This research aims to clarify the deep dimension of antagonism and the paths of reform are many and varied. This research included a preliminary, three topics and a conclusion:
I mentioned in the first topic / the definition of litigation and the places in which the word “rivalry” was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an and its meanings. In the second topic / I mentioned the rivalry in the prophetic Sunnah and its impact on the individual and society

Praise be to Allah, and may blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and his family, companions, and those who follow him. The research includes the study of the story of Moses, peace be upon him, in the Noble Qur’an Verses (Al-Baqarah, Al-A'raf, Al-Qasas) as a model in which it showed the splendor of proportionality between the narrative context and the names of the Qur’anic Verses, because the Qur’anic style of narrative review carries between its folds a splendor and rhetorical splendor that defies human boundaries. Each surah has its own special style and character in presenting the story which is different from the rest of the Verses according to the different connotations of its name due to the rhetorical wisdom and great significance related to the graphic miracle and the piety of proportionality in the Qur’an. Accordingly, the study was divided into an introduction and three sections.

This research revolves around the theory of reasons and causes between Mu'tazila and Ash'ari. I have chosen two teams from the speakers: Mu'tazila and Ash'ari as examples of the applications of this theory, because they are located on opposite sides. From the opinion of the Mu'tazilites, they make the connection between the reasons and the causes, obligatory, as they do not separate from each other. On the contrary Ashari state that the connection is normal, and the reasons work when the cause is not with it, and a difference between working with it and working with it. Each statement ineludes religious traces. Some of them are dealing with the creation of peoples actions.

The description of the typical image was repeated in several parts of the Holy Qur’an, including what was mentioned in the biography of the previous ones, and among them is Luqman, who explained the features of the model personality in his commandments to his son.
My interest in the manifestation of the typical personality me in light of the Quranic perception stems from the big gap between this personality and what we see in the personality of Muslim today. Perhaps this comparison will motivate to trace the steps of the ancestors, on the one hand and to identify some of the typical personality features as portrayed by the commandments of luqman to his son in the Noble Qur’an..

The word "father" in the Qur'anic context had several meanings, namely the father in descent, the father in the adoption, the grandfather, the aunt and the uncle, the master of the people, the master of people or the teacher, and the mother, aunt or brother of a father.
The study, by objectively comparing the words "Walid" and Alam, showed a difference of meaning between the two words. The word "father" expands to many meanings, while the word "father" is limited to one meaning: the crucifixion father, and this is what all the interpreters' sayings have gone to.
The research concluded that there is no synonyms in the words of the Holy Quran?, and showed the extent of the meanings contained in the words of the Holy Quran, despite their repetition, but each place of meaning changes the other according to the Qur'anic context in which it is mentioned, and this is one of the miracles of the Holy Quran and its eloquence

The Qur'anic approach to changing ideas and concepts wants a person to obtain self-conviction based on argument and evidence, in the context of a quiet and deep dialogue. For every question a person faces an answer that guides him to the straight path. The one who looks at the book of Allah finds this in many models and situations, between the Creator and the creature, and between the prophets and their people, but we dealt with a living model that we can benefit from in our contemporary reality, showing us how to respond to some extremist visions and concepts stemming from a superficial understanding of the Qur’anic text, through the responses of Ibn Abbas May Allah be pleased with them both on the thought of the Kharijites. The title was: (The Qur’anic Approach to Change Ideas and Concepts, Ibn Abbas’s Responses to the Thought of the Kharijites as a Model)

Religiosity is an innate need for human beings since Allah created Adam, peace be upon him. Human beings vary in the extent of adherence to the religion according to their proximity or distance from their healthy instinct in which they were born, and the extent of their vulnerability to the environment in which they were raised. Because God Almighty instincts all people to believe in Him and to turn to Him as in the case with all other creatures. Allah Almighty said: So make your face up to the religion pure, and Allah has instinctively created the people upon which there is no substitution for Allahs creation that valuable religion but most people do not know. It can be said that the religious person or the observant is compatible with his instinct and followed what he has embarked on. As for the one who neglects the teachings of the religion, he contradicts what he has embarked upon, but that individual can return and his readiness to return to the right path if Allah desires for him to do so, and it the reasons are available to get him back to the correct avenne.

This study stems from an artistic phenomenon that has its traces in a poetic function which observes the milestone of creation in employing in employing the Qur’anic intertextuality in the poetry of Ashja 'al-Salami. Intertextuality is a method of modern studies suitable for poets' poetry in employing the technicality of origins and belongings to supplement their texts with anew power , especially the use of the Qur’an, literature in an artistic way that increases the indications and richness of the poetic text, and opens wide horizons for contemplation and interpretation)) especially, when this artistic creativity is from a creative poet with his religious outcome. Intertextuality is based on previous texts absent in the poet’s memory, and nothing is more beautiful and deeper than employing the heritage of religious culture and Qur’anic texts that have a prominent effect on deepening the meaning and enriching the text artistically and intellectually. The research relied on the descriptive and analytical approach in tracking, monitoring, describing and analyzing the phenomenon of intertextuality.
The poet Ashjae Alsalmi, like the other poets, he drew a lot from the meanings of the Noble Qur’an and its vocabulary, for he does not cease to refer to the Qur’anic text and the religious heritage which are entrenched in himself, to obtain what nourishes and benefits his poetry, and to highlight the effectiveness of intertextuality in showing the dimensions of poetic experience.
The concept of intertextuality is a broad and comprehensive concept, as it accommodates various forms of textual interaction, therefore it is not subject to retraction and reduction in any form All poets used it in their poems and excelled in their handling of it, whether in direct or indirect intertextuality with the words of the Noble Qur’an and its meanings, and among them the poet of Ashjae Alsalmi who is the topic of this research.

This research indicates that there are people who promoting themselves by issuing direct fatwa in the media without specialization and who are not afraid of the consequences of that. In this research, the importance of the direct opinion and its importance in the media have been clarified, as it has positive and negative aspects, and has explained the most important reasons for the negative aspects and how to deal with them through the duties of states, governments and official bodies in each country. As well as the statement of controls related to the Fatwa program and its management and controls statement for Mufti and the respondent.
As well as I explained the causes behind the negative aseects of the direct fatwa in the media، by none participation of enlightened scholars and specialists, or the cancellation of these programs. Rather, they are remedied by correcting the mistakes and negatives in the direct fatwa, for which there is nothing but pros and cons.

Scientists from the nation took the lead of scientific interface, and they were the axis for those who came after them, and among those scholars (the Imam Al-Nasafi) whose book (Al-Manar) is the axis of explanation, comment, commentary, abbreviation and systems .. from the eighth century AH to the present day, where he wrote more than fifty books, and many of the scientific theses that discussed his views and his way of presenting the origins of the Hanaf.
Among the explanations of the book Al-Manar is (elaborating the lights) by Hasakfi, and this explanation received a great attention; and it was taken as a curriculum in some legal colleges.
Imam al-Hasakfi had comments on his explanation of Al-Manar, which it was, explained, and commented on. It was intended that scholars throughout history have been reviewing their statements, scrutinizing their consideration, and correcting each other, with a scientific method fraught with the highest methods of research etiquette and debate; Let us approach their follow, and imitate them in criticizing sayings in our contemporary time.

Collocation is one of the methods that have an effect on the listener's soul, to which some of the beauties and aesthetics of speech are due because of the approximation of meanings. The Sunnah of the Prophet was full of this fine phenomenon, and it was abundant in the contexts of advice, counseling, education, enticing, and intimidation, so I preferred to present my research which is entitled (collocation in the hadith of the Prophet, hadiths of the virtues of the Qur’an as a model).
This analytical and aesthetic reading has been conducted to reveal the rhetoric and good portrayal of the prophetic discourse, and its reflection on connotational, devotional and emotional sides. So I wanted to show some collocation meanings in examples of the hadiths of the Messenger ( peace be upon him).

This research highlights some of the contemporary applications of facilitation in the perspective of Islamic economics. There is not any religious obligation or ritual in Islamic law out of breadth, ease, and evidence of Allah. There are lot of evidences in the jurisprudence of the acts of worship, treatment and the like. The Islamic economy system is nothing but an extension of the general Islamic jurisprudence. My research spoke about highlighting the quality of facilitation in the perspective of Islamic economics through explaining its contemporary applications, and the researcher has inferred evidences from the excellent sources of Islamic Sharia to support and sustain the objectives of the research.
Finally, it was found that the facilitation trait is inherent in the Islamic economic system and this trait is associated with the continuous development and growth and keeping pace with the developments of the modern era.

The orientalists have great efforts in studying the Islamic and Arab heritage, and the Germans have a special interest in the Holy Qur'an, its history, readings, and drawing. This research is an attempt to show the care of the oriental orientalism of the Qur'anic readings since the beginning of the orientalist movement. The printing of the Holy Quran in Arabic, and the translation of its meanings into German. The research reached important results, including: that most of the reasons and motives behind the Orientalism are religious reasons, economic colonialism reasons, and there are real scientific reasons, but they are very few as compared to other reasons and motives.

This research came to present the verbs from which the past was derived on a verb by opening the and the eye, and its present to act by joining the eye, and the research showed several of these actions, and directing scholars because of their being out of the standard, and their directions was between the burden of perversion and the overlapping of languages.
