This study determined the concept of hatred based on what was mentioned in the dictionaries and books of jurisprudence and language, because this venerable scholar has excelled in the sciences of syntax and the principles of jurisprudence, and this research highlights the criteria that al-Shatibi relied on in ruling that it is makrooh, with an approach between grammar and the principles of jurisprudence in that ruling. The most important matters that this research touched upon is that the laws, and in many of their rules, are taken from the rules of Islamic Sharia, especially the rules related to personal status and financial transactions, as many of those rules extracted from Islamic jurisprudence were collected by the legislator and turned into legal rules, presenting them in the form of a law. However, those who carried out the process of codifying the provisions of the laws and in some of the texts violated the provisions of Islamic Sharia, and here the judge collides with the issue of conflict between Islamic Sharia and the law when he is exposed to a case in which a legal text contradicts the provisions of Sharia. Islamic law and other laws are part of the provisions, which requires settling this dispute, and this is what this research has been exposed to.

This surah is one of the Meccan surahs that talked about the power and greatness of Allah, Blessed and Exalted be He, to change the universe at any moment and in any place he willed, so that his creation can see his greatness and ability to change this universe and that he is the mastermind of it. The manuscripts did not receive noticeable attention among researchers and scholars, there for, they have been abandoned. If the curtain had been revealed about them, we would have been astonished by their precious treasures and precious sciences. Praise be to Allah - (A letter on urgent women’s expense, by Muhammad bin Mustafa Musleh Al-Din Al-Qujuwi, famous for Sheikh Zada, who died in the year 951 AH), has been completed and what distinguishes this letter: Sheikh Zadeh wrote it in the recognized academic way: a presentation of the issue, then a statement of the sayings of scholars.
The letter has collected the most prominent evidences, and is unique in some of them and in directing them, so that whoever investigates the issue in all its aspects must be fascinated by its doctrinal perfection.

This research aims to shed light on the methods of the Holy Qur’an and attention to its sensitive issues, and the topics that it touched upon in the statement of intimidation and veneration contained in the context of the noble verses that indicate intimidation and veneration in the afterlife and the horrors that it contains, and to indicate the position of objective interpretation among contemporary methods of interpretation, and looking forward to understanding the verses of the Noble Qur’an, knowing their meanings, and absorbing the hadith about the scattered places of intimidation and veneration in the Noble Qur’an by combining some of them with each other, and this is one of the purposes of objective studies.

The hadith of Umm Maabad (may Allah be pleased with her) is well-known in the books of the Biography of the Prophet. She described the Holy Prophet, when He passed by her to ask for some water and milk, such a unique description that many human beings cannot express. She described what she had felt and how she had noticed the perfection of His beauty, His appearance and the joy of His visage .
The blessing, grace, goodness, and benevolence came to Umm Maabad and her husband when the Prophet (peace be upon Him) came to them, after they were in distress, and famine nearly dying. In this story, there are many miracles, the most prominent of which is the milking of a completely exhausted and skinny sheep, and turning milk from it, which made Abu Maabad when seeing this miracle, declaring his conversion to Islam, and followed the Prophet to Madina El Monawara with his wife Umm Maabad (may Allah be pleased with them).
Umm Maabad(may Allah be pleased with her) had lived after the death of the Prophet of Allah - to the succession of Othman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him), and the companions appreciated her and knew her merits, may Allah Almighty be pleased with the companions of the Prophet of Allah.
In my research, followed the analytical method of this famous Hadith. I have studied this Hadith in an analytical study by documenting the Hadith, explaining the unfamiliars, verifying the narrators of the Hadith, explaining the opinions of the Validating scholars, and then explaining the Hadith. However, the considered introduction to any lexical treatment and editing must be preceded by making an effort to rescue the texts and verbal contexts from the clutches of idleness and forgetfulness, and the claws of correction, distortion and alteration as possible, because the realization of attention and ideas in analyzing texts and comparing each other does not work; If the confidence in those texts is non-existent, as if the editor or researcher did not verify the correctness of the words and their proof from their users in the way he reached; Because the meanings are shades of words, and it was said in the past: When does the shadow straighten and the stick is crooked .

Time is an influencing factor on contracts, through its impact on the pillars of the contract, its conditions, and its effects. This research paper is concerned with studying the impact of time on the peace contract, especially that the term is of great importance in the stability and demise of the contract, by specifying the time of delivery, and specifying the time of arrest, the contracting parties’ agreement on installments and the exchange by astrology, and other conditions and elements that are not free of time. Therefore time is the most prominent factor in the peace contract, and this is what makes it a cause for disagreement and a source of disagreement between the two contracting parties, hence the importance of research in this topic.

This contract has spread among the people as an alternate to usurious loans, whereby the vendor gets the cash without abandoning his money through the definitive sale, and therefore the buyer benefits from his money surplus to his needs without falling into usury through the utilization of the sale in fulfillment. Therefore, the need for the study of jurisprudence and in a comprehensive way was necessary, for the position of the tolerant Islamic law of it.
The fulfillment sale aims to realize a double goal represented in documenting the debt that the vendor paid, so it is considered because the legitimate answer for the two parties to the contract and does not transfer the ownership of the sale to the customer, but rather owns the benefit, and thus it is one among the contracts of in-kind guarantee like a mortgage.

Man, according to his nature, loves certainty in everything, especially in matters of belief, and takes various ways to remove doubts and illusions from his intellectual imagination. The Holy Qur’an paid great attention to this aspect, and urged the Muslim to have firm faith that would not be shaken by the likeness of skeptics, and he used the term “conjecture.” Which comes with the meaning of certainty in addition to the word certainty, and praised those who built their faith on certainties. The link between the words of suspicion and certainty is very strong in achieving faith, and this link goes back to the importance of the Arabic language in explaining the ways of knowing things, where the Holy Qur’an often uses these indicative words On certainty in the positions of the Islamic faith. It should be known that matters of belief cannot be built on speculations, rather they must be based on certainties, which emanate from definitive texts, because certainty alone is what saves its owner from peril and from falling into suspicions and illusions. This research comes as a study of the words of conjecture and certainty and their connection in verifying faith, and then arriving at the most important results desired in the research, if Allah willing.

The importance of this topic for society is to take into account its components, and warn of its threats, and its importance to the security man who contributes primarily to the establishment and application of security, and being a role model for society, and may be a valid building block in its realization. This research was authored and called (Security in Islam - Its Importance, Constituents and Threats).That is the goal of all societies and countries to have security and safety, and to live in peace, and the religion of Islam confirms the importance of this goal after correcting its concept, defining its components, and stating its threats so that the rosary does not break, and this blessing disappears from Muslims. Our true religion guides every Muslim to be Keen to achieve security, and ordered him to possess qualities that contribute to achieving security.

The research deals with the study of the life of Ibn Abd Al-Barr and his method in writing the biography of the Prophet through his book (Al-Durar fi Takhsat Al-Maghazi wa Al-Siyar). The most important advantages are his approach to writing the biography of the Prophet.
As the study of the biography of the Messenger, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, and his conquests is the most attractive topic of historical research that attracts the attention of historians and modernists since the first century AH until the present time, therefore, the study of Ibn Abd al-Barr's approach is important because of his high determination and great ability in the comprehensive historical codification of the Prophet's biography. Although it represents a historical period in the fourth century AH, the approach of Ibn Abd Al-Bar was distinguished for shortening the biography of Ibn Ishaq with the narration of Ibn Hisham and the book of Musa Ibn Uqba, and by limiting it to the important incidents only without mentioning fillers and errors in it.

The grammar of the Arabic Language has received the attention of its scholars .They were interested in reclining the grammatical rule and install the pillars of these bases which made them take care of the order of its sentences until they became readymade templates among the scholars .It is covered in a later lesson from an earlier one . It was among their cocern with those rules, their attention to multiple ranks in one sentence to give this multiplicity an addition benefit that didant exist in the sentence without plurality. This multiplicity was the intention of the Arabic speaker to lead to use on the one hand and a mural benefit deroid of the Arabic sentence if there is no multiplicity in it.

The name Al-An’am was given to this surah because of the verses that were mentioned in it that talk about livestock, and it is the first Meccan surah in the order of the Qur’an. The number of its verses is 165 verses, it was revealed at the beginning of the Islamic call, and from the merits of this surah is that it is the first surah that was revealed to the heart of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, all at once. At once, seventy thousand angels spread it, and this surah can be called the surah al-Tawhid or the surah of the beliefs of Islam, as it is the first pillar of the Islamic faith and from it the scholars extracted the rules of monotheism and the principles of religion. The surah dealt with important issues in the principles of faith, namely the issue of divinity, mission, resurrection, and recompense. It included two important methods, namely, the method of teaching the Messenger, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, the argument to argue with the polytheists, and the method of reporting by presenting evidence related to monotheism and evidence of Allah’s power. The surah gradually dealt with issues, beginning with how the universe came into being and the stages of its creation , and confronted the infidels who were suspicious of Allah Almighty, and concluded by revealing the mission of man on this earth, which is the succession of the earth and its reconstruction.

Through this research, I concluded that Ibn Khuzayma Muhammad ibn Ishaq ibn Muhammad ibn al-Mughirah al-Sulami al-Nisaburi was born in Safar in the year two hundred and twenty-three and died on the Saturday night after the last dinner of the fifth of Dhul-Qa’dah in the year three hundred and eleven and was buried on Saturday after the first at eighty-eight years. Ibn Khuzaimah, despite the delay of his death to the year (311 AH), is the sheikh of the two imams Al-Bukhari and Muslim outside the two Sahihs, Ibn Khuzaymah did not mention the hadith only in his Sahih, rather he came up with the methods that mentioned this hadith, then he explains the effected path, mentions the reason in it and clarifies the correct one from these methods, the number of hadiths in which the cause of illusion was mentioned was (15) hadiths, and the number of hadiths in which the word “waham” was mentioned reached (9) hadeeths, and their number with the word delusion was (2) hadiths, and their number with the word “whama” (3) hadiths, and their number with the word “whim” (1) New

The study aims to identify the impact of the critical thinking on human cognitive construction, highlight the concept of critical thinking, clarify its characteristics, interpret knowledge theories of critical thinking, identify the dimensions of critical thinking in cognitive construction, and identify critical thinking skills that must be available to learners, the importance of the research stems from its importance to highlight the critical thinking in cognitive development, achieving the desired renaissance of societies, and the ability of critical thinking to free students' thought from dependence on the ideas of others.
This study relied on the descriptive approach and the analytical approach. Some of the important results were reached, including that critical thinking helps to reach the truth in a scientific way, and that critical thinking has two dimensions: the cognitive dimension and the emotional dimension, and that there are cognitive skills for critical thinking, such as: interpretation. The study showed that the critical thinker has major personal dimensions, including: understanding the rules of logic, and the ability to interpret. The study stated some recommendations, including: the necessity of teaching critical thinking and its importance in schools and universities, and preparing training courses for teachers and learners to qualify them to use critical thinking in the educational process.
