Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and upon his family and companions, and afterwards.
The research is entitled (The difference of the commentators and its causes Al-Mawsili as a model) . The researcher explained the meaning of the difference, its types, and its causes, and considered it a difference of the praiseworthy type that the Majestic and Exalted had envisaged, which opened the door for researchers to benefit from the possible meanings of words and compositions over time and ages.
The research presented a number of reasons for differing commentators, and they are nothing more than technical, linguistic, customary or legal differences. As for the interpretations of those with whims and fads, they are rejected, because they used the Qur’anic texts as justification for their meanings to achieve their goals or partisan, sectarian or national interests. That is what you find in this study, Allah Almighty willing.

In our present time, the issue of women in Islamic societies has become one of the topics around which social issues are raised under the pretext that women in the view of the Islamic religion are restricted to freedom and deprived of will and do not enjoy the rights, There are calls for their liberation from the responsibility of their families, which is nothing but a pretext for establishing forbidden relationships, showing off, and going out without their mahrams under the pretext Equality with men. Therefore, the topic of our research entitled ((The allegiance of women, a historical study of social implications and dimensions)) which shows the reason for the limits set by Allah in the Islamic Sharia, by which men and women are prevented from doing some forbidden actions, which are the same actions that advocates of liberation call for women in our present time and consider them among the restrictions imposed on women. Women have positive dimensions for any society, as they deny some values and morals that offend women and scratch the modesty of society and make it a disintegrated society in terms of the sound norms and traditions that Allah wanted for the servants.

We quoted the title of the research from the manuscript, which is a footnote to the explanation of Al-Durr Al-Mukhtar by Al-Hasakfi on the explanation of Matn Tanweer Al-Absar by Al-Tamartachi, for the book “Tuhfat Al-Akhyar Ala Al-Durr Al-Mukhtar” written scattered copies preserved in the libraries of the world, I made sure to collect the best copies that are suitable for investigation. And the one who looks at the heritage books will find scientific valuables left to us by eminent scholars who spent their lives in acquiring knowledge, teaching it and spreading it, and they did their best and worked hard in authoring and classifying until they clarified the problems and solved the dilemmas, so they composed their books according to their discretionary schools. From here emerged the importance of investigating Islamic manuscripts, in order to enable the nation to its heritage, to facilitate access to it, to benefit from it, and to complete what the predecessors of this nation began with. For the manuscript, it is clear that Imam Ibrahim al-Halabi derived most of the jurisprudential issues from the books of jurists and fatwas in the Hanafi school that preceded him or contemporaneously with him. And so on... .

The aim of the current research is to identify (the effect of the power of thinking strategy on the achievement of fifth-grade preparatory school students in the subject of the Holy Quran, Islamic education, and the development of their mental skills).
This is done by verifying the following hypotheses:
1. There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied according to the power of thinking strategy and the average scores of the control group students who studied according to the conventional method in their achievement in the Islamic education.
2. There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied according to the thinking power strategy and the average scores of the control group who studied according to the conventional in there method mental skills.
3. There is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) level of significance, between the mean scores of the experimental group in the preest and that in the posttest of the mental skills.

This research deals with the prayer in the Noble Qur’an and what evidenced verses reported by the prophets, and what has been reported of noble prophetic hadiths that urge closeness to Allah Almighty with help and forgiveness through praising Allah or asking Allah, that spiritual spirit that establishes the goals of the faith in the soul is shown Its meaning and importance through inferring the evidences in which the supplication was mentioned and its great standing, that the worshipper does not call but Allah, for he is the one who is able to ward off calamity and bring benefit to his worshipper , Supplication is called for conditions and desirable things that are desirable when supplicating
This is from what was mentioned in the noble Prophet’s Sunnah, and there are times when it is answered, so the Muslim should take advantage of what he desires and the times when the answer is given.
All this is from the approach of the Noble Qur’an in impartiality and submission to Allah, and he is the only one who is characterized by oneness and worship, If the worshipper calls to contemplate his Lord, he will extend his hands to him not to return them to zero, either he hastens them in this world or saves them for him in the hereafter, or he may keep him away from a calamity that a person thinks it is good from him.

This research was in “Al-Aqili’s saying is more like in his book Al-Du’afa”, I made a brief definition of Imam Al-Aqili, and his book Al-Da’afa, then I collected hadiths in which Al-Aqili explained the difference between its narrators, and favored one of its aspects by saying “more like it.” Then a study of the one on whom the dispute revolved, and then I compared Al-Aqili’s saying with the critics who spoke with him in the hadith to reach the most correct opinion, extracting the clues that he relied on in his recommendations, and I concluded it with the most important results that I reached through this research.

Before embarking on any work, it is necessary to clarify the foundations and pillars on which the research was based. The overarching goal of my study is to regulate the basics of quarantine, and how to sit down the legal rules for quarantine for the purpose of preserving the intention of the human soul, and every work deals with some difficulties, but these difficulties have disappeared and by the mercy and grace of Allah.
In my research, I followed the inductive analytical approach, as it is based on extrapolating and legitimizing issues, and analyzing the parts of the issues to produce results that serve the entire community and preserve the lives and safety of people.
The obtained results could be summarized, as follows:
1. The quarantine was not the product of contemporary ideas, but rather it was rooted in the noble Prophet’s inheritance and the companions of the Prophet, may Allah prayers and peace be upon him.
2.Doctors have determined the sanitary means and rules that must be adhered to in times of quarantine in order not to cause the transmission of infection and disease. These methods have been proven by the jurists and scholars of intention on which the Sharia rulings have been built .They insisted on preserving the selfs intention and made it a duty to preserve the purpose of the soul.
In the conclusion of my research, I recommend the researchers to take into consideration the aspect of preserving the intentions in the various aspects of life, especially we see that the pursuit of preserving the intentions of the law was not taken into account by most people, whether in memorizing or arranging between the intentions.

1- In order for it to be permissible to wipe over the shoes, five conditions are stipulated in general: that the eye is clean and not impure, that he wears it in a state of purity, and that he wipes them on minor impurity only, and that it be on the prescribed time according to Sharia, which is a day and a night for the resident, and three days and nights for the traveler, The jacket should cover the heels if he wears it without socks.
2- It is prescribed for security men on the fronts and on the battlefield to pray the prayer of fear if the prayer is something that is not combined to the other, such as dinner until dawn, dawn to noon, afternoon until sunset.The prayer of fear is of many types, which differ according to the situation of the fighters and their position as far as their enemy is concerned.
3-It is permissible for the guard and the policeman to pray in his place every prayer on time, and the group prayer is forfeited if the group prayer misses him, or if they all go to the mosque in danger or danger to the gap that they guard, which is the saying of the majority of jurists.
4- It is permissible for a security man who is busy guarding or controlling security at the time of the Friday prayer to pray Friday at noon, and likewise if he finds a legitimate excuse for those who are obligated to Friday prayers, such as being directly responsible for a work related to the security of the ummah and preserving its interests, similar to the men of security and traffic.
5- If the security man is called to a serious security mission related to saving lives, symptoms, or money for people, and during prayer, they may stop off to answer the call if they cannot continue the prayer, and the delay would result in doubling the damage to society, such as what firefighters do and security men upon an urgent call.

The term abandoned in the imams of the hadith is given to those who had a lot of illusions and negligence and to the hadeeth whose narrator was a ccused of telling lies. AL-Bayhaqi gave it to nine narrators in his book The People of Faith. The study of the nine narrators hadeeths show that seven of their hadeeths owned only by those narrators who were accused of telling lies, four hadeeths had weak evidences, three of them had no evidence, and only one hadeeth was true, suspended, and brief.

The research aims to uncover the secrets of the Qur’an expression as one of the most important pillars of rhetoric. The two researchers studied the Qur’an expression in Surat al-Waqi'ah. The research showed the importance of the Qur’an expression in the sciences of rhetoric, as alliteration, contradiction, mockery and turning is present within the folds of the blessed Qur’anic verses. In the surah, all of them indicate the greatness of the Qur’anic verses, and all of them are indications that the speech of Allah Almighty is miraculous in its terms, words and organization.In the first requirement under the title (The Virtues of the Surah, the arrangement of Surat al-Waqi’ah in the Qur’an, the number of its verses, words and letters, its virtues, Surat al-Waqi’ah is Meccan or Medinan . The suitability of the surah to what preceded it, the proportionality between the beginning and the end of the surah). As for the second requirement, it came under the title (moral enhancers, which are antithesis, verbal enhancers, gender, sarcasm, affirmation of praise in a manner similar to slander, the compatibility of the commas (assonance), turning around) We ask Allah to grant success He is able to do it .

It is an important doctrinal issue that often occurs, especially in livestock-raising areas, The research includes of two main sections, The first of which includes a translation of the author and his mission, and a statement of the work of the researcher in the verification. The second is dedicated to the verified text . The researcher obtained through this study the following results, perhaps the most important are :
• The modesty of the Babarti, and how he invested his relationship with the Sultan in the satisfaction of Allah .
• The question of the doctrinal message had been disputed among the jurists, and some were fanatical about their opinion, and this letter was the appropriate response, as Baparti noted in the introduction.

This research aims to state hadiths on the condition of the two sheikhs or on the condition of one of them or authentic only, not on the condition of one of them, and none of the two sheikhs produced them in their authenticity, and to study their wedge and find out what is acceptable and what is rejected from them, in order to present a verified scientific material in a single reference that makes it easier for researchers to return to it and citing it, For that reason, I entitled my research entitled my research (the interpretive narratives related to Hajj in Surat Al-Baqarah from verse 196 to verse 198 in Al-Mustadrak on Al-Sahihain _study and analysis).

The semantic study is one of the studies that deal with the meaning, as it includes considering the syntactical and grammatical formulas in order to determine the meaning of actions directed by the hypocrites against the believers, which are mentioned in the context of the verses of the Noble Quran. The present tense was chosen as an example for this type of work because it signifies renewal and occurrence indicating the constant or renewed intentions of the hypocrites in order to suppress the Islamic call.
The research included an introduction and two requirements, the first of which included the definition of signification, action and hypocrisy in language and convention, and the second section analyzed the verses concerned with the lesson. The research ended with a conclusion that indicate the most important results shown in a table the contains verses with the verbs that are intended in the current research.

When you read and write about a critical study, you must take into account the impartiality and objectivity, whether this study may have a negative or a positive side, and it is not correct to assert the results of that study.
The academic criticism is to re-imagine the perception and understanding of the written text that the study underwent. So it is the process of showing the errors and advantages of literary studies because of the methods, ideas and perceptions it contains.
My study was entitled (The Method of Interpretation by the Neglected Letters for Hamzawi in his Interpretation of Dar Al-Asrar) (a critical study), as the researcher wanted to clarify the new method in which the author worked, by studying these perceptions and ideas ,in a critical study, showing whether the author was able to succeed and excel, with this kind of Interpretation, or not, through the tools of constructive academic criticism.
