This study examines some issues related to the essence of rhetorical thinking and its transformations. What are its ways of working in language, thought and discourse? What is the nature of figurative meaning? What is its relationship to semantics? In fact, our choice of these issues is justified in the sense that metaphor is the domain of metaphor, a matter that preoccupied the early scholars, and neglected by some perspectives that had relied entirely on Western conceptions. There fore, we decided to direct this research to invest some traditional tools by adapting them, as they are more efficient, even though there is an urgent need to invent new procedures and concepts that respond to the conditions of analyzing language and human mind in the current era. In this study, we establish applications on models of advertising discourses and to show the ways of their work argumentatively.

Argumentation is an ancient linguistic method that has been known to all human languages since its earliest times. It was widely used within the framework of Greek philosophical research as an argument based on providing arguments and proofs in order to confuse opponents. It is also within the scope of rhetoric, especially oral speeches, and with this description it is found in many sources of Arab heritage, especially among historians, and the like. Argumentation has settled as a term for a new linguistic study based on a set of analytical mechanisms within the scope of modern Western linguistic studies since the mid-twentieth century, then entered the Arab world, and the Holy Qur’an and many of the sources of heritage considered as a field for its applications. And our study related to the message of rights of Imam Zain al-Abidin, peace be upon him, basing on four rights from it united by common title, which is the right of the opponent. It was noted in it a high human sense that is the reality of the state of the Islamic moral system in its original essence derived from the teachings of the Holy Qur’an.

This research deals with a set of attributes and qualifications that must be met by the people in charge of managing the financial system in the Islamic state as one of the most prominent economic solutions brought by Islamic Sharia, as it preserves people’s money and works to invest and spend it in accordance with the teachings of Sharia. With special and specific qualifications, it means achieving food security for all members of society, because the reasons for the demise of many governments throughout history are either due to perverted scholars assuming the reins of leadership and management, or to traitorous specialists, and this is confirmed by the facts of management science.

The countries of the world are floundering in the matter of imposing taxes on citizens, as they have not settled on tax legislation with clear rules, despite all theoretical studies and practical experiences, and therefore have not been able to eliminate the phenomenon of tax evasion despite all the possibilities and control bodies.

As for the Commander of the Faithful, Ali bin Abi Talib, may God’s prayers be upon him, he has a different approach and policy. He has set rules that can be applied at all times, and lead to the development of the development process in all its fields (economic, political, security, and social).

The implementation of tax legislation that leads to an abundance of revenues, and at the same time is humane and takes into account all classes of society and their volatile circumstances, has an important impact in creating a popular incubator that leads to the stability and continuity of the political system.

We have chosen in this study a grammatical topic that has a great relationship with literature, which is the syntax of the Zuhair bin Abi Salma commentary. The eloquent language is one of the pre-Islamic poetry of the era of eloquence

The research was divided into four sections and a conclusion. The first topic dealt with (the news sentence in Zuhair bin Abi Salma’s commentary) and dealt with the negation sentence, the separation sentence and the link sentence, while the second topic was titled (The construction sentence in the Zuhair bin Abi Salma commentary) and it dealt with a sentence The appeal, the command sentence and the interrogative sentence, and the third topic dealt with (the condition sentence in the Zuhair bin Abi Salma commentary), while the last topic dealt with (the section sentence in the commentary of the poet Zuhair bin Abi Salma), then the research concluded with a conclusion that showed the most important results that we reached.

The list of sources and references from which the research was drawn was an incubator of many ideas, such as the evidence of the miraculous, the key to the sciences, the summary in the sciences of rhetoric, and others

The research is an objective study that reveals the linguistic cognitive prniciples of the interpreters in their linguistic treatments in the interpretation of the Quranic verses.so the interpreter takes liguistical direction to explain the meaning of the Quranic expression that relate to linguistic levels . In the search , linguistical explanatios related to linguistic forms .some of them is the preferd of the explanatios opinions after suporting them with evidence and some of them is different to the explnations views after suportin it with evidence,so the preferenc and the differece have knowladge principle and the research was to shed light on a blessed Quranic verse from the Almighty’s saying: 52, and the study of the research clarified the linguistic projections of the interpreters at two levels (grammatical and semantic) with regard to the blessed Quranic verse in question, to show the study in the research the amount of linguistic impact in the interpretation of the Holy Qur’an.

The strength of the Arabic sentence lies in the interrelationship of words with each other, which is reflected positively if the sentences are rhetorical. I divided it into past tenses, which are the verbs contained in the past tense and their impact on the meaning of the verse. But in a nutshell, then I moved to the future time, and I accompanied him with some Qur’anic verses indicating that time, and they showed the strength of the Qur’anic sentence, its strength and the reason for its strength. And the indication of the Qur’anic miracle, I dealt with linguistic methods and their impact on the Qur’anic meaning, and I touched on the structural aspect and its impact on the strength of the Qur’anic sentence, and then I concluded it with a conclusion that summarized what I dealt with in the entire research.

Among the contemporary phenomena is the phenomenon of New Atheism, and it is one of the most dangerous phenomena produced by the developments of contemporary civil life. The existence of the Creator of this universe on three groups of philosophers as a first source of knowledge to prove that the evidence for the existence of God is not proven. Proving what is outside the sphere of sense and experience. As for the third group, they said: Experimental physics or the so-called quantum theory has proven that there are no absolute truthful principles in classical physical research, in addition to those principles that prove as evidence for the existence of the Creator of this universe.

As for the second source (evil) as a claim put forward by atheists to establish evidence that there is no creator of this universe.

The third source is the refusal to accept the idea of ​​a “god” in the unseen, as they subject knowledge of God to empirical science, so nothing is outside the limits of experience. When looking at these three sources, we found that they were not based on rational logic, but atheists relied on unexamined sayings and conceptual concepts, which had no logical value.

The research tagged (Lights on the concept of fraud according to scholars of both groups) is an attempt to shed light on the concept of fraud and its divisions, methods, and levels, and how it formed a phenomenon and a reality in the modern works of Sunnis of their various sects, and what are the reasons behind this in addition to the statement of scholars’ use of the term fraud on The applied level, and the research yielded a number of results, the most important of which is that these hadith compilations of the Imamiyyah are free from fraudulent narrators, and that fraud in some of the words of Imami scholars may mean other meanings different from what is used by the people of hadith.

The study included four chapters, the first chapter included (the methodological framework) the research problem and the need for it, which was summarized in the following question: (What is spontaneity, and what are its functions in the performance of the Iraqi theater actor?), and the importance of the research is reflected in the benefit of those engaged in theatrical field from students of art colleges and institutes Al-Jamila, the aim of the research was manifested in: (Identifying spontaneity and its functions in the performance of the Iraqi theater actor).

As for the second chapter: it included two sections, the first: (historical journeys of spontaneity), the second: (spontaneity in the performance of theatrical actor).

As for the third chapter, it included (research procedures), and (the fourth chapter) included the research results and their discussion. The researcher reached:

1- Forming the aesthetic act of the spontaneous performance of the actors through expression (physical/voice)

2- The environment and knowledge with the internal techniques of the actor

played an important role in the spontaneous performance.

This research includes the statement of the critical standard of Abu Hilal al-Askari in the book Diwan al-Maani, and the disclosure of a number of critical judgments he made on the poems of the Arabs, and was the subject of research on the subject of analogy as a rhetorical decoration in which poets decorate their words, we addressed in our brief research the opinions of some critics in the analogy, and we stood at the opinions of the military and his comments on many poetic anthology included in his book Diwan al-Maani as criteria of high literary value worthy of us to stand and meditate.
