The Iraqi educational institutions being educated organizations facing significant challenges as a result of scientific progress enormous witnessed by the world in various fields, especially in the field of technology and the rapid and Offersh of the intense competition between the various organizations and on the face of scientific particular ones because these organizations from the role in the preparation of the necessary cadres for the advancement of the burdens of development and projects economic advancement of the country desired direction.
The success of this type of organization does not depend on the material resources available to them and what is owned by the tangible physical capital but on the capacity of intangible intellectual capital capable of innovation and move the material and organizational capabilities. Based on the above can be summarized research problem in the form of the following questions:

The main research problem lies in the following question: What is the role of information technology in the development of education in higher education institutions? The main objectives of the research lies in what is the reality of the technical information used in education, such as "the Internet, and e-mail services, and video and audio conferences and other" in institutions of higher education? What are the obstacles and barriers that prevent the use of information technology and to examine the possibility of overcoming the obstacles to productive use of these technologies in the education system in institutions of higher education? After distributing questionnaires and then collected after answered by faculty research sample, and do tests statistical system using (SPSS) was out the most important conclusion that more information technology important for use in higher education from the point of view of faculty members were sequentially as follows: Internet, followed by e-mail in the order, then use the CDs, then education system by computer and then transfer the files.

Crude oil prices characterized by its fluctuation and lack of stability as a result of several factors; especially in the overall supply of crude oil side in the Iraqi economy as a rentier economies, the evolution of GDP depends on the production and export of crude oil and as a result of the decline in crude oil prices in global markets it will lead to a decline in economic growth rates. The record analysis showed the existence of long-term equilibrium relationship between GDP in Iraq and the exchange rate toward the dollar and the price of crude oil and the produced quantities of it. Hence, the aim of the research lies in showing the status of the oil sector in the Iraqi economy for the period 1995-2013, and its impact of rigidity in the productive apparatus, necessitating the need to establish complementary rings for manufacturing which relies on crude oil as the raw material in order to reduce the capacity of the rentier from one hand and diversify sources of income on the other hand. Particularly that oil is one of the depleted economic resources.

The present study aimed to identify the active tools of integrated markting communication (IMC) in trust bulding and commitment enhancement for subscribers, Zain wireless telecommunications .Data collection is done by the questionnaire involved (114) subscribers, at the level of center of AL – Diwanyia Province. Based on the use of asuitable statistical methods such as means and standard deviation, cronbach,s Alpha, relative significance correlation,spearson and regression cofficients to test the study hypotheses. The results revealed the validity of These hypotheses.The study established that the company is used the IMC in Dynamically and the tool of sales Promotion was the most important and IMC play a large role in trust building and commitment enhancement for customers. According to results, the study recommended The necessary to work to word the supporting the service and auspices of community inorder to activate the public relations tool, in addition to, adding the engrossing factor of advertising to Motive the customer for following the advertising devices, especially the Journals and magazines

This research aims to investigate of the impact of entrepreneurial strategies represented by its dimensions (Innovation, Creative, Taking risk, proactive) and its role in achieving sustainable competitive advantage represented by (Core Capability, Quality, Competitive Position, Information Technology, Strategic Flexibility) in a sample of managers in Baghdad company for soft drinks mixed contribution. It was distributed (48) questionnaires on the sample of senior and middle management has respond fully at rate (100%).it was use of appropriate statistical methods (duplicates and arithmetic mean, simple regression, correlation coefficient) to analyze the obtained data. Results of this research revealed the presence of statically significant relationship between entrepreneurial strategies and sustainable competitive advantage Sequentially as the most influential (Innovation, Taking risk, creative, proactive). the most important recommendations of this research were: emphasize on quality in product being the most standard practice among sustainable competitive advantage dimensions. As well as focusing on the diversification of the production in terms of the introduction of unique products are characterized by all competitors, leading to sustained excellence and leadership in the Iraqi market, which makes the company the surveyed companies in the Iraqi memorable introduction.

In this paper, the modeling of integer – valued time series with over dispersion is discussed. A particularly flexible model for time series of counts is the Geometric integer – valued Generalized Autoregressive conditional hetrosscedatic (GEO - GARCH) model which properly accounts for the over disersion and non – negativity. This model is proposed and the autocorrelation function are given. The main goal of this paper is to study the properties of model and some results from simulation study to estimate the unknown parameters by using Maximum Likelihood method.
