The Arab Gulf

The present study grammatically approaches two of Hardy's 1912-1913 poems, "The Going" which was written only a month after Emma's death, and "The Haunter", which came into existence in 1913. The study is based on the hypothesis that Hardy is more involved in the past in those poems that immediately followed Emma's death, whereas he is more concerned with the present in 1913 poems. The feeling of guilt, confusion between the past and present, and how he could finally overcome his suffering will all be revealed in the grammatical analysis the researcher will embark on. The grammatical analysis will focus on tense and modal auxiliaries used in the two poems. It will show how these devices were used by Hardy, and how an analysis of such devices can lead to an interpretation of the two poems.

The present study investigates one of the most important notions in translation in general, and in Arabic-English translation in particular, which is equivalence. The study begins with defining equivalence and then moves to comment its different types suggested by different translators and linguists. Moreover, an analysis of three Quantico translations is carried out to check which one of them is the nearest to the original. Finally, the study arrives at certain conclusions

The research deals with the most critical period of Iran modern history. It is the period of Iran Islamic revolution which started at the beginning of 1978 and ended at the beginning of 1979 with the victory of the Islamic powers were lead by Ayat Allah Alkhumainy on the Royal regime of Shah Muhammad Ridha Bahlawi.
The research covers the period of January and the beginning of February 1979 which represented the time when the last Iranian prime minister took over his position in the era of Shah Muhammad Ridha Bahlawi. The research also deals with the reign period of Shah boor Bakhtiar's ministry and the political developments which had happened during that period like establishing the government and the attitude of the Islamic powers lead by Ayat Allah Alkhumainy towards that government. It also deals with the attempts of the government to make political reforms to keep the royal regime in power. Then the research tackles the fall and end of this government in 11 February with the victory of the Islamic powers and the coming of Mahdi Bazerkani government which was established by Ayat Allah Alkhumainy.

It is obvious, based on the settlement of the international law versions to the provisional period, which related to the executive power, the dualism of this power. Due to the fact, that this international law has originated two executive organizations: The presidential council, which represents the residency (the president and two vice-presidents elected by the national assembly) and the council of ministers. This council of ministers includes the prime minister and the ministers . But according to the authority which elects the prime minister and ministers , depending on the nomination of the prime minister are two: the first is the presidential council of ministers before getting the confidence of the majority of the two third of the national assembly, in case of the failure of the presidential council on the agreement of the prime minister within two weeks. This can be held on the majority of the two third of the presidential council. This matter considered unfamiliar to the political system at the modern time . probably, this project of the international law originated this way in order to face the situation of not getting the unanimous vote of the presidential council on the prime minister in person.

The GCC countries in the world entered the competition to attract FDI, but that the world had been preceded in this area, as the volume of FDI flowing into the GCC countries is low compared with countries of the world.
