehensible to the reader. The study reaches to the conclusion that Faulkners in his short story "That Evening Sun go down" has applied a normal narrative structure starting with the abstract and ending up with the coda .
