The issue of employee retention is one of the problems faced by many private sector organizations operating in various fields in Iraq. Hence, the research aims to study one of the ways that would enhance employee retention, which is a fit between person- organizational environment (P-E fit). ) by focusing on two basic dimensions, namely a fit between person- job (P-J fit) and Person-Supervisor fit (P-S fit) (as two independent variables) and their role in enhancing employee retention (as the dependent variable) by applying it to A sample of workers in private banks in the city of Mosul, which consists of (18) banking branches distributed on the right and left sides of the city and employing approximately (200) employees. The research questionnaire was distributed manually and electronically to the private banks, and (104) valid questionnaires were obtained for analysis as research sample: The research hypotheses were tested by finding the correlation coefficient and the regression coefficient using the statistical program SPSS. The study found that there is a positive significant relation and a positive significant effect relation between person - job and and person – supervisor with retaining employee, this highlights the role of person-environment fit in enhancing employee retention. A number of proposals were presented that would enhance employee retention in organizations sample the research include adopting an effective strategy that ensures attracting and selecting candidates whose values (achievement, sincerity, and cooperation) are consistent with the bank’s mission and objectives.

The role of investment is crucial for the progress and prosperity of Iraq's economy, aiming to provide the Iraqi individual with the highest level of well-being in this advancement. Investment has positive effects on the economy, contributing to increased productivity and thus economic progress. Therefore, this research aims to shed light on the development of economic strategies for the advancement of the Iraqi economy through the role of investment. The objective of this research is to clarify the economic situation for the post-2003 advancement of the Iraqi economy. The importance of this research lies in the fact that the independence of the investment sector will play an effective role in Iraq's economy. However, this independence should be under the control of the Iraqi government under good governance.
The research also emphasizes that Iraq needs to invest in infrastructure in all its provinces, including investment in residential and non-residential buildings, as well as the healthcare and electricity sectors, which have been devastated by ongoing wars in Iraq. Therefore, investment should not be limited to a specific sector but should encompass all different economic sectors in Iraq, presenting a challenge addressed in this research.

This research aims to reveal the extent of the interest of the surveyed hospitals (Fallujah Teaching Hospital and Fallujah Women’s and Children’s Hospital) in the variables of the study, as well as to test the correlation and influence between them. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach in analyzing the data collected by relying on the questionnaire form that included (45) items, distributed among the variables of the study and its sub-dimensions, as a purposive sample of (90) individuals from various administrative levels was selected, and the questionnaire was distributed to them among its paragraphs, and (83) questionnaires were retrieved from them, suitable for statistical analysis with a response rate of (92%), and in order to treat Data: Statistical analysis programs (AMOS V.24) and (SPSS V.24) were used to reach the results through the use of various statistical methods, and the most important of these statistical methods are (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Pearson correlation coefficient). The researcher reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a significant correlation and influence between strategic awareness in its dimensions and organizational conflict management in its dimensions. The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of integration between value engineering and targeted costs in enhancing competitive advantage in industrial companies, mainly to find appropriate solutions to the problems that economic units suffer from in the Kurdistan Region/Erbil through the use of modern cost techniques that enhance competitive advantage in them. To achieve the aim of the study, the questionnaire form was used as a tool for the study, and a descriptive analytical approach was used in the study. The study reached a set of results and conclusions, the most important of which are: There is a role for integration between the use of target costing and value engineering in enhancing the competitive advantage of industrial economic units, with a strong (direct) and significant positive relationship between the variables of the study. The study recommended the necessity of educating industrial companies and training their employees to apply target costing and value engineering methods because of their advantages that are achieved as a result of their integration in improving price efficiency, reducing costs, and developing accounting systems to keep pace with the continuous development in the business environment, and thus this leads to exploiting their capabilities efficiently and effectively and making decisions. Which achieves their goals and, as a result, increases competitive advantage.

The current research was conducted with aim of presenting a model of sustainable consumption in Iraq's trade and commerce. The research method was carried out in framework of mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) in first Phase research using the grounded theory method (GT). Based on the principle of theoretical saturation, it was done from the number of 15 knowledgeable experts in the field of study using the purposeful sampling method based on the semi-structured interview criteria. Two methods of review by two coders and review by experts who did not participate in research, returning to the interviewees were used to measure the validity of the data. The data was analyzed through several stages of open, axial and selective coding based on Strauss and Corbin's model. results showed the pattern of sustainable consumption in Iraqi trade and commerce with 15 general categories in the form of a paradigmatic model including causal conditions (sustainability requirements, infrastructural development and life changes), central phenomenon (sustainable consumption policy), background conditions (influence of information and media and environmental requirements and climate), intervening conditions (governance performance, non-principled interventions and consumer activism), strategies (consumption knowledge strategy, intervention policies, operational tactics) and consequences (economy-sustainability care, consumer behavior sustainability, sustainability policy) were placed. In the second phase, a survey method was used; the tool for collecting information was the researcher-made questionnaire in the first part; the statistical sample was 210 experts in the field of environment who were randomly selected; the results showed that the model had a good fit.

The research aims to activate the role of renewable energy in meeting the growing needs of energy demand in the future and in a way that preserves the environment from climate change and its negative effects on the Iraqi environment, starting from the research problem that sees Iraq using fossil energy represented by oil and gas as a source of High in total energy needs, which negatively affects the health of the Iraqi environment on the one hand and its sustainability for future generations on the other hand, it was necessary to try to search for new sources of energy that the Iraqi environment possesses and that are environmentally friendly, and for the purpose of enabling Iraqi companies to enter into renewable energy projects and in Both green investment and financing trends, we must first inventory the capabilities that the Iraqi environment in general and business companies in particular possess in terms of the capabilities they possess and the challenges they face in achieving the goal of establishing renewable energy companies that conduct their business in a manner that achieves environmental sustainability. Thus, reliance will be placed on the application of the strategic SWOT system for the purpose of Identifying the opportunities and threats of external environment variables and the strengths and weaknesses of internal environment variables for business companies in Iraq. This study aims to understand the impact of a negative work environment on job dissatisfaction in the Directorate of Education in Salah Al-Din Governorate. The study holds significant importance in improving the work environment, enhancing employee performance, improving professional relationships, and increasing employee satisfaction. This is achieved through analyzing the impact of a negative work environment, identifying factors of job dissatisfaction, and providing recommendations to improve the work environment and increase employee satisfaction and performance. Based on this, the problem was identified in understanding the effect of a negative environment on employees and the development of job dissatisfaction as a result. Potential factors of a negative environment include mistreatment, lack of promotion opportunities, high psychological pressure, and work-life imbalance. To achieve the purpose, a descriptive and analytical approach was used. The researcher also employed a statistical survey method by distributing a questionnaire composed of several statements that measure the dimensions and variables of the study to a research sample of 50 individuals working in administrative positions in the Directorate of Education in Salah Al-Din Governorate. The current research aims to explain the role of university governance in achieving quality university performance in the University College of Knowledge and Jannat Iraq College, as they are Iraqi institutions of higher education and scientific research.
This research was applied in the University College of Knowledge and the Jannat Al-Iraq Private College as the field of research. As for the research community, it was represented by (225) teachers in the two universities. A portion of the community sample was taken. This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of organizational culture on employee empowerment, and the study relied on the literature of previous studies. The study model was built and hypotheses were developed based on the literature. Previous studies were also used in developing the study’s measurements, and a questionnaire was designed for all the study data. The research study population consists of a group of employees affiliated with the Kirkuk North Gas Company - Iraq, where the statistical package program (28) Amos was used. The research aims to verify the effect of the real value extracted by relative and absolute valuation models on the market returns of companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. The discounted cash flow model was chosen as a representative of absolute valuation methods, because the model has high flexibility and can be applied to a wide range. of companies and is not limited to companies that distribute dividends. The profitability multiplier ratio was also chosen as a representative of relative evaluation methods. For the purpose of achieving the research objectives, a simple linear regression model was used to test the study hypothesis. The study sample consisted of 20 companies listed on the market from different sectors, with monthly views amounting to (1920 ) views for each company. The results of the study indicated that the real value has a statistically significant effect on market returns, but the effect of the real value calculated according to the profitability multiplier exceeds the effect left by the real value calculated according to discounted cash flows on market returns.

This study was an attempt to clarify the extent to which private schools are able to enhance their organizational position? To achieve what the study sought, the study adopted the descriptive analytical approach in presenting theoretical intellectual frameworks and processing, analyzing and interpreting data. The study population was identified in private schools within the city of Mosul. The role of the oil sector in the economic growth of Iraq is crucial, especially after the fall of the previous regime in 2003. However, this sector did not have a significant positive impact on the economic and political situation. The economic conditions did not change for the better, despite the substantial oil exports and the lifting of the international sanctions on Iraq. The economic situation continued to deteriorate significantly after 2003. This prompted us to choose this topic for scientific research, as the problem persists, especially in the midst of the current political and economic instability, along with the weakness of state institutions struggling with inefficiency in managing the country's economy. The writing of the constitution in 2005 did not contribute significantly to solving the administrative and economic problems of the country. Therefore, this research paper explores the hypothesis of the possibility of developing an economic plan to help Iraqi economic growth, with the aim of positively impacting the living conditions of all Iraqis. The goal of this research is to explain and analyze the role of the oil sector in economic growth, highlighting the current reality, investigating the potential future of the oil sector, and exploring the possibility of an alternative that could replace oil. Finally, one of the most important conclusions reached by this research paper is that the impact of the oil sector on the growth of the Iraqi economy in light of corruption depends on investment in the oil sector under good governance, therefore, the role of the Iraqi government in the oil sector for the growth of its economy will be difficult, because this requires strong and stable government administration. Also, the one of the important recommendations of this research paper is to implement development policies in the oil sector, and for the state to develop plans, through its institutions, to preserve the state’s sovereignty from corruption through its laws and policies.

The research seeks to test the role of servant leadership in terms of its practices in achieving organizational prosperity in a number of (4 and 5-star) hotels in the cities of (Sulaymaniyah and Erbil). The research was conducted by taking advantage of the theoretical references that dealt with the two variables, and the analytical approach was adopted for the data obtained from a sample of (60) leaders in the hotels studied through a questionnaire that was considered a main tool, in order to address a research problem framed by a main question that says (Do leadership practices contribute the maid in achieving organizational prosperity in the investigated hotels? A hypothetical chart was formulated that reflects hypothetical correlations and influences between the two variables of the research. Statistical methods were employed in the ready-made software (SPSS V25) to test the hypotheses. This research has implemented to define the most significant factors for the immigration of the youth and its influence on each other, as well as the classifying relationship among these variables were described through applying the factor analysis. The data of the research was collected in various places in Sulaymani in 2022. Likert scale of a five-point (1 to 5) is used for rating the statements. The total number of questionnaires distributed was 165, but the response rate was 93.9%. In the findings, it is concluded that there are four factors that cause hopelessness, which they comprised of a number OF variables, namely economic instability, political instability, marginalizing the youth, ideological and political conflict, unhealthy education system, and absence of job opportunities. Thus, it is recommended that government should improve their plans concerning youth’s abilities and decreasing their rate of poverty in society. Also, it is recommended that political parties should take actions to prevent more instability.

This research aims to study the impact of applying International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/IAS) on the efficiency of the capital market, represented by stock price and trading volume, for Iraqi banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2021. The researchers analysed the annual financial reports and stock performance, including stock price and trading volume, for 12 Iraqi listed banks in the Iraq Stock Exchange during the period from 2012 to 2021.
To achieve the research objectives, two multiple regression models were used to analyze and study the impact of applying IFRS/IAS (as independent variables) on the efficiency of the capital market, represented by stock price and trading volume (as dependent variables). The results indicated that both the first and second regression models were statistically significant, with F-values of 25.571 (significant at 0.000 level) for the first model and 104.233 (significant at 0.000 level) for the second model. Thus, these models can be relied upon to predict the values of the dependent variables.
Furthermore, the results of the multiple regression analysis revealed a statistically significant negative relationship between the independent variable (application of IFRS/IAS) and the efficiency of the Iraq Stock Exchange represented by stock price from 2012 to 2021, based on the stock prices of Iraqi banks during that period. Similarly, the analysis showed a statistically significant negative relationship between the independent variable (application of IFRS/IAS) and the efficiency of the Iraq Stock Exchange represented by the trading volume of stocks from 2012 to 2021, based on the trading volume of stocks for Iraqi banks during the mentioned period.

- Expanding the use of the Internet and facilitating the access of researchers and university professors to Internet lines and providing computers at reasonable prices for them.

The research seeks to identify the role of electronic marketing in the digital economy. To achieve the objectives of the research, hypotheses were assumed that show the relationship between the dimensions of the research, electronic marketing being an independent dimension and the digital economy being a dependent dimension. The war between Russia and Ukraine does not only affect Iraq, but it greatly affects most countries in the world, as the war does not lead to stopping imports from those countries, but rather leads to an increase in the prices of products in global markets, including Iraq. The high prices and poor supply of materials It will burden the Iraqi citizen, and from here the primary goal of the study was determined, which includes how Six Sigma technology can contribute to improving the Iraqi supply chain in light of the Russian-Ukrainian war. To achieve this goal, data and information related to knowing the volume of trade exchange between Iraq and those two countries were collected from the records of the Iraqi Customs Authority. After collecting and analysing data, it became clear that Iraqi oil exports will increase and Iraq’s financial returns will rise by 200% compared to the previous two years, but the prices of all kinds of materials will inflate by 80% because Iraq is a consumer country, not a productive one. Accordingly, proposals were presented that are in line with the nature of the study.

The current study aimed to determine the role of sensory marketing through its dimensions (sight, smell, taste) in enhancing the customer experience through its dimensions (physical environment, interaction of employees). the descriptive analytical approach was used in the study and data was collected through an organized electronic questionnaire. the sample size of the study was (380) customers selected randomly from a group of fast-food restaurant customers in Salah al-Din governorate. descriptive statistics were also used to clarify the correlation and effect relationship between the dimensions of variables. The aim of the research was to Recognizing the level of both strategic physiognomy and indicators of high organizational performance among workers in the Northern Cement Company, as well as identifying the relationship of the dimensions of strategic physiognomy to a set of organizational high performance indicators, The research sample included (96) employees at different administrative levels in the organization in the field of study, The researcher used the questionnaire form as a main tool in the process of collecting data on the practical side of the research. To achieve this, the research problem was expressed with an intellectual question that includes a field dimension, specifically (Is there a clear perception by those in charge of the researched organization about the role of human resources governance dimensions in reducing job frustration?) A set of tests and analyzes were used using the statistical program (SPSS). By employing the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire form to collect data from its primary sources, the research community was represented by teaching staff working in the private colleges investigated (Al-Hadbaa and Al-Nour College) in the city of Mosul, from which a random (intentional) sample of (83) individuals was chosen to represent the research community representatively. Right The research reached a set of results, most notably the possibility of the researched colleges adopting the dimensions of human resources governance as an approach to reducing the phenomenon of job frustration. This is due to the level of direct effects of the independent variable and its dimensions in the dependent variable. Thus, the research presented a set of proposals, the most important of which was urging administrative leaders and decision-makers. In the researched organization, there is a need to pay attention to other dimensions of human resources governance, including the voice of employees, the strategic vision, and generating information.
