However, the reality of the case disclose the existence of obstacles or political determinants of economic and other impede the work of multinational companies and prevent the flow of foreign capital to Iraq.

the research aims to release the reality of production and consumption of rice and estimate the demand function on imports of rice in Iraq as part of a dynamic application ARDL model. shows that the increase in production is less than the increase of consumption and the cause of low production of rice due to lack of water in the Tigris and Euphrates rivers . As the incoming water to Iraq fell from 77 billion cubic meters annually during the eighties to 33 billion cubic meters per year during the first decade of the third millennium . And that the GDP change rate of 1% increase in demand for wheat imports by 54%, and that the rise in the relative prices at a rate of 1% offset by a decline in demand for wheat imports in the long-term rate (11%), and the population at a rate of 1% change increases in the demand for wheat imports by 24% in the long term.

Monetary Reform is the most important step of the process of economic reform and the redenomination (deletion of zeros) is the important part in the process of monetary reform, The Turkish experience of the latest experiments and most distinguished being built on the success of inflation targeting , and that by adjusting the nominal value of Turkish currency without prejudice to the true value. Turkey has worked to delete six zeros from its currency (lira). The timing of this action commensurate with the macroeconomic stability . Perhaps one of the most important findings of this research is that the selection of the appropriate time in the process of redenomination or the deletion of zeros is very important and essential.

This research aims to determine the effect of paving the income and risk return on investment practices, and the problem of the research focuses on the use of various means and variables accounting untapped freedom available space has the choice of ways and means to intervene in the declared company income and reach their goals, and was based on research on the hypothesis states the existence of the effect to pave the income and risk in investment returns, was applied research in a sample of the Iraqi private banks registered in the Iraqi market for the financial period from 2007 to 2014. The research has come to a set of conclusions the most important of the existence of practices to pave the income by the departments of banks, the study sample and on the basis it was drafting a set of recommendations including the need to the attention of the departments of banks quality of accounting and financial information to reach decisions by wise investment and financing by working on the banks corporate governance.

In this article I try to present the situation of gas international market and also the role played by the Middle East region on this market that has a high potential of production and export. The largest gas reserves are in the Middle East region but they are not developed due to difficult technical conditions, poor transport infrastructure, and lack of needed funds and investments. But the main problem is represented by great political and military tensions existing in the region which has a long negative tradition in maintaining and fueling a conflictual situation mirrored by successive wars and military conflicts. One can see a permanent confrontation between major local powers and between major world powers which create high obstacles to social and economic progress. In my opinion democracy and cooperation are the only viable alternatives based on a new vision upon international political and economic relations. It is extremely important that great powers like USA, EU, China to be more involved in this region in order to provide enough economic, financial and technological support for developing gas projects, which may contribute to regional political stability and to the acceleration of Middle East economic development.

The oil sector is one of important national economic sectors in Iraq .
