The success or failure of any process related to development is associated with levels of welfare and stability, achieved for human being , which can be measured by several indicators (average per capita income, education, health ...)
It can be said here that Iraq as reflected by these indicators is classified within the medium level of human development and as is revealed in this research, which reveals the extent of the failure of the development process in Iraq and the reasons that affect its progress.
Therefore, the research highlights the opportunities available to the Iraqi economy to adjust the economy for the challenges that still hinder the investment of these opportunities. On this basis, the study included three topics:
1. Structural imbalance
2. Indicators of economic sectors
3- Means of reforming the Iraqi economy

he objective of the research is to find the relationship between the social responsibility and the retention of talent in the health institution. The research was conducted on a sample of doctors working in Al-Fayhaa Teaching Hospital, which consists of (51) doctors. The most important findings of the research were the existence of a relation and effect of significant statistical significance between social responsibility and its economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic dimensions and retention of talent.

The economic transactions with the outside world needs foreign exchange to facilitate the trade process , therefore the exchange rate take important place in the policy makers in the advanced and developing countries because it is alike tool linking prices of goods in the domestic market and foreign market prices and that any fluctuations in the exchange rate have different effects on macroeconomic variables in general and particularly on oil exports, Iraq as on oil country depends on oil imports based on economic policy and economic development, which view the Iraqi economy to many economic crises because of the frequent and unexpected drop in oil prices which requires economic and monetary reforms in order to promote the Iraqi economy. This study shows the reciprocal influence of oil price and exchange rate fluctuations on Iraqi oil revenues and then on imports of goods and services using the cointegration method and show there is a long term one- way casual relation for the oil price upon the exchange rate

This study aims to select the best model for managing the spare parts inventory and determining the contribution of the best model in achieving the competitive priorities of the Iraqi Drilling Company. The study addressed the problem of the weakness of the efficiency and effectiveness of the plans for the management of spare parts, which did not take into account the coordination and integration between the network of sensitive parts associated with the management of spare parts, namely (leadership (senior management), organizational structure, organizational culture, information system, maintenance operations. The structured interview was the main tool in collecting the study data. The AHP method was used to analyze the obtained data which consists of (10) experts. The study reached to a number of conclusions in the light of the results of the study, the most important one is that the best model to manage the spare parts, which is appropriate to the working conditions of the trap is the balanced technical .

There is no doubt that there is great importance for business incubators in the development of small and medium enterprises, which gives them the experience and economic consultation, in a way that can develop the entrepreneurial project from the process of production, so that can reduce cost and increase profits.
Hence the importance of higher education in the adoption of this task is linked with the indicators that be employed in the establishment of centers and incubators business. The research aims to demonstrate the ability of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq to build practical incubators. The research concludes with an important result: (There are modest endeavors that may reach the stage of planning at the local level), Iraq still lack has in centers of operation and incubators compared to the UAE which has reached prestigious centers in this aspect, with its holdings of incubators almost reach the world level .

The rapid global developments have led to the emergence of new concepts at the level of economic policy, and there has been a set of foundations on which the economic developments are based and which achieve the well-being of individuals as a fundamental objective pursued by economic policies. This well-being its sources has been expanded, and many factors also have been crystallized that will contribute to achieving this prosperity. As well as the internal environment of the State, also Their sources of achievement included the external environment, Which gave a significant role to innovative activities in providing such means, so, the economic development and growth achieved in the developed countries of the world is in the large part belong to the innovative activities carried out by those countries during the period following the Industrial Revolution, These innovations led to successive increases in production factors, increasing production and increasing profitability.

In view of the health level in the province of Basra, a significant role in the lives of citizens and its reflection directly on the health of citizens, so this study highlighted the classification of the level of health in the province of Basra compared to the Iraqi provinces, rather according to a number of health indicators using the method of global analysis. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is the low level of health of the province of Basrah in the health indicators used all the search despite the ability and economic status of the large governorate compared to other governorates, which qualifies them to improve the health level.

The study aims to analyze and measure the impact of crude oil revenues in determining the nature of the double deficit in the Iraqi economy and to test the hypothesis of double deficit in the oil countries, which sees a double causal relationship between the deficit in the general budget and the balance of payments deficit, The new standard methods used in time series analysis, unit root tests, and the methodology of co-integration in the Johansson - Gislius method were first used to estimate the integration of the dynamic micro-squares second, as well as the Kranger tests to determine the direction of the relationship Causality between the two variables, with the results confirmed the existence of a bilateral causal relationship between the two variables, and therefore, the study proved that the validity of the hypothesis by the study, namely that the oil revenues played a major role in determining the nature of the relationship between the budget deficit and the deficit in the balance of payments.
