This study aims to clarify the Holy Qur’an’s treatment of the issue of inheritance among the Arabs before the advent of Islam. Which bequeathed it, then showed the emphasis of Islam on the inheritance of people and villages, and the research clarified the methods of the Holy Qur’an in eliminating the unjust regime through the verses of the Holy Qur’an supported by the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (may God bless him and his family and his companions).

The idea of the research came to reveal all the textual possibilities that characterize the writer’s style and the stylistics of the text later, because stylistics is one of the textual curricula that is concerned with studying the literary text and discovering its dominant and repetitive structures, whether they are manifested in the text or implicit, and this is done in several ways; First, in the theoretical premises from which stylistics stems, or from the procedural mechanisms upon which stylistics is based, in order to discover those relationships, structures, structures and connotations that the first premises are trying to explain,Or from the texts that are subject to the work of stylistics itself, so the above was a subject of work in the text of the Syrian poet Najah Ibrahim, because we touched on the dominant ones that were not studied or subject to consideration and analysis. Abstract this research dealt with the question of the pictorial image in the poetry of Muayyad Najras , which varied in his poetry between the formal style and the sensory style , as the poet resorted to these styles alot in his poetry until the image in his poetry formed a graphic and literary phenomenon worthy of research and study , and through which the poets experience drawing many situations , emotions and feelings of the poet , they aim to build the significance of the text , as the research presented some of these patterns that are not easy to identify in the rhetorical aspect , as a result of their differentiated nature and the difficulty of determining them , in addition to the multiplicity of critical taste of the researchers , and the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach to reach the results this study , the study revealed two types of image patterns in the poetry of Muayad Najris : the formal pattern in its singular and compound images , and then the sensory pattern represented in embodiment , diagnosis and communication of the senses . the study also revealed the poets ability and ingenuity through his use of these patterns .

As a part of the fiscal policy tools, public revenues contribute to the development of the economic sectors in the various countries of the world. Iraq was one of the countries whose national economy depends on those revenues, especially oil, despite the challenges it faces and which impede development development as well as other negative repercussions. On the ability of the economy to diversify the sources of revenue in general, and the search came to seek to determine the nature of the relationship between public revenues and the development of economic sectors through the adoption of a standard model to know the impact that may be left by those revenues in both Oil and non-oil development for the period (1990-2016), was the most important findings of the research that all the studied variables represented by oil and tax revenues have no clear effect on the size of the gross domestic product over the long term.

Corruption is one of the main issues in Iraq. Corruption, bureaucracy, bribery, nepotism, lack of transparency and abandonment of responsibility are widespread in all the institutions of the country, and on a large scale, and sometimes it is the only way as a price for practicing and facilitating some business. Corruption in Iraq was not the product of the new regime. Rather, it is a legacy acquired from the era of the previous regime, as corruption was present, but it has spread widely during the last two decades. Because of the spread of corruption in the pillars of government institutions, it has been described as the most dangerous virus and the first cause of paralysis of the Iraqi economy over the previous decades, which contributes to the spread of criminal elements and favors private interests. The subject of financial analysis is of importance in the field of business administration, especially for banking institutions that carry out their activities by providing many banking services in the light of the modern banking industry that relies on the principle of comprehensive banking, and therefore they are exposed to various risks and try through their financial management to evaluate their performance to identify on its strengths and weaknesses in order to take appropriate action, The financial analysis aims to study and analyze in detail the data contained in the financial reports of banks and through indicators that reflect the reality of the banks’ work environment and compare the results of those indicators with standard standards approved by the competent departments and interpret them and benefit from them in order to correct deviations, if any, The research adopted a statistical community, and a deliberate sample was chosen, represented by the Rasheed Bank and the Iraqi Trade Bank, as they represent a high relative importance to all operations and services performed by commercial banks, and data related to the approved indicators were collected by analysis from the financial reports of the banks , The data related to the indicators approved by the analysis were collected from the financial reports of the banks , Eight financial ratios covering most of the banks’ operations were adopted and the actual values for them extracted for the period 2014-2020 , The benchmark has also been adopted for comparison with it, as imposed by the monetary authority, The evaluation of performance using evaluation grades was used to evaluate the performance of banks, which we did not find from the research that dealt with this method, except very little , The research came out with a number of conclusions, the most important of which , It is that the performance of the Trade Bank of Iraq was close to good, as it obtained an average score of (69.55 degrees) the public administration must continue to maintain this level of performance , As for Al-Rashid Bank, it had a moderate degree, as it obtained an average score of (62.24 degrees). It is imperative for the public administration to review, analyze and study its low performance and take appropriate measures to raise performance.

AS the cost recovery period for the project is very appropriate, as it amounted to approximately (2.3) years it is an acceptable period of time, while the standard for the net present value of the project is at a discount factor of 10% The result appeared positive and it is (231, 704, 640) , The same applies to the profitability factor , as the results showed that it is greater than the correct one it is acceptable ratio (1.30) , As for the accounting return < its value appeared equal to (40 . 37 ) , meaning that the investor can achieve this percentage during the year An encouraging rate for the investor in this field . As for the standard of the internal rate of return for the project < its value amounted to (11. 9% ) The results showed that it is much higher than the interest rate , all of which indicates that the project can be invested in and is economically feasible.

Summary of the research The aim of the current research is to know the digital divide among those applying in the faculties of education and to know the significance of the difference for the scale of the digital gap according to the gender variables (males - females) and the academic specialization (pure sciences - human sciences), and the research is limited to students applying to the disciplines of pure sciences and humanities in the faculties of education. In the universities of the Middle Euphrates (Al-Qadisiyah-Kufa-Babil-Karbala) for the academic year 2021-2022, and the size of the basic sample was (760) applied, and it was selected randomly. The digital divide, in its final form, consists of (24) paragraphs divided into two areas: (the domain of digital access - the domain of digital use skills) and after applying the research tool and using the appropriate statistical methods according to the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), the following results were reached: - Applicants have good digital knowledge and culture, and there are no statistically significant differences between males and females, and between the discipline of pure sciences and human sciences, and that the interaction between the gender variable and the academic specialization variable according to the bilateral interactions of the digital divide scale does not rise to the level of moral significance, and in light of Research results The researchers presented a set of recommendations

The aim of the current research is to identify the academic procrastination among university students. The current research was limited to the students of Qadisiyah University for the academic year (2021-2022), and the descriptive approach was adopted to achieve the objectives of the research, and the sample size was (600) male and female students from the University of Qadisiyah For the third and fourth stages, with a total of (300) male and (300) female students, and for scientific and humanitarian specializations, they were selected by stratified random method. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher prepared the academic procrastination scale tool, which: In its final form, it consisted of (33) items.
The apparent validity and construct validity of the scale items were verified, as well as the discriminatory power of its items was calculated. Also, the value of the reliability coefficient was calculated using the Facronbach coefficient, which amounted to (0.92) and the stability by re-measurement method, which amounted to ( 0.84), and the two research tools were applied to the final research sample in the current semester (2021-2022), and statistical analysis and processing of the data was carried out using Microsoft Excel and the Statistical Portfolio for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and the following results were reached:
1) Possession of Students have a low level of academic procrastination.
2) There are no statistically significant differences according to the gender variable (scientific, human) in academic procrastination, and there are statistically significant differences according to the specialization variable (scientific, human) and in favor of the scientific specialization.
Relying on the results that were reached, the researcher made a number of recommendations.

The current research aims to identify the level of cognitive bias according to the gender variable and the school stage (primary - secondary) among a sample of educational counselors. The scale consisted of (41) items, and five response alternatives were placed in front of each item. The stability was extracted by the re-choice method and it was swallowed (0.83), and by the Cronbach's alpha method, and the reliability coefficient reached (0.81). After extracting the validity and reliability of the two variables, the researchers applied the two scales to the sample. The results showed:
