Abstract :
The manufacturing sector locates in the minds of the people who decide the economic policies in the developed and developing countries as well due to most important feature that this sector has affected the sustainable development. The important of this research come from the importance to develop the manufacturing industry in order to accelerate development and diversify the sources of income in GCC .
This research depends on the analytical descriptive method as one of scientific methods of research. The objective of this research is to show the most indicators of industries development in GCC for the year 2000-2008 and the location of those industries. The research showed some suggestions such as it is necessary to go toward the manufacturing industries such as technology and technical communications. Also there is a need to unify efforts among GCC.

bstract :
This study examines the phonological abilities of Advanced Iraqi Learners(AIL) regarding the identification of English homophones. It falls into two parts .The first part of the study is devoted to shed light on English homophones, and how they are represented in speech production. Besides ,the problems the properties of homophones cause to Advanced Iraqi students.
To check our student's abilities with respect to English homophones, a test was designed, this is the second part of the study . The test consists of two written questions ,the content of which is taken from different sources, each of which is supposed to test two things: the production as well as the recognition of the English homophones .The first test is organized in a way that it could assess the phonological properties of homophones. Thus, in this test ,subjects are asked to give the other word. In the second test, the subjects are asked to choose the right homophone from the multiple choice items.
In order to get further information from the results, the raw scores were subjected to a relevant statistical technique. This statistical technique that is used in this study is called “ The Analysis of Variance test ”, the ANOVA test. It has been found out that fourth –year students do face difficulties in the identification of English non -contextual homophones.

Abstract :

The variety of voice is an important and active science in studying the positions of voices of the language. Any voice forming in its different parts, leads to vital and effective position to reinforce the important basics of voice development of the detailc of a poem. This is done by including the voice each other in one unit, and this forms a complett thought. There is a condition for the included voices there should be different and harmonic way and easy uttered.
Through all the artistic and beauty elements in a clear way. So, this leads to a voice clarity and to an effective rouch on the receiver.

Abstract :

The present study focuses on the speech act of apologizing among Iraqi advanced learners of English. Within the investigation of the apologetic expressions provided by the subjects, the researcher will mainly study if any differences between males and females exist. The responses of the subjects will be further analyzed according to the following variables: type of apology, type of offence, and sex relationship between hearer and speaker.

Abstract :
Arabian Gulf ancient ships status come into view in the ancient civilization of Mespotamia ,first in the the religious aspects ,the ships have sanctity and high religious interest of Sumarian clergy , this can be seen through the entry of the Gulf ships names in many cuneiform texts which are religious in its nature , as well as some of these texts interferences in religious songs during the priestly practices in Sumerian temple. The religious status of these ships come from the santity of the areas that make them or the religious status of the cities that bring them goods and various materials particularly those that were used for temple or part of the Gods holdings in Sumerian cities .Cuneiform sources showed three major regions:Delmon,Mkkan,and Milokha which are not to be necessarily mentioned as a whol because of the separating distances from the center of civilization in Mesopotamia.

Abstract:
The city is one social unit , distinct in itself in terms of its growing and functional development, the city differ from any other phenomenon, because it is associated with the activity of people that would appear in the city ,Al-Zubair is as other cities in Iraq witnessed a fast population growth leaded to a big urban expand. The population and urban dimension study provide a very important urban points about economic and social status which make the city witness unusual developments in the demographics ,economics and social properties for its population from one hand and functional structural properties developments with the other hand .As a result the city became unable to provide the population needs and demands with the required level, so it is no longer the urban environment which have all comfortable requirements for good life especially that the urban environment is not stable or rigid but in continuous change .

Abstract :
Geography remain one of the big challenges that cannot be overcome in power and weakness in spite of any important properties and factors which any country owns that effects in its national and local ocean ,the isolation and the US's oceans provided immunity towards military challenges, while isolation tired a lot of countries and made them bow to smaller countries. Iraq has strategically located in relation to the three continents ,but this important location has a diminished influence because of the narrow and limited sea and no sea coast commensurate with its size ,location ,and economic needs .Since oil is the basic commodity which Iraqi economy depends on, and relies heavily on the marine ports exporting ,so a search for new option to expand the area of mobility and activity became an urgent need .The port of Faw is one project and a strategic necessity exceed in its economical and security impact the Iraqi borders ,so it is supposed to be a connecting line of goods, commodity and maritime transportation by turning Iraq into a dry channel related in its upper ports with Mediterranean sea via Turkey and Syria and its lower ports with Arabian Gulf and Indian ocean.It is a mechanism contributing to cut prices significantly and accelerate the movement of goods and provide a great safety for marine traffic. This port will produce a geopolitical support and add an impressive balance in the power struggle of Arabian Gulf ,and expands opportunities options leading to diminish blackmail and pressure which make the West and East interest in sponsoring and provide security to maintain it.

Abstract :
The research aims to answer the following questions
1-To what extent the skills of effective teaching in university teaching achieved?
2-Are there any significant differences in the diagnosis of this achievement according to variable of sex or stage?.
3-Are there any significant differences in the diagnosis of this achievement according to variable of humanities – practical?.
The sample consisted of college of education students ,Basra University according to the all stages and all the scientific and humanitarian departments for 2006-2007 the research sample mentioned reached 240 students of both sexes randomly selected "third and fourth stages" . The researchers used Mnizl measure as a tool for the targets search detection , and used the weighted mean in the analysis of data as well as analysis of variance to determine differences according to sex and stage variable. The research found:-
1-Teaching practices of college of education lecturer is not at the required level according to international standards ,and there is a clear lack of standards in university teaching.
2-The effective teaching suffers a weakness in performance on all the variables, humanities or practical.
Therefore,the researchers recommended a set of recommendations that would supports such educational practices and proposed a set of complementary research and studies to this topic.

Abstract:
The factors that lay behind Al-Zahawee's rebellion were his sensitivity and his renewed revolutionary spirit rejecting the past. Further more, the type of era during which he was living and the political and social changes and events had an influence over him.
The society was principally responsible for his mutiny, besides the political transformitions which had great impacts on his mentality and personality. The purposes of his revolt against his socity were to accomplish rformation equality as well as to stand up for women.
He did not become stable on a particular situation concorning the political and social cases since there were a lot of opponents and because he was dismissed from his job besides his disappointment about those leaders and rulers who were continually fluctuating in their decisions.
His revolt against the old poetry and his demand for adopting blank verse put him with the level of those poets who called for developing and reviving Arabic verse in an attempt to be free from an inactivity and stagnation that reflect traditional themes.

Abstract :
The case of the information crimes doesnot differ from the traditional crimes, as the genuine investigation authority specialized in inspecting traditional crimes is the same one for the information crimes. This authority, however legislations differ, include the investigation judge, the investigator, the judicial control member, or the general prosecution in the legislations that the investigation authority grants.
The difficulty lies in the nature of things inspected or searched for, in that these things in the case of information crimes are programmes, software and data that have no materialistic shape in the external world. Therefore, the person doing the investigation needs to be knowledgeable and well acquainted with technical issues especially information technology. And as the information crimes have recently emerged and have been speedily increasing, we have studied the procedural aspects to which these crimes are subject to, particularly inspection. We have divided our study into two parts; the first one approaches the inspection of the computer system and the second demonstrates the results of that inspection.

Abstract :

School Theater is a tool of learning, education ,and soul enrichment. It is necessary for any stage of society's life but it witnessed a decrease in the recent years in all its arts activities specially in annual festivals or any other different works without any specific reasons, at the time that college of fine arts achieved many successes and graduated specific people in this sector who had a great achievement in Iraqi theater, and after a construction of three colleges and four institutes it slipped back , school theater is very rare now.
The social and educational targets still there, but this lovely visitor has disappeared from the pupils mind. So, it is important to review targets and explain its importance generally or individually to bring life for school theater.
