As civil defense services are considered one of the most important services because they are related to the safety of citizens and their property, the study has focused on its objectives and methodology to show the current spatial distribution of civil defense centers in the cities of Najaf governorate, and to identify areas that suffer from a shortage and deficit in staffing of individuals and mechanisms in order to reveal the extent of efficiency Distribution of civil defense services Because justice in the spatial distribution of services is one of the basic requirements that help in achieving an ideal distribution of services in general and civil defense services in particular, as the study relied on the systematic and analytical approach in determining the spatial distribution pattern of the sites of civil defense centers in the study area, as well The study used maps and the geographic information system (GIS) in determining the locations of civil defense centers, and it is clear through the study that the impact of human characteristics is direct, as well as the lack of a special path for emergency cases of civil defense wheels, in addition to the presence of a deficit in preparing the standard staffing of individuals and mechanisms, as confirmed The field study is due to a shortage in the number of centers, as well as the presence of randomness in the distribution of civil defense centers in the study area and their non-conformity with the planning standards, which led to poor efficiency and effectiveness of the service in a way that achieves a balance for the population’s requirements for this service, which required the opening and development of civil defense centers, and it was found that a defense center The Najaf Civil Defense Center has an estimated disability rate of (53%), while the Al-Salam Civil Defense Center has an estimated disability rate of (54%), and the Yarmouk Civil Defense Center has an estimated deficit rate of about (53%), while the Emergency Column Civil Defense Center The percentage of disability was estimated at (65%), and it appeared through the application of the standard of the Civil Defense Directorate (60,000 people / civil defense center) that the emergency convoy center is one of the most civil defense centers in need of providing them with personnel and mechanisms, as it was found that the study area needs to be opened (8) A civil defense center in addition to the existing four centers, bringing the number to (12) centers in the city of Najaf, and it was found through the application of the equation of future population projections for all centers in the cities of the study area for the year 2031 AD, and based on the standard of population size (60000) people / center, the need to establish (16 ) A civil defense center, as it became clear through the study when applying the equation of the future population projection for the study area for the year 2031 AD, the size of the population in it reached (964,239) people, and this indicates that the study area needs to increase the number of centers to fill the shortfall for this service.

Therefore, the field of investigation is Critical Pragmatics which focuses on how the pragmatic theories investigate the reflection of an illegitimate issues in language particularly when aspects of power, ideology, and dominance are highlighted. The study aims at identifying how does the notion of presupposition impart the issue of racism; pinpointing the basic types and triggers of presupposition which are utilized in the selected data. In order to achieve the aims of this study, Levinson‘s (1983) presupposition triggers and Yule‘s (1996) types of presupposition are adopted as the model of the study. After analyzing the data, it has been found that the writer has been used all types of presupposition with their various triggers, particularly the existential, lexical, and structural presuppositions in order to convey the negative consequences of racism.

As a result of his education in Persian poetry and literature, and his upbringing in the school of great poets such as Al-Firdosi, Wasnai, Wahafiz, and Malay, etc., Iqbal Man was able to compose beautiful songs in the form of masnavis, ghazals, and quatrains, which reflect the poet's thoughts and intellectual perceptions. Of course, Rumi had a great contribution and direct influence on Iqbal, but in this article, the focus is more on Maulvi. Therefore, the research in the poems of Iqbal shows that there are many similarities between the poems of Iqbal and Rumi, which make these two poets closer to each other. Because Iqbal was influenced by Rumi in the structure and content of the poem, and he took many of my thoughts, and the power of nature and the capacity of scholars, and expressed them in an innovative way suitable for the present era. Kan al-Mathnavi al-Rouhi by Moulana and Diwan Shams al-Ghazliat are the main references for Iqbal in reaching al-Rumi's thoughts. In this article, the theme of analyzing and evaluating the influence of Iqbal Lahori on the works and thoughts of the great poets of Iran using the method of Al-Analyz al-Maqaran. And the results obtained show that Iqbal was influenced by the great works and thoughts of Iranian poets and mystics, especially Maulana Jalal al-Din al-Rumi.

In academic writing, stance and engagement features establish an important area because they help writers convey their impressions, messages, and attitudes towards their readers. In spite of increasing the number of studies tackling this issue, limited studies have focused on EFL Libyan students. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the stance and engagement markers in the conclusion sections of ten Ph.D. Theses of Libyan postgraduates; five of them are from the soft domain, specifically the business administration field (B), and the other five are from the hard domain, specifically the electrical-electronics engineering (EE). The current study used Hyland’s (2005) model to explore the stances and engagement markers used in the conclusion sections. The findings showed that the total number of stances in the soft domain conclusions is 117, and the total number of engagement markers is 35, whereas in the hard domain, 27 were for stances and 13 were for engagements. Such findings could be employed academically to enhance EFL Libyan students’ performance in academic writing

This paper attempts to examine Applied linguistic impairment through (The selected situations in the Season 1, Episode 2) of medical conversations in the TV series: (The Good Doctor) in which the main character is 'Dr. Murphy' who is an autistic resident doctor. The pragmatic impairment is spread in the world and there is difficult to identify exact nature of autism. This paper also endeavors to investigate the linguistic and pragmatic concepts of the autism through its definition and identify its scope to achieve the needs of the interactions between the interlocutors. Generally, interlocutor with autism is possibly to exhibit pragmatic troubles along with her/his interactions, but these troubles differ extremely from one person to another. This paper also attempts to shed light the applied pragmatic strategies and devices that can be exploited in three stages: launching, maintaining, and terminating of clinical conversations in the case of autism.
