This is a discussion of a dangerous disease that spreads among our students, until they thought it permissible, and some even thought it was a delegate , this disease is cheating in exams, so I explained in this research, after its definition, that its ruling is prohibition, then I touched on the reasons why students cheat in order to avoid them. After that, I spoke about the effects of cheating, whether its effects on the students themselves or the community. Then, after all, I summarized the most important educational preventive treatments that should be taken into account in order to stop the spread of this disease among our students, and in order to graduate a conscious generation that can advance our society forward.

Laboratory analysis of blood and other body fluids plays an essential role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Therefore, our research was under the title (The effect of concealing the results of laboratory analyzes on judgments of “sterility as a model” - a medical jurisprudential study-), and the medical analysis specialist currently occupies senior positions in clinical medical laboratories, .The medical laboratory specialist is a health professional with experience in medical laboratories and is responsible for Giving accurate and logical information for laboratory experiments and analyzes that help in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, as well as monitoring the general condition of the patient. We can see the impact of the future of advanced medical tests and its role in diagnosing health problems such as cancer resulting from birth defects, infertility cases and other diseases. Infertility is one of the biggest problems facing couples, especially in our Arab society, which the husband strongly desires to have children as well as the wife. The research included an introduction, four sections, and a conclusion, as for the first topic: a historical overview of medical laboratories, the second: the definition and legitimacy of laboratory analyzes, and the third: the importance of laboratory analyzes, and concealment and disclosure of medical secrets, fourth: practical issues in the effect of concealing the results of laboratory analyzes in Judgments, then conclusion: it included the most important results that it reached.

Since childhood is the best stage for complete upbringing, correct upbringing and good education, for this we find that Sharia has given a great importance to this age stage, as it is obligatory for parents to raise their children in a comprehensive and sound manner in all its fields, including religious education, moral education, and spiritual education. Behavioral education, social education, nutritional education, physical and health education and other areas of comprehensive education, and the responsibility of raising the child lies with the parents, and each of them has a distinct role in the educational integration of the child. In light of Luqman’s commandments to his son as a unique Quranic model, the study took the title (The Role of the Father in Building the Child’s Personality in the Light of Surat Luqman). Then in the first topic, the study dealt with the role of the father in building the Islamic personality of the Muslim child through Luqman’s commandments to his son, and pointed to the foundations and principles such as the creed, family, devotional and moral construction. Then In the second topic, the researchers talked about educational rules for parents in the educational process for children, including education by example, moderation and moderation in education, dealing with children on the basis of justice and equality, and unifying parents’ advice while observing the appropriate times for education. The study rwached at results which show that the principles for building a childss personality is to combine between the doctrinal principles, morals, and worship, as Luqman al-Hakim did in his directives, to build a strong and righteous personality according to the Qur’anic concept. In conclusion, we thank Allah first and foremost for what has helped us and guided us to this, and we pray and greet the best of Allah’s creation, Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Al- Wasilah is a legitimate sacrifice by which the worshipper attains a gool and fulfills a desire. Al- tawassul is to draw closer to Allah with that nearness, and tawassul is the request of the caller based on that kinship. There is no one in the law of Islam that is required and called except for Allah, and this is what has been legislated for this nation in the book of its Lord and on the tongue of its Prophet.
Since Al-tawassul is a purely doctrinal issue that revolves between disbelief and faith, so the worshipper should perform it based on clear evidence that cannot be interpreted, keeping away from ambiguous ones, weak evidence, and correct conjecture, meaning that Al-tawassul is either begging with Allah’s attributes and names, or with what He has a valid belief, or because of his good deeds, or because of the supplication of others.
As for what was not provided with definitive evidence from the wise legislator of its permissibility, then it is better for the worshipper to leave it and stay away from it because of the suspicion that the perpetrator might expect in what does not please Allah, and whoever avoids suspicions has cleared himself of his religion and his honor.

This research is considered one of the researches that deals with the sciences of hadith. , He researches the subject of al-jarh and modification, and knowing the state of the narrators and narrators, and how to take advantage of the words of his elders in this section.
And since Ahmad ibn Hanbal was one of the sheikhs of Al-Bukhari, and he preceded him in speaking about the condition of men and their criticism, and the degree of their authenticity and weakness, here Al-Bukhari benefited from his sheikh in criticizing men. Since Ahmad left the hadith of one who does not narrate from him for a reason, as well as those who are close to Ahmad In the scientific rank, this has given Al-Bukhari the preference, in leaving the hadith of the man referring their situation to those before him, not because of Al-Bukhari’s weakness in criticizing men, but because of Al-Bukhari’s keenness in selecting his words in criticizing men, and he has various words in criticizing men, including his saying in Muhammad Bin Muawiyah Al-Basri: There is a view (), and he intended to insult him, and there are many others.

This research deals with the issue of (characterizing the principles of jurisprudence in terms of definitive and presumptive) between two great scholars of the Al-Maqasediya School; Imam Al-Shatibi and Sheikh Al-Taher bin Ashour, may Allah Almighty have mercy on them, through their two books Al-Muwafaqat fi Usul Al-Shari’a, and the Intentions of Islamic Shari’a.

I have Verified this manuscript according to the rules and scientific principles, so the Qur’anic verses were extracted from the Mushaf of Medina, then Ibn Al-Anbari’s sayings came out of their fluorescence, relying on solid scientific sources, I presented in this verified a study in which Imentioned the life of the author, and his most important writings are mentioned briefly for fear of prolongation, so that this research comes out far from cumbersome abbreviation and boring lengthening

This study aimed to elicit educational methods in Surat Yunus, so the deductive approach was followed, by reference to the approved books of interpretation, Sahih al-Sunan, books of explanations of hadith and Sunnah, language dictionaries, history books of historians to whom the nation attests to justice and trust, and other approved books adopted by the researchers, and the researchers did not rely on weak hadiths and traces during the studying of this research.

Despite the many researches in the Qur’an, its diversity, and the multiplicity of its methods, it is still an inexhaustible resource, its miraculousness and wonders. The motive for choosing the topic (the effect of the repetition of the pronoun in the endowment and the initiation) is because it is in one of the links of grammar and has a connection with the sciences of the Holy Qur’an; and it reveals its impact on the endowment and the beginning, so I opened it with an introduction in which I mentioned the reason for choosing the topic of the research, after which a prelude to the definition of the terms of the title of the research, followed by three demands; I dealt within the first requirement: the unification of the repetition of pronouns and their dismantling, and in the second: the repetition of the pronoun on the advanced or the late, and in the third: the repetition of the pronoun on the nearest or farthest and the impact of this on the endowment and the beginning. The research ends with Aconclusion which includes the most important resuhts, for instance, the poronoun of the endowment has agreat significance in explaining the place of the endowment, and that the scholars preferred the place of the endowment, taking into account the principle that the order of pronouns takes precedence over dismantling, and the principle of the return of the pronoun to the closest mentioned, and the principle of the permissibility of the pronoun returning to a later pronunciation if there is a presumption to help it, and that the pronoun determines the endowment and does not specify its type.

Researching, scrutinizing and revealing the roots of extremism, terrorism and violence in historical and religious sources and references are among the thorny, complex and important issues today, because they have become a serious issue of great importance in life, of Muslims.
Extremism and the accompanying violence and terrorism can be attributed to several internal and external factors. The internal factors related to the lives of Muslims can be attributed to the exaggeration in the interpretation of the texts contained in the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and the lack of understanding of the reality of sciences and their applications.

What helped the emergence of extremism, terrorism and the politics of violence is the wrong call that some sects are promoting today to return Islam to the religion (the predecessor) without to the truth of moderate Islam, the middle nation, Thus, the media difference became mouthpieces calling for the blasphemy of the violators, and even murder, and contributed to the media of the modern era of satellite channels, means of communication and publications, and it became easy for some ignorant people to see them, which contributed to the emergence of ISIS (external) extremism again

Physicians and specialists in the field of health have determined the means and health rules that must be adhered to at the time of the epidemic of infectious diseases, and it is obligatory for citizens to adhere to all health procedures, and not to violate the laws issued by the higher authorities of the state regarding the prevention of diseases, especially restricting the preventive precautionary measures taken against Corona disease: namely: A disease that affects the respiratory system and is called (Covid 19), including restricting to the wearing of a mask, quarantine and fines for violators. To limit the spread of this dangerous epidemic, this punishment is imprisonment and a fine from violators of these laws and returning it to the interests of Muslims.
I talked about the legal ruling for taking procedures against the Corona epidemic, Contemporary scholars have agreed on the necessity of taking measures and enacting rulings when the Corona epidemic appears in a region, governorate or country, and the matter in that is due to the specialists of doctors, and the competent state institutions, and citizens must respond For all the procedures issued by the official authorities, to prevent the spread of the epidemic and its spread. The guardian and the competent authorities have the right to compel people to take certain procedures to save lives and protect the soul from diseases

This research aims to shed light on the most important hadiths mentioned by Imam Al-Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) in the chapter of interpretation, and to clarify the scientific status of Imam Al-Darimi, and his status among scholars, as well as the combination of the Holy Qur’an and its interpretation with the Prophet’s Sunnah, and its explanations through this study, and looking forward to understanding the verses of the Noble Qur’an, by understanding the hadiths contained in its interpretation.

There are many who deny that this mind plays a central role in Islamic intellectual life, or they oppose its playing of this role. In our troubled days, many non-Muslims see Islam as a fundamental anti-rational force, citing its alleged failure to adapt or conform to the contemporary world (I don't know what's wrong with that?), and mention the doctrine of martyrdom, and very famous examples of anomalous applications in Islamic jurisprudence, and the modern and general secular skepticism, which is related to religion as an organizing principle of human life, and social and political life in particular.
This is what Imam Al-Ghazali explained by saying: “youshould Know that the intellect will not be guided except by the law, and the law is not clarified except by the intellect. The intellect is like a foundation, and the law is like a building, and a building will not be established unless it is a foundation. And the beam will not sing unless there is sight.”
