Abstract
This research is concerned with an objective study of Surat Al-Fatihah, and aims to study the verses of Surat Al-Fatihah in an objective interpretation, and to find out some of the precursors of the surah, such as its names, its merits, etc. I have followed in this research the inductive approach in collecting information and sayings from the interpretations of the advanced and later, and the deductive method in the comparison between words and weighting, and the objective study of Surat Al-Fatihah from the first verse to the end of the surah arranged according to its sequence, and I relied in my research on some analysis and discussion when mentioning the axis or Topic. And I concluded with several conclusions, the most important of which are: The scholars differed as to its revelation, and saying its makkah is the most correct saying. The main focus and main goal of the surah is the determination of servitude to God Almighty. The topics of Surat Al-Fatiha can also be summarized in four main themes that fall under them, namely: (the nodal axis, the devotional axis, the methodological axis, and the legal or narrative axis). As for the most prominent research recommendations: Collecting the Surah’s Taif and its accurate conclusions, and dividing them into jurisprudential, doctrinal, educational and other conclusions

ملخص البحث
يعنى هذا البحث بدراسة سورة الفاتحة دراسة موضوعية، ويهدف إلى دراسة آيات سورة الفاتحة تفسيرًا موضوعياً، والوقوف على بعض مقدمات السورة كأسمائها وفضلها ونحو ذلك، وبيان الأحكام واللطائف المستنبطة من الآيات. وقد سلكت في هذا البحث المنهج الإستقرائي في جمع المعلومات والأقوال من تفاسير المتقدمين والمتأخرين، والمنهج الاستنباطي في المقارنة بين الأقوال والترجيح، والدراسة الموضوعية لسورة الفاتحة من الآية الأولى إلى نهاية السورة مرتبة حسب تسلسلها، واعتمدت في بحثي على شيء من التحليل والمناقشة عند ذكر المحور أو الموضوع. وخلصت إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: اختلف العلماء في نزولها، والقول بمكيتها أصح الأقوال. محور السورة الأساسي وهدفها الرئيس هو تقرير العبودية لله تعالى. كما يمكن إجمال موضوعات سورة الفاتحة في أربعة محاور رئيسية يندرج تحتها موضوعات وهي: (المحور العقدي، والمحور العبادي، والمحور المنهجي، والمحور الاعتباري أو القصصي) . وأما أبرز التوصيات البحثية: جمع لطائف السورة واستنباطاتها الدقيقة وتقسيمها إلى استنباطات فقهية وعقدية وتربوية وغيرها
