Abstract

The research Contain five chapters:
The first chapter is the Introduction of the research , the researcher tackles the introduction – importance of the research . The researcher tackles That the athletic sciences which represented by using the equipment's and especial exercises in the maximum power building operation .
The problem of the research the power nature that face the trainers in the application field especially for the runners in some games which is need the power factor such as throwing activity , push activity this state consider up normally in the training programmer and it need especial training to overcome this state .
Aims of the research is to Know the maximum power training effect of the prefiliye group and the electrical motivation to overcome the power hill . The researcher tackles the research curriculum and the research procedures in the third chapter the researcher uses the experimental curriculum .Also the researcher tackles the research specimen who they were Al.Diwaniyh city clubs players in the physical power . The fourth chapter the researcher shows the results which the researcher get on schedmal then the researcher analysis chapter is the conclusion and the recommendation . The conclusion:
1-The training by the prefiliye group style has the positive effect for the experiment group in developing the maximum power and broken the power hill partition .
Recommendation :
1-emphesis on the physical power activity trainers to necessity to use the electrical motrvatrm according to (75-100 hertize) reverberate with the training curriculum in order to broke the power hill .

تضمن البحث خمس أبواب ، الباب الأول وهو التعريف بالبحث وتطرق الباحث الى مقدمة البحث وأهميته ، حيث تم التطرق الى تسخير العلوم الرياضية المتمثلة باستخدام أجهزة وتمارين خاصة في عملية بناء القوة القصوى ، أما مشكلة البحث فكانت هي مشكلة هضبة القوة التي تواجه المدربين في المجال التطبيقي خاصة لمتسابقي بعض الألعاب التي تحتاج الى عنصر القوة مثل فعاليات الرمي والدفع ، وهذه حالة تعتبر غير طبيعية في برنامج التدريب وتحتاج الى برامج تدريبية خاصة للتغلب عليها .
أما هدف البحث هو معرفة تأثير تدريبات القوة القصوى للمجموعات الممتازة والتحفيز الكهربائي للتغلب على هضبة القوة ، وتطرق الباحث الى منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية في الباب الثالث حيث أستخدم المنهج التجريبي ، كذلك تطرق الى عينة البحث وهم لاعبو أندية محافظة الديوانية للقوة البدنية ، أما الباب الرابع فقد تم عرض النتائج والتي توصل اليها الباحث على شكل جداول ومن ثم قام بتحليلها ومناقشتها ، وتم في الباب الخامس التطرق الى الاستنتاجات والتوصيات ومن أهمها :
- الاستنتاجات :
1- كان التدريب بأسلوب المجموعات الممتازة الأثر الإيجابي لدى المجموعتين التجريبيتين في تطوير القوة القصوى وكسر حاجز هضبة القوة .
- التوصيات :
1- التأكيد على مدربي فعالية القوة البدنية بضرورة استخدام التحفيز الكهربائي وفق الترددات (75-100 هرتز) مع المناهج التدريبية لغرض كسر حاجز هضبة القوة .

Research aims at is to identify the effect of education methodology using the computer in learning some basic skills on the carpet floor movements And to identify the best performance of the group in learning some basic skills on the carpet floor movements. While the imposed a researcher, of education curriculum using the computer positive impact on learning some basic skills on the table the floor movements experimental group. Either the areas of research included the second phase students in the Faculty of Education and Sport Sciences / University of Diyala and the temporal domain of 15/10/2012 until 01.02.2013 in the gymnastics hall and computer lab in the Faculty of Physical Education / University of Diyala. The researcher has prepared a curriculum for the educational article. The use of a computer to learn the skills in question in terms of technical performance, cognitive, and during the period of the experiment from 10.22.2012 until 12.12.2012 dimensional tests were conducted after the completion of the curriculum for all skills, the conclusions were reached, including: - The to use a computer in the educational process a significant impact in learning and technical performance of some cognitive skills of ground movements for beginners in gymnastics.

يهدف البحث هو التعرف على تأثير منهج التعليمي باستخدام الحاسوب في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية على بساط الحركات الأرضية. والتعرف على أفضل مجموعة في تعلم أداء بعض المهارات الأساسية على بساط الحركات الأرضية. بينما فرضت الباحثة, للمنهج التعليمي باستخدام الحاسوب تأثير ايجابي في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية على بساط الحركات الأرضية للمجموعة التجريبية. وتضمن عينة البحث طالبات المرحلة الثانية في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة /جامعة ديالى من 15/10/2012 ولغاية 1/2/2013 في قاعة الجمناستك ومختبر الحاسوب في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة. وقد أعدت الباحثة المنهج التعلم الخاص بالمادة التعليمية. باستعمال جهاز الحاسوب لتعلم المهارات قيد البحث من حيث الأداء الفني والمعرفي بها، وذلك خلال مدة إجراء التجربة من 22/10/2012 ولغاية 12/12/2012 وقد أجريت الاختبارات البعدية بعد إكمال المنهج التعليمي للمهارات كافة، واستنتجت الباحثة, إن استعمال الحاسوب ساعد في فهم واستيعاب الأجزاء التفصيلية للمهارة (الأداء الفني) بشكل أفضل من عدم استعماله إثناء التعلم.

Abstract

Identify the value of some Biokinematices variables to shoot- putto women of Kurdistan-Iraq clubs put shooters. Identify the relationship with the achievements in shoot-put distance to women of Kurdistan-Iraq clubs put shooters. Know the contribution percentile of the Biokenamatices variables in the achievement. Evaluation the technique of the women of Kurdistan-Iraq clubs Put Shooter. The hypothesis . There is a significance correlation between some Biokinematices variable with the achievements in shoot-put distance to women of Kurdistan-Iraq clubs put shooters. There is a difference the contribution percentile some Biokenamatices variables in the achievement in shoot-put distance. Method . The researcher used the descriptive methods, the sample was (5) woman Shoot Putters from Kurdistan-Iraq clubs . The researcher used the test, measurement, questioner, and technical observation. The data statistically by mean, stander division, percentile and simple correlation. Conclusions . There is a significance correlation between some Biokinematices variable with the achievements in shoot-put distance (the linear speed of the right wrist in the throw phase -momentum speed of shot release and - height of shot release,- angle of shot release,). The angle of the throw of the sample is not at the limited of the normal angles of the throw. There is a height different in the momentum speed of throwing the put between the samples.

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على قيم بعض المتغيرات البايوكينماتيكية لفعالية قذف الثقل للنساء في أندية إقليم كوردستان العراق . التعرف على نسبة مساهمة المتغيرات البايوكينماتيكية المختارة في انجاز قذف الثقل لدى لاعبات اقليم كوردستان العراق. تقويم اداء اللاعبات من وجهة النظر البايوميكانيكية. وافترض الباحث وجود إرتباط معنوي بين بعض المتغيرات البايوكينماتيكية والإنجاز في فعالية قذف الثقل للنساء في اندية إقليم كوردستان. وجود تباين في نسبة مساهمة المتغيرات البايوكينماتيكية المختارة في انجاز قذف الثقل لدى لاعبات اقليم كوردستان العراق. وتكونت مجالات البحث المجال البشري: لاعبات اندية اقليم كوردستان العراق في فعالية قذف الثقل للنساء. المجال الزماني: للمدة من 2/5 لغاية 4/5/2013. المجال المكاني: ملعب فرنسو حريري في اربيل. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب دراسة العلاقات الارتباطية لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث. وتكونت عينة البحث من لاعبات قذف الثقل المتقدمات في إقليم أندية كوردستان العراق والبالغ عددهن (5) لاعبات للموسم الرياضي 2012/2013. واستخدم الباحث وسائل جمع البيانات الاتية: (الاختبارات – القياس – الملاحظة العلمية التقنية – الاستبيان – المقابلات الشخصية) واستخدم الباحث بعض الادوات والأجهزة الآتية (آلة تصوير فيدويه سرعة (24) صورة/ثا – مقياس رسم بطول1متر- جهازطبي لقياس الوزن والطول). واستخدم الباحث الوسائل الاحصائية الآتية: (الوسط الحسابي– الانحراف المعياري – الارتباط البسيط – نسبة المساهمة).
استنتج الباحث وجود ارتباط معنوي موجب بين متغيرات )ارتفاع نقطة اطلاق الثقل – زاوية اطلاق الثقل – سرعة اطلاق الثقل – السرعة الخطية للرسغ اليمين في مرحلة الدفع والانجاز في قذف الثقل(.وجود قصور لدى عينة البحث في زاوية اطلاق الثقل اذ كان المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري لها (28.7860±7.70141) وبحد ادنى (19.65) درجة وبحد أعلى (37.12) درجة. وجود تباين في سرعة اطلاق الثقل اذ كان المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري لها (7.3920±1.34810) وبحد ادنى (5.75) م/ثا وبحد أعلى (9.33) م/ثا. وجود تباين في نسبة مساهمة المتغيرات البايوكينماتيكية المختارة في انجاز قذف الثقل لدى قاذفات الثقل في اقليم كوردستان العراق. وكانت أعلى نسب للمساهمة في المتغيرات التي حققت الارتباطات المعنوية مع الانجاز وهي على التوالي (السرعة الخطية للرسغ اليمين في مرحلة الدفع - سرعة اطلاق الثقل - ارتفاع نقطة اطلاق الثقل – زاوية اطلاق الثقل) وكانت قيم نسب المساهمة على التوالي: (0.937- 0.915-0.879 -0.817)

Football sport need to find a scientific methodologies minutes to reach it skills to perform higher levels of performance and that the most important skill is scoring by feet as it the key impact in resolving the outcome of the game. Scoring is based on the active participation of the foot of the muscle groups in the implementation of performance as required by the kinetic movement, whether or optimal strength and both qualities you need to factor for the success of precision scoring.
And the importance of scoring skill in the sport of football researcher trying to study the movement in accordance with the scientific basis of sound during the performance of the motor parts working to develop training programs and follow the scientific method to get the right skill to the state kinetics correct.
That each skill sports movement carried out by certain percentages of certain parts of the body can negatively affect whether these ratios uncorrelated with each other. As the skill you need to the amount of movement associated with the target of the movement .ubma that scoring football depends on the force in addition to the precision and two factors opposites and that the process to maintain the accuracy of performance steadily growing as fast as is in fact the case of a healthy and good and represents a high level of performance so felt the researchers identified the precise amount affected the scoring with football players depending accelerated performance for body parts and the fact that it blocks and different parts of it became important to deal with the amount of movement or (Alzachom) to parts of the body during the performance of the skill of scoring.

كرة القدم تحتاج الى ايجاد مناهج علمية دقيقة للوصول بمهاراتها المتعددة الى المستويات العليا من الاداء وان اهم مهارة هي مهارة التهديف بالقدم لأنها العامل الاساس في حسم نتيجة المباراة. ويعتمد التهديف بالقدم على المشاركة الفعالة للمجاميع العضلية في تنفيذ الاداء الحركي وفق ما تطلبه الحركة سواء بسرعتها او بقوتها وكلتا الصفتين تحتاج الى عامل الدقة لإنجاح التهديف.
وللأهمية مهارة التهديف في رياضة كرة القدم يحاول الباحث دراسة الحركة وفق اسس علمية سليمة من خلال الاداء الحركي للأجزاء العاملة لوضع البرامج التدريبية واتباع الاسلوب العلمي الصحيح للوصول بالمهارة الى حالة حركية صحيحة .
ان لكل مهارة رياضية حركة معينة تقوم بها اجزاء الجسم بنسب معينة يمكن ان تؤثر سلباً اذا كانت هذه النسب غير مترابطة مع بعضها . اذ ان المهارة تحتاج الى كمية حركة ترتبط مع الهدف من الحركة .وبما ان التهديف بكرة القدم يعتمد على القوة اضافة الى الدقة وهما عاملان متضادان وان عملية المحافظة على دقة الأداء بثبات التزايد بالسرعة هو في حقيقة الامر حالة صحية وجيدة وتمثل مستوى عالي من الأداء لذا ارتأى الباحثان التعرف على مقدار تأثر دقة التهديف لدى لاعبي كرة القدم باختلاف سرع الأداء لأجزاء الجسم والتي بحقيقة الامر وباختلاف كتل الأجزاء اصبح من المهم التعامل مع كميات الحركة او (الزخوم) لأجزاء الجسم في اثناء أداء مهارة التهديف.

Abstract
The researcher’s aim is to know the effect of the congenial trainings in developing the congenial dynamic level and the handball players accuracy of shooting. The researcher’s problem is presented when the researcher noticed some of the training units of some of the coachs and the educational units to some of the instructors; the researcher found that their interest diminishes in the dynamic features for example the nervy muscular dynamic congenial in difference with the other dynamic features and the course has not any dynamic trainings. The researcher aimed to add these trainings to the course inorder to find solution to this problem. He used experimental course of two equivalent groups to suit the research’s sample type. The society and research’s sample are specified; they are Al Saniya Athletic Club consisting of twenty players who are playing in the first degree league. The players are divided into two equivalent groups randomly;each group consists of ten players. The researcher concludes that the dynamic congenial trainings has an effect in developing the dynamic congenial trainings level and the handball players accuracy of shooting.

هدف البحث الى التعرف على تأثير التمرينات التوافقية في تطوير مستوى التوافق الحركي ودقة التصويب لدى لاعبي كرة اليد , اما مشكلة البحث تجسدت من خلال ملاحظة الباحث لبعض الوحدات التدريبية لبعض المدربين والوحدات التعليمة لبعض التدريسيين وجد الباحث اهتمامهم يقل في بعض الصفات الحركية منها التوافق الحركي العضلي العصبي خلافا مع الصفات الحركية الاخرى , وعدم احتواء المنهج على التمارين التوافقية , حيث سعى الباحث الى ادخال هذه التمرينات للمنهج لمحاولة ايجاد حل لهذ المشكلة , وتم استخدام المنهج التجريبي ذات المجموعتين المتكافئتين لملائمته طبيعة البحث ، وتم تحديد مجتمع وعينة البحث وهم نادي السنية الرياضي البالغ عددهم (20) لاعب يلعبون في دوري الدرجة الاولى وتم توزيعهم الى مجموعتين متكافئتين بطريقة عشوائية كل مجموعة تكونت من (10) لاعبين , واستنتج الباحث ان لتمرينات التوافق الحركي اثر في تطوير وتحسين مستوى التوافق الحركي ودقة التصويب لدى لاعبي كرة اليد .

Abstract

The researcher included the introduction, the importance, problem and aims of the research. The research aimed at identifying the effect of the program on developing attention and sight along with arms and legs while performing defense. The researcher hypothesized significant differences in the tests understudy in favor of the posttests. The subjects were (30) 2nd year college of physical education students. The program was applied on the group. Pretests and posttests were conducted. The results were treated using proper statistical operations.
The results showed significant differences between the pretests and posttests in favor the posttests. The researcher concluded that the used program has an important role in developing the level of skill performance. Finally she recommended using this program to develop volleyball skills.

تضمن البحث التعرف على تأثير المنهج في تطوير الانتباه وحاسة النظر مع عمل الذراعين والرجلين على اداء مهارة استقبال الارسال في الكرة الطائرة، وايضاً تأثير المنهج في تطوير الانتباه وحاسة النظر مع عمل الذراعين والرجلين في مهارة الدفاع عن الملعب واسترجاع الكرة المرتدة من الشبكة في الكرة الطائرة ،اما فروض البحث تضمنت وجود فروق معنوية في الاختبارات البعدية ،وعينة البحث كان طلاب المرحلة الثانية كلية التربية الرياضية جامعة بغداد ،وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع البحث والبالغ عددهم (30) طالب وتم فيه استبعاد اللاعبين في الاندية والغائبين والراسبين.
وقام الباحث بتطبيق المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة لملائمته طبيعة البحث على الطلاب وهم (عينة البحث) المجموعة الواحدة واجراء الاختبار القبلي والبعدي عليهم ،وبعد اكمال المنهج الذي تضمن اعطاءهم تمارين ضمن القسم الرئيسي من الوحدات التدريبية وتمت معالجة نتائج الاختبارات احصائياً واظهرت النتائج على وجود فروق معنوية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية ولصالح الاختبارات البعدية ،واستنتج الباحث ان التمارين المستخدمة في المنهج كان لها الدور المهم في تطوير مستوى الاداء المهاري لعينة البحث، وقد اوصى الباحث بأهمية استخدام تمارين خاصة ومنهج يخدم تطوير المهارات في الكرة الطائرة.

ان العديد من الاسئلة تتبادر الى اذهان الوالدين ويبدأ القلق يساورهم عند ظهور تغير مفاجئ في تصرفات اولادهم السلوكية حيث يبادرون القول ان اولادهم نشطون جدا,لكن في الواقع ان هناك فرق كبير بين طفل نشيط وأخر لديه فرط بالنشاط وان التعامل مع الاطفال المصابين بفرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه ليست بالمهمة السهلة بل تحتاج الى الالتزام بالصبر والتضحية .اما اهمية البحث فكانت في تحديد التلاميذ المصابين بفرط الحركة من خلال استخدام استمارات الاستبانه وكذلك اعداد برنامج تعليمي خاص بالألعاب الحركية والعقلية ومعرفة تأثير تلك الالعاب في الحد من فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه لديهم ,وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على التلاميذ المصابين بفرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه وكذلك اعداد منهاج لعب باستخدام العاب حركية وعقلية. اما فروض البحث فكانت ان هنالك نسبة كبيرة من التلاميذ المصابين بفرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه لدى عينة البحث ، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في اختيار عينة البحث اضافة الى استخدام المنهج التجريبي لتحقيق اهداف البحث وشملتعينة البحث على(12) تلميذ من تلاميذ الصف الاول الابتدائي.

The research community understand the sample of students from the first phase of the Faculty of Physical Education, University of AL-Qadisiyah for the academic year (2014-2015) totaling (118) Students then research sample was selected randomly and the manner lottery, which represent two divisions are (e-f) totaling (44) students after the exclusion of repeaters and teachers, where he became the number (38) studentsWas presented tables in Part IV, the findings it was concluded researcher cruising speed affect after moving up the achievement significant impact and therefore the higher the speed of starting the distance horizontal and thus achieve higher achievement of successful attempts, but recommendations investment variables mechanical bio major impact on achievement.

ان مشكلة البحث هو تدني بعض المستويات من خلال دراسة بعض المتغيرات الكينماتيكية في مرحلة قبل وبعد الارتقاء في فعالي الوثبة الثلاثية أما هدف البحث فهو التعرف على قيم المتغيرات الكينماتيكية في مرحلة قبل وبعد الارتقاء بالانجاز لفعالية الوثبة الثلاثية, أما منهج البحث فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي باسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية. أما مجتمع البحث فهم عينة من طلاب المرحلة الأولى كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة القادسية للعام الدراسي (2014-2015)والبالغ عددهم (118) طالب وطالبة ثم اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية وبأسلوب القرعة والتي تمثل شعبتين هم (ه-و) والبالغ عددهم (44) طالب وبعد استبعاد كل من الراسبين والمعلمين حيث أصبح العدد (38)طالبا وتم عرض الجداول في الباب الرابع ,أما الاستنتاجات فقد استنتج الباحث تؤثر سرعة الانطلاق بعد الارتقاء في الانجاز تاثيرا كبيرا وبالتالي كلما زادت سرعة الانطلاق زادت المسافة الافقية وبالتالي تحقيق الانجاز العالي للمحاولات الناجحة ,أما التوصيات استثمار المتغيرات البيو ميكانيكية ذات التأثير الكبير في الانجاز.

ملخص البحث:
احتوى البحث على المقدمة وأهمية البحث بأنه إن مرحلة رياض الأطفال مرحلة تعليمية هادفة لا تقل أهمية عن المراحل التعليمية الأخرى كما أنها مرحلة تربوية متميزة ،والتربية الحركية كمفهوم تربوي تستند في تحقيق أهدافها على مبدأ الصياغة الإجرائية السلوكية كطريقة ميسرة في أدارة العملية التعليمية ؛ حيث تمثل فرض البحث يأن لبرنامج التربية الحركية تاثيراً معنوياً للمجموعة التجريبية للذكور أكبر من المجموعة التجريبية للأناث في تخفيف فرط الحركه للأطفال بعمر(8-10)سنوات, حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي وتمثلت العينة بأطفال (الثالث والرابع الابتدائي) ذكور وأناث اي بواقع أربع مجاميع (مجموعتين ضابطة ومجموعتيين تجريبية) طبق البرنامج عليهما لملائمته مشكلة وطبيعة البحث, وقد احتوى البحث ايضا على عرض النتائج ثم تحليلها بطرق مناسبه حيث نوقشت بطريقه علمية دقيقة, وقد توصل الباحث الى العديد من الاستنتاجات بأن لبرنامج التربية الحركية تأثيرا" معنويا" في تخفيف فرط الحركه للأطفال بعمر(8-10)سنوات وللجنسين الذكور والاناث وكذلك وجود فروق معنوبة بينهما ولصالح الذكور لأن الذكور أكثر نشاطا" من الاناث. وقد اتم الباحث بحثة بجملة من التوصيات الاهتمام بوضع برامج للتربية الحركية من قبل الباحثين وفي نفس المجال وعلى مدارس ومستويات عمرية أخرى وكذلك بأن على المربين والمعلمين أستعمال وتطبيق برامج وأساليب التربية الحركية لتهدئة وتخفيف نشاط الاطفال ذوي الحركة الزائدة.

Abstract

The research aims at : -
- Preparation of using a specific strength exercises.
- Understand the effect of specific strength exercises on some physical and ,skillfull abilities of junior football players.
The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research, it was carried out the experiment on a sample of players junior Industry Club Sports football for the sports season (2014 - 2015) were chosen the way intentional totaling (29) player and aged (14-16 years) and were divided randomly into two groups and by (10) players for each group after they were excluded (10) players of whom, (6) players to experience the exploratory and (3) players for being goalkeepers.
It was parity between the two groups in the variables (in question) has been experimental design called the same experimental design equal groups of two tests tribal design - the adoption of the post and use researcher statistical means the following: (mean, standard deviation, test (t) of the samples associated with, test (t) for independent samples).
The researcher reached the following conclusions: -
- Training program prepared by the researcher led development in all physical and skill capabilities addressed by the research.
- The use of force and stomach exercises helped greatly in the development of all variables (under discussion).

هدف البحث الى ما يأتي :-
- اعداد تمرينات قوة خاصة .
- التعرف على تأثير تمرينات قوة خاصة في بعض القدرات البدنية والمهارية للناشئين بكرة القدم .
استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملائمة وطبيعة البحث ، وتم تنفيذ التجربة على عينة من لاعبي ناشئين نادي الصناعة الرياضي بكرة القدم للموسم الرياضي (2014 – 2015) اختيروا بالطريقة العمدية والبالغ عددهم (29) لاعب وبأعمار (14 – 16) سنة وقسموا بالطريقة العشوائية الى مجموعتين وبواقع (10) لاعبين لكل مجموعة بعد ان تم استبعاد (10) لاعبين منهم ، (6) لاعبين للتجربة الاستطلاعية و(3) لاعبين لكونهم حراس مرمى . وتم التكافؤ بين المجموعتين في المتغيرات (قيد البحث) وقد تم اعتماد التصميم التجريبي الذي يطلق عليه تصميم المجموعات المتكافئة ذات التصميم التجريبي ذات الاختبارين القبلي – البعدي واستخدام الباحث الوسائل الاحصائية الاتية: (الوسط الحسابي ، الانحراف المعياري ، اختبار (t) للعينات المرتبطة ، اختبار (t) للعينات المستقلة) . وتوصل الباحث الى الاستنتاجات الاتية :-
- ادى البرنامج التدريبي المعد من قبل الباحث تطوراً في جميع القدرات البدنية والمهارية التي تناولها البحث .
- ان استخدام تمرينات قوة خاصة والمعدة ساعد وبشكل كبير في تطوير كافة المتغيرات (قيد البحث) .

It is a problem experienced by many coaches, which requires considerable effort and time in order to ensure the performance of basic skills as true, so the choice of the best method is to achieve our desired results and ensures the transfer of the positive impact of learning skills and commensurate with age. The research methodology, the researchers used the experimental method for suitability to the nature of search either community and the research sample was selected sample of junior players in football totaling community (26) players have been eliminated (6) players to perform reconnaissance their study, the researchers performed homogeneity of the sample in some key variables. احتوى على المقدمة واهمية البحث حيث تجلت اهميه البحث في اختيار احد الاساليب التعليمية للنهوض بمستوى الاداء للاعبي الناشئين حيث تم ادخال اسلوب اتعلم المكثف والموزع ضمن وحده تعليمية وكذلك في التعرف على تأثير استخدام اسلوبي المكثف والموزع في تعليم المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم ومن هنا اراد الباحثون دراسة تأثير اسلوبي التمرين المكثف والموزع لبعض المهارات الاساسية بكره القدم. اما مشكلة البحث يرى الباحثون وجود ضعف في الاداء الفني لعديد من المهارات في هذه اللعبة من قبل اللاعبين الناشئين وضعف في الرؤية الحقيقية الواضحة لدى بعض المدربين في كيفية تطبيق الاساليب التعليمي بما يتناسب المرحلة العمرية ،الامر الذي يتطلب ايجاد اساليب تعلم مختلفة، كأسلوب التعلم المكثف والموزع. وهي مشكلة يعاني منها العديد من المدربين مما يتطلب بذل جهود كبيرة ووقت من اجل ضمان الاداء المهارات الاساسية بالشكل صحيح , لذلك فأن اختيار الاسلوب الامثل هو الذي يحقق لنا النتائج المطلوبة ويضمن نقل اثر التعلم الايجابي بين المهارات والذي يتناسب مع المرحلة العمرية . اما منهجية البحث فقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج التجريبي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث اما مجتمع وعينة البحث فقد تم اختيار مجتمع عينة البحث من اللاعبين الناشئين بكرة القدم والبالغ عددهم (26 )لاعباً وقد تم استبعاد (6)لاعبين لأجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية عليهم، وقام الباحثون بأجراء التجانس لعينة البحث في بعض المتغيرات الاساسية .اما الباب الرابع فقد تم عرض النتائج ومناقشتها باستخدام قوانين الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والوسيط ومعامل الالتواء واختبار ومعامل الارتباط البسيط ونسب التحسن .كما استنتج الباحثون ان البرنامج التعليمي باستخدام الاسلوب الموزع و المكثف ادى الى تطوير بعض المتغيرات والقدرات الحركية قيد البحث للناشئ كرة القدم في اكتساب وتعليم المهارات الاساسية.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the magnetic and impact of water in the restoration of hospitalization for plaintiffs weightlifting applicants speed, was the use of the experimental method, formed the sample of 12 players representing Solidarity Club in Najaf has been dealing with all the players as a sample experimental one after proof of homogeneity, they were taken tribal measurements them a heart rate before and effort after effort (5-8) minutes and achievement for the snatch, the device of the magnetization of water is influencing neutral design due to the lack of such a device, the use of the methodology of the normal sample and enter the units administration magnetized water, has been compared to the results of the media arithmetic , then reached into the most important conclusions must use a magnetized water at the speed of the restoration of the natural state of the process of players.

هدف البحث للتعرف على المياه الممغنطة وأثرها في سرعة استعادة الاستشفاء لرافعي الأثقال المتقدمين ,تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي ,تكونت العينة من (12) لاعبا مثلوا نادي التضامن في النجف الاشرف تم التعامل مع جميع ألاعبين كعينة تجريبية واحدة بعد إثبات تجانسهم,تم اخذ القياسات القبلية لهم وهي عدد ضربات القلب قبل الجهد وبعد الجهد(5-8)دقيقة والانجاز لرفعة الخطف,تم تصميم جهاز لمغنطة الماء ذو التأثير المتعادل نظرا لعدم وجود مثل هكذا جهاز,تم الاستعانة بمنهج العينة الاعتيادي وادخل عليه وحدات الإعطاء بالماء الممغنط,تم مقارنة نتائج الأوساط الحسابية ,بعدها تم التوصل الى أهم الاستنتاجات وهي يجب استخدام الماء الممغنط في سرعة عملية استعادة الحالة الطبيعية للاعبين .
