Everything related to the Qur’an gains honor and status in terms of the honor and status of the Qur’an, whether in terms of research into its interpretation, or the Qur’anic sciences related to it, or in terms of defending it against those who question it and detract from its teachings and knowledge, or anything related to it. One of the discussions that has great importance due to its cognitive effects in understanding the Book of God Almighty is the issue of the language of the Qur’an. The different theories in this issue constitute the artery that greatly affects the understanding of the Noble Qur’an. This issue is very similar to the fundamental issues with regard to jurisprudential deduction. Entering into the deductive process without refining the authority of the apparent or the authority of the single report would be like a blind man entering a forest of thorns and roses, but due to his blindness he extends his hand to everything in front of him... This is how someone enters into interpreting the Qur’an without adopting a language from the languages of the Qur’an.

Projectiveness is a characteristic that modernists have borrowed from orientalists in describing most of their theories towards the Holy Quran. Some have labeled it the projective approach, which is in fact a psychological characteristic that cannot be liberated from except by strictly adhering to the steps of scientific research. Modernists have often fallen under the influence of imported ideas and have repeated the doubts advocated by some orientalists, because they are consistent with the goals they seek to achieve. Many of their theses were intellectual and psychological projections, especially when dealing with the Quranic text. Many of the issues related to the Quran and its sciences that modernists and orientalists have researched have been based on their intellectual projections and their selection of specific narratives to build a thought far from the truth for the recipient by producing distorted ideas about the cognitive system of the Holy Quran.

Despite the efforts made by Arab countries in the field of children's rights, including issuing laws and legislation, implementing many initiatives, and reform efforts, the gap remains deep and very wide between the nominal adoption of a set of laws dedicated to rights and their actual application and implementation. Despite the clear increase in the number of legislations that expand the margin of freedoms, this has not effectively contributed to the advancement of children's rights as hoped, with the prevalence of patterns of authoritarianism in many Arab families, and the exacerbation of Arab childhood problems such as labor, violence, and low levels of education and health in many parts of the Arab world, in addition to armed conflicts and wars that have negatively affected the living conditions of children and hindered the Arab child from obtaining his most basic rights. Therefore, this study sought, using the descriptive approach and analyzing studies and research, to analyze the concept of children’s rights, their foundations and components, and the most prominent of these rights and their forms from the perspective of Islamic law, and what is stated in international and global agreements and charters, and to analyze the reality of the Arab child and his problems, and to determine the most prominent ways to implement these rights realistically and practically, and the requirements for achieving this vision and its mechanisms.

The present research studies the verses of Imamate in the Holy Surah Al-Ma'idah, in an attempt to show their impact on the direction of the discourse. In addition to their objective integration, they clarify the rulings of the texts of this Surah. The research also focuses on clarifying the different positions in the narrations and quotes in explaining the meanings of these verses. Perhaps the importance of the topic is due to the disagreement of the predecessors in directing the contents of these verses, especially since many people did not pay attention to the seriousness of the matter; therefore, they did not adhere to the sayings of the Infallibles (peace be upon them) in explaining the purposes of these verses. Perhaps the reason for their disagreement is based on several factors related to the interests of people who did not want to attribute the matter of Imamate to its rightful owners. Some of them may have neglected it due to the doctrinal deviation they adopted after their indulgence in obtaining the sources of their religion and the sources of their knowledge from the wrong sources, which could have prevented the corruption resulting from negligence or procrastination in the matter.

Therefore, the researcher strived to reveal the rhetorical dimensions through the implications of the statement as a reading within the rhetorical dimensions of the specific verses, taking into account the context when using the discourse and reading the topic according to what was narrated by the Ahlul Bait (peace be upon them) as they are the most knowledgeable people about the direction of the Qur'anic discourse that was revealed in their homes, so they were its people and repository.

The research(Verbal origins: authenticity of truth and generality/inferential study) revolves around the verbal principles that are considered the basis and what is relied upon when there is doubt about what is meant by using the word, as it is alien to the verbal legal evidence and the legal rulings that result from it. Therefore, in order to know the intent and intent of the Holy Law, it is necessary to follow some rules or principles, such as the authenticity of appearance and the authenticity of the lack of kinship, and others, and research. It revolves specifically around the authenticity of truth and generality from the point of view of concept and meaning and proving the evidence for this principle, and also from the aspect of adhering to this principle in the place of argument and legitimacy. The research has reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the validity of verbal principles derives from the authority of appearance, because their truth and reference are to them wan 'asalat alhaqiqat hi la tazal ean altaqduman 'iiradatan haqiqiatan fi nazar almukhatab eind alshaki fi muradih 'asalatan eamatan hi altatabuq bayn aldalalat wataetamid thabatiatan al'uwlaa eind alshaki fi murad almutakalim min jihat 'iiradatih w qasdih lileumum.

This research aims to explore the cognitive psychology strategies for memorizing the Holy Quran. The study addresses theories and strategies of cognitive psychology such as working memory, visual and auditory encoding, organization and repetition, spaced retrieval, perception, and attention. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach to apply cognitive psychology strategies in enhancing the process of memorizing the Quran. The results showed that the application of these strategies, such as the keyword method and spaced repetition, significantly enhances the memorization process and reduces forgetting. The study recommends adopting these strategies in educational programs for Quran memorization, which contributes to improving the skills of memorizing, consolidating, and retrieving Quranic verses from memory among children, adolescents, and young adults. This research indicates that combining different cognitive strategies can achieve a greater positive impact and provides an effective educational model that can be applied in various educational institutions.

The research shed light on the position of the Holy Qur’an on peaceful coexistence between different nations, peoples, sects and religions. It also touched on the view of the Holy Qur’an towards its opposite, which is discrimination and apartheid. The Qur’an clarified the Qur’an’s call for peaceful coexistence between different races, sects and religions and its rejection of policies of apartheid between them

It is clear that every jurisprudential issue in the research of jurisprudence requires studying the aspects of reasoning relied upon in the process of deduction. The most important purpose required by jurisprudential investigations is to explore the validity of each aspect to be relied upon. In the research of Imami jurisprudence, which flourishes with the opening of the door of ijtihad, various discussions have taken place regarding the aspects presented in jurisprudential reasoning, including the rejection of some aspects as examples of istihsan, which is rejected by the principles of Imami jurisprudence. This article aims to conduct an analytical study of a model of these aspects, which is an innovative study based on investigating the application of istihsan in it. The research included an explanation of the vocabulary, then a statement of the position on istihsan, and then it investigated a model of the claim of istihsan that occurred in an issue from the book of I'tikaf from the encyclopedia of Sayyid al-Khoei.

The relationship between human rights and constitutions has always raised a deep and ancient jurisprudential controversy that grew up in the thoughts of the early philosophers who developed the theory of natural law or the constitution in its ancient concept at that time, such as Plato, Cicero, and Grotius, before the debate flared up later between the relationship between rights and constitutions in the Renaissance and Enlightenment eras that accompanied the emergence of the philosophers of the social contract: Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, and Jean-Jacques Rousseau, who researched the legitimacy of the state’s authority over the rights of individuals, and discussed the essence of the mutual agreement between the parties to the social contract enshrined in the constitutional document and the extent of the legitimacy of the idea of ​​sovereignty advocated by the jurist John Bodin.

It is an established fact that the family is the basic living cell that makes up the body of human society. If it is sound, the whole society is sound, and if it is corrupt, the whole society is corrupt. Rather, it is the small nation from which humanity learns its best social morals. There is no nation where there is no family, and there is no humanity where there is no family. This can only be achieved if the choice of marriage is based on correct Islamic standards, for with them the foundation of the family structure is strengthened and rises high and lofty, and without them it cracks and falls, no matter how high and lofty it is. Therefore, choosing a life partner is one of the most important decisions that a person makes in his life, as it represents a commitment to responsibility.
